The price is comparable to other rentals but others require booking far in advance or only has a shipping option to hotels.

Portable and we were able to even ride on slightly uneven terrains, like bumpy roads and lawns. My mother was very happy about this and we were able to show her the beauty of Japan, because of this wheelchair.

The service at Narita was also good. We had a slight issue with the payment as tourists and they helped us immediately with it.

Our taxi driver was so courteous and made an extra stop to show us the view in Beppu. Because there was severe rain, he came early on the return trip and got us to the airport on time. Really appreciate his extra effor... morets.
