• All departure dates are confirmed and guaranteed to operate.
• Passengers on the “Lawn Seating Plan” and the “Premium Chair Seating Plan” may share the same bus.
• For the Lawn Seating Plan, please bring your own picnic/leisure sheet. As it is about a 20-minute walk from the parking area to the viewing area, we recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes. A flashlight is also useful, as some areas may be dark and difficult to see. Since umbrellas are not permitted at the venue, bringing a rain poncho is recommended.
  ＊Please refrain from using chairs after the fireworks begin, as they may obstruct the view of guests behind you.
• The event will be held in rainy weather; however, it may be canceled by the event organizer in case of severe weather conditions. In such cases, the full tour price will be refunded at a later date. There will be no postponement.
  
  ※Please note that if the event is canceled after the tour has departed, insurance fees, transportation costs, and other related expenses cannot be refunded.
• Dinner is not included in this tour and will be at your own arrangement. Please prepare your meal in advance or purchase food at the fireworks venue. Please note that food stalls at the venue are expected to be very crowded.
• Arrival time may vary depending on traffic conditions.
• Delays or non-participation caused by transportation delays are also subject to cancellation charges. The tour will depart at the scheduled departure time.
