We started at 9:30 AM and communicated the places we wanted to visit, and they organized a plan for us. At the Churaumi Aquarium, my elderly mother, who has difficulty walking, was able to use the electric wheelchair service, which was very helpful. We were able to move around easily with minimal walking and the slopes were manageable. We made many memories together with my mother, enjoying things like Yaezakura cherry blossoms, tankan oranges, and sata andagi (Okinawan doughnuts). Thank you again! (^ - ^)/

Thank you, guide Sugi-chan and Hina-chan. It was a very satisfying tour.

It was my first time canoeing, but you taught us carefully, so I was able to participate with peace of mind. Additionally, I enjoyed the time spent learning about corals and mangroves.

During snorkeling, I was able to see clownfish and touch sea cucumbers, allowing me to connect with the natural beauty of Ishigaki. I felt tired and anxious in the second half, but you checked on me multiple times, which helped me swim confidently until the end.

The weather forecast was bad, and I received a call the day before to change the time, but thanks to that, I was able to fully enjoy both activities.

ガイドのすぎちゃん、ひなちゃんありがとう。大満足のツアーになりました。
初めてのカヌーでしたが、丁寧に教えていただいたので、安心して参加することができました。また、サンゴやマングローブに関する話をしていただいて、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
シュノーケリングでは、カクレクマノミを見れたり、ナマコを触ったり、石垣の自然にたくさん触れることができました。後半疲れて不安でしたが、何度も声をかけてくれて、安心して泳ぎきることができました。

予報が悪く、前日に電話をいただき、時間変更をしての参加でしたが、おかげさまで両方のアクティビティを満喫することができました。

Horyu-ji Temple is located away from Nara city, and since there were five of us, we used a chartered taxi. We took our time to thoroughly explore each spot, which caused us to go a bit over time, but our driver, Mr. Maruyama, was very accommodating, and we were able to visit all the places we wanted to go. Additionally, he provided detailed guidance inside each temple, which was very educational. Thank you very much!

法隆寺は奈良市内から離れており、５人だったので、貸切タクシーを利用しました。
各スポットをじっくり見たので、少々時間を超過してしまいましたが、乗務員の丸山さんには臨機応変に対応いただき、我々が行きたかったところは全て巡ることができました。
また、それぞれの寺院の中も丁寧にご案内いただき、非常に勉強になりました。

When I consulted over the phone about things I didn't understand, they kindly explained everything to me. I was very grateful. On the day of the canoe experience, they kept the atmosphere lively and I had a great time 😆 The view of the mangroves was mystical and I felt a sense of power! They also helped by recommending delicious local restaurants from a local perspective, which was very helpful 😋 I definitely want to introduce this to my other friends! Thank you very much!

I participated with a friend. I was grateful for the pick-up and drop-off from the port. Since there were three of us, I was a bit nervous about the possibility of capsizing, but thanks to the thorough orientation, I felt safe while paddling. It was a great refreshment to leisurely row through the greenery of the mangroves!

The guide shared recommendations for lunch and provided information about the island, which made me like the island a little more. It had been a while since I last went canoeing, but I had a lot of fun and I would love to come back again!

友人と参加しました。港からの送り迎えもありがたかったです。
3名乗りの場合、転倒のおそれもあるということで緊張しながら乗りましたが、オリエンテーションでしっかり教えてもらえたおかげで安心して乗れました。ゆったりとオールを漕いで、マングローブの緑の中を抜けていく、良いリフレッシュができました！
ガイドの方にはおすすめのランチをはじめ、島の情報を教えてもらい、島のことが少し好きになりました。久しぶりのカヌーでしたが、とっても楽しむことができ、また来たいなと思いました！！

I participated in a mangrove canoe tour with five other men. We traveled from the longest river in Okinawa deep into the mangroves, enjoying the magnificent nature and refreshing negative ions. We joined the tour in the morning, and the weather was cloudy with light rain, which made it cool and comfortable—perfect conditions. Our guide was friendly and reliable, and he had an interesting way of talking. He also recommended some great restaurants at the end, making it a very satisfying experience.

男6人旅でマングローブカヌーツアーに参加しました。沖縄で一番長い川からマングローブの奥地まで進み、壮大な自然と心地よいマイナスイオンを満喫できました。午前中に参加しましたが、曇り〜小雨という天候も涼しく快適で、最高のコンディションでした。ガイドさんは気さくで頼りになり、トークも面白く、最後におすすめの飲食店も教えてくれて大満足の体験でした。

There were only two of us Japanese participants, my friend and I, but it was a very smooth and high-quality tour. Most of the participants were punctual with the meeting time when we joined. Both the guide and the driver were friendly and pleasant.

参加した日本人は私とお友人の二人でしたが、非常にスムーズで民度のよいツアーでした。
私たちが参加したときは集合時間もほぼ守れる方ばかりでした。
ガイドさんも運転手さんも気さくで感じが良かったです。

The bus guide's stories, the sound of the sanshin, the songs, and the kamishibai made the bus ride enjoyable. I also learned some hand dances. Just meeting the bus guide was enough to make me very satisfied.
The limestone cave was humid. I was moved to see it up close. It was a mystical space.

バスガイドさんの話や三線の音色、歌に紙芝居とバスの中は楽しかったです。手踊りも教えて頂きました。バスガイドさんに会えただけで十分満足できました。
鍾乳洞は蒸し暑かったです。間近に見ることが出来て感動しました。神秘的な空間でした。

Since joining ANA, I've been learning about various training and studies! I had the opportunity to visit places that are not easily accessible, and I realized how important it is to learn in an environment that prioritizes passenger safety. The facilities are equipped to train in conditions similar to real-life situations, allowing us to learn through experience, which I believe is very valuable. When I board a plane, I feel a strong desire to support each of the staff members.

ANAに入社してどんな訓練や勉強をしているか！なかなか見ることの出来ない場所を見学出来て、乗客の安全を１番として様々な分野を学ばれて、現場と同じ状況で訓練が出来る設備が整っている事で、体感しながら学べる事はとても大切な事だと思いました。
飛行機に乗る時に、それぞれのスタッフの方へ応援したい気持ちになりました。

During the journey, you shared various histories of Okinawa, which was very educational. If I have the opportunity to visit Okinawa again, I would like to go with Veltra.

I participated in an island-hopping tour from Ishigaki Island to Iriomote Island, Yubu Island, and Taketomi Island.

On Iriomote Island, the bus ride was enjoyable thanks to the fun island guide provided by the bus driver. We took a water buffalo cart to Yubu Island, where I strolled around and felt my heart healed by the relaxing nature.

During the mangrove cruise, we happened to catch the beginning of low tide, allowing us to see the mangroves in their natural state, which was very nice. On Taketomi Island, I explored the village and was moved by the feeling of Okinawa.

石垣島から西表島、由布島、竹富島への離島巡りに参加しました
西表島でのバス移動は、ばすのドライバーの楽しい島の案内、水牛車に乗って由布島へ、由布島での散策は、のんびり自然とに触れて心が癒されました。
マングローブ遊覧では、丁度干潮が始まり、マングローブの本来の姿を観ることができ、とても良かったです。竹富島では、集落をみて、沖縄を感じ感動したした。

I was the only Japanese person in the group. I started by visiting Kumamoto Castle, which has changed quite a bit since before the earthquake. At Kusasenri, there were remnants of controlled burns here and there, and the aftermath of the burns might not be very pretty. The basashi (raw horse meat) rice bowl at the drive-in was delicious. The coffee was brewed using a unique method with roasted beans, but I gave up due to the long line.

At the Aso roadside station, you can buy local specialties and vegetables. There is a Kumamon monument at the Aso roadside station, and you can see a statue of Usopp from One Piece at the nearby Aso Station. Unfortunately, the area around the crater is off-limits due to a helicopter accident, so the caldera will have to wait for next time. I am very grateful to the female tour guide and the driver for their hard work, which allowed us to return early, and they also recommended a dinner place. The tour guide's stories were very interesting. She speaks Chinese and Korean as well, so if you prefer only Japanese, you should consider expanding your options, but today's tour is enjoyable enough for Japanese participants as well. Since there is a lot of movement, it is more suited for those who want to see specific points rather than many sights.

日本人は私1人でした。熊本城をはじめにみて、震災前と大分変わっていました。
草千里は野焼きの跡が所々あり、野焼きの跡はあまり綺麗ではないかもしれません。ドライブインで馬刺し丼が美味しかったです。珈琲は焙煎したコーヒーを独自の製法で出していましたが、長蛇の列で断念しました。
道の駅阿蘇では特産品や野菜を買えます。道の駅阿蘇でくまモンのモニュメントが、向かいの阿蘇駅でワンピースのウソップの銅像がみれます。
残念ながら、ヘリコプター事故で火口周辺は立ち入り禁止、カルデラはまた次回。女性添乗員と、ドライバーが最後まで頑張ってくれて早めに帰ることができ、夕食のお店も教えてくれて大変感謝です。添乗員さんのお話がとても面白かったです。中国語、韓国語も喋るので、日本語だけを希望する場合は選択肢を拡げるべきですが、今日のツアーは日本人にも充分楽しめます。移動が多いので、数見たいではなく、ピンポイントで見たい人向けです。

The weather was unfortunately bad, but once I started walking, I didn't feel the cold, and it felt just right. The scenery, the characters, and those scenes from the Studio Ghibli films! I wondered if they were inspired by this nature as I walked, and it was so much fun.

あいにくの天気でしたが、歩き始めると寒さは感じず、ちょうど良い感じでした。
ジブリ作品でみたあの景色、あのキャラクター、あの作品のあのシーン！この自然から思いついたのかしら？なんて考えながら歩くのがとっても楽しかったです。

Climbing during the off-peak season allowed us to listen to the explanations at a leisurely pace, take our time with photos, and there was no waiting for the restroom, which was fantastic! I was very satisfied to reach Jomon Sugi safely, and the guide's professional timing for our return was impressive. The coffee and cocoa prepared by the guide were exceptional in taste.

閑散期の登山は説明をゆっくり聞く事ができ、写真もゆっくり撮れ、トイレで並ぶこともなくて最高でした！
無事縄文杉まで辿り着く事ができて大満足でしたし、帰りの時間にぴったりとガイドしてくださるプロの技もあっぱれでした。
ガイドさんが用意してくださったコーヒーとココアの美味しさは格別でした。

It was an alarm-level heavy snowfall for several consecutive days, but there was also a certain warmth to the dazzling snow. The scenery was truly wonderful. I was able to enjoy a delicious local lunch and was very satisfied. However, waiting for the bus to the observation deck took some time. There were many shops in Takayama, and I was able to enjoy myself without any prior research.

警報級の連日の豪雪でしたが、どことなく温かさも感じる最高な眩しい積雪でした。
その景観はとても素晴らしかったです。
ご当地昼食も美味しく満足に頂けました。
あと、展望台へのバス待ちがロス時間でした。
高山もお店多く下調べなくとも楽しめました。

There was one Japanese person, and the rest were from various countries.

The Kamado Hell and Umi Hell in Beppu are impressive onsens that you can't enter, especially for first-timers. The pudding and onsen eggs at Kamado Hell are delicious.

At the African Safari, the animals were just lounging around, so it wasn't very thrilling.

In Yufuin, I enjoyed walking around and eating, trying the grilled shiitake mushrooms, fried chicken, and croquettes recommended by the guide, which were exquisite. It seems they only accept cash.

After soaking in the onsen, my skin became smooth.

日本人1人の、あとは多国籍でした。
別府のかまど地獄と海地獄ははじめての人には迫力のある入ることの出来ないおんせんです。かまど地獄のプリンと温泉たまごが美味しいです。
アフリカンサファリは動物たちがもうのんびりしちゃって迫力なかったです。
由布院は食べ歩きで、ガイドさんに教えて貰った椎茸焼きと唐揚げ、コロッケを食べ、絶品でした。現金のみの対応のようです。
温泉に入り、お肌スベスベになりました。
1日ありがとうございました。

Although it was unfortunate that we couldn't enjoy stargazing due to the cloudy sky, we had a great time on the night tour.

Since it was winter, there were fewer creatures, but it was a wonderful experience to explore the jungle together with other guests from the same tour. Whenever someone found a creature, we all shared in the excitement. The guide was also very engaging, providing various explanations while clearly enjoying the experience himself, which left a great impression.

I was starting to lose hope since we didn't encounter many creatures during the exploration, but we were able to take pictures with a very friendly coconut crab that appeared on the road at the end, making it a great tour overall.

If I have the chance again, I would like to participate during a time when more creatures are active and enjoy stargazing as well.

曇り空で残念ながら星空観賞はできなかったものの、ナイトツアーを充分楽しめました。

冬のため生き物の数は少なかったですが、同じツアーに参加されていた他のお客様と一緒に誰かが生き物を見つけたら全員で共有して楽しみながらジャングルを探索できていい経験になりました。
ガイドさんも色々な解説をしつつ自身も楽しまれており非常に印象がよかったです。
探索中出会えなかったので諦めかけていましたが、最後に道路に現れてくれたサービス精神旺盛なヤシガニとも写真撮影ができ、全体としていいツアーでした。

また機会があればもう少し生き物の活動が活発な時期に参加し、星空観賞も楽しみたいです。

The Great Kannon of Shodoshima and Kankakei were not necessary. The Great Kannon was too religious for my taste. I was disappointed that I couldn't have a proper lunch at Kankakei. There was a restaurant inside the Twenty-Four Eyes Movie Village, which would have been better. It was a shame that I passed by local shops I wanted to visit.

小豆島大観音、寒霞渓は　無くてもよかった。
大観音は宗教色が強過ぎて好みではなかった。
寒霞渓で昼食らしいものは食べられずガッカリでした。二十四瞳映画村の中にレストランがあったので、そちらが良かった。
他に寄ってみたい地元産の店舗は素通りだったのは残念でした。

I was taken to a place that is quite difficult to go to alone, and I had a valuable experience. However, the guide's rapid-fire talking was exhausting. There were many inbound foreign tourists on the tour, and the guide spoke a lot in English, but the pronunciation wasn't very clear, which was a bit concerning. Overall, the tour itself was good.

なかなか１人では行けない場所に連れて行ってもらい、貴重な体験が出来ました。
ただ、ガイドの人が弾丸トークで疲れました。ツアー客がインバウンドの外国人が多くて、英語でたくさん話していたのですが、発音がきれいでなくて、それも気になりました。
ツアー自体は良かったです。

The guide explained the same thing in three languages: Japanese, English, and Chinese. I was able to learn an efficient way to get around Shirakawa-go.

ガイドの方が同じことを日本語、英語、中国語の３か国語で説明してくれます。

I realized how amazing the people working at the airport are! It's because of their daily efforts that we can safely and enjoyably board airplanes, and I can't help but feel grateful. I understood well during this tour how both jobs that directly interact with passengers and those that don't are essential. The facilities also made me feel the airport atmosphere, and I think those who love airplanes and airports were thrilled the entire time! The staff who guided us were fun and explained everything clearly, and I was delighted by their offers to help with photos! Lastly, when I bought some merchandise, I noticed the ANA logo on my credit card, and I was impressed when they said, "Thank you for always supporting us." I want to learn from their thoughtful consideration and friendly interactions. Thank you for everything! I look forward to being taken care of on the plane next time!

空港で働く方々の凄さがわかりました！日々の努力してくださっているからこそ私たちが安全に楽しく飛行機に乗れているんだと思うと頭が上がりません。直接乗客に関わる仕事もそうでない仕事も今回のツアーでよくわかりました。施設内も空港を感じられて飛行機や空港が好きな方は終始大興奮だったと思います！また案内してくださった係の方も楽しくわかりやすく教えてくださりましたし写真のお手伝いの声かけも嬉しかったです！最後にグッズを買いましたが私のクレジットにANAのロゴが付いていたのを見逃さず「いつもありがとうございます」とお声かけくださったのには脱帽でした。細やかな配慮と声かけ見習いたいです。こちらこそいつもありがとうございます！次は機内でお世話になります！

On the second day of my first solo trip, I had reserved this bus, and the seats were fairly spacious and comfortable. The bus guide was cheerful and spoke clearly, which made the experience very pleasant. The driver also greeted us every time, which was really nice!

初めての一人旅で2日目にこのバスを予約していたのですが、席もある程度広く居心地がよかったです。バスガイドさんも明るくハキハキとお話される方でとても心地よかったです。運転手さんも毎回声をかけてくれてとても良かったです！

I used this service with a friend. In the morning, they came to pick us up near the hotel. At the tourist spots, they were able to park in taxi-only parking areas, which made it close to our destinations, and it was fun with the driver's guidance. While it's enjoyable to go sightseeing on our own, having someone explain the history and geography deepened our understanding. It had been since my school trip as a child that I visited Nara, so I really enjoyed this adult version of a school trip. Additionally, they responded to our sudden requests and kept us entertained until the last minute, creating great memories. At first, I thought, "Isn't this a bit expensive?" but it was worth every penny! Thank you very much.

朝、ホテル近くまで迎えに来ていただきました。
観光地ではタクシー専用の駐車場に停めていただけるので、目的地まで近く、運転手さんのガイド付きで楽しかったです。
自分たちで観光地へ行くのも楽しいですが、歴史や地理を説明してもらうことで理解が深まりました。
子供の頃修学旅行で奈良に行った以来の訪問でしたので、大人の修学旅行を満喫しました。
また、私たちの突然のリクエストにも応えていただき、時間ギリギリまで楽しませてくださり、良い思い出となりました。
初めは「少し高いかなー？」なんて思いましたが、それだけの価値はあります！

I was able to land. The guide provided detailed explanations about the conditions at the time and the architectural features, allowing me to reflect on the past while exploring. It was enjoyable. The digital museum was also very good.

It was an efficiently packed tour for the whole day. The photo is a commemorative shot with a water buffalo on Taketomi Island. It became a wonderful memory.

The tour content was excellent. The guide, Ms. Li, was a wonderful person, and thanks to her, it was a fun trip! I participated as a Japanese person, and there was also Japanese interpretation available. There were a few other Japanese participants as well! I highly recommend it!

They helped me manage my pace well. Thanks to the weather, I was able to reach the top safely. At dangerous spots, they would stop to let us catch our breath and explain things, and at photo points, they took pictures for us each time. I was really happy when we safely descended, and it was a great experience. I don't think I could have achieved this without the guide. Thank you very much! ^^

上手にペース配分してくれました。
天候にも助けられ無事に最後まで登りきる事が出来ました。
危ない所では息を整えられる様に停まって説明してくれたり、フォトポイントでは都度写真を撮ってくれました。

I experienced snorkeling with four friends, making a total of five of us. The weather on the day was cloudy, which made me a bit anxious, but the sea was clear, and we could see the bottom beautifully. Moreover, we were able to see a sea turtle right after we started snorkeling. With the guidance of a kind young man with black hair, it turned into a fun activity.

友人と一緒に5人でシュノーケリングを体験させていただきました。当日の天気は曇りで少しの不安がありましたが、海は透き通っていて底まで綺麗に見えていました。また、シュノーケリングが始まってすぐウミガメを見ることができました。黒髪ガイドの優しいお兄さんに先導していただいて、楽しいアクティビティとなりました。

I participated in a snorkeling tour! Due to the weather, I received a call the day before informing me that the tour would be held at a different location instead of the Blue Cave. I felt that the explanation was thorough and I was able to participate with understanding, which showed a very polite and sincere response.

On the day of the tour, there were two staff members for six participants, and since we wore life jackets, I felt safe and was able to enjoy myself. During snorkeling, I appreciated the staff's careful attention as they watched over the entire group and checked in with each individual. They provided a lot of support, like letting us pick up shells and taking pictures of us!

In the sea, I was able to see fish and coral, which I think was a rare experience that I wouldn't normally have. Although it was a bit disappointing not to go to the Blue Cave, I had such a fun and fulfilling time that I forgot all about it.

シュノーケリングツアーに参加しました！
天候の影響で前日に青の洞窟ではなく別の場所での開催になるとお電話をいただきました。事前にきちんと説明があり、納得したうえで参加できたので、とても丁寧で誠実な対応だと感じました。

当日は6人の参加者に対してスタッフの方が2名ついてくださり、ライフジャケットも着用だったので安心して楽しめました。シュノーケリング中もグループ全体を見守りながら、一人ひとりに声をかけてくださる細やかな気配りが嬉しかったです。貝を拾って持たせてくれたり、その写真を撮ってくれたりと、たくさんサポートしてくれました！

海の中では魚や珊瑚を見ることができ、普段なかなかできない貴重な体験ができたと思います。
青の洞窟に行けなかったのは少し残念でしたが、それを忘れてしまうほど楽しく充実した時間を過ごすことができました。
