The water buffalo cart ride was much slower than I expected, allowing for a leisurely experience. I was able to spend valuable time and it was enjoyable. It was more fun than I imagined.

水牛車の歩行が思った以上にゆっくりな歩行で、のんびりとできました。貴重な時間を過ごすことが出来楽しかったです。想像以上に楽しかったです。

I wanted to enjoy the nature of Hokkaido without the need to rent a car, so I decided to participate. The meeting place was close to Susukino, and all we had to do was get on the bus. It was full, but mostly with foreign tourists. The bus guide seemed to be from China. The main language of the guide was Chinese, but they also provided key points in Japanese. I think it was pretty good since we were able to visit spots near Sapporo in just one day.

レンタカー借りるほどではないけど北海道の自然を気軽に楽しみたいと思って参加しました。すすきのからほど近い集合場所で後はバスに乗るだけ。満員でしたが、外国人観光客がほとんど。バスガイドさんは中国の方かな。中国語メインのガイドでしたが日本語でもポイントを押さえたガイドでした。一日で札幌近くのスポットをまわれたのでまあ良かったかなと思いました。

They took us to the sightseeing spots we wanted to visit, and it was convenient to travel by bus. However, I was surprised to find that there were only two groups of Japanese people, including us, as I didn't expect it to be aimed at inbound tourists.

行きたい観光地に連れて行ってくれて、バス移動で楽でした。ただ、インバウンド客向けとは思わずに申し込んだら、まさかの日本人は自分たちを含めて2組でビックリしました。

It was enjoyable because it was a bus tour, so there was no crowded trains or troublesome waiting times. I slept on the way back. The guide was a nice person. I felt like I wanted a bit more detailed explanations.

バスツアーなので電車の混雑や面倒な待ち時間もなく楽でした。帰りは寝ていました。ガイドさんは感じのいい人でした。もう少し詳しい説明が聞きたかった感じは残りました。

I participated alone as someone who is not good at swimming. On the day of the tour, it was rainy season, so I didn't have high expectations.

However, thanks to the appropriate guidance from the instructor (Yama-chan), I was able to enter the sea with peace of mind.

In fact, this sense of security was the key to enjoying the tour. I was able to relax and swim freely.

The seawater was pleasantly cool. I even encountered a turtle swimming slowly. I could feel the trust between Yama-chan and the turtle.

泳ぎが不得意なおっさんの一人参加です。
当日は梅雨で、あまり期待していませんでした。

ところが、インストラクター(やまちゃん)に適切指導して頂き、安心して海に入ることが出来ました。

実はこの安心感がツアーを楽しむポイントでした。
リラックスして遊泳出来たのです。

海水も心地いい冷たさでした。
ゆっくり泳ぐ亀とも出会えました。
やまちゃんと亀の信頼関係すら感じました。

とてもいい思い出、ありがとうございました。

The colors of the hill were not as vibrant as in the brochure, which was disappointing.
The hamburger for lunch was delicious!!
The guide was also very kind and helpful.

I visited both Takayama and Shirakawa-go in about two hours. I thought that might be a bit short on time, but once I participated, I was satisfied with the delicious meals and sightseeing.

The observation deck in Shirakawa-go is especially recommended.

The guide was also a nice person, and I had a fun trip. I would like to participate again.

飛騨高山と白川郷をどちらも２時間くらいの時間でまわりました。
時間的に少ないかなと思っていましたが、実際参加してみると
おいしい食事と観光もできて満足できました。

特に白川郷の展望台はおすすめです。

ガイドのお姉さんもいい方で楽しい旅ができました。
また参加させていただきたいです。

Since it was a long journey, we had two drivers, and there were also two guides, one for Japanese and Chinese and one for English. Everyone was very kind.
The day we visited the moss phlox was the day of the full bloom announcement, and it was wonderful to see it at its peak. The tulips were also in full bloom with a variety of colors, which was impressive! Although the time spent on the bus was long, it was a tour well worth participating in, and I was very satisfied!

長時間の移動になる為ドライバーさん２名体制、ガイドさんも日本語・中国語担当１名と英語対応の２名体制でした。皆さんとても親切な方達でした。
芝桜は行った当日が満開宣言の日でとても綺麗な時に行けて最高でした。チューリップも色とりどり満開で感動しました！バスに乗っている時間が長いですが参加するに十分値するツアーで大満足でした！

I used this half-day bus tour to wrap up my trip to Hokkaido. The seafood at Sapporo's Outer Market was delicious. I would like to use it again.

It was my first trip to Hokkaido in a while.
The Shikisai no Oka was particularly wonderful,
and we were blessed with great weather, allowing us to see the mountains of Daisetsuzan.
I felt fantastic.
I've traveled a lot both domestically and internationally, but the easy access to Hokkaido's great nature is the best.
It definitely ranks in the top three in Japan.
This day trip bus tour is great!

I made a last-minute reservation the day before the tour and participated. The guide was cheerful throughout and provided explanations, allowing us to explore the jungle with a bright spirit. We were also able to find several coconut crabs, which was a long-awaited experience! Additionally, even after leaving the jungle, whenever we spotted wildlife along the way, the guide would stop the car and show us, so we were able to enjoy ourselves right up until we returned to the hotel. Thanks to this tour, I had a wonderful day! Thank you!

急遽、ツアー開催日の前日に予約し、参加しました。
ガイドさんは終始明るく解説してくださり、ジャングルの暗闇の中、明るい気持ちで探検することができました♪
そして、念願のヤシガニを数匹見つけることができました‼︎
また、ジャングルを出た後も、道中で生き物を見つけると、ガイドさんが車を停めて案内してくださったので、ホテルに帰るギリギリまで楽しむことができました！

You can efficiently visit the highlights of the island, which is located away from the central area, such as Kabira Bay. During the移動中, the guide provided explanations about the island's history and performed songs on the sanshin, making the experience enjoyable without getting bored. While you can't spend a long time at each location, the tour allows you to disembark at the airport at the end, making it suitable for those with limited time.

川平湾など中心部からは離れている島の見どころを効率よく回ることができ、また移動中はガイドさんの島の歴史の説明や歌・三線の演奏もあり飽きずに過ごせました。
1箇所をじっくり見られるわけではありませんが、最後空港でも下車できるので時間がない方も楽しめるツアーだと思います。

I participated with my 7-year-old son. It was our first time in Iriomote Island, but since my son has recently developed a love for living creatures, I decided to join the night tour to show him some rare animals. I was very grateful that they accommodated sudden schedule changes based on my child's condition. Thanks to that, my son was in great shape to participate on the day of the tour.

On the day of the tour, we were picked up from the hotel on time (actually a bit early), and there were only four participants in total, making it a small group tour. As soon as we left the hotel, we spotted a large land crab just one minute after exiting the premises, which we observed from the car. Shortly after, while moving to the next point, we heard our guide exclaim, "Oh, a coconut crab!" We got out of the car and immediately encountered a coconut crab, and we even spotted another one right next to it, which was a promising start! After moving to the point, we continued to discover various sizes of coconut crabs. Especially in the latter half of the tour, my son was thrilled to find many creatures on his own, including large coconut crabs, frogs, and resting dragonflies. The guide also shared a lot of information, and we had a great time. We were also able to see two habu snakes.

Unfortunately, due to the cloudy sky, we couldn't enjoy stargazing, but the guide later sent us the photos he took, making it an overall very satisfying tour.

７歳になる息子と２人で参加しました。西表島は初めてでしたが、最近生き物が好きな息子には是非珍しい生き物を見せてあげたくナイトツアーへの参加を決めました。現地では子供の体調に合わせ急な日程変更にもご対応頂き大変ありがたかったです。そのおかげで当日は息子も体調万全で参加することができました。
当日はホテルに時間通り（よりむしろ少し早めに）ピックアップ、参加者は当方２名と合わせて４名の少人数のツアーでした。ホテルを出発すると敷地内を出てものの１分で車道に大きなオカガニを発見、車内から観察。その後、ポイントへ移動する途中に早速に「おっ、ヤシガニ」とのガイドさんの声。そこから車を降りていきなりヤシガニとご対面、さらにすぐ横にももう１匹ヤシガニ発見と幸先のいいスタート♪ポイントに移動してからも大小様々なヤシガニをどんどん発見。特にツアー後半は息子も大きなヤシガニやカエル、寝ているトンボなどたくさんの生き物を自分で発見し大興奮、ガイドさんもいっぱいお話してくれてとても楽しんでいました。他にもハブも２匹見ることができました。
残念ながら、曇り空のため星空観賞はできませんでしたが、ガイドさんが撮影した写真も後で送って頂けトータルでは大変満足のいくツアーでした。

The water buffalo cart can hold about 10 people, and I sat at the very back. It was hard to hear what they were talking about, and I couldn't see the water buffalo.

水牛車は10人乗り位で、一番後ろに座りました。何を話しているか聞き取りにくいし、水牛が見えませんでした。

SUP, the Blue Cave, and snorkeling were all so much fun!

I was truly moved to see the mangroves up close like that. It was very interesting to learn about the different species as well! It seems like the day I went, the wind was strong, but they gave me tips, and I was able to paddle without any issues. I think even beginners will feel safe!

The cave was breathtaking, like something out of a movie, a place you wouldn't normally be able to visit on your own. For snorkeling, they guide you out while wearing a life jacket, so I think those who aren't confident swimmers can feel at ease! The coral reefs and the fish were beautiful, and I was thrilled to see a sea turtle!

I returned to the hotel once in the morning, but the communication for the afternoon activity pickup was very smooth, and I thought the hospitality was wonderful.

Both SUP and snorkeling were great, and the staff's conversations were very entertaining, making for a truly enjoyable day! I would love to participate in these activities again when I visit Ishigaki Island! I highly recommend it to anyone who is considering!

SUP、青の洞窟&シュノーケリング全部がとても楽しかったです！

あんなに近くでマングローブを見れるなんて思わなくて本当に感動しました。種類の違いなども説明いただいて、とても興味深かったです！
わたしが行った日は風が強かったみたいなのですが、コツを教えていただいて問題なく乗れました。初めてでも安心かと思います！

洞窟も、個人ではなかなか行けないような映画に出てくるような場所で感動しました。
シュノーケリングはライフジャケット着用で沖まで誘導いただくので、泳ぎに自信がない方でも安心できるかと思います！珊瑚礁や魚たちも綺麗だったし、ウミガメが見られて嬉しかったです！

午前で一度ホテルに帰らせていただいたのですが、午後のアクティビティのお迎えの連絡もとてもスムーズでホスピタリティが素晴らしいなと思いました。

SUPもシュノーケリングも、スタッフの方のトークもとても面白く本当に楽しい1日を過ごせました。また石垣島に伺った際はこちらのアクティビティに参加したいです！
迷われている方がいたらオススメです〜！

This was my third visit to Yakushima, and my first time at Yakusugi Land. Our guide was Mr. Ichikawa from YNAC Classic. I was moved by his wealth of knowledge and love for Yakushima's nature, making for an inspiring half-day experience. He not only provided thorough explanations at a relaxed pace but also ensured that participants could fully immerse themselves in nature by being mindful of the surroundings. Although the weather was unfortunately poor all day, it added to the mystical atmosphere of Yakushima's forest, creating an extraordinary experience of walking in the rain while wearing rain gear. The YNAC Classic tour is not just about sharing knowledge of nature; it conveys the "messages" that nature holds, truly making it an "interpretation" tour. The bento wrapped in bamboo leaves from Kamogawa, which included fried chicken and fish paste made from flying fish, was also fantastic!

3回目の屋久島にして初のヤクスギランド。ガイドはYNACクラシックの市川さん。屋久島博士を呼びたくなるほどの知識量と屋久島の自然への愛に感動の半日でした。じっくりゆっくり、1つ1つ丁寧に解説してくれるだけではなく、ツアー参加者がプライベート空間でどっぷり自然に浸れるように、周囲の動きまで意識して案内されていらっしゃるのが印象的でした。終日あいにくのお天気でしたが、それもまた屋久島の森の雰囲気をより幻想的にし、雨の中をレインウェアを着て歩く非日常な体験でした。YNACクラシックのツアーは、自然についての知識を伝えるだけではなく、その自然が持つ「メッセージ」を伝えてくれる、まさに”インタープリテーション”ツアーですね。唐揚げやトビウオを使ったすり身などが入った「かもがわ」さんの竹の皮で包まれたお弁当も最高でした！

Thanks to the guide's consideration in pacing, I was able to walk without any strain. The grandeur of Jomon Sugi is completely different from what you see in photos; it's a must-see. However, the rental did not include sticks, which I felt were necessary.

ガイドさんの配慮によるペース配分のお陰で、無理なく歩けました。縄文杉の迫力は写真とは全く異なり、これは必見です。ただ、レンタルにはスティックは含まれておらず、これは必要と感じました。

On the third day of our trip to Kyoto, we used this taxi service as a family! It was early June, and the temperature in Kyoto reached 30°C on that day, so it was really great to have this option, especially since we had kids and luggage on our last day!

On the first and second days, the taxi drivers we had were quite chatty, and I prefer to have a quiet ride, so I was a bit anxious. However, the driver this time was very calm and composed, which was really nice!

In five hours, we were able to start at Arashiyama and visit Ryoan-ji, Kinkaku-ji, Kitano Tenmangu, and Yasaka Shrine! The kids wanted to stay in the car due to the heat at Kinkaku-ji, but the driver was very accommodating, allowing my husband and me to explore together. He dropped us off at the places we wanted, making it the perfect final day! Our whole family was very satisfied!

If we have the opportunity to use this service again, we would be very grateful!

京都旅行3日目に、こちらのタクシーを家族で利用しました！6月頭でしたが利用した日は京都では30℃と暑かったうえ、子供連れ最終日で荷物もあったので利用出来て本当に良かったです！
1日目、2日目と移動に使ったタクシーの運ちゃんが結構お喋りで移動中は静かに過ごしたいタイプだったので、不安でしたが運転手さんも、とても穏やかな方で運転も落ち着いていて本当に良かったです！
5時間で嵐山スタートで龍安寺、金閣寺、北野天満宮、八坂神社を回る事が出来ました！金閣寺からは子供達が暑さから車で待機したいとの事でしたが快く見ていてくれて主人と2人で観光する事も出来ました。希望した所で下ろして頂いて最高の最終日でした！家族みんな大満足です！
次また利用する機会がありましたらよろしくお願い致します！

The mangrove kayak tour and blue cave snorkeling in Ishigaki Island provided an absolutely wonderful day.

■ Mangrove Kayak Tour
During the mangrove kayak tour, we slowly moved through nature enveloped in tranquility, allowing us to closely observe an ecosystem we rarely see. The guide was very knowledgeable and provided thorough explanations.

■ Blue Cave Snorkeling
In the blue cave snorkeling, we were greeted by the crystal-clear blue sea, beautiful coral reefs, and colorful fish. The underwater experience was truly moving, and I lost track of time enjoying it. It was also great that the staff provided solid support, making it easy for first-time snorkelers to participate with confidence.

■ Service Details
The shuttle service from the city and the free photos taken during the tour were also greatly appreciated. I believe there is no other tour that offers such a fulfilling experience, allowing you to fully enjoy the day. It was a fantastic tour that helped create the best memories of Ishigaki Island.

マングローブカヤックツアーでは、静寂に包まれた自然の中をゆっくりと進み、普段目にすることのない生態系を間近で観察することができました。ガイドの方も非常に知識豊富で、丁寧に説明してくれました。

■青の洞窟シュノーケリング
青の洞窟シュノーケリングでは、透き通る青い海と美しいサンゴ礁、色とりどりの魚たちが迎えてくれました。水中での体験はまさに感動の連続で、時間を忘れて楽しむことができました。初めてのシュノーケリングでも安心して参加できるように、スタッフの方々がしっかりとサポートしてくれた点も大変良かったです。

■サービス内容
市街地からの送迎サービスや、ツアー中に撮影した写真を無料で提供してくれるサービスも大変ありがたかったです。これほど充実した内容で、一日を思いっきり楽しむことができるツアーは他にないと思います。石垣島での思い出を最高の形で残せる、素晴らしいツアーでした。

I participated with my daughter. From check-in, we were able to experience a virtual uniform fitting, and we spent the waiting time before the tour looking at the exhibition area and the limited edition merchandise corner without getting bored.

The tour itself was lucky as we got to see the training of ground staff, ANA and Peach cabin crew, and maintenance personnel. I was impressed that the cabin crew member who guided us spoke from her own experiences rather than just following the manual. She was a very charming and wonderful person.

There was one foreign participant in the tour, and since the explanations were in Japanese, I was a bit worried. However, within two weeks, an English version of the ANA Blue Base Tour was launched. I want to applaud ANA for their quick response. I have become an even bigger fan of ANA's hospitality, which goes beyond just in-flight service.

Lastly, I have some advice for those planning to participate from afar. We took an ANA flight from a regional area and intended to book the 10 AM tour, so we reserved a flight. However, the tour that day was not conducted in the morning, which threw off our plans a bit. I recommend booking the Blue Base Tour first before making transportation reservations.

娘と２人で参加させて頂きました。
チェックイン時から、バーチャル制服試着体験が出来たり、展示コーナーや限定グッズコーナーを見たりツアー開始までの待ち時間も退屈することなく過ごせました。
ツアー自体もグランドスタッフ、ANAとPeachのCA、整備士の訓練の様子を実際に見学出来てラッキーでした。
案内して下さったCAさんがマニュアル通りではなく、ご自身の体験からお話しして下さったことが印象に残っています。好感の持てる、とても素敵な方でした。
外国人の方がお一人でツアーに参加されていらしてツアーの説明は日本語なので少し心配でしたが、その後2週間もしないうちに英語によるANAブルーベースツアーが開設されていました。このANAの対応の素早さに拍手を送りたいと思います。機内だけではないANAのおもてなしに益々、ANAのファンになりました。
最後に遠方から参加予定の方にアドバイスがあります。私達は地方からANAの飛行機に乗って参加しましたが10時のツアーに申し込むつもりで1便を予約しましたが当日のツアーは午前中遂行なしだった為、ちょっと予定が狂いました。先にブルーベースツアーを申し込んでから交通機関の予約をオススメします。

During our trip to Kanazawa, my elderly mother expressed a desire to visit Shirakawa-go, so we researched online and decided to join this tour.

Since my mother has difficulty walking and can't walk for long, I was initially worried about whether she could participate in such a tour. However, I inquired when making the reservation to see if accommodations could be made.

The response was very polite, explaining in detail that there are wheelchairs available on-site, they would provide a route that allows for breaks, and they would change the lunch seating from tatami to chairs. They also reassured me that they would address any other concerns as much as possible, which eased my worries.

During the tour, not only did the tour guide share enjoyable stories on the bus, but I was also impressed by the thoughtful considerations once we arrived at the location.

While being attentive to others, they also checked in with us individually. When there were many people waiting for the shuttle bus to the observation deck, they ran ahead to line up for us. It may be due to the personality of the tour guide, but this level of service on a free tour was a first for me. I am truly grateful.

Thanks to this experience, my mother had a wonderful time and we created great memories.

By the way, most of the participants were from abroad! It was quite a unique experience to have people from seven different countries gathered on the bus (laughs).

金沢旅行の折、高齢の母が白川郷に行ってみたいとの事で、ネットで調べこちらに参加しました。

母は足が悪く長くは歩けないので、そもそもこの様なツアーに参加出来るのかも不安でしたが、申し込みの時に配慮していただけるか問い合わせをしてみました。

返信はとても丁寧で、現地では車椅子もある事、休みながら回れるルートを教えてくださる事、昼食では畳から椅子席に変更してくださる事、など詳細に説明があり、その他心配事がありましたら可能な限り対応いたします、と心強い言葉も添えてありました。心配事が減って安心出来ました。

ツアーでは、バスの中での添乗員さんの楽しいお話もさることながら、現地についてからの細かいご配慮に頭が下がりました。

他の方々にも気を配られながら、こちらにも個別であれこれとお声がけ、お世話いただきました。展望台へのシャトルバス待ちの人数が多いと先に走って並んで下さったり、担当の添乗員さんのお人柄もあるのでしょうが、フリーツアーでここまでして貰えたのは初めてです。本当に感謝いたします。

おかげさまで母もとても楽しかったとご満悦で、良い思い出を作れました。

ちなみに、参加されていた方々の殆どが外国からの方でした！バスの中に7カ国の人達が集まっている感じは、なかなか体験できませんね(笑)

I considered renting a car.
However, the rental car costs 6,000 yen.
Toll fees are 8,000 yen,
lunch costs 2,000 yen,
and gasoline is 4,000 yen.
So, it would be at least 9,000 yen more than this tour.
Moreover, since I wouldn't be driving, I could also enjoy "kappo sake" during lunch.
I was able to fully enjoy Takachiho.

I was the only Japanese person there. However, as long as you properly understand the meeting and departure times, there are no issues.
If you think of it as joining a tour abroad, it’s not a big deal.

Lunch was something authentic that you couldn't get for 2,000 yen.
It was probably much more expensive.

レンタカーで行ってみようか、とも考えました。
でも、レンタカー６０００円。
高速料金　８０００円
昼食代　２０００円
ガソリン代　４０００円
と最低でもこのツアーよりは９０００円オーバー。
しかも、自分で運転しないので、昼食に『カッポ酒』も
楽しめます。
初高千穂を十分楽しむことができました。

日本人は自分だけでした。が、集合時間、
出発時間をちゃんと把握すれば問題なし。
海外でツアーに入ったと思えばどうって
ことありません。

昼食は2000円では食べることができない
ような本格的なものでした。
たぶんもっと高額なのでしょう。

Throughout the entire schedule, they paid close attention to the safety of the participants, allowing us to enjoy the activities with peace of mind.

I didn't feel anything negative at all!

They took a lot of photos and videos, so we could reminisce later, which greatly increased our satisfaction. Using LINE made it easy to receive the data, which was helpful.

Also, during the transportation, they chatted with us a lot, so they felt more like guides than just instructors.

They provided valuable information about the island and recommended spots, which was very helpful.

Mangrove Exploration @ SUP
Since it was early Friday morning, we were the only group. They picked us up at the hotel just after 5 AM to catch the sunrise, which was close to the summer solstice in June. The friendly instructor helped ease our nerves. It was my first time on a SUP, but they gave us a thorough lesson on how to ride, and I was happy to be able to stand up and paddle right away. We were able to witness the sunrise safely, which was a fantastic start! On the day, there were winds and waves, and I fell into the water several times, but they captured those moments, which will surely be a source of laughter.

Snorkeling & Blue Cave
We departed with four groups, including ours. The atmosphere in the vehicle during transportation was pleasant again, and the two instructors chatted a lot. Overcoming the challenging roads along the way became a good memory. They were considerate of each participant, including those who were not good at swimming or got cold during the activity, which was reassuring. They explained the characteristics of the marine creatures we encountered in an easy-to-understand way, making it enjoyable even for those who are not very knowledgeable.

The next day, we participated in activities at a sister store in Miyako Island. Thanks to the staff there, we had a very enjoyable time as well.

When I travel to Ishigaki Island again, I will definitely use this activity. Thank you for the wonderful time.

スケジュール全体を通して、参加者の安全には細かく気を配っていただけており安心してアクティビティを楽しむことができます。

マイナスに感じたことは何もなかったです！

写真や動画をたくさん撮影していただけるので、あとから思い出にひたることができ満足度がたかいです。
LINEを活用するので、データの受け取りも簡単で助かりました。

また、送迎中の車内でたくさんおしゃべりしてくださるので、インストラクターの枠にとどまらずガイドの様でもありました。

アクティビティ以外にも島のこと、おすすめスポットなど教えていただき大変参考になりました

マングローブ探検@sup
金曜日朝一ということもあり、我ら1組でした。
日の出に間に合うようにということで、夏至の近い6月は5時過ぎにホテルまで迎えに来てもらえました。
気さくなインストラクターさんだったので、緊張もほぐれました。
SUPは初めてでしたが、乗り方から丁寧にレクチャーいただきすぐに立ってこげるようになり嬉しかったです
無事に日の出を拝むことができ、大満足のスタートでした！
当日は風も波もあり何度も落水しましたが、その様子も撮影してもらえていて、笑いのネタになりそうです笑

シュノーケリング&青の洞窟

送迎中の車内は今回も和やかな雰囲気で、インストラクターの2人がたくさんおしゃべりしてくれました。
途中の過酷な道路を攻略するのもいい思い出になりました
泳ぎが苦手な人や途中で体が冷えてしまった人など、参加者一人一人に配慮がなされていて、頼もしく、安心できました。
遭遇した海の生き物達について、特徴をわかりやすく解説してもらえました。あまり詳しくなくても楽しめます。

翌日宮古島でも姉妹店のアクティビティに参加しました。
そちらもスタッフの方々のおかげで大変楽しい時間になりました。

また石垣島に旅行する際はこちらのアクティビティを利用させていただきます。

This is my second time participating, and this time I was able to observe many practical training sessions. It reaffirmed my understanding that safe operations are based on strict and diverse educational training.

２回目の参加ですが、今回は多くの実習している様子を見学する事が出来て、安全運行は厳しく多岐にわたる教育訓練の上に成り立っている事を再認識させられました。

This time, I chose pipi because I had a great experience with them before. They are kind and attentive, and I recommend them since the photos are free. During the car ride, they talked about the plants and animals of Iriomote Island and recommended restaurants and supermarkets. The guide made sure to engage with each person, which made me feel comfortable participating in the activities. I want to join pipi's activities again next time. Many of the guides are young and have moved here, so if you're considering relocating, feel free to ask them questions!

今回、予約したのは以前参加して、とても良かったpipiさんにしました。親切丁寧、写真無料なのでオススメです。車の移動中も西表島の植物や動物の話をしてくれたり、おすすめのご飯屋さん、スーパーを教えてくれました。
ガイドさんは一人ひとりに声をかけてくれて安心してアクティビティに参加出来ました。次に参加する時もpipeさんのアクティビティに参加したいと思っています。
ガイドさんは若い方が多く移住してきているので移住したい方は色々聞いたら教えて頂けますよー！

【Positive Aspects】
It's wonderful to have the opportunity to visit a training facility that is not often seen.
【Areas for Improvement】
1. There were cases where questions about the exhibits on the tour could not be answered, so I thought it would be good to provide some answers later on. (The questions from fellow visitors didn't seem too niche.)
2. Access is only allowed 20 minutes before the tour starts, so it would be better to have a lobby or waiting area available. (Since it's a new place, I tend to arrive early.)

あまり見ることができない実際の訓練施設を見学できる機会があることは素晴らしいです。
【改善してほしい点】
①　見学コースの展示物についての質問に回答できないケースがあるため、後日等何かしら回答をすべきかと思いました。
（同行していた見学者からの質問でそこまでマニアックな質問ではなかったと思いました。）
②　ツアー開始20分前からしか入れなく、何かしらロビーなり待機できたほうが良いと思います。（初めての場所は早めに移動するので）
