Previously, when I visited Shirakawa-go in winter, unfortunately, there was no snowfall. However, this time I was able to see the snowy Shirakawa-go and Gokayama, which was wonderful. Additionally, the stories from the bilingual guide were interesting and created great memories.

以前、冬に白川郷を訪れたときは、残念ながら積雪がありませんでしたが、今回は雪の白川郷・五箇山を見ることができてすばらしかったです。また、バイリンガルのガイドの方の話も面白く、いい思い出になりました。

First of all, thank you to the three guides for your assistance! I was able to enjoy the excitement of being in nature! You picked me up at the hotel on time, and the return transfer was smooth as well. The content of the tour was honestly a bit underwhelming compared to my expectations! While we were shown some interesting places, it was relatively cold, and I didn't encounter many living creatures. Additionally, it was cloudy, so there were no stars at all. To enhance satisfaction, I think it would be better to limit the tours based on temperature and weather conditions. Thank you!

時間通りに宿泊ホテルに迎えに来ていただき、帰りもスムーズな送迎でした。
ツアーの内容は、正直期待していたよりは微妙な内容でした！
それっぽい場所を案内していただきましたが、比較的寒い時期だったこともあり、生き物とあまり会えませんでした。
また曇りでもあったので星は皆無でした。
満足度を高めるためにも、気温や天気を限定して開催したほうがよいと思います。

First and foremost, I felt reassured. They safely took us from Sapporo to the frozen snowy roads of Lake Shikotsu. It was a mountain path that I definitely couldn't have navigated on my own. Then, when I suddenly saw the vast Lake Shikotsu, it was breathtaking. While feeling the cold wind from Lake Shikotsu, a world of ice awaited us. The ice mountains, caves, and ice pillars, along with beautifully lit sculptures, were truly moving. It became a wonderful page in my Hokkaido travel experience. Thank you very much.

まず安心だった事が一番です。
札幌から支笏湖の凍りつく雪道を安全に連れて行ってくださることです。
とてもじゃないけど自力に行けない山道でした。
そして突然海かと思うほど大きな支笏湖が見えた時 感動でした。
支笏湖の冷たい風を受けながら氷の世界が待ってます。
氷の山や洞窟や氷の柱 美しくライトアップされた彫刻など とても感動的でした。
北海道旅行の素晴らしい1ページとなりました。

I felt安心 knowing there was a tour guide with us. The local winds were stronger than I imagined, but it wasn't too bad once we left the lake. I wanted to visit the souvenir shops lined up in the woods, but with only an hour and a half to stay, I barely had time for sightseeing and a restroom break. I thought it was a shame that we couldn't depart at 1 or 2 PM instead of 3 PM, as we could have enjoyed some tea and bought souvenirs then. I really appreciated the help since I couldn't have driven there myself. Thank you for the wonderful plan. If there’s a tour for Lake Toya, I would love to join!

添乗員さんが付いていますから安心できました。現地は想像以上の強風でしたが、湖をはなれるとそれほどでも無かったです。林間に並ぶお土産やさんに立ち入りたかったけれど、滞在時間1時間半では、見学とトイレで精一杯。3時出発ではなく1時間や2時の出発なら、現地でお茶をしたりお土産も買えるのに残念と思いました。自分で運転してはとても行かれないので、非常に助かりました。素敵な企画を有り難うごさいます。あるなら洞爺湖ツアーも参加したいです。

Unfortunately, the blue cave snorkeling was canceled due to the weather, and we had to change to a snorkeling plan in Osaki, but both the morning mangrove canoeing & SUP and the afternoon snorkeling were fantastic and thoroughly enjoyable! The instructor was kind and easy to talk to, which was very helpful! I was healed by the nature of Okinawa, and it turned out to be a fulfilling day!

青の洞窟シュノーケリングは残念ながら天候により中止になってしまい大崎でのシュノーケリングのプランに変更となってしまいましたが、午前中のマングローブカヌー＆SUP、そして午後のシュノーケリング両方とも大満喫できて最高でした！！インストラクターの方も親切で話しやすくて助かりました！
沖縄の自然に癒されて充実の一日になりました！

The person who attended to us spoke warmly, and we were able to enjoy the tour. I observed the actual training of ground staff, cabin crew, and maintenance personnel, and I could feel ANA's warmth and reassurance in their sincere dedication to even the smallest details. Finally, there were mock-ups of the business class seats, boarding bridge operations, and cockpit, and we had a great time taking photos, which left us very satisfied!

アテンドしてくださった方の話し方に温かみがあり、楽しくツアーを体験できました。
地上係員、CA、整備士さんの実際の訓練の様子を拝見しましたが、小さな事にも誠実なこだわりを持って、真摯に取り組む姿に、ANAのあったか、あんしんを感じることができました。最後に、ビジネスクラスのシートやボーディングブリッジ操作、コックピットなどのモックアップがあり、楽しく撮影会も出来て大満足でした！

Thank you, Matsui! It was my first time exploring the temples and shrines in Kyoto, and choosing your taxi was definitely the right decision! As people in our 60s, we were able to move around easily without getting tired. The car was warm, shielding us from the cold, making for a comfortable and enjoyable day. The driver was a lifelong resident of Kyoto and a qualified tour guide, providing us with a lot of insights. There are many sightseeing taxis available, so it might be confusing, but I absolutely recommend this one! I look forward to our next Kyoto tour!

松井さん！先日はありがとうございました。京都の寺社仏閣巡りは初めてで、こちらのタクシーを選んで大正解！60代の私達は軽快に廻れて疲れもなく、車に乗ると暖かく寒さもしのげて、快適で楽しい１日になりました。運転手さんは、生まれも育ちも京都、かつ観光ガイドの有資格者で、沢山の学びがありました。観光タクシーも沢山あって迷われるかと思いますが、絶対こちらがオススメです！次回の京都観光もお願いしまーす♪

I was worried about whether I would enjoy the tour since it was a cold January, but the guide safely led us, and we were able to see creatures like coconut crabs, frogs, and crabs. It was cloudy on the day of the tour, but when we got to the beach, the starry sky spread out before us, and it was very moving. I'm glad I decided to participate.

1月の寒い時期にツアーに参加したので、楽しめるのか心配でしたが、ガイドの方が安全に案内してくださり、ヤシガニやカエルやカニなどの生き物を見ることができました。
当日は曇っていましたが、ビーチに出た時には星空が広がっていてとても感動的でした。
思い切って参加して良かったです。

Due to strong winds, we couldn't go to the originally planned location, but we still had a great time. The instructor takes photos at key moments, so participants can just enjoy the experience! It was a bit cold, but you can still fully enjoy marine activities even in winter.

強風のため、当初予定していた場所には行けませんでしたが、それでも十分に楽しめました。インストラクターさんが要所で写真を撮ってくれるので、参加者はただその場を楽しめばｏｋ！　ちょっと寒いけど、冬でもマリンアクティビティーを満喫できます。

When we arrived at the meeting place, the tourist bus parking lot, we found that almost all the tour buses had the GOGODAY flag displayed. We searched for our bus, but there was none to be found. While we were standing there, a foreign guide approached us, and just when we thought we could finally board, we were told that the bus wasn't parked in the lot. Instead, we had to walk about 200 meters to a convenience store parking lot, where we found not a bus, but a 10-seater Hiace wagon. We ended up being exactly 10 passengers. As expected, the interior was so cramped that we could barely move. During the ride to our first destination, the uncomfortable vehicle made me feel unwell, and I decided that I couldn't take it anymore, so I canceled the tour. After that, I returned to Kyoto Station using public transportation.

集合場所、観光バス駐車場でGOGODAYの旗の下に集合ということで行ってみると ほとんどのツアーバスがGOGODAYの旗が掲げられてて、私達が乗るバスを探し回るが該当するバスは無く、その場で佇んでいたら、外国人のガイドさんから声がかかり、やっと乗れると思いきや、バスは駐車場内には止めて無いと言う事で200ｍ程歩かされたコンビニの駐車場で、そこに待機してたのはバスで無く10名乗りのハイエースワゴンに私達乗って丁度10名の客が乗りました、案の定車内は身動きもできないほどのキツキツな状態で最初の目的地までの道中、快適とは言えない車に揺られながらいると気分がすぐれなくなり、これ以上無理だと思い このツアーをあきらめてキャンセルしました。その後 公共交通機関で京都駅までもどりました。

The headphones provide city guidance, and the guide shares additional details. I chose the morning sightseeing course to match my evening flight, and the view from the Okurayama Ski Jump Observatory on a clear day was amazing! I also enjoyed delicious local flavors at the café in Shiroi Koibito Park and at the outer market for lunch. I bought some souvenirs and thoroughly enjoyed my time around Sapporo.

夕方のフライトに合わせて午前観光コースを選びましたが快晴の大倉山フュッテ展望台からの眺めは最高！白い恋人パークのカフェや場外市場でのランチも北海道ならではのおいしい♥を満喫できました。お土産も買ってギュギュ〜っと札幌近郊満喫しました。

Unfortunately, due to a rare cold wave bringing heavy snowfall, the morning news advised people planning to visit Shirakawa-go to change their plans.

With some anxiety, I approached the reception counter, and was lightly told, "We're going." With mixed feelings, I boarded the bus.

The driver skillfully navigated the snowy roads, allowing me to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The passengers were mostly foreigners, and the guide provided information in both Japanese and fluent English. Having both languages doubled the experience, and the guide kept the conversation going. I thought it was impressive how they managed to engage everyone with a humorous storytelling style, showing great care for the guests.

On the way back, some people were delayed due to the heavy snow and missed the meeting time, so we arrived in Takayama a bit late, but we were able to catch the limited express to Gero as scheduled.

The snow-covered gassho-zukuri village was just as I had imagined. It was very cold, but I was able to experience the true winter atmosphere of the gassho-zukuri village, and the professional guidance from Nohi Bus made the experience even more enjoyable.

生憎、数年に一度の寒波で大雪となり、朝のニュースで白川郷に行く予定の人は予定を変更するようにと呼びかけていました。

不安を抱えながら受付カウンターへ行くと軽く「行きますよ」との事、複雑な気持ちでバスに乗り込みました。

運転手さんは雪道を危なげなくスルスルと運転するので安心して景色を楽しむことができました。

お客さんは、ほぼ外国人でガイドさんは日本語と流暢な英語で案内してくれました。両方なので2倍になり、ずっと話をしていました。大変だなあと思いつつ笑いを誘う楽しい語り口は神技だなあと思いました。気遣いも凄く良かったです。

帰りは大雪と集合時間に間に合わなかった人もいて高山に着くのが少し遅れましたが、下呂に行く特急に予定通り乗れました。

豪雪の合掌造りの村はイメージ通りで、すごく寒かったけど、イメージ通りの真冬の合掌造りの村を体験でき、濃飛バスのプロの案内で楽しさ倍増でした。

Thank you for guiding me through Shirakawa-go in the heavy snow. The gassho-zukuri looked even more beautiful in the blanket of white. Maybe it was snowing a bit too much!

I had seen pictures, so I thought I knew what to expect, but when I actually visited, I was moved by the beauty of the old Japanese houses in the snow. I felt that going during the snowy season was the right choice.

写真は見ていたので知っているつもりになっていたけど、実際に行ってみて、雪の中の古い日本家屋の美しさに感動しました。雪のある時期に行くのは正解だと感じました。

You can efficiently visit three islands in one day. The mangrove tour, water buffalo cart ride, and cycling on Taketomi Island were all enjoyable. There was also hotel pickup, which made transportation easy. Thank you for a wonderful time.

１日で効率よく3島まわれます。マングローブ遊覧、水牛車、竹富島でのサイクリング、どれも楽しかったです。ホテル送迎もあったので楽に移動が出来ました。楽しい時間をありがとうございました。

We were blessed with great weather, a wonderful guide, and a safe driver, and we finally visited the snowy Shirakawa-go, which we had always wanted to see! Although there was reportedly less snow than usual, we were very satisfied. The view of the illuminated Shirakawa-go from the observation deck was magical. The night sky was filled with countless stars, which was also moving!

お天気に恵まれ、とても素敵なガイドさんに恵まれ、安全運転の運転手さんに恵まれて、いつか必ず訪れたかった雪の白川郷に行ってきました！例年より雪が少ないとのことでしたが大満足です。展望台から見たライトアップされた白川郷は幻想的でした。夜空には無数の星が見えてこちらも感動しました！

I made a reservation on the start date and had been looking forward to it. The explanations from the real flight attendants were great; they answered many of our questions and kindly explained things to the children's simple inquiries, which made it very enjoyable! It was a really valuable experience to see the training in action. I felt a deeper appreciation for how many people are involved in getting an airplane in the air, and the return flight became a wonderful memory. I would love to participate again.

予約開始日に予約し、ずっと楽しみにしておりました。
本物のCAさんの説明なだけあって、こちらの質問にもたくさん答えてくださり、こどもたちの素朴な質問にも優しく説明してくださり、とても楽しかったです！実際訓練されているところがちょうど見れたり、すごく貴重な経験でした。たくさんの人が関わって飛行機が飛んでいることがより実感でき、帰りの飛行機も素敵な思い出になりました。
また参加したいです。

I was very worried about the rain since yesterday, but contrary to my worries, the sun came out and it was clear! There was some wind and it was a bit chilly, but under the enthusiastic explanation of our guide, we had so much fun that it blew away the cold! Canoeing under the mangroves allowed us to see caves and explore places that are not easily accessible, and it was a lot of fun!

昨日からの雨の影響で、とても心配でしたが心配とは裏腹に太陽も出て晴れました！
風はあり少し肌寒かったですが、ガイドさんの熱心な解説のもと寒さを吹き飛ばすくらい楽しかったです！
マングローブの下に潜ったら洞窟を見たりとなかなか見れない場所をカヌーで巡れてとても楽しかったです！

The Churaumi Aquarium was great, but the Nago Pineapple Park we visited before it was not as good as I expected. We didn't have time for lunch, and while it was suggested to get takeout on Kouri Island, there weren't many options available. The Churaumi Aquarium was also crowded, making it difficult to even grab a snack. I think it would be better to include a place for lunch in the itinerary without the Pineapple Park.

美ら海水族館は良かったが、その前に行った名護パイナップルパークが思っていたより良くなかった。
ランチをする時間とかもなく、古宇利島でテイクアウトするのもいいと言っていたが、テイクアウトできるものがあまりなかった。美ら海水族館も混んでいて軽食さえも難しい状態だった。
パイナップルパーク無しでランチできるところをコースに入れるといいと思った。

It was disappointing that there was no snow on the roof, but that's how it is. There were more foreigners than Japanese people, which is the trend these days. I don't think a stay of 5 hours is necessary.

雪が屋根に無くて残念だったが、こんなもんでしょう。日本人よりも外国人の方が多かった、時世ですね。5時間の滞在時間は必要ないと思う。

I participated with my first-grade child. The instructor was very friendly, cheerful, and kind, and my child quickly warmed up to them.

My child, who has four years of swimming experience, was worried because it was their first time snorkeling and going to a place in the ocean where they couldn't touch the bottom. However, the instructor kept a close eye on them, and at times, they held my child to help them breathe through their nose and take breaks. With the presence of a float, my child felt secure. Thanks to that, I was also able to enjoy snorkeling!

This is a tour I can recommend for families with children!

On the way back, the instructor also shared recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing spots, which was very helpful.

My child became a big fan of the instructor, so we will definitely participate again next time!

小学校１年生の子どもと参加しました。
インストラクターさんはとても気さくで明るくまた優しくしてくださり、子どももすぐに懐いていました。

子ども(スイミング歴4年)はシュノーケリングが初めて且つ海で足のつかないところに行くのは初めてだったので心配していましたが、インストラクターさんがしっかりと見ていてくださり途中で何度も鼻呼吸ができるように抱き抱えて休憩させてくださったり、浮き輪もあったので安心できました。
お陰様で私もシュノーケリングを楽しむことができました！！

子連れの方にもおすすめできるツアーです！！

帰りの車内ではオススメのご飯屋さんやオススメの観光スポットなども教えてくださり、ありがたかったです。

子どもはインストラクターのお姉さんが大のお気に入りになったので、次回も必ず参加させていただきます！！

The guide's explanations were interesting and enjoyable, making for a quick yet content-rich day. I was worried about the restrooms, but there were plenty on the high-speed boat, at the port, and a few others, which was reassuring. We opted for a bus tour on Taketomi Island, and that was the right choice. Since we had to take an unfamiliar boat and there was a lot of moving around from the morning, it allowed us to enjoy without feeling rushed. If I have the chance again, I would like to take my time exploring each island.

ガイドさんの説明が興味深く、楽しいのであっという間の、しかし内容の濃い一日でした。
トイレが心配でしたが高速船内、港や他にもいくつかあり安心でした。
竹富島ではバス観光にしましたが正解でした。朝からなれない船に乗ったり移動が多かったので無理なく楽しめました。
また機会があれば今度は一つ一つの島をゆっくり見てみたい。

I participated in the Shirakawa-go light-up tour, which usually takes place six times a year, but this year it was held only four times. The weather was nice, and there was just the right amount of snow, creating a fantastical landscape that looked completely different from during the day. I was simply captivated! I'm glad I participated.

例年は6回らしいのですが、今年は4回しか開催されなかった白川郷のライトアップツアーに参加してきました。天気も良く、また程よく雪も積もっていて、昼間とは違った幻想的な景色にただ見惚れるばかりでした！参加して良かったです。

Okinawa is a place where you can't get around for sightseeing without a car. Since we are a pair of seniors, we couldn't rent a car for sightseeing, so we participated in this tour. It was great that we could efficiently enjoy the sights. I didn't want to struggle with choosing a restaurant for dinner, so I opted for the dinner option. I was satisfied with the taste and quantity of the food, as well as the chef's performance.

沖縄は車がないと観光で回ることができない所です。シニアの2人連れですので、レンタカーを借りての観光ができず、このツアーに参加しました。
効率良く観光することができて良かったてす。何を食べようかとお店選びに迷うのが嫌だったので、夕食付きにしました。料理の味と量、コックさんのパフォーマンスに満足できました。。
　

I participated with some anxiety, thinking the main languages would be Chinese and English, but the guide was fluent in three languages and explained everything in Japanese just for us. The driver was also very considerate, and we had a wonderful and comfortable day, creating great travel memories! Thank you so much! ✨

メイン言語が中国語、英語の外国人向けツアーとのことで少し不安に思いながら参加しましたが、ガイドさんは３言語に堪能で、私たちだけのために日本語でも説明してくれました。運転手さんもいろいろと気遣ってくださり、１日楽しく快適に過ごせて素晴らしい旅の思い出ができました！本当にありがとうございました✨

It was a tour to see the Shirakawa-go light-up. This plan did not include tickets for the observation deck at night, but since we made it to the observation deck during the daytime, it was not a problem. It seems that as long as you arrive during the daytime, you can go.

Personally, I appreciated the bus transportation and the meal, but I also enjoyed the introduction from the guide about the scattered villages of the Tonami Plain, the lotus root fields of Kaga vegetables, and the fairy tale village along the way from Kanazawa City to Shirakawa-go.

The meal was just the right amount.

Since the Shirakawa-go light-up is limited to those who have made reservations and the dining options are also limited, I personally recommend this tour!

白川郷ライトアップに行けるツアーでした。
こちらのプランは夜間の展望台チケットはなかったですが、昼間の時間内に展望台に間に合ったので問題ありませんでした。昼の時間に間に合えば行けるようです20250202時点。

個人的には、バス送迎、ご飯の他にも、金沢市から白川郷への道すがら、ガイドさんから砺波平野の散居村や加賀野菜のれんこん畑、メルヘンの村など富山石川岐阜の紹介があったのがよかったです。

食事もちょうど良い量でした^ - ^

白川郷のライトアップは予約者限定かつご飯の場所も限られているため、こちらのツアーが個人的にはおすすめです！

It's been three weeks since I came to Osaka! I'm grateful to the guide who explained the city to me safely and affordably, despite my lack of familiarity with the area. Thank you! Thanks to you, I was able to go to Namba Grand Kagetsu without getting lost in the afternoon.

I rode an open-top bus for the first time, and it felt exhilarating as we drove on the highway.

屋根のないバスは、はじめて乗りましたが、高速走ると爽快さ増しました。

I'm glad I was able to see the illuminated Shirakawa-go, which I've always wanted to visit. The scenery, especially around the three houses, was charming and I could have watched it forever. The tour guide also provided helpful advice on how to enjoy the area, making for a great experience. Next time, I’d like to see Shirakawa-go in the summer without worrying about time.

Although it’s unrelated to the tour, I was concerned about the manners of inbound tourists, and I felt a bit sorry for the local residents. I feel that if measures like separate pricing are not implemented, this beautiful scenery may disappear...

念願のライトアップの白川郷を見ることができてよかったです。
特に三小屋は風情がありずっと見ていても飽きない程でした。
添乗員さんも周り方のアドバイスなどして下さり良い時間を過ごすことができました。
次は時間を気にせず夏の白川郷も見てみたいなぁ。

ツアーとは関係ありませんがインバウンド客のマナーが気になり、住民の方々が少し気の毒に思えました。料金を別設定にする等対策をしないと、この景色がなくなってしまうと感じてしまいました…。

It was very enjoyable to be able to visit the main tourist attractions by bus. I think it was a great deal since it included souvenirs and admission to the aquarium! There were times when I felt there wasn't enough time, but I was satisfied because we could go to various places.

However, there were many foreign tourists, and some people were late for the bus meeting time. We ended up waiting for those who were late, which pushed our total time back by about 30 minutes, so that was disappointing. I think it depends on luck, but it can be a bit frustrating, so it might not be suitable for those who are particular about time management.

Aside from that point, everything was very good.

主要な観光地をバスで巡れるのでとても楽でした。お土産や水族館の入園料もついており、とてもお得だと思います！時間が少ないなぁと思うこともありましたが、いろんなところに行けるので満足です。
ただ、外国人の方も多くバスの集合時間に遅れる人もおり、遅れている人たちを待っているのにトータルの時間で30分は押していたのでそこは残念でした。そこに関しては運だと思いますが、少し残念な気持ちになりますので、時間管理がきちんとしている人は向かない部分もあるかもしれないです。
その点以外はとてもよかったです。
