This is an amazing machine that enabled my mother to navigate the streets of Japan major cities during 2026 cherry blossoms season. We were able to travel in the metros, trains and Shinkansen through out Japan. It fold... mores into a carried on suitcase size which can be pulled by its retractable handle. Convenient and lightweight, I would buy one if it is not so expensive. Rental at Narita Airport, pad in 9one hour extra time for pick up and return, must have reservation prior to pick up. don’t purchase this voucher if you have suica on your phone because it might charge your suica when you try to scan the QR code as you exit the station, (it also does not let you know that this happens so that you can no... moretify the train station staff in time until after long after you’ve left the station )the QR code took a while to load due to poor Internet service so it also delayed travels. I was not made aware of this when I purchased the voucher that I should not have suica on my phone until after the purchase . I only rode the monorail twice and was charged on my suica for one of the rides (so ended up spending about 1100 yen for just 2 rides) and did not feel that I got value for what I purchased.

We rented the E Bikes on two separate days. The delivery and pick up at our hotel was a wonderful service. Hajime went above and beyond in customer service.

Bicycle riding on the island is a perfect way to get some exe... morercise and see the sights. Drivers are courteous and traffic is sparse on the main and side roads. I highly recommend this opportunity!

Our driver patiently waited for us at the port because our disembarkation from the cruise ship took longer than expected. They also called us to double check due to the delay. Highly recommend this service when visiting... more Miyakojima!
