Since this was my first time using the service, I was a bit anxious, but an older man was flexible and accommodating when we needed to change our destination. The Alphard was clean inside, which was great.

今回初めて利用したので少し不安だったんですが、少し年配の男の人で行く場所を変更しても臨機応変に対応してもらえました。アルファードで車内も綺麗で良かったです。

The guidance from the experienced and honest guide was great. The time allocation for the places we visited was also good, allowing for efficient sightseeing. The only issue I would point out is the lack of preparation at the lunch venue, and the soba broth was very weak, which created a big gap compared to the other dishes that were quite salty, resulting in many inbound guests not showing much expression.

経験豊富、正直ベースのガイドさんの案内が良かった。訪問箇所の時間配分も良く効率的に観光できました。唯一課題を挙げれば、昼食会場の受入れ準備不足と、蕎麦の出汁がとても薄く、他の塩味の強い品々とのギャップが大きくて、多くのインバウンドの表情がなかった点です。

The content was easy to understand and full of emotional moments. The facilities have been updated, and I was able to observe the training scenes, which made me feel reassured about using the service and boarding. The guides provided clear explanations and had a friendly demeanor, which was very nice. I would definitely like to participate again if the opportunity arises.

It was written to gather at Shinchiko Coast, but it seems they choose the beach depending on the situation. For us, we received a notice the night before that it was changed to Bora Beach!

On the day, we were able to see sea turtles perfectly, and we also got to see many other fish!

The instructors were very friendly and taught us a lot of interesting facts about the fish, which made it really enjoyable!

I will never forget the aggressive humuhumunukunukuāpuaʻa!

新城海岸集合と書いてありましたが、状況によってビーチを選んでくださるようで、私たちの時は前日の夜にボラビーチへ変更のご連絡をいただきました！

当日はバッチリウミガメにも会えましたし、他のお魚もたくさん見ることができました！

インストラクターの皆さんもとても気さくで、お魚の雑学もたくさん教えていただき、とても楽しかったです！

煽ってくるムラサメモンガラは一生忘れません！

There were no numbers for the meeting place or signs for the tour, and when I asked two staff members who seemed to be in charge of the bus, they had a cold attitude. I called the company, but they said it was not in use, and I couldn't make the call, so I waited until just before departure, feeling very anxious. However, at the last minute, I received a call from the bus staff, and I was able to participate. The staff member on the bus was a Taiwanese man who mentioned that his mother is Japanese. He was very friendly, and even though we were the only foreigners, he kindly followed up with us in Japanese. It was so much fun that I forgot about the unpleasant experience before the tour. I'm glad we had such a wonderful staff member. I hope the company will focus on training their staff.

集合場所の番号や、ツアーの目印看板が無く、それらしいバスの係員に、2件質問しても、冷たい態度だった。会社に電話したけど、使われてないと、電話も出来ず、発車ギリギリ迄待って
すごく不安だった。でも、ギリギリで、バスの係員から電話が有り、参加出来ました。参加したバスの係員の方は、台湾の男性の方で、お母さんが日本人だとおっしゃってました。とてもフレンドリーで、私達以外外国人だったけど、とても丁寧に、日本語でフォローしてくださいました。ツアー前の嫌な体験忘れる位、楽しかったです。とても素敵な係員さんで良かったです。　会社も係員さんの教育をお願いしたいです。

I was able to see the scenery from the front row. However, it seems like it would be hot in the middle of summer. Only the front row has a roof, but the breeze was nice, so it was good.

This year's rainy season started early, and the forecast predicted rain ☂️, but while traveling by bus, it rained a bit, and by the time we arrived at our destination, it had stopped, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing without using an umbrella. The view of Kabira Bay was amazing.

梅雨入りが今年は早くて予報では☂️でしたが🚌で移動中は降っても現地に着くと止んで傘を使わずに観光出来ました。川平湾の景色最高でした。

It was a very long day, but well worth it. I will use some of the actions that Steven did during my tour when I get back to work. Please tell Steven that I said thank you for a great day. The Mt. Fuji cake was delicious; get the hot drink in the can and use it to try to keep warm.

Location: You can find the location in the PDF sent after your reservation, and if you follow the instructions, you will be able to reach it. The meeting point is at the port, and you will just board the boat directly, so make sure to wear your swimsuit or clothes that can get wet beforehand. Once you arrive at the port, use the public restroom before boarding the boat. It only takes about 5 minutes on the boat to reach the destination. Staff member Lee was very efficient in organizing everything, and they asked for our preferences for the drone photography in advance, allowing for an ideal shoot. After the drone photography, they send the photos right away. The tour lasts about an hour.

場所:予約後に送られてくるPDFで場所を把握しておき説明通りに行けば辿り着けます。
集合場所は港で、直接船に乗るだけになるので、水着や濡れていい服装を事前に着用し、港に着いたら公衆トイレでお手洗いを済ませて船に乗り込みます。
船に5分乗ればもう目的地です。
スタッフのリーちゃんがテキパキと段取りしてくれて、ドローン撮影は事前に希望を聞いてくれたので理想的な撮影をしてもらうことができました。
ドローン撮影後はすぐにその場で送ってくれます。
ツアーは１時間ほどで終了です。

You should definitely see Jomon Sugi at least once in your lifetime.

The guide was neither particularly good nor bad; they provided various information but didn't have a special sense of humor or excel at creating a great atmosphere.

It was convenient that transportation and lunch were included in the tour.

やはり一生に一度は縄文杉見ておくべきです。

ガイドの方はまあ可もなく不可もなく、いろいろガイドはしてくれますが特別ユーモアがあったり良い雰囲気を作るのに長けているわけではないです。

送迎や弁当がツアーに含まれているのは便利でした。

Not only did I get to enjoy the sea turtles, but I was also healed by many fish like the clownfish! The ocean in Miyako Island is the best! It was my first time snorkeling alone, but the instructor taught me carefully, so I was able to swim happily right away! I will come again! Thank you, So-chan and Yama-chan, you are the best!!

ウミガメだけでなく、カクレクマノミなど沢山の魚達に癒されました！宮古島の海最高です！1人が初めてのシュノーケリングでしたが、インストラクターが丁寧に教えてくれるのですぐに楽しく泳ぐことができました！また来ます！そうちゃんやまちゃんありがとう最高！！

We had a wonderful time spending the entire day with Makoto. He is very knowledgeable, has a good attitude, and is a very respectful person! I am very happy I had Makoto as a tour guide! He always had a smile on his face, which set the tone from the very first moment we saw him!!!!!

I made a mistake with the train transfer and ended up being 5 minutes late. They kindly suggested that I join the next session in 15 minutes, and I was able to participate without any issues. I was very grateful for that. The explanations were clear, and they even provided quizzes. I'm glad I was able to visit places that I wouldn't have been able to see without joining the tour.

I arrived in Sapporo in the morning and thought about where to go for half a day, so I decided to join a bus tour for easier transportation.

Due to the unfortunate rainy and cloudy forecast, there was only one other group besides us, which made me feel a bit sorry for the driver and guide, but they were very kind and accommodating, which was great.

At the Okurayama Jump Stadium, the lift was stopped due to strong winds, but the jump platform was still quite impressive from below.

It was cold at the Moerenuma Park as well, but I enjoyed seeing a herd of wild deer in the grass and taking photos with the statue of Clark.

It was nice to move comfortably while listening to the announcements and trivia through the earphone guide.

午前に札幌着、半日どこを回ろうか考えて、移動が楽なバスツアーに参加することにしました。
あいにくの雨くもり予報のせいか、参加はうちのほかに1組だけとなんだか運転手さんやガイドさんには申し訳なかったですが、親切かつ感じのよい対応でとても良かったです。
大倉山ジャンプ場では強風でリフトは止まっていましたが、ジャンプ台は下からでもかなり迫力ありました。
羊ケ丘も寒かったですが、野生の鹿の群れが草むらにいたり、クラーク像と写真を撮ったり楽しく過ごしました。
イヤホンガイドでアナウンスやウンチクを聞きながら快適に移動でき良かったです。

I was guided by Mr. Sasaki and participated with my 69-year-old mother. It was my mother's dream to see Jomon Sugi, and Mr. Sasaki was attentive to her health throughout the journey, allowing us to reach our destination safely and comfortably! The other participants were also kind, making the hike a wonderful memory. There was a bit of a mishap at the end where we almost missed the tour bus, but Mr. Sasaki stayed with us until the very end, which was truly reassuring. It was the best experience, fulfilling my mother's dream!

ガイドの佐々木さんに担当していただき、69歳の母と参加しました。
母の夢だった縄文杉でしたが、佐々木さんが道中ずっと体調を気にかけてくださり、安心して無事に辿り着くことができました！
参加者のみなさんも優しく、楽しく登山できたのも良い思い出です。
最後はツアーバスに間に合わないハプニングもありましたが、佐々木さんが最後まで並走してくださり本当に心強かったです。
母の夢が叶った、最高の体験でした！

The day we initially reserved was cloudy, and I was worried about whether we would be able to see the stars in this weather. However, I received a message and was able to reschedule for the next day.

Although the stars were hidden again the following day, the photographer was persistent, and we were able to see a beautiful starry sky and have some lovely photos taken. As we've aged, my spouse and I haven't had our pictures taken by a photographer, but looking at the finished photos made me glad we decided to do it. I hope to visit again during the season when the Milky Way is visible. Thank you very much.

当初予約していた日は曇ってしまい…このお天気で星が見えるのかな…と心配していたところ、ご連絡をいただき翌日に振り替えてもらうことができました。

翌日も星が隠れてしまいましたが、カメラマンさんが粘ってくださり、綺麗な星空を見ることができ、素敵な写真を撮影してもらうことができました。
年齢を重ねて、夫婦でカメラマンさんに写真を撮ってもらうことはなくなりましたが、出来上がりを見てお願いして良かったと思いました。
天の川が見れる季節にまた伺えたらいいなぁと思っています。

I waited for over 15 minutes. It was so slow that I had to call. They said it would take at least another 15 minutes. On that day, there were traffic regulations due to the festival, and there was a traffic jam.

I couldn't make it to my next appointment, so I used another mode of transportation. They should have known about the traffic regulations in advance. The guide on the bus was also disappointing. It was overpriced.

It might be great for solo travelers or those with plenty of time.

待つこと15分以上。
余りに遅いので電話連絡させて貰いました。
そしたら早くても後15分かかるという事でした。
当日、お祭りで交通規制があり、渋滞しているとの事。

次の予定に間に合わないので、別の交通手段を使いました。
交通規制は予め分かっているはず。
バスの中のガイドもイマイチで残念でした。
割高でした。

1人旅や沢山時間のある方には、とても良いかも知れませんね。

I was able to efficiently visit the spots I wanted to see, and I am very satisfied. Also, the guide was very polite and provided a sense of security.

I really appreciate the emphasis on safety. It was great to see the behind-the-scenes aspects that are usually not visible. The staff members in charge were very kind and attentive.

I had always wanted to visit Hashima Island after watching the drama... I got even more excited when I found out that the boat was featured in the show after making my reservation!

On the day of the visit, the weather was unpredictable, with rain coming and going, but we managed to land somehow!

"A picture is worth a thousand words."
That was a moment when I truly felt the meaning of that phrase!

It made me reflect on various things, including coal, which is said to be the origin of Japan's growth, the people who supported it, as well as the atomic bomb and war...

予約してからドラマ中の船であることを知って更にテンション上がりました！
当日は降ったりやんだりの天候でしたが、何とか上陸できました！

「百聞は一見にしかず」
それを心底実感した瞬間でした！

日本の成長の原点とも言える石炭とそれを支えた人々、そして原爆、戦争…
いろいろなことを考えさせられました。

It has been raining continuously for the past few days, and I thought there wouldn't be any sunny days before leaving Miyako Island, so I didn't make a reservation in advance. However, today the weather suddenly cleared up, and when I made a reservation on the same day, they responded quickly. Communication with the captain was very smooth, and he was a kind person. Rii, who was in charge of the drone photography, was very cute, kind, and her service was excellent; she was very professional. This experience was truly amazing and has become one of the wonderful memories of my trip to Miyako Island.

この数日ずっと雨が続いていて、宮古島を出る前にもう晴れる日はないかなと思っていたので、事前予約をしていませんでした。
でも今日は天気が突然に晴れたので当日に予約したところ、迅速に対応していただけました。
船長さんとの連絡もとてもスムーズで、親切な方でした。
ドローン撮影を担当してくださった梨衣さんはとても可愛らしく、優しくて対応も素晴らしく、とてもプロフェッショナルでした。
今回の体験は本当に最高で、宮古島旅の素敵な思い出のひとつになりました。

I was able to efficiently sightsee in just one day. I thought my stay in Otaru would be long, but it flew by with all the food sampling and souvenir shopping. The guide was also a very pleasant person, which was great.

1日で効率よく観光できました。小樽滞在時間が、長いかなと思ったけど食べ歩きしてお土産探しであっという間でした。ガイドさんもとても感じのいい方でよかったです。

The weather was unfortunate, but it was a fulfilling tour. There were only a few of us that day, which gave it a private feel. Thank you to the guide for your thoughtfulness. This was my first trip in May, and indeed, Okinawa is ideal before the rainy season. Next time, I will definitely plan a trip by April.

お天気は残念でしたが、充実したツアーでした。当日は少人数でプライベート感有　ガイドさんお気づかい　ありがとうございました。
今回は初めての5月の旅行　やはり沖縄は梅雨入り前が理想的　次回は必ず4月までの旅行　計画たてます。

The guide's extensive explanations about Yakushima's history, geography, cedar trees, and flora allowed me to enjoy the Shiratani Unsuikyo even more deeply.

I was able to relax both my body and mind in this extraordinary environment, listening to the constant dripping of water on the moss, the chirping of birds, and enjoying the forest bathing. Seeing the cedars that have been growing for hundreds and thousands of years made me feel small in comparison.

Since the trekking included breaks, I was relieved that I could go at a comfortable pace.

The photos taken by the guide (especially the panoramic ones) became truly wonderful memories.

On the way back, I was dropped off at a different accommodation from where I stayed, and I was able to enjoy a day trip to a hot spring, which was refreshing.

If I have the opportunity to visit Yakushima again, I would love to request the same guide. Thank you very much.

ガイドさんの屋久島の歴史、地理、杉や草花と幅広い説明でより深く白谷雲水峡を楽しめました。

苔に絶えずポタポタと水が落ちていく様子、鳥のさえずり、森林浴。非日常の中身体も心もリラックス出来ました。
大自然の中、何百何千年と生えている杉を見ると自分の存在がちっぽけな物に感じました。

休憩を取りながらのトレッキングだったので、無理なく行ける事が出来てホッとしています。

ガイドさんに撮ってもらった写真(特にパノラマ)は、本当にいい思い出になりました。

帰りは、宿泊宿とは別の宿に降ろしてもらい、日帰りで温泉にもつかれリフレッシュ出来ました。

また屋久島に行く機会がある時は、お願いしたいです。

I think a bus tour that includes the attractions of Ishigaki Island, including Kabira Bay, is perfect for travelers who are unfamiliar with the island. Additionally, I used it on the last day, and it was possible to get off at Ishigaki Airport along the way, which allowed me to make full use of my time on the final day.

川平湾を含む石垣島の見所をバスツアーでまわれるので、島に不慣れな旅行者にはぴったりだと思います。
また、最終日に利用させていただき、途中石垣空港で下車も可能だったので、最終日の時間をフルに有効活用出来ました。

Just before my trip, the rainy season started, and I was worried about the continuous rain forecast for Okinawa. However, thanks to this bus tour, I had a very fulfilling day.

We visited the Churaumi Aquarium and a pineapple farm, and along the way, we bought souvenirs and enjoyed delicious food. Although we couldn't see the blue sky, the ocean in Okinawa was still clear and blue even in the rain, which was truly moving.

I was very happy to visit Emerald Beach again, a place I had wanted to return to since my last visit eight years ago. The guide's stories and songs were soothing, and the bus was very comfortable. On the way back, I listened to the song "Shimanchu nu Takara" sung by the guide.

I highly recommend this tour for those without a rental car. It was very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful day!

旅行直前に梅雨に入ってしまい、連日雨予報の沖縄、楽しめるか心配でしたが
こちらのバスツアーのおかげでとても充実した1日になりました。
美ら海水族館や、パイナップル園などはもちろん、途中途中でお土産を買ったり美味しいものを買って食べたり。青空は見えませんでしたが沖縄の海は雨でも透き通っていて青くて、感動しました。
8年前に訪れてまた行きたいなと思っていたエメラルドビーチにまた行けて私はとても嬉しかったです。ガイドさんのお話もお歌も癒されましたし居心地のいいバスでした。帰りの飛行機はガイドさんが歌われた島人の宝を聞いて帰りましたよ。
レンタカーの無い方はおすすめです。とても快適です。

I signed up for a plan without rental. At first, I thought it might be a bit expensive compared to other tours, but since the price includes the bus fare, it actually felt comparable or even cheaper. With the appropriate advice and pace, I was able to reach Jomon Sugi safely. I definitely couldn't have done it alone. If you're considering whether to hire a guide, I strongly recommend that you do. Not hiring one would be a loss, in my opinion.

レンタルなしのプランを申し込みました。
はじめは他のツアーと比較すると少し高めかなと思いもしましたが、バス代込みの値段とのことで同等or寧ろ安く感じました。
適切なアドバイス、ペースで無事縄文杉まで行くことができました。1人では絶対無理でした。
ガイドつけようか悩んでいる人は絶対つけた方がいいです。つけない方が損だと思います。

I used the 5-hour course. The driver who took care of us was truly wonderful, making for a fantastic trip✨️ I was really happy to visit all the famous spots, but he also took us to lesser-known places while sharing local stories. The views were far more impressive than those at the touristy spots. There were places I would have never noticed if I had gone on my own, so I’m really glad I used this service.

For lunch, he made a reservation at a recommended fresh somen restaurant, which was also incredibly delicious and exquisite.

He provided many thoughtful gestures, making the 5 hours feel much more fulfilling, and I was able to fully enjoy Shodoshima. I highly recommend using this service when you visit Shodoshima!

有名なスポットを全部巡れただけでも嬉しかったのですが、地元のお話を交えながら知る人ぞ知るのスポットに連れて行ってくださいました。観光地化されたところより遥かに感動する景色ばかりでした。個人で回っていれば気づけなかったところなので、本当に利用してよかったです。
お昼ご飯もおすすめの生そうめんのお店を予約していただいたのですが、そこもとても美味しく絶品でした。
他にも細やかな心遣いを沢山していただき、5時間とは思えない充実の時間となり、小豆島を満喫することができました。
ぜひ、小豆島に行かれる際には利用されることをおすすめします！

The places I visited were all wonderful and without complaint, but I was disappointed with the inbound customers and the guide. Since they were inbound tourists, there were moments of irritation due to poor manners and differing values. I had acknowledged at the time of booking that it would be the same tour as the inbound group, but I regret not going with only Japanese people. That's my fault.

As for the guide, they were from overseas and trilingual. They had no issues with language and were a lovely person, but it seemed they lacked experience as a guide. Therefore, I think of them more as someone who assists rather than a full-fledged guide.

The content of the guiding was often disorganized, so I believe it would be better to decide in advance what to explain, memorize the script, and use a guiding method where they explain when they reach the relevant scene.

訪れた場所はどこも素敵で申し分なかったのですが、インバウンドのお客様とガイドさんにがっかりしました。
インバウンドなので、マナーの悪さや価値観の違いで、途中イラつくこともありました。申し込み時点でインバウンドと同じツアーになる事は書かれてあったので了承したのですが、やはり日本人だけで行動すればよかったと後悔しています、これは自分が悪いですね。
また、ガイドさんですが、海外出身でトライリンガルの方でした。言語も問題なく人柄も素敵な方だったのですが、どうもガイドの経験が浅いように見受けられました。なので、ガイドと言うよりも補助をしてくれる人程度のアテンドだと思います。
ガイドの内容がまとまりがないことが多かったので、あらかじめ何を解説するのか、セリフを決め、それを暗唱して、その場面に来たら説明するようなガイドの方法を取られたほうが良いかと思います。
