I participated as a memory of Miyako Island. The staff were friendly, and I was able to have a great time. The finished photos were beautiful, with stunning stars.

宮古島の思い出として参加しました。スタッフの方は気さくな方で楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。できあがった写真はすごく星が綺麗で素敵でした。

The staff were incredibly kind, and I had a very enjoyable time. I was excited to learn that the mechanics from ANA actually use the same work gloves! It was great to discover things I didn't know before. I highly recommend the limited edition merchandise!

すごくスタッフの人が親切で、とても楽しい時間がすごせました。ANAの整備士さんも実際使用しているという軍手！！一緒って知り、テンションあがりました。今まで知らなかった事も知れて良かったです。限定グッズおすすめです！！

The most challenging aspect was that the lunch venue did not have chair seating, and it was uncomfortable to sit on cushions on the floor. There was no way to order drinks, only tea served in a pot. I would have liked to have a beer since I was thirsty. Additionally, there was a lack of information about why it is a UNESCO World Heritage site and what makes it special; the explanations were very superficial. There were many foreign guests, but the English announcements were inadequate. I hope for improvements.

昼食会場が椅子席ではなく、床に座布団で座りにくいことが一番大変でした。
飲み物も注文を取ることも無く、ポットに入ったお茶だけ。
喉が渇いたのでビールをいただきたかったです。
また、世界遺産登録の所以、何が珍しいのか、などの情報が乏しく、通りいっぺんの説明しか無かったのが残念でした。
外国の方が多かったですが、英語のアナウンスも貧弱でした。
改善を望みます。

I went on a trip to Okinawa with three women who don't have driver's licenses. After snorkeling at the Blue Cave in the morning, we were picked up and requested an 8-hour route from there to Churaumi Aquarium and then to a hotel around Naha.

Despite asking for a long drive of an hour and a half from the snorkeling spot to Churaumi and three hours from the aquarium to the hotel, our driver kindly and enjoyably shared various Okinawan trivia and delicious food recommendations while driving, making our travel time very enjoyable.

Additionally, since it was a private taxi, it was very convenient to leave our unused swimsuits and other luggage in the car while sightseeing.

Unlike renting a car, I think one of the great things about a private taxi is that you can sleep without worrying about the driver on the way back (sorry, driver!).

I believe we were able to visit all the places we wanted without giving up, thanks to Beltora! We had a wonderful time.

If I have another opportunity, I will definitely use this service again.

無免の女性3人で沖縄旅行に行きました。
午前中に青の洞窟でシュノーケリングをした後迎えに来てもらい、そこから美ら海水族館→那覇周辺ホテルというルートを8時間コースでお願いしました。

シュノーケリングの場所から美ら海まで1時間半、美ら海水族館からホテルまでは3時間という長時間の運転をお願いしてしまったにも関わらず、ドライバーさんは運転しながら沖縄の豆知識やおいしい食べ物など様々なことを優しく楽しく教えてくれたので移動中もとても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

また、貸切タクシーなので、もう使わない水着などの荷物は車の中に置いて観光できるところもとても便利でした。

レンタカーとは違い、帰りは運転してる人に気を遣わずに寝られるところも貸切タクシーの良いところだと思います笑（運転手さんすみません！）

車が運転できなくても、まわりたいところを諦めることなくまわれたのはベルトラさんのおかげかと思います！
とても良い時間を過ごすことができました。

また機会がありましたら利用させていただきます。

In the morning, I went canoeing along the Miyara River to see the mangroves. The guide was cheerful throughout and kept us entertained until the end! The sightseeing information to the location was easy to understand, and once we arrived, they explained how to do canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding in a way that beginners could understand.

In the afternoon, we went snorkeling at the Blue Cave. The guide here was also very cheerful and explained the sightseeing and how to snorkel in an easy-to-understand manner!

We were blessed with great weather and made the best memories!

AMにカヌーで宮良川沿いのマングローブを観て来ました。ガイドさんが終始明るく、最後まで楽しませてくれました！現地までの観光案内も分かりやすく、現地着いてからカヌーやSUPのやり方を初心者にも分かるように説明してくれました。

PMで青の洞窟へシュノーケリングをしに行きました。こちらも明るい方で観光案内やシュノーケリングの仕方まで分かりやすく教えていただきました！

天気にも恵まれて最高の思い出が出来ました

On the afternoon of our arrival on Yakushima for a 2-night, 3-day stay, we headed to the Moss Forest. We barely reached the minimum number of participants, but just in time (2 days prior), we were able to proceed with the tour. This tour, which goes only to the Moss Forest and does not continue to Taiko Rock, was just the right distance for warming up. It was the only half-day tour available in the afternoon, so it was a great help.

The Moss Forest feels like stepping into the world of "Princess Mononoke" and "Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind." I was moved by the grandeur of the Yakusugi trees and the beauty of the moss. Our guide, Mr. Horikita, grew up on Yakushima and was very knowledgeable about the island and its flora and fauna, sharing a lot of information with us. His calm demeanor provided a sense of reassurance, and he carefully taught us how to put on our gear and tips for hiking.

Yakushima Operations was waiting for us at the airport with a name tag, and the handover of equipment was very smooth. The gear was in excellent condition, allowing us to enjoy our experience comfortably!

2泊3日の屋久島滞在のため、島到着当日午後に苔むす森に出かけました。
ギリギリまで催行最低人数が揃いませんでしたが、本当にギリギリ（2日前）で人数が集まり直前にも関わらず催行いただきました。
苔むす森までで太鼓岩まで行かないこのツアーは、足慣らしにもちょうどよい距離と行程。午後半日のツアーはここしか無かったので助かりました。
苔むす森は、「もののけ姫」や「風の谷のナウシカ」の世界観が広がります。屋久杉の壮大さと苔の美しさに感動。
ガイドさん（堀木田さん）は屋久島育ちの方で、島のことも島の動植物のこともよく知っていて色々教えてくれました。穏やかな口調で安心感があり、装備品の装着方法や山歩きのコツなども丁寧に教えて下さいました。
屋久島オペレーションズさんは、空港到着時に名札を持って待っていてくれて装備品の受け渡しもとてもスムーズでした。装備品はとても綺麗な状態で、快適に楽しむことができました！

We set off from the beach to go snorkeling in search of sea turtles, and it wasn't long before we found them. The turtles seemed accustomed to people and continued munching on seaweed without a care as we approached. Eventually, a small turtle came close, and we were able to meet four turtles in total. The guide was a picture-perfect young man, and the underwater photos turned out great. I would love to go again if I have the chance.

カメさんたちは、人に慣れてるみたいで、近づいてもまるで気にせず海草をパクパクしてました。
そのうち小さいカメも近づいてきて、4匹のカメ達に会うことができました。
ガイドの方は絵に描いたような好青年で、海中での写真もバッチリです。
また機会があれば行きたい。

I participated in various bus tours from Tokyo, but this course in Shodoshima was the most moving. The course design was efficient, and both the guide and driver were highly skilled. I had no expectations for "Twenty-Four Eyes" since I wasn't familiar with it, but the nostalgic set and beautiful sea were so emotional that I found myself in tears. I could sit on that bench all day, gazing at the ocean. Although the cherry blossoms at Kankakei had already finished blooming, the fresh greenery provided a wonderful view. I would love to visit during the autumn foliage season as well. By the way, you must purchase tickets for the Monkey Kingdom and the Movie Village, so be sure to sign up for a course that includes the ticket set. As for the meeting time, just be at the meeting place in time for the 9:45 AM departure. It’s difficult to kill time if you arrive early. On the way back, you can get off not only at Tonosho Port but also at Olive Park, Ikeda Port, or Angel Road if you wish. Next time, I will watch "Twenty-Four Eyes" to prepare before going. Shodoshima is amazing!

東京発の色々なバスツアーに参加してきましたが、小豆島のこのコースが一番感動しました。コース設計に無駄がなく、ガイドさんとドライバーさんのレベルも高い。二十四の瞳は全く知らなかったので期待していなかったものの、昭和感のあるセットと美しい海がエモすぎて涙が溢れてきました。終日あのベンチに座って海を眺めていたい。寒霞渓も桜は終わっていたものの、新緑が素晴らしい景色でした。紅葉の時期にも訪れてみたい。ちなみに、おさるの国と映画村は入場券購入必須なので、入場券セットのコースに申し込みましょう。集合時間は9時45分の出発時刻に間に合うよう集合場所に居れば大丈夫です。早めに着いても時間を潰すのは難しいです。帰りは土庄港だけではなく、希望したらオリーブ公園や池田港、エンジェルロードで降りることも可能です。今度は二十四の瞳を見て予習してから行きます。小豆島最高！

The bus guide shared various stories, making the bus ride enjoyable without any boredom. You might want to lower your expectations for lunch.

・バスガイドさんはいろいろな話をしてくれて飽きることなくバス移動を楽しむことができました。昼食は期待しない方が良いかも。

There were both tourists from Japan and international tourists, but the guide provided information in both English and Japanese, making it an interesting international tour. After parking the car, we walked through the forest to the point, and they lent us rubber boots and lights, so we were able to reach the point without any inconvenience.

At the point, there were truly no lights around, and it was quiet except for the sound of the waves. We could lie on the beach and see a sky full of stars. I checked the weather forecast and made a reservation the day before for a day with good weather during our stay, and I was able to book without any issues.

During the tour, I found it very interesting when the guide shared his life story after being asked why he moved to Ishigaki Island. He also provided information about Ishigaki Island's gourmet offerings (like goat sashimi), which was very helpful.

Next time, I want to plan my visit around the new moon. Thank you very much.

日本からの観光客と外国からの観光客混在していましたが、ガイドさんが英語と日本語両方で案内してくれて、インターナショナルなツアーで面白かったです。
車を停めてからポイントまで森の中を歩きますが、長靴やライトを貸していただけたので不便なくポイントまでたどり着けました。
ポイントでは本当に周囲に何の灯りもなく、音も静かで波音のみ、空が開けていて満点の星空をビーチに寝転びながら見る事が出来ました。
天気予報を見ながら、滞在中の天気が良い日を選んで前日に予約しましたが、問題なく予約出来ました。
途中でなぜ石垣島に移住して来たのか？という質問から、ガイドさんのこれまでの人生を深く語っていただいて、とても興味深かったです。
石垣島のグルメ情報(ヤギの刺身等)も教えていただき、大変助かりました。
次は新月のタイミングを狙って行けるようにしたいと思います。

As a final memory of my trip to Miyako Island, I booked a stargazing night photo tour. The weather was perfect, and I was moved by how incredibly beautiful the stars looked to the naked eye. It was the best condition for photography. During the shoot, I couldn't imagine how the photos would turn out, but when I saw the pictures on the camera, I was amazed by their beauty. I am really looking forward to receiving the photos. Thank you for taking such wonderful pictures the other day; it was a tour that made Miyako Island even more appealing.

宮古島での旅の最後の思い出として、星空ナイトフォトツアーを予約しました。
天候に恵まれ、肉眼でもものすごく綺麗に星が見えて感動しました。最高のコンディションでの撮影でした。
撮影中はどんな風に仕上がっているのか想像できませんでしたが、撮った写真をカメラで見せていただいて、あまりの綺麗さに驚きました。
自分の手元に写真が届くのが、すごく楽しみです。
先日は本当に素敵な写真を撮影していただいて、ありがとうございました。宮古島がさらに魅力的に感じるツアーでした。

I could only find a boat during this time in the afternoon through this tour. It was a satisfying tour that allowed us to use the morning for other activities and still have plenty of time on Taketomi Island.

午後のこの時間帯からの船はこちらのツアーでしか見つかりませんでした。
午前中を他のアクティビティに使え、竹富島でも十分な時間が取れる満足のいくツアーでした。

When you go to Okinawa, it's efficient to visit the must-see tourist spots. The ticket includes admission to the Churaumi Aquarium, so it's a good value. The Churaumi Aquarium takes about 150 minutes, and during lunchtime, you have to wait in line. If you take time for a meal, you'll have to give up on the dolphin show. If you subtract the round-trip time to the meeting place, the stay at American Village is too short at just 50 minutes.

美ら海水族館のチケット込みなのでコスパいいです。
美ら海水族館は150分でランチは時間帯的に並ぶし
食事を取ると時間的にイルカショーは諦めないとダメですね。
集合場所の往復時間を差し引いたらアメリカンビレッジの滞在時間が50分は短すぎます。

I had high expectations because the guide received wonderful comments, but I don't think it was that guide. Also, the English-speaking guide seemed to be someone who was not a professional and appeared to have been thrown into the role by the company that day. It seemed difficult for them to explain and communicate in English, and I truly felt sorry for them.

I believe unforeseen circumstances led to having that kind of guide, but if they are going to be given a microphone as a professional, I hope they receive appropriate training.

ガイドさんが、素晴らしいとコメントにあったので期待してたのですが‥恐らくそのガイドさんではなかったと思う。
又、英語のガイドさんは‥きっとプロではなく、その日会社から無茶振りされたような人だった。
英語での説明、コミュニケーションを取るのが厳しいようで、英語がなかなか出てこず、本当に気の毒になった。

不測の事態が生じて、あのようなガイドさんになったのだと思うが、プロとしてマイクを持たせるのであれば、それ相応の研修などをしてあげて欲しい。

This time, I used the SkyHOP bus.
Since you can get on and off freely, I was able to enjoy sightseeing at my own pace.
With COVID-19 calming down, most of the passengers were foreigners.
So even though I was sightseeing in Kyoto, the bus felt very international, which was truly amazing.
The view from the second floor was fantastic, especially since the weather was just right.
It was Sunday, and all the tourist spots were crowded, but I never had a problem getting on the bus.

Next time, I want to use the SkyHOP bus in Hiroshima as well.

今回、SkyHOPバス利用しました。
乗り降り自由なので自分時間での観光が楽しめました。
コロナも落ち着き、乗車されえいる方はほとんど外国人の方達でした。
なので京都観光なのに車内は異国感満載でホント最高です
中でも２階からの眺めは、天気もちょうど良かって最高です。
日曜日で観光地はどこも人がごったがいしていましたが、バスに乗れないような事はなかったです♪♪♪

次回、広島でもこのSkyHOPバスを利用したいと思っています。

I enjoyed it more with the guided tour. Due to time constraints, I had to get off partway, but the coordination within Nara Transportation was excellent, making me feel secure even in an unfamiliar place. It was an enriching three hours!

ガイド付きでより楽しめました。
時間の関係で途中下車でしたが、奈良交通内での連携が素晴らしく、初めての土地でも安心できました。濃厚な3時間でした!

I participated from Kyushu, and it was my first time at Kyoto Station, which was large and difficult to find the meeting place. I finally figured it out after checking with people around me.
About 80% of the participants were foreigners, and the guide efficiently provided information in both English and Japanese, which seemed challenging, but I felt reassured and was able to participate comfortably.
We visited Kyoto's famous sites in one day, and since most of the travel was by bus, we could smoothly reach our destinations and had a fulfilling day.
If I have another opportunity, I would like to participate in other plans as well.

九州からの参加でしたが、京都駅が初めてで広く、集合場所が分かりづらかったです。周囲の方に確認してようやく分かりました。
参加者の8割が外国の方で、ガイドの方が英語、日本語とテキパキと案内され、大変そうでしたが、安心して参加出来ました。
京都の名所を1日で廻り、ほとんどバス移動なので、スムーズに目的地に行けて、充実した1日を過ごすこてが出来ました。
また機会があれば、他のプランで参加してみたいと思います。

It was my first family trip to Kyoto, and I was glad that we arrived at our destinations smoothly without getting lost during the bus transfers. Occasionally, the guide changed, but they were very kind and attentive, which made me feel at ease. We were able to visit all the sightseeing spots in one day, but since the COVID situation has settled down, there were many other tourists at the spring attractions. Because of that, we couldn't take our time sightseeing, and if we have another opportunity, I would like to join other plans as well. It was great that even small children could participate without any difficulty.

初めての京都家族旅行でしたが、バス移動で迷わずスムーズに目的地に到着出来たので良かったです。
時々、担当のガイドの方が変わられることがありましたが、とても親切丁寧で安心できました。
行きたい観光地を1日で廻ることができましたが、コロナが落ち着き、春の観光地は他の観光客も多かったです。そのため、ゆっくり観光ができず、また機会があれば、他のプランにも参加したいです。
小さな子供でも無理なく一緒に参加できて良かったです。

This was my first time participating. I chose this plan to visit many famous tourist spots in Kyoto in one day. Since Kyoto Station is large and it was my first time there, I got a bit lost trying to find the meeting place. About 90% of the participants were from abroad, so the guide alternated between English and Japanese during the tour. The guide provided very detailed explanations of the tourist sites, which was educational. I felt reassured participating because the guide was efficient and very courteous.

初めて参加させて頂きました。有名な京都の観光地を沢山廻りたかったので、1日で巡るこのプランを選びました。
京都駅は広く初めてだったので、集合場所にたどり着くのに迷いました。参加者の9割が外国からの参加者だったので、ガイドの方は英語、日本語と使い分けて案内されてました。観光地をとても詳しく説明して頂いたので、勉強になりました。ガイドの方がテキパキとそして丁寧な対応をされたので安心して参加できました。

It was great to be able to visit so many places, which is definitely a highlight of the bus tour. However, there was no guidance on the order of boarding the bus, and foreign guests ignored the order and boarded quickly. When I asked the guide, I was told that there were no assigned seats and that it was free seating, but to please wait. I ended up waiting and finally sat in an empty seat at the front, only to be told that I had to sit next to a man with a child in front of me.

If I had known, I would have preferred to board quickly at the beginning. I hope this can be improved in the future. The guide was friendly and nice, but there were some language barriers, and my concerns were not fully understood.

たくさん回れたのはさすがにバスツアーならではで良かったです。
だだ、バスに乗ら順番などの案内がなく、外国の方は順番無視してどんどん乗り込んでしまい、ガイドさんに聞いても、席は決まってない。自由ですが待ってて下さいといわれ、待たされ、最後になって、空いてる前の席に座ったものの、結局お子さんを前にするといわれ、男性の隣に座らされました。
だったら、乗車始めたところで自分もさっさと乗りたかったです。今後は改善してほしいです。
ガイドさん気さくでいい方でしたが、日本語がイマイチ通じず、こちらの意見はわかってもらえませんでした。

Since it was the cherry blossom season, I participated in the Kitaueda route. I was really looking forward to going around the Mint Bureau, but we only passed by the gate (>_<). I was quite disappointed given my expectations. On the other hand, the view at Osaka Castle was very nice, and we had plenty of time to stop and take photos, so I was satisfied. The guide's explanations were also thorough and enjoyable. Although the COVID-19 pandemic has somewhat subsided, I still hesitate to enter crowded places, so sightseeing on the open bus was very good.

桜の開花時期だったので北梅田ルートに参加しました。
造幣局を回るということでとても楽しみにしていましたが、門の前を通っただけ(>_<)
期待をしていただけに、とても残念でした。
その代わりというか、大阪城での景色はとても良く、停車して写真タイムも十分にとってあったので満足しています。
ガイドさんの案内も、丁寧で楽しめました。
コロナ禍が多少過ぎたとは言え、人混みに入るのはまだまだためらいがあるので、オープンバスでの観光はとても良かったです。

I was able to fully enjoy everything I wanted to experience in a day on the remote island, including seeing mangroves, riding in an ox cart, and viewing coral reefs!

マングローブを見て、牛車に乗って、珊瑚礁を見て、と離島で体験したい事がまるっと1日で満喫出来ました！

On the day of the tour, I was worried about the bad weather and the use of the rental raincoats (as mentioned in the pamphlet), but to my surprise, there was a retractable roof, so I could enjoy sightseeing without worrying about the rain. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no sense of openness, but the guide was considerate and opened the roof during breaks in the rain, allowing us to experience the panoramic views for a short while. I thought this kind of consideration was great. Thank you very much.

当日は天気が悪く貸出用のレインコート（パンフに記載）使用かと心配しましたが何と開閉式の屋根があり雨の心配もなく観光出来ました。だだ解放感がないのは残念でしたがガイドの方が雨の合間をみて屋根を開けて頂き少しの間ですがパノラマ観光の雰囲気を感じる事が出来ました。このような配慮は良かったと思います。ありがとうございました。

Many people come to Shiratani Unsuikyo, so there isn't much time to stop and take a leisurely look. The guide was good. The path isn't difficult, and since you can get there by bus, it might be more comfortable to go without a guide.

多くの人が白谷雲水峡に来るので、立ち止まって、ゆっくり眺める余裕がない。ガイドさんは良かったです。道も難しくないし、バスで来れるので、ガイド無しで行くのが、気が楽かな。

Our team of six, including my spouse and me, aimed for Jomon Sugi. With a female guide and team members who were also women, we had a fun time like a girls' gathering, making our long journey enjoyable with smiles! The Wilson stump was also impressive, and when we finally reached Jomon Sugi, we felt an incredible sense of achievement!

女性のガイドさん、チームメンバーも女性で女子会のように楽しく長い道のりも笑顔で進むことができました！
ウィルソン株も感動、縄文杉まで辿りつけた時はすごい達成感がありました！

Everyone who participated was from Osaka, totaling five people. My husband and I moved to the Kanto region nearly 50 years ago after getting married, so it was our first time sightseeing in Osaka in 50 years. Even though I lived in Osaka, there were places I hadn't visited, and some areas have become very beautiful, so it was a fun experience with new discoveries.

大阪出身の者ばかりの参加でした。総勢5人。私達夫婦は50年近く前に結婚で関東に移り住んだので、大阪観光はほんと50年ぶりでした。
大阪に住んでても行かないところもあるしとてもきれいになってるところもあるしで新しい発見があり楽しかったです。

The guide and the driver were both very pleasant, making for a fun travel experience. If there’s a machine, I will apply again.

I had a vague understanding of the history of aircraft, but for those interested in airplanes, seeing the training process makes me realize how seriously the crew studies and how hard they work every day to ensure our safety. It makes me wonder, is it really safe to fly? As someone who boards with a bit of skepticism, I appreciate that the cabin crew has undergone such extensive training. I think it would be tough to endure this job if you didn't love airplanes. I'm glad I accidentally joined this tour. I'll also be participating in a hangar tour in April.

何となく知っていたようなレベルの航空機の歴史等等，飛行機に興味ある方は訓練の様子から，こんなにも真面目に勉強してくださって
私達の安全を守る為に日々努力されているのかと思うと，飛行機✈️って大丈夫？とどっか半信半疑で乗っている私には，大丈夫何かあってもこれだけの訓練をされて搭乗してくれているCAの方々，飛行機が好きでないと中々耐えられないだろうなと思える事もあり，間違えてツアーに参加して良かった。の一言です。
4月に格納庫参加ツアーにも行って参ります。

We visited Manza Beach, a roadside station, and the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. We didn't set a specific time for our stay at either place, but we were always warmly welcomed, even when we spent a long time at the facilities. We had a child with us who gets car sick no matter what, and this time was no different, but we were grateful for the kind words we received. The staff were knowledgeable about Okinawa's events and history, and it made for a very enjoyable journey. Thank you very much!

万座毛、道の駅、美ら海水族館と回っていただきました。どちらも滞在時間を決めずにまわっていましたが、長い時間施設にいても、いつも温かく出迎えていただきました。どんな車でも酔ってしまう子供が一緒で、今回も車酔いしていたのですが、優しく声をかけてもらえて有り難かったです。沖縄の行事や歴史などにお詳しくて色々教えてもらえてとても楽しい道中でした。本当にありがとうございました。

The weather was unstable that day, and with strong winds, we were told that it was uncertain whether we could land due to the wave conditions at sea. The moment we were confirmed to be able to land, there was spontaneous applause from inside the ship. Thanks to the guide's thorough explanations, we were able to experience a time slip back to the Showa era.

その日は天気も不安定で、風も強く海上の波の状況では上陸できるかどうかわからないと言われて出航しました。上陸出来るとなった瞬間思わず船内から拍手。ガイドの丁寧な説明で昭和の時代にタイムスリップした体験できました。
