- On the first day, check-in will be late at night, so the public bath will not be available. Please use the bath in your room. Guests who wish may use the public bath the following morning.
- The fee for young children (ages 3–6, not yet in school) is the same as the adult rate and includes the same services. If you wish to include a child, please make the booking under “Child” and register the correct date of birth (age).
- The fireworks festival will be postponed in case of rain or high waves. The decision to cancel rests with the organizers, and we will inform you as soon as we receive notice.
- If the fireworks festival is canceled due to bad weather before the tour departs, the tour will be canceled and a partial refund of the tour fee will be issued.
Details of the partial refund: Since the riverside seats (Hama-seki) are purchased in advance, the refund amount will be the tour fee minus the cost of the riverside seats. Please note that we cannot provide the exact price of the riverside seats. - Note: In some cases, cancellation may be announced at the meeting point.
In such cases, transportation costs to the meeting point will be borne by the customer. - The venue is on a sandy beach (with small stones and gravel underneath), so please avoid wearing sandals or high-heeled shoes.
From the parking area to the venue, it is approximately a 30–45 minute walk one way, covering about 2 km.
Please wear comfortable walking shoes. It is also recommended to bring a flashlight, as it can be dark underfoot. - The event will proceed in light rain; however, umbrellas are not allowed in the viewing seats.
If rain is expected, please bring a raincoat. - The viewing seats (riverside seats) are on a gravel beach and do not have leisure sheets, cushions, or similar items, so please bring your own if needed.
There is no shade, so please bring a hat or other sun protection.
Please note that umbrellas, tripods, or any items that may block the view of other guests are not permitted in the viewing area. - Since the hotel check-in is after the fireworks viewing, arrival will be late at night.
Due to heavy congestion, it may take time for the bus to leave the parking area, which could further delay arrival at the hotel.
