The tour was very helpful for travelers like us who do not use rental cars, efficiently visiting sightseeing spots. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially with the sudden increase in infections, the bus was fully packed. On a full-day tour, the elderly woman sitting next to me was coughing frequently, and a baby was crying throughout in front of my seat.

When I went on a bus tour in Tokyo in July, the passenger limit was half, allowing us to sit with one seat in between, which was comfortable. Was it unavoidable in Okinawa due to the peak season during summer vacation?

Also, there was a family with a baby sitting right in the middle, but was there no consideration for seating children towards the front? I understand that babies crying is unavoidable. I had imagined the same comfort as the Tokyo bus tour when I made the reservation, but it was very different and disappointing.

I appreciate the bus guide's little anecdotes and the driver's careful driving.

ツアー的には、効率よく観光名所をこなしていきレンタカーを利用しない私達の様な旅行者には、大変助かります。ただコロナ禍でましてや急激な感染増加の中、車中は満席でした。丸一日のツアーで、隣の老夫婦の奥さんは、咳を頻繁にしていて、わたしの前の座席では赤ちゃんが終始泣いていました。
7月に東京のバスツアーに行った時は、バスの乗客上限の半分で、1列空けて隣ともかぶらず座って行け快適でした。沖縄は、繁盛期という事もあり夏休みは致し方なかったのでしょうか？
また、赤ちゃん連れの方が丁度真ん中辺りに座っていましたが、子供連れは前方に乗せるなどの配慮は、無いのでしょうか？赤ちゃんが泣くのは仕方がないのはわかります。勝手に東京のバスツアーと同じ快適さを想像し予約してしまいましたが、とても違い残念でした。
バスガイドさんの小ネタや、運転手さんの丁寧な運転には、感謝しております。

The weather was unfortunately rainy, with intermittent showers, but I had a great time. The guide was wonderful, taking photos for us and recommending delicious food (I tried almost everything, and it was all tasty). It turned out to be a very fulfilling day. Thank you!

The guide was kind and helpful, which allowed me to enjoy the experience with peace of mind. Although the intense sunlight was unavoidable, we were blessed with good weather, and we were able to visit various places very efficiently, so I was extremely satisfied.

Hokkaido Shrine was a place I visited for the first time. I prayed and drew a fortune. Walking through the tree-lined path was a soothing experience.
At Okurayama Jump Stadium, I was truly amazed. You can see the height from below, but taking the lift up really makes you feel the height. The soft serve ice cream was also the best! Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time for both the museum and the jump stadium.
At Shiroi Koibito Park, I wished I had more time. The garden was fun and beautiful, and I wanted to do some shopping too. It was a moment of escape from reality. Sapporo's Outer Market was filled with crabs, crabs, and melons... so much delicious food!

　北海道神宮って…。初めて行く場所だった。お参りして、おみくじ引いて…。木立の参道を通り癒される時間だとまった。
　大倉山ジャンプ場は、やっぱり「すご~い」のひとこと。下から見ても高さはわかるが、リフトで上がったほうが断然、高さを感じることができる。ソフトクリームも最高！ミュージアムと両方は時間的に厳しかった…。
　白い恋人パーク、もっと時間がほしいなぁ~という感想。庭も楽しいし、きれいだし、お買い物もしたいし…。現実逃避できるひとときでした。札幌場外市場は、カニ・カニ・メロン・・・食べ物でいっぱいでした。
　

It was my first time paddleboarding, and since it was on a river, there was no shaking, so I wasn't scared at all, and it was really fun. I was even able to stand up partway through.

The snorkeling at Balas Island also had high visibility, and I was able to see plenty of fish with just a snorkel.

I highly recommend it.

It was a wonderful location, and the kind staff created a fun atmosphere throughout the shoot, allowing the kids to stay engaged. The finished photos were lovely, and we were very satisfied. We created beautiful family memories. When we had trouble hailing a taxi after the shoot, the staff kindly offered to take us back to our accommodation, which was fantastic. Although the moon was out and we didn't have a completely starry sky this time, we were still extremely satisfied. Next time, I would love to have Subaru take our photos under a fully starry sky. If you want to capture starry sky photos in Miyako Island, I highly recommend this service!

素晴らしいロケーションで、優しいお姉さんが終始楽しい雰囲気で撮影してくださり、子供達も飽きずに撮影出来ました。仕上がりの写真も素敵で大満足。家族の思い出ができました。撮影後にタクシーが捕まらず困っていたら、宿泊先まで送ってくださったり、スタッフさん方も素晴らしかったです。今回月が出ていたので満天の星空ではなかったけど、それでも大大満足でした。次回は満天の星空でまたすばるさんに撮影していただきたいです。宮古島で星空の写真を残したいなら、こちらの業者さんを強くお薦めします！

Our family isn't great at early morning departures, but considering the afternoon heat, it was the right choice.

The guidance at each location was smooth and well-handled, so we didn't get lost. The explanation about the mangroves at Nakama River was clear thanks to the enthusiastic staff, and on the bus to Yubu Island, the driver's lively talk about life and prices on Iriomote Island (I was surprised to hear that bean sprouts cost 170 yen) and eating goat sashimi provided us with some interesting insights.

The main goal was the water buffalo cart, and it seemed like not everyone was going to play the sanshin, so on the way back, we hopped on a water buffalo cart with a performance and thoroughly enjoyed it.

On Taketomi Island, I had my first glass-bottom boat experience, and I got to ride the water buffalo cart for the second time. By chance, there was a performance of my favorite song "Dōgami," which moved me deeply. I do wish we had more time on Taketomi Island.

Given the season, it's no surprise that the heat was quite intense. Staying hydrated, wearing hats, and using parasols are essential. The sweat we worked up could only be washed off at the hotel.

My two sons experienced the Yaeyama Islands for the first time, and I believe it will be a lifelong memory for them. I think the staff must be having a tough time in the heat, but I hope they continue to greet guests with wonderful smiles. I would love to use their services again if the opportunity arises.

早朝出発が苦手な我が一家ですが、午後の暑さを考えると正解でした。

各地での誘導は手馴れた様子でスムーズに、こちらが迷うこともありませんでした。
仲間川マングローブもお姉さんのハキハキした説明でわかりやすく、それから由布島に移動するバスでも運転手さんの軽快なトークで西表島の生活や物価(もやし170円には驚き)、ヤギを刺身で食べるなど、なかなか知り得ないお話を聞けてよかったです。

1番の目的だった水牛車は皆さんが三線を演奏する訳ではなさそうなので、戻りに演奏付きの水牛車に乗り込み、堪能させて頂きました。

竹富島では初めてのグラスボート体験
そして2度目の水牛車に乗せてもらい、偶然にも大好きな「童神」の演奏があり、心から感動しました。
竹富島の滞在時間が短かったのはちょっと心残りかな…。

この時期なので当然といえば当然ですが、暑さはかなりのものです。
こまめな水分補給、帽子・日傘必須。
かいた汗はホテルでさっぱり流すしかありません。

息子二人は初めての八重山諸島でしたが、一生の記憶に残してくれたことと思います。
スタッフの方々も暑くて大変だと思いますが、これからも素敵な笑顔で迎えていただきたいです。
また機会あれば利用したいです。

I had a great time with the cabin crew who shared various stories in a detailed, easy-to-understand, and enjoyable way. Although I was with a group of people I didn't know at all, we were able to get along well!

When I visited, I was able to observe the training of the cabin crew, and it was impressive to see each individual taking their training very seriously. I usually board a plane without much thought, but now I feel grateful to the crew and all the staff, and I plan to fly with that appreciation from now on! Thank you for a wonderful tour!

Since it was during the period of the COVID-19 infection spread, I was hesitant about traveling until just before the trip, so I signed up after arriving at the destination.

It was our family's first experience with stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and we had some experience with snorkeling, participating with the goal of seeing sea turtles. My fifth-grade daughter had some trouble getting her snorkeling gear on properly and was a bit fussy, but the guide was great at helping her, and we were able to see the sea turtles breathing up close. In the end, we finished with smiles, and I am truly grateful for that.

The morning SUP was at a beach we had never been to before, which was refreshing, but the afternoon snorkeling might have been at a spot with better tidal conditions and a higher chance of encountering sea turtles. However, since it was a beach I had been to before, I wished we could have gone somewhere different. We gathered at 10:00 AM, and after explanations, we had about an hour and a half of SUP. In the afternoon, we changed locations and regrouped at 2:30 PM for another hour and a half of snorkeling. The guide also took photos for us and sent them later via LINE.

Next time, I hope to enjoy it a bit more leisurely and thoroughly.

コロナ感染拡大の時期でもあったので、直前まで旅行自体も迷っていたため、現地に到着後に申し込みをしました。
家族で、SUPは初体験で、シュノーケルは経験ありで、ウミガメさん目的での参加でした。小5の娘がシュノーケルが思うように装着できず、グズグズすることもありましたが、ガイドのお兄さんがうまく誘導してくれて、ウミガメさんもすごく近くで呼吸するところまで見れて、最後には笑顔で終われたので本当に感謝です。
午前SUPではじめてのビーチでしたので新鮮でしたが、午後のシュノーケルは潮の関係やウミガメ遭遇率の高いところだったのかもしれませんが、過去に行ったことのあるビーチだったので、違うところに行ってみたかったなとも思いました。10時集合で説明含めて実質1時間半ほどSUP,午後は14:30に場所を変えて再度集合でまた1時間半ほどシュノーケルでした。写真もガイドさんが撮ってくれて、後でLINEで送っていただけました。
次はもうちょっとゆっくりじっくり楽しみたいなと思います。

I signed up for this tour because I wanted to efficiently explore Shodoshima for the first time in the heat. The veteran guide's explanations were excellent, and I enjoyed the main sightseeing spots. At Choshikei, the baby monkeys were incredibly cute and heartwarming. It was truly a hot day, but the movie village and Olive Park had beautiful locations perfect for photos, and I had a great time. Some people got off at Angel Road, but we were satisfied just enjoying the view from the bus window.

The tourist center's reception was in an easy-to-find location, and it was nice to get a discount at the souvenir shop in the ferry terminal by showing our bus tour tickets.

By the way, it seems that the tour reception couldn't confirm whether the payment for the optional tickets I booked through VRLTRA was completed, which caused some hassle at the reception when I was asked to verify the payment details. I thought it would be smoother if the reservation confirmation email included both the booking details and the payment amount. (I was flustered trying to log in and check my booking history... where was the paid amount...?)

初めての小豆島で、暑い中効率よく観光したくてこのツアーに申し込みました。ベテランガイドさんの案内がとても良く、主要な観光スポットを楽しめました。銚子渓ではお猿の赤ちゃんがとても可愛くてほっこりしました。本当に暑い日でしたが映画村やオリーブ公園はどこも写真映する素敵なロケーションで、楽しめました。エンジェルロードで途中下車される方々もおられましたが、私たちは車窓から眺めて満足しました。
観光センターの受付もわかりやすい場所で、またバスツアーのチケットを見せるとフェリーターミナルのお土産屋さんで割引になるのはありがたかったです。

ちなみに、VRLTRA経由で申し込んだオプションの入場券について支払いが済んでいるか、ツアーの受付では確認できないらしく、支払い内容の確認を求められて受付に手間取りました。予約確認メールに申し込み内容プラス支払い金額も記載されているとスムーズかなと思いました。（ログインして、申し込み履歴を確認して...支払い済みの金額はどこ...？とあたふたしましたので）

I was able to see sea turtles and tropical fish up close, and it was wonderful! I was surprised that I could see sea turtles so closely. I also got to try SUP, which I wanted to experience, and the water was so clear that I could see tropical fish swimming with my own eyes. The guide was kind and friendly, which made it easy to participate in the experience.

I participated in a photo tour for the first time. Although the shoot was at 2:30 AM, the Milky Way was clearly visible, and I was constantly amazed by the beauty of the stars! During the shoot, they played music and chatted casually, making the experience enjoyable and smooth. After the shoot, they kindly shared various recommendations about Miyako Island, which helped me have a fulfilling day the next day. It was my first trip to Miyako Island, and it became the best memory.

初めてフォトツアーに参加しました。
夜中の2時半での撮影でしたが、天の川がよく見えて星の美しさに終始感動しました！
撮影時は、音楽を流しながら、気さくに話してくださり楽しくスムーズな撮影でとても良かったです。
撮影後には宮古島オススメについても色々教えていただき、親切に対応してくださって翌日も充実した1日が過ごせました。
初めての宮古島旅行でしたが、最高の思い出になりました。

I was taken care of on the Osaka Namba route in early August.

I was worried about the open deck in the summer, but I received a cooling patch and there was a mist, so it wasn't too tough. (There were also fans.)

The guide explained things on the second floor, so we could enjoy the highlights without any time lag with the guests.

I think there’s less concern about infection because it’s an open deck. It was fun.

8月上旬に大阪なんばルートでお世話になりました。

夏でオープンデッキ大丈夫かと思いましたが、
冷えピタを貰い、ミストも出ていたので、それほどきつくはありませんでした。（うちわもありました）

ガイドさんも2階で説明してくれたので、客とのタイムラグなく見どころをキチンを見物できました。

オープンデッキだから感染の心配も少ないと思います。
楽しかったです。

It was very helpful that the instructors took photos and sent them to us since we couldn't use our phones or cameras during these activities. I participated in two activities, and although the instructors were different for each, both were cheerful and friendly, which made it easy to smile for the photos. I had done SUP and snorkeling before, but the instructors explained everything clearly, so I think even beginners can participate with confidence.

これらのアクティビティは携帯やカメラを持ってできない分、インストラクターさんが写真を撮って送ってくれるのがとてもありがたいです。2つアクティビティに参加してそれぞれインストラクターさんは違いましたが、どちらも明るく気さくな方だったので、自然と笑顔で写真が撮れたのがよかったです。私はSUPもシュノーケルも初めてではなかったのですが、初めての方にもわかりやすく教えてくれるので初めての方も安心して参加できると思います。

Although there is a basic course, the driver was considerate and listened to our opinions. Along the way, the driver also suggested some recommended shops and sightseeing spots, asking us, "Would you like to stop here?" which made us very happy. We were extremely satisfied.

基本的なコースはあるものの、運転手さんが気を使ってくださって、自分たちの意見も聞いてくださり、途中、運転手さんがおすすめのお店や観光地も「降りてみる？」とご提案くださって嬉しかったです。非常に満足でした。

First of all, the male guide was very enjoyable, and I was glad that he provided a thorough guide even during the busy tourist season.

The first half, canoeing and trekking to Pinai Sara Falls, was initially challenging with the canoeing, but as I got used to it, it became fun and I wanted to paddle more. The Pinai Sara Falls were surprisingly impressive, and the rice balls we ate under the falls were delicious. Thanks to the guide, my wife, who is not very athletic, was also able to enjoy it. Since there were small children participating as well, I think anyone without physical limitations can have a good time. (For the canoeing in the first half, it's better to have one strong person paddling for two.)

The second half at Yubu Island was a lovely place, and I wished we could have spent more time there, but I still enjoyed it quite a bit (I understand the time constraints).

まず、ガイドの男性の方が非常に楽しい方で、観光客で忙しい時期にも関わらず、しっかりとガイドしてくれてうれしかったです。

前半のカヌー→ピナイサーラの滝までのトレッキングは、最初はカヌーの操作に苦戦しましたが、だんだん慣れてくると楽しくてもっと乗っていたかったです。ピナイサーラの滝も思いのほか迫力があって、滝の下で食べるおにぎりも美味しかったです。ガイドさんのおかげで運動が得意ではない妻も楽しむことができました。体力的にも小さいお子さんも参加されていたので、なにか身体的な障害がない限りは楽しめるのではないかと思います。
（前半のカヌーは体力ある人が1人ついて2人乗りで漕いだほうがいいです）

後半の由布島も素敵な島で、もっとゆっくりできればよかったなと思いましたが、それでもかなり楽しめました（時間的には仕方ないと思います）

On the day of the tour, there were many clouds, and it was said that it might be difficult to see the stars. However, when we arrived, we were lucky enough to have clear skies, and the night sky was filled with stars, which was wonderful. Additionally, during the Jungle Night Tour, we were able to see many creatures, including a large coconut crab, which I was personally very satisfied with.

The guide was also very friendly and made the experience enjoyable.

However, since there were many families participating, it was unavoidable that small children wanted to turn on their lights while looking at the stars, which unfortunately disrupted the stargazing experience. It might be a good idea to organize tours for families only or for adults only.

当日は雲が多かったこともあり、今日は星空は難しいかもしれないという話でしたが、着いてみたら運よく晴れて夜空には星空が広がっていて、素敵でした。また、ジャングルナイトツアーということで、途中、沢山の生き物を見ることができ、大きなヤシガニも見ることができて個人的には大変満足です。

また、ガイドさんが非常にフレンドリーに案内してくれて楽しかったです。

ただ、ご家族で参加されている方が多いので仕方ないのですが、小さなお子さんが星空見るときに照明ライトを点けたがってぐずってしまい、そこだけ星空観賞の邪魔になったので残念でした。家族参加のみ、もしくは大人だけのツアーを組んでもいいかもしれないですね。

I thought that coconut crabs would be wandering around at night. According to the guide, "Coconut crabs are quite rare! It's as exciting as finding a sea turtle." During the one-hour tour, we were able to spot about 5 to 6 of them. Not only did we find coconut crabs, but we also discovered various insects, and the guide provided explanations, making it possible to do a summer vacation research project. You can borrow one flashlight per group for the tour. It's more enjoyable to have one for each person, so it's good to bring your own if you have it. Also, some areas have uneven cobblestones, so sneakers are recommended. There is only space for 3 to 4 cars at the meeting point. There is a solid parking lot about 100 meters away at the observation deck, which I think is safer for parking. We were able to see constellations and shooting stars, and they even took photos for us. It was a fun and fulfilling tour. Thank you very much.

ヤシガニって、夜になったらそこらへんをウロウロ歩いているのかと思っていました。
ガイドさんによると
「ヤシガニ結構レアです！ウミガメ見つけた時と同じくらい興奮します」と。
１時間ほどのツアーで5~6匹探せました。
ヤシガニだけでなく、いろんな虫も見つけてガイドさんが説明してくれるので、これで夏休みの自由研究ができちゃうくらい
ツアーでは懐中電灯を一組にひとつ借りられます。一人ずつ持っていたほうが楽しいので、自前のがあるといいです。
また、足元の石畳がデコボコしているところもあるので、スニーカーがオススメです。
集合場所には車が3~4台停められるスペースしかありません。100mほど離れたところに展望台のしっかりとした駐車場があり、こちらのほうが安心して停められると思います。
星座や流れ星も見られ、写真も撮ってくださり、盛りだくさんな楽しいツアーでした。

I wasn't sure where to go in Okinawa for my first visit. The tour guide provided a very clear explanation of Okinawa's history up to the present, including the American military bases. However, the time allocated at each sightseeing spot was a bit insufficient.

初めての沖縄でどこが良いかあまり分かりません。ツアーでガイドさんの解説で沖縄の歴史から現在迄、アメリカの基地等とってもわかり易く解説してくれた。
但し各名所の与えた時間が少し足りないでござる。

This was my first time participating. My brothers, who love insects, were very happy. However, I wouldn't recommend it on busy days since it can get late.

今回初めて参加しました。昆虫好きの兄弟なので大変喜んでましたー。ただ、遅くなるので日中が忙しい日はお勧めしません。

I participated in Gakki's tour. She shared many interesting stories about Iriomote Island, and she was incredibly beautiful and cute. Her sense of photography was also outstanding, with all the pictures being gorgeous! I didn't go to the cave, so I can't comment on that, but I think choosing snorkeling was definitely the right decision, as I was able to swim in the beautiful sea that I had seen in stories, and I was so excited! I even got to meet Nemo! The mangroves were so much fun... I want to stay overnight on Iriomote Island next time! Thank you very much!

I finally made it to Motonosumi Shrine in Yamaguchi, which I had always wanted to visit. I am completely satisfied. Since I came from Hokkaido, it was hot! So hot! But it was fun.

初めて、山口まで、どうしても行きたかった元乃隅神社⛩へ。

私は北海道からの参加だったので、暑くて！暑くて！
でも楽しかったです。

The mangrove kayaking was full of information about the mangrove forests that I had never known before, and it was a series of surprises!
The snorkeling was carried out safely while considering the schedule amidst sudden thunder!
I was captivated by the sight of fish that I had only seen in aquariums gracefully swimming right in front of me among the colorful coral reefs❣️
I was very impressed by the tour guide's deep-sea photography skills and their ability to answer any questions.

マングローブカヤックは、今まで全く知らなかったマングローブの森の情報満載で驚きの連続！
シュノーケリングは、突然の雷の中、スケジュールを考えながら安全に決行！
彩とりどりの珊瑚礁の中に水族館でしか見たことのない魚達が目の前に優雅に泳ぐ姿に目が釘付け❣️
添乗員さんの海深く潜り込んでの撮影技術や、何の質問でも答えてくれる情報通には感心しきりでした。

The journey from Kanazawa to Noto Peninsula is about 150 kilometers one way. Previously, I had rented a car and found it to be quite far. This time, I used a tour bus, and I think it was a great deal as it allowed us to easily visit most of the main spots in Noto Peninsula. The tour price was a bit high for a day trip, but considering the quality and content, it might be justifiable.

Perhaps due to the COVID-19 pandemic or the low number of participants, each person had two seats to themselves. Hand sanitizer was also provided on the bus. The tour guide spoke clearly, and the driver drove safely, which was very reassuring.

　金沢から奥能登まで片道約150キロの道のり。
以前、レンタカーを借りて回ったことがあったのですが、遠いなー。という印象がありました。
　そこで今回はツアーバスを利用させていただいたのですが、ラクして奥能登の主要箇所をほぼ巡れるお得なツアーだったと思います。ツアー代金は…日帰りにしてはお高めでしたが、立派＆内容的に仕方ないかな？？？
　コロナ禍だからか？？参加者が少なかったからか？？座席も1人2シート利用でした。またバス内には手指消毒もセットされていました。
　添乗員さんの話し方も聞きやすく、運転手さんも安全運転でとても良かったです。

Although it was a tour, it was unusual that the guides for the SUP and snorkeling were different, but both guides were very kind and had a gentle demeanor, making for an incredibly fun time. They actively engaged in conversation and took many photos, creating lifelong memories. I was also happy to receive recommendations for spots in Miyako Island and various information about the activities. I definitely want to request them by name when I visit Miyako Island again (laughs).

ツアーなのに珍しくSUPとシュノーケルでガイドさんが違ったのですが、どちらのガイドさんもとても親切で物腰も柔らかく、めちゃくちゃ楽しい時間を過ごせました。積極的に話しかけてくださったり、写真もたくさん撮っていただけて一生の思い出ができました。宮古島もおススメスポットも教えていただけたり、アクティビティに必ず色々な情報を教えていただけたのも嬉しかったポイントです。また宮古島を訪れる際にはぜひ指名で予約をさせていただきたいと思います(笑)

I participated with my mother. I was very worried since we don't usually exercise, but we were able to meet Jomon Sugi safely. Our guide, Mr. Iwakawa, explained everything about the mountain plants and the history of Yakusugi very carefully. He kept us laughing with jokes throughout the trip, which helped distract us from the long trolley path and the difficulty of the climb! We took many photos, not just at the spots but also elsewhere, which became treasures for a lifetime. Since we had time until the last bus, he guided us along the river and treated us to unexpected delights; he was a wonderful guide overflowing with hospitality. I’m really glad we had Mr. Iwakawa as our guide.

母と二人で参加しました。普段運動していないので大変心配でしたが無事に縄文杉に会うことができました。ガイドの岩川さんが山の植物や屋久杉の歴史など一つ一つとても丁寧に説明してくださりました。終始冗談を言って笑かせて頂き、長いトロッコ道や登山道の辛さが紛れました！スポットはもちろん、スポット以外でもたくさんの写真を撮っていただき、一生の宝物になりました。最終バスまで時間があるからと川を案内していただいたり、思いがけないご馳走をしていただいたり、何から何までおもてなしの心に溢れている素晴らしいガイドさんでした。岩川さんにガイドしていただき、本当に良かったです。

I received very kind service! The glass boat and the ox cart were both amazing experiences, but above all, I was most impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff at Dream Tourism! It was an unforgettable experience, thank you! The pier on Taketomi Island was truly beautiful, one of the most stunning views I've ever seen! I definitely want to go again!

I recently participated in this tour, but unfortunately, the guide was not great. Our team consisted of myself, a friend (a working woman), and four university students (men) who are physically active, making a total of seven people including the guide. The guide kept pace with the university students, and we struggled to keep up. Even when we requested to slow down, there was no sign of that happening. While the guide did adjust to our pace on the mountain path, there was no mercy on the trolley path. Even when going downhill, the pace did not slow down, and we ended up falling behind by about 30 meters, but the guide did not turn around and was unaware of this. Just when we thought the guide had stopped, they were explaining about the plants and moved on without waiting for us. In fact, the university students were the ones occasionally looking back and checking on us. Despite saying, "Take pictures," there was no sign of stopping, and when we tried to take photos, we fell behind in the line and had no time to do so. Towards the end, the guide instructed us to come right behind them, but still did not slow down. During this time, they mentioned that "a customer who got too far from the guide fell off a bridge." Hearing this made me realize that the priority of a guide's job should be to ensure the safety of the customers, and I was shocked that they created a similar situation without any concern despite such incidents occurring. This tour was divided into three groups, including our team, and we finished in first place comfortably. I wondered why there was such a rush since the other teams could not return by bus until they finished. The tour itself had no issues with transportation or rental items, and I felt a sense of accomplishment from visiting Jomon Sugi, so I would recommend it. However, since we cannot choose the guide, I hope you get a good one.

先日このツアーに参加させていただきましたが、ガイドさんがハズレでした。私たちのチームはわたしと友人(社会人女性)、そして日頃から運動をしている大学生(男性)4名、そしてガイドさん1名を含む計7人でした。ガイドさんは終始大学生のペースに合わせ私たちはついて行くので精一杯でした。歩調を緩めて欲しいとお願いしても緩める気配はなし、山道はさすがに私たちのペースに合わせてくださいましたが、トロッコ道では容赦ありませんでした。下りになってもペースは遅くなることなく、私たちはついていくのを諦めて、ガイドさん達とは30mほど距離が開いてしまうことがありましたが、ガイドさんは一切振り向かないためそのことに気づいていませんでした。止まったかと思いきや植物の説明、そして私たちを待つことなく先に進んでいました。むしろ大学生の方がチラチラ後ろを見てこちらを気にかけてくださいました。また写真撮ってねと言っているにも関わらず、止まる気配が一切なく撮っていると列から遅れを取るため撮る時間もありませんでした。最後の方には距離が離れてしまった私たちに対して、ガイドさんのすぐ後ろに来るように指示、そこでも歩調を緩めることはなく、その際、”前にガイドさんと離れすぎたお客さんが橋から落ちたことがある”という話をされました。この話を聞いてまず、ガイドという仕事はお客さんの安全を守ることが最優先であり、そのような事案があるにもかかわらず全く気にせず同じような状況を作り出していることに驚愕しました。今回のツアーは私たちのチームを含め3チームにグループ分けされており、私たちのチームは余裕の1位でゴール。他のチームがゴールしないとバスで帰れないため、何をそんなに急いでいたのか疑問に思いました。ツアー自体は送迎や、貸出品などに問題はなく、縄文杉に行けたことに達成感を感じられたのでおすすめです。しかしガイドさんはこちらで選べないため、いいガイドさんに当たることを祈っていただけたらなと思います。
