I felt that the two hours of free time in Takayama was a bit short. If you try to see all the recommended spots, there isn't enough time to leisurely look at souvenirs. The guide was not Japanese, but was fluent in both Japanese and English, and was kind and pleasant, which I appreciated. It takes about three hours from Nagoya, and I was able to enjoy the trip without worrying about driving fatigue. I felt that around 7,000 yen during the Obon season was a great deal.

As the title suggests, we were unable to visit the main attraction, Cape Kamoi, due to bear sightings. However, since we were dealing with wild animals, I tried to shift my mindset and enjoy the experience, even though I felt disappointed. It was nice to be able to view the Nikka Whisky distillery in Yoichi and purchase some apple pie as well.

This time, I couldn't reach the main highlight, and since the weather forecast predicted rain today, I thought I would see the best scenery, but it ended up being disappointing.

I definitely want to make a comeback next time, but as long as there are bears, the area will be closed off whenever they appear, so I hope we can find a good compromise.

また次回、必ずリベンジしたいですが、クマがいる限り、出没のたびに封鎖されてしまうので、なんとかいい折り合いをつけられるといいなと思いました。。

Unfortunately, our female guide's knowledge and explanation skills were not at a level suitable for the job. While it's natural that we might not see stars or creatures, the guide's explanations should meet a certain standard. It felt like we were just walking through the bushes with a student, merely expressing reactions like "This is amazing!" or "That's gross!"

Additionally, regarding logistics, we received no communication about the pickup location until late the night before, and the amount of information required for the consent form was excessive. It would have been better if this had been sent in advance. Since I had to input the information for each family member on my smartphone, it took over 10 minutes just for four people, which is no joke.

There are other similar tours available, so it might be better to consider those.

The tour was guided by astronaut trainees who promptly searched for answers to participants' questions, ensuring everyone could enjoy the experience. However, I felt it was a bit disappointing that, although there were 15 of us touring the facility, not everyone could see at certain stations. It would have been nice if there had been some consideration, like encouraging everyone to squeeze in so that all could see. Additionally, at the end of the tour, there was a photo opportunity, but I wished they had called out to all participants. One person was engaged in conversation for too long, and I couldn't take a photo with my companion.

飛行士訓練生による案内施設を廻って、ツアー参加者からの質問について判らないことはすぐに検索しツアー参加者に答えを伝えてツアーを楽しめるよう考えてくれていました。
残念に感じたことは、15人で施設を廻っていましたが、プースによっては全員が見れず、少し声かけして「詰めて皆さんが見れるように…」等々の配慮があるとよかったと思いました。またツアー最後に写真を撮れるプースがありましたが、ツアー参加者全員に声をかけてほしかったです。
一人の方にばかり話し込んでいて、連れと一緒の写真を撮ることがが出来ませんでした。
