I cant drive and was of the opinion that my Hokkaido summer trip would get affected. Thank god I came across veltra link . The process was seamless. Mr Nori came sharp at the time I indicated took me to places more than I had put in my intinerery. On top of his politesnes and helpfullness cant be thanked enough. My best of summer explorations on my solo trip to Hokkaido is owed to Mr. Nori introduced from Veltra. Thank you

Reviewed by: Rebecca, 2015/08/10I'm so glad I engaged Veltra for the 8 hour private taxi service around Furano, Biei and Asahikawa ramen village. Very impressed with their service especially for the driver (Veltra, pls help to fill in his name) and customer service officer Chiara. Initially there were some delay in the email correspondence but I was pleased that Chiara made the effort to call me to confirm the details. The Driver was so polite and thoughtful throughout the whole time even when we tried to converse with him in our limited Japanese language. He was very accommodating to the places I requested to go and my family and I had an awesome time. Will definitely recommend to anyone who plans to go Furano!
