Airport Transfers

Everything ran smoothly and like clockwork. The driver and guide were there to meet us, and parked in a convenient spot very close by. They made everything easy for us, and the guide had good, easily understandable Engl... moreish. Moreover, they went way above and beyond, and arranged tours for us in another town where I had been unable to find suitable transport. I really appreciated everything about the experience in Japan. I hope we are assigned the same team for our return journey!

This was the second transfer provided to us by a Veltra provider and it was outstanding. They were at the cruise terminal when we got off and transported the six of us - one wheelchair - very efficiently. The personnel w... moreere very professional, timely and friendly. We would definitely use them again. We did take the train to the airport since our hotel was right near the major station that gave us a direct route.
