Booking procedure easy as was the payment process. I booked tour on a Friday evening and was told voucher pending, this could have been elaborated on as I was left to assume I would probably receive it on the Monday when people returned to work. This is exactly what happened with receipt of voucher on the Monday. Apart from this impressed.
