The tour guide was a Chinese bus tour guide who spoke Japanese well and was very friendly. I was very satisfied with the tour, and what stood out the most was that although we only had one hour for lunch at Lake Toya, following the guide led us to a delicious hidden gem for a meal at a lower price. I had a scallop rice bowl for just one coin, and for an additional 100 yen, I enjoyed a miso soup with young scallops. However, most of the participants were Taiwanese and Korean, with me being the only Japanese person. Thanks to this, I was able to splurge on souvenirs and also enjoy a foot bath.

中国人バスツアーガイドさんだったが日本語も上手くフレンドリーな方で、ツアーは十分満足で、特に印象強いのは、洞爺湖でのお昼時間1時間しか無いが、ガイドさんについて行った方が安くて美味しい穴場の食事が楽しめた。1コインでホタテ丼。プラス100円でホタテの稚貝の味噌汁。
ただし、ほとんどが台湾、韓国人で、日本人は私1人だけ。
おかげでお土産代も奮発でき、足湯にも浸かることが出来た。

I participated because I wanted to see various creatures on the island, and despite the strong winds and chilly conditions, I was able to see many small creatures, which was great! It was fun to search for creatures, like a treasure hunt. The stars in the starry sky protection area were definitely more beautiful than those around the hotel.

I appreciated that you informed us at the beginning that it might be cloudy and difficult to see the stars, and that we might not find many creatures either!

島の生き物を色々見たくて参加させていただきましたが、風が強くて肌寒いコンディションがよくない中でも小さな生き物たちをたくさんみることができてよかったです！

The mid-March visit to Gunkanjima was a very meaningful experience. The guide spoke eloquently about the island's past prosperity and eventual closure, and I was truly captivated. I believe it is a remarkable structure that showcases the intellect and perseverance of the Japanese people, something to be proud of on a global scale. I am really glad to have been born Japanese. If any of you are considering a visit, I highly recommend going to see it before the structures deteriorate further.

３月中旬の軍艦島上陸クルーズ体験は、とても有意義な体験でした。案内人が当時の繁栄や閉山を、言葉巧みに話されて、本当に聞き入りました。
改めて日本人の頭脳や、物事を貫く精神を知り世界に誇れる建造物だと思います。
そして、日本人に生まれて本当に良かったと思います。
是非、皆様の中で体験上陸を考えている方がおりましたら、建造物が散る前に見学に行かれたら良いと思います。

If I were younger, I would have wanted to join here and become a CA. It's such a wonderful, cool, and rewarding job. I also take pride in my current work. I've gotten used to the feeling of returning to my original motivation and doing my best.

The aquarium was great, and the views from Kouri Island and Manzamo were amazing! The guide gave us various tips, and the shopping was spot on! Thank you so much!

水族館はもちろん、古宇利島も万座毛も景色が最高でした！ガイドさんが色々アドバイスしてくれて、ショッピングもハズレ無かった！本当に有り難うございました！

We traveled for about 30 minutes by bus. During the ride, they talked about sightseeing in Ishigaki Island and shared knowledge, making the journey enjoyable. In the stargazing tour, they taught us how to take great photos, and we captured some amazing shots! Surrounded by nature, the starry sky was incredibly healing. The jungle night tour didn't have many animals due to the weather, but we had a thrilling time exploring the forest at night. It was very helpful that we could decide based on the weather until the evening of the day.

当日夕方までに天候を見て決められるのはとっても助かりました。

From check-in, the service was so attentive that it felt like I was really at an airport. All the staff greeted us with smiles, which made it very relaxing to tour the facility. Since it was around lunchtime, I thought there wouldn't be any training sessions, but I was very happy to see several training activities taking place. I was particularly surprised to see both pilot simulators in use for training. The guide was an active flight attendant who taught us a lot. We also got to take some photos at the end. I was impressed to realize that thanks to the thorough training of the ANA staff, we can board airplanes with peace of mind. I definitely recommend everyone to visit!

チェックインから丁寧な対応でまるで本当の空港にいるみたいな感じでした。スタッフの方々も皆さん笑顔で対応して頂きとてもリラックスして見学できました。ちょうどお昼にかかる時間帯だったので訓練はしていないだろうなぁと思いましたが幾つかの訓練をしているのが見学出来てとても嬉しかったです。なかでもパイロットのシュミレーターが2台とも訓練していたのに驚きました。案内してくれた方は現役のCAさんで色々と教えてくれました。写真も撮ってもらい最後でした。ここでANAのみなさんがしっかりと訓練しているおかげで私達が安心して飛行機に乗れるんだなぁと感心しました。是非みなさん見学する事をおすすめします。

Visiting the actual training facility was simply enjoyable! The flight attendant who guided us answered all my questions promptly and was incredibly knowledgeable, which was wonderful. I definitely want to participate in the tour again.

The time management was very good, and it was nice to see everything smoothly. I think that guides in overseas tours tend to provide more detailed explanations compared to Japanese guides. If they could provide more in-depth explanations, I believe it would make the long journey more enjoyable without getting bored. Both the guide and the driver were very considerate, which was great. I think if the company prepared detailed scripts in both Japanese and English, it would make things easier for both the Japanese and English guides.

時間配分も、とても良かったし、サクサクと、見れて良かったです。
海外などのガイドを見ると、日本のガイドより詳しくいろいろと説明してくれる傾向があると思います。
掘り下げた説明をもっとしてもらうと長い道中飽きずに楽しめると思います。
ガイドさんも運転手さんもとても気遣いができて良かったです。会社が詳しい脚本を日本語版と英語版と作って渡しておけば、日本語ガイドさんも英語ガイドさんもラクだと思います。

This time, I participated with my mother, sister, and my sister's two children! I always take flights casually, but I had new discoveries and it was very enjoyable! Next time, I will participate with him!

My impression as soon as I entered the "Kirei" was that the infection control measures and cleaning were thoroughly done, and everything was sparkling clean.

The tour was guided by someone who works as a flight attendant. With their polite explanations and cheerful pace, my third-grade son was able to enjoy the visit as well. I understood well that there are many "verification" tasks involved in the job, and it made me realize how our lives are protected because of them.

Next time, I hope to participate in a factory tour and work experience as well!

「キレ～イ」館内に入った瞬間の感想です。
感染対策もお掃除もしっかりされていて、どこを見てもピカピカでした。

ツアーは、客室乗務員のお仕事をされている方が案内して下さいました。
丁寧な説明と明るい進行で、小学3年生の息子も楽しく見学することが出来ました。お仕事には、たくさんの「確認」作業があり、そのお陰で私たちの命は守られていることがよく分かりました。

次回は、機体工場見学やお仕事体験も、参加できればと思います！
　

It's a unique experience to be able to visit so many places in just one day on a tour! Even the small troubles faced by guests were handled smoothly thanks to the wonderful support from our tour guide. Bravo! Hiro, our guide, was fantastic, and his personality and work ethic made for a memorable experience.

I believe there were participants from five different countries? Everyone was smart, and the bus environment was pleasant from start to finish. It's understandable why this tour is popular, as it covers globally renowned tourist spots. The schedule is tight, but there's plenty of time for sightseeing. Even those with walking aids were able to enjoy the tour.

I opted for the admission tickets and lunch, which was definitely the right choice. It was smooth and stress-free. I would love to participate again. Thank you very much!

一日でこれだけのコースをまわれるのはツアーならでは！！お客さんの小さいトラブルも添乗員さんの素晴らしいフォローでとてもスムーズに進みました。ブラボー！ヒロさん（添乗員さん）のお人柄とお仕事ぶりが素晴らしくてそれも一つの思い出に。
今回は５カ国の方が参加と仰っていたかな？皆さんスマートで、スタートからゴールまでのバス車内も終始気持ち良い環境でした。世界的に人気の観光地をこれでもかと周るから、人気なのは納得。時間はタイトだけど観光には充分。杖をついた方もしっかり観光出来ていました。
拝観チケット、昼食付きにしたけど大正解。スムーズでノンストレス。

I was satisfied with the course that I couldn't have done alone. The schedule that had us arriving in Sapporo by 6 PM was also good. The guide's talk, mixing Japanese and Chinese, was very nice. My children (two middle schoolers) were amazed that they could speak Japanese, Chinese, and English!

Personally, I was very moved by the beauty of Lake Shikotsu, so I would love to see a canoe and SUP experience tour that starts in Sapporo rather than a meet-up at the location!

自分だけでは、まわれないコースで、満足でした。
18時には札幌に到着する日程も良かったです。
ガイドさんの、日本語、中国語交じってのトークもとても良かったです。子供(中学生2人)が、日本語も中国語も英語も喋れるのがすごい！と言っていました。

個人的には支笏湖の美しさにとても感動したので、現地集合型ではない札幌集合での支笏湖カヌー、SUP体験ツアーを作ってほしいです！

家族でお世話になりました！

After 25 years, I wanted to visit Iriomote Island and Yufu Island, so I went to Ishigaki Island. This time, I made a reservation with Beltora, which I trust, and went with my friends. We enjoyed a leisurely trip where time flowed slowly.

The person managing the cattle played the sanshin and sang Okinawan folk songs, allowing us to spend a pleasant time that you can't experience in the city, even if it was just for a short while.

25年ぶりに西表島と由布島に行きたいと思い石垣島へ行きました。今回も安心のベルトラで予約を取りお友達と行ってきました。時間がゆっくりと流れのんびりした旅行が楽しめました。
牛舎を操る方が、三線を弾き沖縄民謡を唄って短い時間ですが、都会ではできない心地よい時間を過ごすことができました。

Kuroda, our guide, provided excellent explanations in both English and Japanese. Thanks to the detailed information, I was able to enjoy the highlights without any confusion.

I was especially happy to be able to take photos of the three gassho-zukuri houses lined up together.

I was blessed with great weather and was able to encounter many sea turtles. I participated alone, so I was a bit anxious, but the mother and daughter I joined were very nice, and the handsome guide was very kind, explaining various things to us. He took us to places where we could see sea turtles, coral, and beautiful fish. I was so happy to swim with the sea turtles, and I was moved by the beautiful sea of Miyako Island and the sea turtles. They also sent me the photo data, which truly became a wonderful memory. If I ever go to Miyako Island again, I will definitely sign up for the tour. Thank you very much.

お天気にも恵まれ沢山のウミガメに出会う事が出来ました。

I felt anxious and it was dark until we reached our shooting destination, but the photo session was very enjoyable. The weather also managed to improve, which was lucky. My wife and daughters were happy to have created good memories and keepsakes. ^_^

This was my first trip to Okinawa. It was a journey with my three daughters, but since I'm a paper driver, I didn't have the courage to rent a car (laughs), so I thought I wouldn't be able to do any sightseeing that required traveling far... Just when I was about to give up, I found this bus tour.

Of course, I wanted to visit the famous Churaumi Aquarium, and for some reason, my youngest really wanted to go to Pineapple Park! So, I was satisfied just to find a tour that could accommodate both of those wishes.

On the day of the tour, we started from Kencho-mae, and as we picked up participants from various hotels, the seats gradually filled up, and by the end, it was almost full, which shows how popular this tour is. At Manzamo, there was a surprising strong wind that blew my daughter's hat away (tears), but we were deeply moved by the ocean blue of Kouri Island, and we even saw sea turtles from the bus window.

Light snacks were distributed on the bus, and I thought they would be cheap sandwiches like the typical ones... but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the sandwiches were! Eating those sandwiches under the blue sea and sky of Kouri Island became an unforgettable experience. Pineapple Park was also quite enjoyable (laughs).

The Churaumi Aquarium was impressive with the whale sharks, and I was moved by the quality of the dolphin show. I couldn't buy the purple sweet potato tart at the snack castle because it was sold out, but I ended up spending quite a bit.

On the way back, instead of returning to Naha, we were dropped off in Chatan, and although it was outside the tour, we were able to enjoy American Village as well! I was able to experience a full day of classic Okinawa sightseeing, and for this price, I am truly satisfied!!! I highly recommend it to first-time visitors to Okinawa!!!

初の沖縄旅行でした。
私と娘3人での旅だったのですが、私がペーパードライバーなためレンタカーを借りる勇気が持てず(笑)、遠方に足を運ぶような観光はできないよな…と諦めていたところ、こちらのバスツアーがヒットしました。
やはり王道の美ら海水族館は行きたい、そしてなぜか末っ子がどうしてもパイナップルパークに行きたい！とのことで(笑)、その2つが叶うところが見つかりまずはその時点で満足。
ツアー当日、私達は県庁前からスタートしたのですが、いろいろなホテルに泊まっている方をピックアップしながら徐々に参加者で座席が埋まっていき、最終的にはほぼ満席になっていたのでやはり人気なツアーなんだと。
万座毛ではすごい強風で娘の帽子が飛ばされるというハプニングもあり（涙）、古宇利島のオーシャンブルーに大感動、車窓からウミガメも見えました。
車内で軽食が配布されたのですが、どうぜTheサンドイッチみたいなチープな感じのものが配られるんでしょ…と思いきや、期待を良い意味で裏切られた美味しいサンドイッチでした！
古宇利島の青い海、青い空のもと食べたサンドイッチ…忘れられないものとなりました。
パイナップルパークもそれなりに(笑)。
美ら海水族館は圧巻のジンベエザメと、イルカショーのクオリティに感動。
お菓子御殿では紅芋タルトが完売で購入できなかったのですが、散財してしまいました。
帰りは那覇まで戻らず、途中の北谷で降ろしていただき、ツアー外ですがアメリカンビレッジも楽しむことができました！
まる一日、沖縄観光の王道を体験することができ、これでこのお値段は本当に大満足です！！！
沖縄初めての方にオススメします！！！

Churaumi Aquarium was impressive and very good. There were many tourists with children during spring break, and there were some exhibits that were hard to get close to, so I would like to visit again on another occasion. There were foreign participants in the tour, but the explanations regarding the return time to the bus and ticket distribution were only in difficult-to-understand Japanese and English, which seemed to confuse them. I felt that it would be better to distribute tour explanation materials in Chinese and English. It seemed like the tour guide was using materials created in 2021 without updating them, which made it feel like they were not taking the tourists seriously.

美ら海水族館は見応え有り大変良かったです。春休みで子供さん連れの観光客が多く、近寄れない展示があったのでまた別の機会に訪問したいです。ツアーには外国人の方が
参加されていたのですが、バスに戻る時間やチケット配布方法等か日本語と理解の難しい英語のみの説明で、戸惑っておられて気の毒でした。中国語や英語でのツアー説明資料を配布すれば良いのにと感じました。観光ガイドが恐らく21年に作成したものを更新せずに使っていた為、観光客を軽くあしらっている様に感じました。

It's difficult to get around without a rental car, but you can take a tour around the west side of the island. The veteran guide's stories were fascinating. Also, being able to get off at the airport allowed us to make the most of our last day of stay. Although it was cloudy on the day, we were able to enjoy a beautiful view of Kabira Bay from Kabira Park.

レンタカー利用でなければ行きづらい、島の西側をぐるっとまわってもらえます。ベテランガイドさんのお話が興味深かったです。また、空港で下車できたので滞在最終日を有効に使うことができました。
当日は曇り空でしたが、川平公園からは美しい川平湾を見渡すことができました。

This tour is packed with the charm of three remote islands. Before participating, I thought the one-hour mangrove cruise might be long, but the guide's explanations were fascinating, making it just the right length. The stories from the bus driver guide on the way to Yubu Island and the staff accompanying us on the water buffalo cart were great insights that I wouldn't have known if I had gone on my own. The lunch on Yubu Island was a delicious bento that was already prepared, so there was zero waiting time. On Taketomi Island, I was able to visit all the places I wanted to go—Nishi Sanchu, Kondoi Beach, and Kaiji Beach—by renting a bicycle. I leisurely rode around, but I ended up getting a bit lost and didn't have time to explore the town center (laughs). So, next time, I would like to stay on Taketomi Island.

離島３島の魅力がギュッと詰まったツアーです。
参加前は１時間のマングローブ遊覧は長いのではないかと思っていましたが、ガイドさんの説明が興味深く、ちょうど良い長さでした。
由布島へ向かう際のバスのドライバーガイドさんや水牛車い同乗のスタッフさんのお話も、個人で行っていたら知り得ない良いお話でした。
由布島での昼食も美味しいお弁当がすでに用意されていて、待ち時間ゼロでした。
竹富島ではレンタサイクルで、行きたかった西桟橋、コンドイ浜、カイジ浜すべてに行くことができました。自転車でのんびりまわり、また少々道に迷ってしまい島の中心地を散策する時間がなくなってしまいました（笑）。ですので次回は竹富島に宿泊したいと思います。

I definitely wanted to visit Sefa Utaki. I prefer to explore at my own pace, so I wanted to take a local bus, but I found out that there are very few buses and the distance from the bus stop to the shrine is quite far... Since I'm not good with directions, I thought I might get lost, so I decided to join a bus tour for peace of mind. The downside of group travel is that you can't move at your own pace, but it was still definitely worth the visit. It truly is a power spot! The intense energy I absorbed at the shrine kept me awake that night. The tour of the Gangala Valley (with a guide) was also great. There were detailed explanations, so I was able to learn a lot and enjoy the tour. If I had to mention a downside, it might be that we had to wait a bit at the beginning (without knowing why), which was a little boring...

斎場御嶽ぜひ行ってみたいところでした。
個人でゆっくり回るのが好きなので路線バスで行きたかったのですが、調べてたらバスの本数が少ないのと、バス停から御嶽までの距離がけっこうあり…
方向オンチなので迷う可能性もあるし、このさいバストゥアーのほうが安心、ということで参加。
集団移動は自分のペースで動けないのが欠点ですが、それでも十分行った価値がありました。
たしかにパワースポットです！
御嶽で浴びた濃いエネルギーのせいでその夜は眠れませんでした。
ガンガラーの谷（ガイドつき）のほうも良かったです。
細かい説明があったので色々と知ることができ、楽しく回れました。
難を言えば、初めにちょっと待たされた（訳もわからず）のが退屈だったかも…

I took my mother, who was experiencing snorkeling for the first time. Since we had a guide for a small group, we were able to enjoy it with peace of mind!

We were blessed with great weather and encountered so many sea turtles, it was amazing! We even received wonderful photo data, which was the best!

My mother, who was a bit scared of the ocean, seemed to have such a great time that by the end, she said she wanted to do it again. Thank you very much! ☺️

シュノーケリング初体験の母を連れて行きました。少人数でガイドしてもらえたので、安心して楽しめました！

天気にも恵まれて、こんなにいるのかってくらいたくさん海ガメに遭遇できて、素敵な写真データまでいただけて最高でした！

My fifth-grade son and I both enjoyed it. The explanations were easy for the children to understand, and he said it was very fun. I also had a great time. I would like to participate again if there is another opportunity.

小学校5年生の息子、親も楽しめました。子供にもわかりやすく、お話ししてくださり、とても楽しかったと言っていました。私も楽しめました。また機会があったら参加したいです。

Shirakawa-go had a lot of tourists, which was a bit disappointing, but the farmhouse area at the very back was quiet and enjoyable. Gokayama was very peaceful, and the photo of Ainokura with Mount Hakusan in the background taken from a little higher up was fantastic. The bus was just the right size and comfortable. I was surprised to see many foreign visitors overall. The tour guide and interpreter were polite and pleasant. However, I felt that there were fewer explanations about local anecdotes and history compared to guided tours in other countries, which was a bit disappointing. Since the bus ride was nearly four hours long, I think it would have been even more enjoyable if there had been a bit more storytelling. One disappointment was the washi paper-making experience in Ainokura. I wanted to try it, but it seemed that only one person could participate at a time, and while I was waiting, someone who had made a reservation arrived, and they didn't seem too pleased about walk-ins, so I gave up. The price was reasonable, and overall, I was satisfied.

白川郷は観光客が多く、ちょっと興ざめなところもありましたが、一番奥の民家園は静かでゆっくり楽しめました。五箇山はとても静かで少し登ったところから撮った白山を背景にした相倉の写真は最高でした。バスもちょうどよい大きさで快適。全般に外国人の方が多かったのに驚きました。添乗員さんも通訳の方も礼儀正しく感じの良い方たちでした。ただ他の国のガイド付きツアーに比べると地域の逸話や歴史などの説明が少なかったのが残念に感じました。バスに乗っている時間が４時間近くあるので、もう少しお話しして頂けたらさらに楽しかったと思います。一つ残念だったのは相倉での和紙作りの体験。やってみたくて行ったのですが、一人ずつしかできないようで、私が待っている間に予約したという方が見えて飛び込みはあまり良い顔をされなかったようなので諦めました。料金はリーズナブルで全般的に見て満足です。

Even for someone like me who doesn't exercise much, I was able to enjoy trekking with the local guide, which made me feel at ease. They helped with pacing and took regular breaks, which was very helpful. Additionally, since it was a private tour, I appreciated being able to go at my own pace. My husband and I took photos at various landmarks, and since we don't usually take pictures together, it became a wonderful memory. The weather was sunny in the morning, but it started to rain in the afternoon, so we ended up trekking in the rain. I felt cold during our lunch break, but once we started walking again, I quickly warmed up. Out of the 11 kilometers, the first 8.5 kilometers were along the tracks of a trolley train, so it wasn't tiring, but the last 2.5 kilometers turned into a steep climb like rock climbing. There were several points where we crossed bridges, some of which had no handrails and allowed a view of the river below through gaps in the boards, which was frightening for someone like me who has a fear of heights.

日頃あまり運動しない私でも、地元のガイドさんと一緒だったので安心してトレッキングを楽しむことができました。ペース配分や休憩もこまめに入れてくれて助かりました。また、プライベートツアーだったので、自分のペースに合わせて頂けたのも良かったです。各名所で主人と写真撮って頂き、普段はあまり2人で写真を撮る事もないので、良い思い出になりました。天候は午前中は晴れましたが、午後は雨が降り出し雨の中でのトレッキングになりました。お昼休憩中は寒さを感じましたが、歩き出すとすぐに暑くなります。片道11キロの道の内、最初の8.5キロはトロッコ列車の線路内を歩いているので疲れませんが、最後の2.5キロは一転してロッククライミングのような急激な山登りです。途中に橋を渡る箇所が何箇所かあるのですが、手すりがない場所や板の隙間から下の川が見える橋もあり高所恐怖症の私は怖かったです。

This time, I participated in a day trip tour of Iriomote, Yufu, and Taketomi Islands (glass boat and water buffalo cart plan).
First of all, it was really fun! (It was my first time participating.)
I had a lot of worries before joining, but on the day of the tour, staff were waiting at each location, providing thorough explanations, which made me feel at ease.
Even pregnant women could participate.
I definitely recommend you to join!

今回、西表•由布•竹富島 日帰りツアー(グラスボートと水牛車プラン)に参加しました。

You can see other islands from the boat even as far as Iriomote Island. The water buffalo are really cute! There was plenty of free time on Yubu Island, and I was able to circle the island. The gelato on the island was also delicious. The mangroves I saw for the first time were lovely! Since it was a half-day tour, I was able to leisurely explore Ishigaki Island afterward. The hotel shuttle service was also helpful.

西表島までも船から他の島も見えます。水牛が本当に可愛い！由布島での自由時間も十分にあり島一周出来ました。島内でのジェラートも美味しかった。初めて見たマングローブも素敵！
半日なのでツアー後も石垣島をゆっくり観光できました。ホテルの送迎も助かりました。
