• The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
• The fireworks festival will be held in rainy weather but may be postponed or canceled in severe weather.
  The tour will operate unless the organizer officially cancels the event.
  If the event is canceled before departure, the tour will be canceled and a full refund will be provided.
  No refunds will be given if the event is canceled after the tour has departed.
  Transportation costs to the meeting point are at your own expense.
• This is a shared bus tour. A tour conductor will provide language support using a translation device.
  Minimum participants: 25. The tour may be canceled if the minimum is not met 14 days before departure.
  Drinking alcohol on the bus is not permitted.
  Guests traveling in odd-numbered groups may share seats with other passengers.
  The itinerary or stay time at each location may change due to traffic or congestion.

• Depending on the number of participants, a medium-sized or small bus may be used instead of a large bus.
• Please be aware that heavy traffic is expected on surrounding roads after the fireworks display, which may result in a significant delay to your return time. We cannot guarantee connections to public transportation, such as the last trains or buses.
• This tour is designed for the domestic Japanese market. The tour guide will use a translation device (Pocketalk) to provide guidance.

• Please inform us at the time of booking if you require special arrangements or medical support. We will accommodate your request to the best of our ability; however, please note that depending on the nature of the request, additional charges may apply, or we may require a written declaration.
