I think you should properly state on your website that you won't be going to Cape Earth. Also, the tour guide was constantly talking loudly in Chinese, which was quite annoying. I wondered what the point was of talking so much without a guide. I at least wanted them to lower the volume.

地球岬に行かないのならちゃんとホームページに書くべきだと思った。
あと添乗員さんが一生爆音で中国語で喋ってるのがうるさかった
ガイドなしなのにずっと喋ってるのはいかがなものかと思った。せめて音量を下げてほしかった。

In mid-February, I went on my first trip to Kyoto with my daughter (in her early 20s) and my mother (in her 50s). My daughter had visited Kyoto once during a school trip, but it was my mother's first time, so we were unsure about the transportation and time needed to move between the sights. That's why we decided to use this tour.

First, here are the positive aspects:
1. Since we gathered at Kyoto Station, we stayed at a hotel near the station the night before, and we were able to participate without our luggage, which was stored at the hotel.
2. We were able to visit various places efficiently, so we could enjoy sightseeing without getting lost even in distant locations. There seemed to be many one-way streets in Kyoto, so we didn't have to worry about transportation costs.
3. The guide provided explanations about the destinations and sights along the way while we were on the bus, allowing us to confirm our location by looking at the guidebook map.

Things I would like to request from the bus company:
1. While the reservation confirmation email included the order of destinations, it did not specify the arrival times or duration of stay at each location. It mentioned that lunch would be taken at Kiyomizu-dera, so we were also considering having lunch there, but we couldn't make a reservation for a restaurant because we didn't know the timing.
2. Regarding the order of sightseeing, we went to Arashiyama last. Since Arashiyama is an outdoor sightseeing spot, it was quite dark after 3 PM in winter, and we couldn't appreciate the beauty of the bamboo grove. If possible, I think visiting Arashiyama in the morning would be more worthwhile.
3. Also, concerning Arashiyama, the JR Saga-Arashiyama Station was difficult to find. I thought it would be easier to navigate if the first sightseeing spot was Arashiyama, and then we could continue with the bus tour from there.

As for Kiyomizu-dera, we didn't have enough time and ended up eating takeout on the bus. The next day, we visited Yasaka Shrine and Kiyomizu-dera (aside from the temple visit) on our own, so I hope that more distant sightseeing spots can be included in the itinerary instead of the conveniently located Kiyomizu-dera.

2月中旬に初めての京都旅行に娘（20代前半）と母（50代）で行きました。
娘は修学旅行で一度京都は観光済みでしたが、母は初めてのため土地勘がなく名所と名所の移動手段や時間が不安だったので、こちらのツアーを利用させていただきました。

まず良かったこと
①京都駅集合だったので京都駅近くのホテルに前泊しましたが、荷物はホテルに預けたので身軽に参加できました。
②効率的に回ることができましたので、離れた場所も迷わずに観光できました。京都市内は一方通行も多そうでしたので、駐車代金も含め交通であたふたしなくてすみました。
③ガイドさんは車内では目的地や途中の名所の説明はしてもらえたので、ガイド本の地図を見ながら「今ここら辺を走ってるのね」と確認もできました。

バス会社さんにお願いしたいこと
①予約確認メールに目的地の順番は書かれてますが、各目的地の到着時間や滞在時間が書かれていません。昼食付きプランの方が清水寺で取る事は書かれてましたので、私たちも清水寺で昼食を取ろうと考えてましたが、時間がわからないので飲食店の予約ができませんでした。
②観光の順番ですが、最後に嵐山に行きます。嵐山は屋外観光で雨天時はもちろん冬の15時過ぎは薄暗く竹林の小道の美しさは感じることができませんでした。できれば、嵐山が午前中の方が見応えがあると思います。
③同じく嵐山ですが、JR嵯峨嵐山駅がわかりにくかったです。最初の観光地が嵐山でそこからバス観光になると迷わずにすむかと思いました。

清水寺に関しては時間が足りず、テイクアウトをバスで食べました。翌日、八坂神社や清水寺（お寺さん参り以外）を自分たちで回りましたので、交通の便の良い清水寺はルートに入れず距離の遠い観光地を組んでもらえるといいなと思いました。

We departed from sunny Kanazawa, and after passing through the tunnel, we were greeted by an overwhelming snowy landscape. The sight of thatched-roof villages standing still in the deep mountains, surrounded by gently falling snow, was truly breathtaking. It was a perfect representation of a secluded mountain valley. I was very grateful for the driver's kindness in providing various information. I was completely satisfied!

快晴の金沢を出発、トンネルを抜けると圧倒的な雪景色。深い山奥、しんしんと降る雪の中に佇む茅葺き屋根の集落の佇まいは圧巻でした。まさに深山幽谷の景色。運転手さんが親切に色々ご案内してくださってとてもありがたかったです。大満足！

The explanations available at the museum, on the ship, and onboard were very good. I understood that we couldn't go ashore due to the sea conditions, but the weather was nice, and it didn't seem too rough, so I was a bit disappointed.

ミュージアムや船や船内で聞ける解説はとても良かったです。
海の状況で上陸できないのは解っていたけど、天気は良かったし、大して揺れてるようには思えなかったので、ちょっとがっかりしました。

I was worried about what would happen since I received an email about a bus change the day before, but on the day of the trip, it was a full-sized bus with all seats taken! The guide provided explanations in both Japanese and English, and since they go to Shirakawa-go every day, there was a lot of fresh information included.

毎日白川郷へ行かれているとかで、

I visited the Okinawa World for the second time, and I was able to enjoy it enough in a short amount of time.

It was great that the guide shared interesting trivia during the bus ride there.

斎場御獄も沖縄ワールド2回目でしたが、短い時間で十分楽しめました。

行きのバスでガイドさんがずっと豆知識を話してたのが良かったです。

The guide was experienced and knowledgeable about everything; I wanted to spend more time with them! I definitely want to use this service again next time!

I wanted to see Shirakawa-go covered in snow, but I was anxious about driving on snowy roads, so I joined a bus tour. The guide was fluent in English, and the timing and content of the highlights shared during the ride created a wonderful atmosphere, making the journey very enjoyable.

At Shirakawa-go, I was able to see beautiful scenery at the points recommended by the guide, and the meal was delicious. The driver was very reassuring, and I ended up sleeping soundly on the way back. Thank you for a fun and valuable experience.

雪の積もる白川郷を見てみたかったものの、自分で雪道を運転していくのは不安だったのでバスツアーに参加しました。
ガイドさんは英語も堪能で、車内での見どころ案内などの内容やタイミングもとても雰囲気が良くて道中ほっこり楽しませていただきました。

白川郷現地ではガイドさんにおすすめしていただいたポイントでとても綺麗な景色を見ることができ、お食事も美味しかったです。
運転手さんもとても安心できる運転で帰り道は熟睡してしまいました。

Although it felt cold during the ride in February, the guide provided a clear and understandable explanation, especially for someone who isn't from the Kansai region. I was able to take my time admiring the full view of Abeno Harukas while seated, and the sensation of the display signs at the highway entrance being just above my head was unique to the open deck experience.

Aside from the cold, it was a lot of fun. By the way, hand warmers were distributed during the ride. It would have been even better if there had been a lap blanket.

2月の乗車で寒く感じたものの、ガイドさんの案内も関西人じゃない人からするとなるほど〜と分かりやすいガイドでした。あべのハルカスの全貌も座っていながらじっくり眺められたし、高速道路の入口での表示看板が頭上スレスレの感覚もオープンデッキならでは。
寒かった以外はとっても楽しかったです。
ちなみに乗車の際にカイロが配られました。
膝掛けがあったらなおよかったなかたぁ。

We used this service on the last day of our trip to Okinawa. Since our return flight was at 3 PM, we were taken to the airport, making for a meaningful final day. I think we wouldn't have been able to move around much while being mindful of the time in a place we weren't familiar with. It was great to hear the guide's explanations about Okinawa as well.

沖縄旅行の最終日に利用しました。帰りの飛行機が15時だったので、空港まで送ってもらい、有意義な最終日となりました。
自分達では知らない土地で時間を気にしながら、そんなに動けなかったと思います。

The snow remained, the weather was clear, and everything was sparkling, making it great for photos. The bus guide shared stories both on the way there and back, so the travel didn't feel long. I recommend this tour.

雪が残り、天気が晴れて全てがビカピカ光っていて、とても写真映えが良かったです。
行きも帰りもバスガイドさんが話があり、移動が長く感じなかったです。オススメするツアーです。

We traveled with my wife and child. Since our child is small and we were anxious about driving a rental car, using a charter for transportation was very helpful.
We requested visits to Peace Memorial Park, the Underwater Road, and Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology. In February, since it’s the low tide season, we were taken to a recommended beach instead of the Underwater Road.
My family was very happy, and it turned out to be a great trip. Next time we come, I would like to visit Kouri Island, which the driver recommended.

妻と子どもの3人で利用しました。子どもが小さくレンタカーを借りるのも運転に不安があったため、チャーターでの移動は大変助かりました。
平和記念公園、海中道路、沖縄科学技術大学院大学などリクエストしていました。2月は潮が引いている時期ということで、海中道路ではなくお勧めの海岸に連れて行っていただきました。
家族もとても喜んでおり、いい旅になりました。
次来た時は運転手さんからお勧めされた、古宇利島にも行ってみたいと思います。

I was able to visit the key spots of Ishigaki Island in a short time. The lunch included was a great deal. The guide's explanations and the sanshin performance were also enjoyable.

短時間で石垣島の要所を見学できた。
ランチも付いてお得です。またガイドさんの説明三線も楽しかったです。

The sightseeing bus was good. However, the meeting time stated on Veltra was different from the actual time. I think it might be because they hadn't updated the meeting time from the autumn season. From now on, I plan to book the sightseeing bus directly without going through a travel agency. In that sense, it was a good learning experience.

観光バスはよかったです。
ただベルトラに書かれている集合時間と実際は違いました。たぶん秋のシーズンの集合時間から変更してなかったからでは？と思います。
これからは旅行代理店を通さず、直接観光バスに予約しようと思いました。
その意味ではいい勉強になりました。

天気が暖かく雪がいっぱいあるわけでもなかったですが
大変楽しく回れました！

Initially, I planned to just take a boat from Abashiri to see the drift ice, but as I researched, I found out that I could walk on the drift ice with Veltour, and even go further in, so I decided to go to Shiretoko.

I had some worries like, "What if there’s no drift ice?" or "What if the weather prevents us from walking?" but I was really glad that we were blessed with good weather and could safely experience it.

I had thought that the drift ice was all separate and just floating, so when I first saw it from a distance, I thought, "This is just like walking on snow." However, as I walked on it, I encountered the floating drift ice, and when I thought it was solid, it would sway and I would stumble or get stuck, which made it really fun. It was truly enjoyable!

I love Hokkaido and have been there many times, but this was the most fun and memorable experience I've had! I definitely want to participate again next year.

Our guide, Imahi, was very friendly and was smiling the whole time, which made the experience even more enjoyable and warm-hearted.

最初は網走から船に乗って流氷を見るだけの計画を立てていましたが、調べる内にヴェルトラさんで流氷の上を歩くことができる、さらに入ることができると知り知床まで行くことにしました。
流氷が来ていなかったら、、
天候によって歩けなくなったら、、
などせっかく行くのに、と不安もありましたが、天候に恵まれ無事体験することができてほんとに良かったです。
流氷とは1つ1つ離れていて全てがプカプカ浮かんでいるものだと思っていたので、初め遠くから見ていると「これって雪の上歩くのと同じやん」と思っていました。
ですが歩いていくとプカプカした流氷にも出会えたし、固いと思ったらゆらゆらで転ける、ハマる、というようなおもしろさもあり、ほんとに楽しかったです。
北海道がだいすきでたくさん行きましたが今までで1番楽しい最高の思い出ができました！
ぜひまた来年も参加したいと思います。

ガイドのいまひさんの愛想もとてもよくて終始ニコニコしており、いまひさんのおかげでさらに楽しめたし温かい気持ちになりました。

I was a bit anxious since it was my first time, but they taught me patiently, and I was able to ride smoothly. They also taught me some tricks, and I tried them, but they were indeed difficult... However, the sea was warm even at this time of year, and it felt nice to fall in, haha. Everyone who participated with me was kind, and I had a great time!

- Snorkeling
The guide took us to the spot, and in addition to the colorful fish typical of Okinawa, I was lucky enough to see 3 or 4 sea turtles, which was a rare experience. I learned for the first time that sea turtles need to come up for air... Their eyes were round and very cute. We took a lot of pictures, and it became a wonderful memory!

All the guides were warm and friendly, and I had a very fulfilling day. I would love to participate again when I visit Miyako Island!

初めてだったのでうまくできるか不安でしたが、丁寧に教えていただけ、スイスイと乗ることができました。
ちょっとした技も教えてもらい、挑戦しましたがやはり難しく…でも海はこの時期でも暖かくて、落ちても気持ちよかったです笑笑
一緒に参加した方たちも皆優しく、楽しい時間が過ごせました！

・シュノーケリング
ガイドさんがスポットに案内してくれて、沖縄っぽいカラフルな魚に加え、運良く海亀を3、4匹見れて貴重な体験ができました。海亀は息継ぎをするというのをここで初知り…目がつぶらでとても可愛かったです。
沢山写真も撮ってもらえ、良い思い出になりました！

ガイドさんはどの方も温かみがあって、とても充実した1日を過ごせました。
また宮古島に伺った時は参加したいです！

On the day of the tour, it was a bit rainy, but our guide found two coconut crabs, allowing us to see them up close, which was a long-held wish of mine! We also got to see various creatures like geckos, crabs, and plants that can't be found on the main island, making it a tour I would especially recommend for nature and adventure lovers! The guide's explanations were also very interesting.

Depending on the weather, I think it's advisable to wear clothes that repel water or are okay to get dirty, as the leaves of the plants can brush against your body when entering the mountains. I want to try the stargazing tour next time! Thank you for the valuable experience!

当日は小雨が降る少し悪天候の中でしたが、ガイドさんがヤシガニを2匹も見つけてくださり念願のヤシガニを近くで見ることができました！
その他にもヤモリやカニ、本島では見られない植物などさまざまな生き物を見ることができ、自然や冒険が好きな方に特にオススメできるツアーだと思いました！
ガイドさんの解説もとても面白かったです。

天候にもよるとは思いますが、山に入る際植物の葉っぱなどが体に当たるため、水を弾くものや汚れても大丈夫な服装をオススメします。
次回は星空ツアーにリベンジしたいです！

This time, due to the rain during the day, the clouds were thick and the weather was bad, so we couldn't enjoy stargazing, but the jungle tour was amazing!
Navigating through the dark, cutting through unmarked paths with a flashlight felt like something out of Indiana Jones!
Additionally, our enthusiastic and fun guide found various creatures one after another, and their clear explanations were excellent. We even got to see the coconut crab that I had really wanted to see, along with firefly larvae and local snakes, which were great!
When we shone the light, we saw walls formed by raised coral and even stalactites, which were unexpected delights that made my friends and me very happy.
Next time, I want to choose a time when we can also enjoy stargazing.

今回は昼間雨が降ったこともありかなり雲が厚く天候が悪かったため星空鑑賞ができなかったのですが、ジャングルツアーが最高でした‼︎
真っ暗闇の中、道無き道をかき分けながら懐中電灯で進んでいくのはインディジョーンズ並み‼︎
また、サービス精神旺盛な楽しいガイドさんが、いろいろな生き物を次々と見つけてくれ、分かりやすい説明が絶妙でした。ぜひ見たいと思っていたヤシガニも見ることができましたし、蛍の幼虫、地元のヘビもいい感じ‼︎光を当てると珊瑚が隆起してできた壁があったり、鍾乳石も見ることができたりと、思ってもない収穫に友人と一緒に大喜びでした。
次回は、星空鑑賞もできる時期を選んで参加したいです。

The weather was bad, so we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but we were able to visit the mangroves, which was fun! I was really surprised by the power of nature that I normally wouldn't see. I also enjoyed hearing the little tips from our guide, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The information about local shops was very valuable, and thanks to that, I was able to enjoy delicious yakiniku and Okinawa soba. If I can come to Ishigaki Island again, I would like to try going to the Blue Cave! Thank you very much!

Every staff member was kind and it was very nice no matter which island I went to. I regret that I didn't have enough time to go around Yufu Island. I wanted to walk more in nature... The songs and dances of the old lady were amazing. The water buffalo experience was also good and fun.

どの島に行ってもスタッフの方全て親切でとても良かったです。
由布島はちょっと時間が足りず島を一周する事が出来なかったのが心残りです。もっと自然の中を歩きたかったですぅ、、

I participated in snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). Although it was February, the weather was nice, so it wasn't as cold as I expected. During snorkeling, I was able to meet a sea turtle that was eating. The sea turtle, happily munching away, was so cute and soothing! It was also a lot of fun to swim slowly among many fish.

For SUP, we moved to a different location and experienced it in another part of the ocean. I was worried about whether I could balance on the board, but the guide carefully taught me how to ride and gave me tips, so I was able to enjoy it. It was a lot of fun to experience it while gazing at the beautiful waters of Okinawa.

It turned out to be a wonderful day filled with great memories. Thank you!

シュノーケリングとSUPに参加しました。
2月ですが天候が良かったこともあり、思ったよりも寒くなかったです。
シュノーケリングでは、ご飯中のウミガメに会うことができました。おいしそうにご飯を食べているウミガメはとってもかわいくて癒されました！
ウミガメの他にも、たくさんのお魚がいる中をゆっくりと泳ぐことができてとても楽しかったです。
SUPは場所を移動して、シュノーケリングとは違う海で体験しました。
乗れるかどうか不安でしたが、ガイドの方が乗り方やコツを丁寧に教えてくれるので楽しむことができました。
綺麗な沖縄の海を眺めながら体験することができてとても楽しかったです。
1日すごくいい思い出になりました。

The day after the snowfall was clear and sunny. We were fortunate with the weather and were able to see the white Shirakawa-go. Half of the participants were international guests, and I think they really enjoyed the beautiful Shirakawa-go. The tour guide, Mr. Kuroda, provided clear explanations and pointed out less crowded photo spots, allowing us to take great pictures.

In Hida Takayama, we had more than enough time to relax and enjoy coffee. The Mitarashi dango, with its soy sauce glaze, is not sweet and is unique to Hida Takayama. The Hida beef sushi was popular, and there was a line for it. The experience of making rice crackers was also enjoyable for the international guests. It was an interesting service for buying souvenirs.

I had a lot of fun, but I deducted one star because the lunch was just okay. The grilled Hida beef wrapped in magnolia leaves was delicious, but the rest was rather average.

前日の雪から晴天の当日。お天気に恵まれて雪の白川郷を見ることができました。
参加者の半分が海外からのお客様。絶好の白川郷を楽しんでもらえたと思います。
添乗員の黒田さんの説明もわかりやすく、観光客が少ない映えスポットもおしえてもらって、良い写真が撮れました。

飛騨高山では、十分過ぎる滞在時間で、ゆっくりコーヒーが飲めました。みたらし団子がお醤油たれで甘くなく飛騨高山独特のものです。飛騨牛のお寿司は人気で行列ができていました。
お煎餅焼き体験も海外の人に楽しんでもらえます。お土産を買ってもらうサービスとして面白いです。

とても楽しかったけど、星がひとつ減ったのは、ランチがもう一つ。飛騨牛2切れの朴葉味噌焼きは美味しかったけど、他はまあこんなものかという感じでした。

I had a fun and fulfilling day visiting the World Heritage sites of Shirakawa-go and Takayama. There were many foreign visitors, and everyone seemed to enjoy it. Since it's a challenging journey to do on your own, I recommend taking a tour.

世界遺産の白川郷と飛騨高山も行けて1日が楽しく充実しました。
外国人の方が多かったですが、喜んでしました。
個人で行くのが難しい道のりなのでツアーがおすすめです。

Despite the low temperature and unfortunate rain, the staff mentioned that it would be tough to find wildlife, so my expectations were low. However, after borrowing rubber boots and a flashlight and making my way through the rugged jungle path, I was thrilled to encounter three coconut crabs, a hermit crab, and the Yaeyama firefly!

During the car rides to and from the location, the staff shared stories about Ishigaki Island and provided valuable information for traveling around the island, making the experience very meaningful. Since I couldn't see the beautiful starry sky due to the rain, I hope to participate again next time and witness a celestial show under clear skies.

気温が低く生憎の雨でスタッフさんからは生物を見つけるには厳しいコンデションだと言われ期待薄でしたが、長靴と懐中電灯を借りてジャングルの険しい道を進んでいくとヤシガニ3匹、ヤドカリ、ヤエヤマヒメボタルに遭遇し感激しました‼︎
行き帰りの車中ではスタッフさんから石垣島にまつわる話や島内旅行で為になる情報などお話をして貰って大変有意義に過ごすことができました。
雨で綺麗な星空が見れなかったので、次回参加した時は晴天の元、天体ショーを是非観たいと思います。

I participated in an ice floe walk for the first time. It was also my first time wearing a dry suit, but they taught me carefully, so I had no problems at all. I was grateful that they lent me a knit cap, which eased my worries about getting wet.

They took photos and uploaded them, so I didn't have to worry about bringing my smartphone and possibly dropping it, allowing me to enjoy the experience with peace of mind.

This time, I participated in tours from both Picchio and Shinra, and it was hard to choose between the two.

If I had to say, Picchio is great for beginners and families because they provide thorough support, while Shinra moves at a quicker pace, catering to those who want to enjoy things on their own to some extent. The experience areas were the same for both companies when I participated, so I don't think there was a significant difference in the content of the experiences.

初めて流氷ウォークに参加しました。
ドライスーツを着るのも初めてでしたが、丁寧に教えてくださるので、何も問題ありませんでした。
ニット帽を貸してくれるのも、濡れるのが気にならなずありがたかったです。

写真を撮ってアップしてくださるので、自分でスマホを持ち込んで落としてしまうかも、といった不安に感じることもなく、安心して楽しめました。

今回、ピッキオさんとシンラさんの両方のツアーに参加したのですが、どちらも甲乙つけ難かったです。

強いて言えば、
ピッキオさんは丁寧にフォローしてくださるのでビギナーや子ども連れ向け
シンラさんはサクサク進めてくださるので、ある程度自分で楽しみたい方向け
といった感じでしょうか。
体験のエリアは、自分が参加した時はどちらの会社さんも同じところでしたので、体験内容に大きな差は無いと思います。

It was so much fun that the time flew by. The session we participated in had just the two of us and about ten people from a group. The staff were kind and attentive. We bought a lot of merchandise on the way back. Since most of the items can only be purchased here, it's a good idea to check in advance.
