Excellent tour. Our guide (Juan) gave us an unforgettable day. Not only was the scenery spectacular but Juan also managed to pass on the story of the Hawaiian people and Kauai as experienced by himself through his life growing up on the island. Juan is to be commended and the tour highly recommended. We also took other tours operated by Polynesian Adventure Tours and they were also of a very high standard.

昼食で立ち寄ったお店は見晴らしがよく、料理も美味しかったです。

家族4名自由席で申し込みました。カウアイ島ホテルへ到着しチェックインをするときに、ツアーの確認、当日の集合場所と時間の確認の電話があったと聞き大変安心しました。
当日時間通りに迎えが来ました。まずオフィスに案内され、注意事項が日本語で書かれた紙を渡され、英語での説明を聞きました。
オフィスから車で空港横へ移動、体重によって席が決められました。
2グループそれぞれ6名ずつ椅子に座って待ちます。
前方席は、英語が分かる人と書かれてたので自由席で申し込みましたが、人数と体重のバランスだと思いますが、ラッキーなことに前方席に座ることが出来ました。
パイロットさんは、英語しか話せないのでフライト中の説明も英語でした。
ところどころ地名や年代など理解出来ましたが、説明が分からなくてもすばらしい景色だけで十分です。カウアイ島を約1時間上空からの観光オススメです。
決してお値段は安くないですが、とてもいい思い出になります。
他にもヘリコプターツアーがありますが、日本語での案内のところもあるかも知れません。
乗り場には、他のツアーのヘリコプターがありました。人気のツアーのようでどこも次から次にお客さんが来て待ってました。
値段は、このツアーが一番安いと思います。
ヘリコプターに詳しくないですが、きれいなヘリコプターです。

I was disappointed. I had been there about 4 years ago and the Fern Grotto was beautiful with lots of beautiful flowers to look at. It was so over grown you could hardly see the water fall. I also felt rushed, no time to admire the flowers that were there. I would not recommend this.

If you don't have a car or don't want to drive this is a great way to see the sights. Comfortible transportation and the bus driver was very nice and informative. Long day for us, 11 hours, because we were picked up in Princeville, better if picked up from Lihue or Poipu. No lunch is provided however they stop at a golf course in Poipu to eat in their restaurant, so prepare for that additional expense. Was a little disappointed with Fern Grotto, we've seen much nicer areas in the botanical gardens. Boat ride was fun! Might be too long a day for young children and teenagers, for us it would have been better to drive ourselves.

I really enjoyed this. The staff were friendly, but not pushy. Nobody tried to sell me something else or tried to get me to upgrade to something else. This excursion was originally booked for my daughters 17th birthday celebration, as your description states that you only have to be 16 to drive with a valid drivers license ,however apon check in it was discovered that this policy changed over 2 years ago.
Rules are rules, and she was not allowed to drive.....HOWEVER......everyone bend over backwards to correct the situation and make my daughters day still special. It was hard
to stay upset as everyone did what they could do and did so quickly. While still on the ride, I got a voicemail from VELTRA apologizing for their error and that it was taken care of before we even returned .
The staff and guides were the nicest people and made the whole experience a wonderful one. Thank you to VELTRA for correcting your error so quickly....she can't wait till next time to be old enough to drive, and thank you to the staff for being so awesome!

It was an amazing experience and the guides were very good at giving direction on how to handle sticky situations. The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been MORE MUD!
The lunch was fresh and delicious, and we even got to share it with some wild pig.
The guides were very informative and couldn't have cared more about you if you were their own family.
I ended up being the only single rider on this trip, and I loved every moment of it!

What a blast! We rode in the Teryx 4 seaters and everyone had a fantastic time. The staff was great (James and Marlon). They were very knowledgeable about the ranch and history of the island. It had rained heavy the night before and still a little rainy when we started out which made the adventure even more fun in the mud. We enjoyed it so much we went back the next week and did their 'Teryx and BBQ tour' with James, which was completely different from the waterfall tour. We saw other parts of the ranch plus the food was great. This tour is only on Wednesdays for no more than 6 Teryx and not advertised. On our second tour the roads were dry and DUSTY. It was still fun but you will get dirty. If You only had time for one tour, I recommend the waterfall tour. It's a 4 hour tour (the BBQ tour is only 3 hours) because you will see more parts of the ranch and will get to swim under a waterfall towards the end of your adventure.

Great! For $18 each, picked up at resort, trip down river to the Fern Grotto. We knew that previous rains had altered the view, so there was no disappointment. Live entertainment on the way out and a great island history lesson on the way back. A good, short tour of this part of Kaua'i
