Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made between 19:00 local time, 8 business days to 19:00 local time, 6 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 19:00 local time, 6 business days to 19:00 local time, 4 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 19:00 local time, 4 business days to 19:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 70% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 19:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Individuals under the influence of alcohol, pregnant, with chronic illness, those in bad health with medial disabilities may not participate in this activity. Participants must also follow all safety instructions.
- We will inform you of the exact meeting place and time after you make the reservation.
- If less than 10 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
Required items to bring & attire
- Please come with comfortable clothes and shoes that can get dirty. Overalls and long boots are available.
- Please be careful with your valuables. We will not compensate for any damage or loss of those.
Additional notes
- Our staff is certified for standard life-saving and outdoor guiding experience.
- You are entered into accident insurance (1,000 JPY per day for going to hospital, 2,000 JPY per day for extended stays, 7 million JPY in case of death) automatically as you book. If you are not satisfied with this insurance, please take out another insurance by yourself.
- Please be aware that photos taken during the tour may be used without your permission. Please inform us if you have any issues in regards of photos.
- In case of injury or illness during the tour, we will take care of the issue if they are light symptoms such as minor cuts or stomach aches with a first‐aid kit or medicine. If it is a serious symptoms, you will be taken to the hospital and a call will be given to your emergency contact.
- If you have any allergy or chronic illnesses, please inform us and bring your medicine. In addition, please bring a medical certificate with the description of symptoms and instructions for treatment. They will be important and helpful documents in the case you need to enter the hospital.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
