Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made after 10:00 local time, 3 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Guests must weigh between 100 and 250 pounds (46 to 113 kilograms) to participate in this activity.
- Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs without assistance and must be able to stand on the segway for at least 1 hour.
- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Children 12 years old and above can participate in this activity.
Required items to bring & attire
- Most segways are equipped with a small handlebar storage bag. Please avoid bringing backpacks, large purses, heavy items or bulky bags because they will not fit in the handlebar bags which is ideal for cameras, light jackets and small purses only.
- Closed toe shoes
- Comfortable clothing
Other requirements
- Participants 17 years old and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Participants are required to sign a liability waiver in case of injury or natural disaster.
