This experience is a really good sightseeing tour. We covered about 1/2 of the island Kauai from the south, the west, and the north side from about 9a-4p.The places we stopped were great and the were plenty of bathroom breaks! I did think there would be more hiking involved because of the description. There is a nature trail at Koke’e State Park that is nice. Our guide was a native Hawaiian with great stories to tell!
The shops in Hanapepe were fun to shop at! We loved the swinging bridge there! And, the stop at the coffee farm was great with amazing coffee to be taste tested and purchased. You could also see the coffee beans being grown on the trees! It was a fun trip!

I had the worst experience on this tour, had to wait about an hour and a half for the driver to do a food pick up and then wasted an extra hour plus just idling at a pic nic site after everyone had finished eating their lunch, while we speeded through all the main sights and barely had time to take photos of the breathtaking Waimea Canyon!!!!! Poor timing would be an understatement. It was my last day on Kauai and wish I had found another tour company to see Waimena Canyon!

This tour was absolutely wonderful! It was my family’s first visit to Kauai and it was overwhelming seeing all the activities that are available on the island. We settled for this as a way to see a lot of the main sights and it was the PERFECT way to spend the day! We had Kana’e (sp?) as our guide and she was absolutely a joy to spend the day with. She talked stories with us, shared her culture with us and told us all the places to go for our trip! The sights were gorgeous and we recommend this to anyone who is visiting for the first time!!

ツアーは楽なペースで進み、島の西側を巡り、ワイメアキャニオンの素晴らしい景色と展望ポイントで締めくくられました。ドライバーのロザリオは、説明や地元のトリビアが丁寧で、皆にとても親しみやすかったです。ホテルからのピックアップとドロップオフは時間通りでした。ランチも良かったですし、ハナペペやワイメアでの地元の立ち寄りも楽しめました。ワイメアキャニオンを含む各立ち寄りでは、施設を利用したり、地域を調査したり、たくさんの写真を撮るための十分な時間がありました。ツアーバスは広々としており、エアコンが効いていて快適でした。このツアーはガーデンアイランドを訪れるすべての方におすすめです！
The tour was at an easy pace and covered the West side of the island concluding with spectacular views and vantage points of Waimea Canyon. Our driver Rosario was thorough with explanations, local trivia, and very personable to everyone. The pickup and drop offs from the hotels were punctual. The lunch was also good as were the local stops in Hanapepe and Waimea. Each stop including those of Waimea Canyon allowed for plenty of time to use the facilities, investigate the area, and take plenty of photos. The tour bus had plenty of space, and was air conditioned and comfortable. I would recommend this tour for any visitors to the Garden Isle!

Our tour guide was one of the best parts of the entire trip. This airplane tour was perfect from start to finish. The friendly staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our pilot JT was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He put all of our fears at ease. The one hour plus flight allowed us to see all of Kauai coasts. We saw many waterfalls, the Pacific Grand Canyon and the beautiful Na Pali Coast. It literally took my breath away!!! Really enjoyed the flight, the pilot was excellent, but, the entire experience hinges on which side of the plane you happen to be seated on. As you depart, the coastline is on the right side of the plane, which allows you to see the attractions the pilot is making reference to. If you are on the left, you mostly view the open sea. He does circle around occasionally, however your view is a brief one, usually right on top, making it very difficult to get a good angle for a picture. I enjoyed the pilot, his commentary was very insightful, however, I would only recommend this excursion for anyone assured of seat on the right side of the plane.

This was a great attraction to take! I was told the best way to see Kauai was by air, but was not crazy about taking a helicopter ride, so this was a great alternative. The pilot, Paul, was great and very informative! The weather wasn't the best (rained some), but we still got to see alot and Paul made sure that if it was raining in one area, we went around it to see it from the back side or another angle. It was great! There was six in my group and we all said we would do it again!

The staff at Air Ventures was so helpful and courteous. Our pilot, Joel made landing in a small aircraft feeling like you were on a huge jet. It was the best landing I have ever experienced; I tried to convenience him to travel back and pilot our plane to San Diego. His pilot skills were superior; he could easily become a commercial pilot.

I would recommand everyone at some time to see Hawaii for the air. You truely can't see the beauty of the Island any other way. Our flight was so smooth, my son dooze off for a moment.
