Malta Marsaxlokk Market and Blue Grotto Half Day Tour with Hotel Pick-up

The reason we give only a 3 star rating has nothing to do with the tour being bad or so! The weather was awfull and we couldn't go for a boatride near the blue grotto because the sea was too rough! and the market in Marsaxlokk was closed because of the rain, so in that case it was a waiste of money.
But if the weather is good i'm sure it would be a lot and lot better. I just wish they would have cancelled the tour because of the weather and gave us a refund because we did not get what we actualy paid for.
