We were able to visit several places in one day that would have been difficult to reach on our own, and the lunch was luxurious and enjoyable. There was free time at key points, which allowed us to spend our time satisfactorily. The breathtaking view from Mount Usu met our expectations, and Lake Toya was also very beautiful and impressive. Both the guide and the driver were pleasant. I would like to use this service again if the opportunity arises.
自分たちでは行きづらい場所に１日で数カ所も回ることができ、昼食も豪華でよかったです。要所要所で自由時間がもうけられているため、満足に過ごせました。有珠山からの絶景は期待通りで、洞爺湖もとても素敵で見応えがありました。ガイドの方もドライバーさんも感じが良かったです。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。
10月ですでにかなり涼しかったので（とくに山頂）長く景色を見たい方は防寒対策をおすすめします。寒さに弱い方は早々に下山している印象でした。

After the typhoon passed, we were able to go trekking in the clear weather, and the sunlight filtering through the trees created a beautiful contrast. Additionally, our guide provided detailed explanations of the plants and animals we encountered along the way, which changed our perspective and made the experience even better. There were many things I would have missed if I had been walking alone. By the time we descended to the parking lot, the temperature had risen, but most of the trail was shaded, and a cool breeze was blowing, making for a comfortable trekking experience.
台風一過の晴れ間にトレッキングができて、木々の間から入る日差しがよいコントラストになりとてもきれいでした。また、ガイドさんが道中に出会った動植物を丁寧に説明してくださったのでその視点で見ると全体的に見方が変わったのでとてもよかったです。一人で歩いていると見逃していたものが多くありました。駐車場まで下ると気温も高くなっていましたが、道中はほとんど木陰で涼しい風が吹いていたので快適なトレッキングでした。

A typhoon was approaching, but I was able to go trekking in light rain and a gentle breeze. At one point, the sun peeked through, illuminating the droplets on the trees, ferns, and moss, which looked beautiful. Along the way, I was able to see and touch both famous and lesser-known large Yakusugi trees up close, experiencing their immense size. However, it was disappointing that I could only see the iconic Jomon Sugi from a distance and couldn't fully appreciate its size.

The kind older brother gave us many pose suggestions and guided us with "Let's do it like this next!" which was really great! As expected from a professional, we were able to take wonderful photos with poses we wouldn't have thought of ourselves, and we were very satisfied! During the shoot, he also made sure we didn't close our eyes or look away, and after each shot, he would say, "This is really good!" which made the whole experience enjoyable! The photos turned out beautifully, and I was thrilled when two shooting stars appeared in one of them (;_;). I visited Kyoto with my 2-year-old son. Since it was a holiday, everywhere was crowded. Although we made reservations without a plan, they suggested a zoo and an aquarium that would be enjoyable for a 2-year-old, while also considering my desire to do some sightseeing. In the morning, I did stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) on the Miyara River, where mangroves thrive on both sides. It was my first time doing SUP, but they provided a proper lecture, and the pace was adjusted to match the group, allowing us to enjoy nature at a relaxed pace. In the afternoon, we had the opportunity for serious snorkeling. The route the guide took us on exceeded my expectations. You can receive photo data, but I recommend bringing your own camera. Depending on the weather, the visibility was amazing, allowing us to see deep into the ocean, along with the coral reefs and many fish swimming around—an incredible experience in nature.
午前はマングローブが川の両側に生い茂る宮良川でSUPをしました。初めてのSUPでしたが、ちゃんとレクチャーしてくれますし、進むペースもグループで合わせてくれるので、ゆったりした気持ちで自然を満喫しながら楽しめます。午後は本格的なシュノーケルが出来ます。ガイドさんが連れて行ってくれるルートは期待以上でした。写真データも頂けますがご自身のカメラの持参をおすすめ。天候によるのでしょうが、海の深い所まで見える透明度と珊瑚礁、たくさんの魚が泳ぐ自然を体験出来て最高です。

津曲ガイド（愛称：監督）の飽きさせないトークや細かな気配り、豊富な知識であっという間の1日でした。特に方言クイズはとても面白く帰宅後も思い出してホッコリしてます笑
また、最後の縄文杉は自然と涙が出るくらい感動しました。一生に一度は行くべき場所と言われる意味がわかりました。

This was my second visit to Furano and Biei. Last time I rented a car, but this time I joined a bus tour, and honestly, I was a bit anxious about the manners of foreign tourists. I had been hesitant to participate since it was mentioned that there would be announcements in foreign languages. However, once we set off, the guide clearly communicated important information to the passengers, and I didn't experience any of the discomfort I had anticipated. The three people who were speaking continuously in English right next to us were moved to another seat by the guide, which quieted things down.
The guide mentioned that they wouldn't do the typical "guiding," but they engaged us with light-hearted conversation without being pushy. I was also impressed by the driver, who always called out to passengers when they were getting on and off the bus. Thank you for your hard work during the long drive.
I thought the duration of our stops at the sightseeing locations was just right. It brought back memories from my previous visit, and we created new enjoyable memories, with my spouse and I saying, "That was great." Thank you very much.
Lastly, one of the factors that made me hesitate to participate was the feeling of "not seeing the face of the company." What if I ended up with a strange tour company? What if it was a weird bus company? It turned out to be unnecessary worry, but I think it would be good to promote this aspect online. I feel there might be other Japanese people who share similar concerns. Thank you.
2回目の富良野・美瑛でしたが、前回はレンタカー、今回はバスツアーで（外国人のマナーに）正直不安がありました。外国語のアナウンスもあると書かれていたので、ずっと参加を迷っていました。発射するとガイドさんが注意事項をきちっと乗客に伝えてくれた事もあり、予想していた不快なことは全くありませんでした。私たちの目の席で英語でしゃべり続けていた３人もガイドさんが１人を別席に移して下さり静かになりました。
所謂、ガイドさんらしい「ガイド」はしませんとおっしゃっていたガイドさんも押しつけがましくなく、軽妙なおしゃべりを楽しませてくださいました。また運転手さんも、乗客が乗り降りする際に必ず声掛けをして下さり感心しました。長時間の運転ご苦労様でした。
立ち寄りの観光地の滞在時間も程よい長さで良かったと思います。前回訪問の記憶がよみがえり、新たな楽しい記憶が刻まれて夫婦２人で「よかったね」と話しています。大変ありがとうございました。
最後に、参加するかどうか悩んだ１つの要因は「会社の顔が見えない」事でした。変なツアー会社に当たったらどうしよう？変なバス会社だったらどうしよう？ 無駄な心配でしたが、WEB上でもアピールされた方が良いのではないでしょうか？心配されている日本人の方が他にもいらっしゃる気がします。

I didn't have much trekking experience, but Tsugimura-san kept the atmosphere bright and lively from start to finish, making it a day filled with laughter! During the hike, we enjoyed conversations filled with jokes, riddles, and quizzes, which made the long journey completely enjoyable without any boredom. At the rest points, we also heard a lot about Yakushima's nature and history, and I was deeply moved by the depth of the forest and the vitality of the cedar trees.
Thanks to the careful guidance on walking techniques and precautions for slippery areas, I was able to proceed with confidence and reached the goal safely without any injuries. I felt a sense of accomplishment beyond my expectations, and the moment I stood in front of Jomon Sugi, my heart was full. We took many photos and videos, capturing natural expressions and emotional moments that we couldn't have captured ourselves, which made me really happy.
Thanks to the wonderful nature of Yakushima and Tsugimura-san's warm guidance, it became a trekking experience that will be a lifelong memory!

I was really anxious wondering if there was really a beach in such a place when we headed to the shooting location, but when we arrived and looked up at the sky, it was a starry night full of stars!! It was breathtaking! Afro, who did the shooting, suggested various poses, which really helped us since we participated without thinking much. We also had an elementary school child with us, and they were very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this tour!
