投稿者: Muneaki, 2023/07/19This provider suddenly changed the departure time to Windsor Castle on their own and explained verbally, but we did not find it at all and as a result could not participate.
They should have announced the important change by email and/or by papers beforehand, but they didn't do that. No one can prove what they verbally described.
They suggested an alternate date, but our tight travel schedule did not allow for an alternate date, so we ended up having a bad day in London. The only amends we received from them was a refund just only for the Windsor Castle visit portion.
I would not recommend any tour at all with a provider that handles things like this.
