I participated in the Itoshima bus tour with a friend, and the reviews were great. Our guide, Li Peng, provided explanations in Chinese and Japanese, and he kindly shared recommendations at each stop. I felt his consideration and kindness towards the participants. We were able to see Shiraito Falls up close. At the Ichiran Forest, we were lucky to eat with a wait time of 0 minutes. Be careful of your footing in Totoro Forest. We enjoyed a leisurely stroll around popular spots like Meoto Iwa. Lastly, Li Peng's recommendation of the "drinking yogurt" was delicious! Thank you, bright Li Peng. I had a great time and made wonderful memories.

口コミが良く、糸島バスツアーに友人と二人で参加しました。ガイドの李鵬さんは、中国語、日本語で説明をしてくれて、行った先でのおすすめを丁寧に教えてくれました。参加者への気遣いと優しさを感じました。白糸の滝は間近で見る事ができました。一蘭の森は待ち時間0分で食べる事ができて、ラッキーでした。トトロの森は足元注意です。夫婦岩、人気スポットなど、ゆっくり散策できました。最後に李鵬さんおすすめの【のむヨーグルト】は美味しかった！

I was able to enjoy the atmosphere of Taketomi Island. I think the lack of time was my own mistake.

However, I was really frustrated that I couldn't hear the voice of the water buffalo cart guide. I was at the back of a group of about eight people. The manners of the elderly participants in the group were the worst. They were talking on their cell phones and starting casual conversations. I wanted to enjoy a relaxing time, but they kept interrupting the beautiful folk songs...

If the service is so different between the front and back, I wish the price would reflect that. It was frustrating not to hear the guide's voice, and it ruined the experience.

時間にゆとりがなかったのは自分のミスだと思います。

ただ、水牛車のガイドさんの声が聞こえないのには参りました。
片側8人程度乗車の最後尾。
グループで参加していた高齢者のマナーが最悪。途中携帯電話で通話はするし、世間話は始めるし。ゆったりした時間を楽しみたいのにせっかくの民謡に合いの手入れるし…

前方と後方でこんなにサービスが違うなら金額も変えて欲しい。

As I paddled the canoe and felt the wind, the fatigue of everyday life seemed to fade away.

The sounds of birds echoing in the mangrove forest and the light reflecting on the water's surface were truly beautiful, providing an incredible soothing effect. I thought half a day might not be enough, but surprisingly, canoeing turned out to be quite challenging, and I was completely satisfied even with just half a day!

マングローブ林に響く鳥の声と水面に反射する光が本当に美しく、癒やし効果は抜群です。
半日では物足りないかもと思っていましたが、意外とカヌーって漕いでみると大変で全然半日でも満足できました！

I was worried about the weather, but I was glad to be able to enjoy a starry sky like a natural planetarium! I was also very satisfied to see rare creatures in the jungle at night!

Honestly, it was quite disappointing.

At the beginning of the explanation, it was emphasized that "coconut crabs can often be seen," but in the end, we only found a small hermit crab. The latter part was mostly excuses saying "they are mostly not around this season," which contradicted the initial explanation and was a bit disappointing.

I also had a photo of the starry sky taken, but it was blurry and there was no retake. I understand that there are parts that are beyond control since it's nature, but there was hardly any explanation or creativity from the guide regarding the wildlife, stars, or plants, giving the impression of just a "night walk" rather than a tour.

Looking around, all the participants also had expressions of dissatisfaction at the end. Honestly, 5,000 yen per person feels expensive for this. It would have been better if there had been more content and a sense of professionalism from the guide.

正直、かなり残念な内容でした。

説明の冒頭では「ヤシガニがよく見られる」と強調されていましたが、結果的に見つかったのは小さなヤドカリ一匹だけ。後半は「今の季節はほとんどいない」との言い訳が中心で、最初の説明と矛盾している点も少し残念でした。

星空の写真も撮っていただきましたが、ブレていて撮り直しもなし。自然が相手なので仕方ない部分もあるとは思いますが、生物・星空・植物などガイドの説明や工夫がほとんどなく、ツアーというよりただの「夜の散歩」という印象でした。

周りを見渡すと、参加者も皆、消化不良の表情で終了。これで一人5,000円は正直高いと感じます。もう少し内容の補完やガイドさんのプロ意識を感じられたら良かったです。

Unfortunately, due to the rain, it wasn't the tour I had imagined. While it was understandable that we couldn't ride the glass-bottom boat at Kabira Bay, we were forced to peek into the pearl center due to bus parking issues, and the Awamori shop we were introduced to was closed... I at least wanted to visit the souvenir shops on the main parking lot side. The taste of the hamburger for lunch was also just okay...

However, the bus guide and driver were polite and entertaining.

生憎の雨降りということもあり、想像していたようなツアーではありませんでした。
川平湾でグラスボートに乗れなかったのは仕方がないのですが、バスの駐車の関係で真珠センターを無理やり覗かされ、紹介された泡盛の店は休業…
せめてメインの駐車場側で土産物店をまわりたかった。
昼食のハンバーグの味もイマイチ…

バスガイドさんとドライバーさんは丁寧で面白い方でした。

I requested a starry sky photo for the first time, and the person was very friendly, allowing us to have a fun time while laughing together! Since it was a period with a large moon, the photos turned out quite bright, beautifully capturing the moonlight, and the starry sky reflected on the sea looked stunning, almost like daytime! I had heard that the delivery would take about a week, but I was happy to receive it in just 2-3 days! If I have the chance to visit Miyako Island again, I would love to come during the new moon!

気さくな方で笑いながら楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました！
月の範囲が大きい時期だったので割と明るく、月の明かりを活かした写真と、
星空は海も綺麗に移っていてまるで昼間みたいな素敵な仕上がりになってました！
納品も1週間くらいと聞いていましたが、2-3日で送っていただき嬉しかったです！
また宮古島に行く機会があれば新月に訪れてみたいなぁと思いました！

I was able to visit all the scheduled spots on time. This course, which allows you to fully experience the charm of Furano and Biei in just one day, is highly recommended for anyone traveling to Hokkaido. The autumn leaves were beautiful everywhere I went, and I was very satisfied. Both the guide and the driver were very kind and drove safely.

予定の行程を、時間通りに全て回ることができました。
富良野•美瑛の魅力を余す所なく１日で見られるこのコースは、北海道旅行の時に、是非オススメです。
どこへ行っても、紅葉が綺麗で大満足でした。
ガイドさんも運転手さんも、とても親切で安全運転で行ってこれました。

I was disappointed that I couldn't see much of Mount Aso because it was covered in clouds. I heard that a few lucky people managed to catch a glimpse, but for the rest, it seemed like all they could see was a white landscape filled with clouds.

Takachiho Gorge was a beautiful place, and I was satisfied because the rain stopped just in time for us to enjoy it. For lunch, we had planned to have chicken, but there was only enough for one person, which caused a delay in cooking as the fire seemed to burn down quite a bit. There was no explanation during lunch, so as someone who isn't good with spicy food, I ended up with a small dish that was so spicy it brought me to tears, leaving me with not-so-great memories. I tried to alleviate the spiciness with dessert, but it wasn't very sweet either, so all I remember is how spicy everything was. It was a frustrating lunch where the meat and vegetables didn't cook well either.

The boats at Takachiho Gorge are mostly by reservation, so you need to book in advance. However, considering the bus departure time, it felt like there wasn't much time to enjoy the boat ride. On holidays, it's 5,100 yen for 30 minutes, and whether you can secure that time on the boat depends on how quickly you eat lunch, but I don't think there's much leeway. The reservation time is fixed, so arriving early doesn't guarantee an early ride, and if you're late, your riding time decreases, making it seem like there are many restrictions for group activities. Yet, it felt like there was too much time to spare for browsing souvenir shops. Many people seemed to be waiting around until departure time.

At Amano Iwato Shrine, there was a strong sense of time pressure. I felt that we should have allocated a bit more time to Takachiho Gorge. It takes about five minutes to walk from the parking lot to the shrine, around ten minutes to receive guidance and see Amano Iwato, and then about fifteen minutes to get to Amano Tawara. The guidance time is fixed, so you have to wait accordingly. The round trip from the shrine to the parking lot takes ten minutes, receiving guidance takes another ten minutes, and the round trip to Amano Tawara takes thirty minutes, which means a total of at least fifty minutes is definitely consumed at this point. Although the stay is supposed to be an hour and a half, considering group activities, there’s only about an hour and twenty minutes left, and with fifty minutes already taken up, that leaves only about thirty minutes of leeway. It would be ideal to arrive on time for the guidance, but since the bus arrival times may not be as scheduled, I think waiting times are unavoidable. I feel it would be awkward to leave without seeing Amano Iwato after coming to the shrine, and if waiting for guidance takes up time, it will eat into that thirty minutes of leeway. Additionally, while the way to Amano Tawara is downhill, the return is uphill. For those who can walk easily, it might be possible to make the round trip in thirty minutes, but after getting tired at Takachiho Gorge, going down and then back up is not a friendly time allocation for older individuals. There are souvenir shops lined up in front of the shrine, but there was hardly any time to look around. Of course, there was no time to visit Higashihongu either. I thought there should have been a better consideration for travel time in the schedule.

Overall, we were able to cover the sights we wanted to see, and the guide was considerate in making it enjoyable and allowing for relaxation after tiring activities, which was satisfying. However, I felt it was really disappointing that if only the time allocation had been a bit more thoughtful, it could have been perfect.

阿蘇山は雲に覆われていたのでほとんど何もみることが出来ず残念でした。
ごく一部の幸運を持っていた方は少し見れたということでしたが、それ以外の方は雲で真っ白な風景しか見れていないようでした。

高千穂峡は景観のいいところだったので、天気もなんとか雨がやんでくれたので満足できるくらい楽しめました。
お昼は同行者共に鶏肉をという話になっていたのですが、1人分しか鶏肉になっていなかったので取り換えるのに時間がかかっていたせいで焼く為の火がだいぶ燃えたような気がするのが残念だったような気がします。
お昼は説明は何もないので、辛いのが苦手な私には小皿の品がなんなのかわからず口にして涙が出るほど辛い物であまりいい思い出にはならなかったです。
辛いのをなんとかしたくてデザートを口にしてみましたが、そちらもあまり甘味があるわけでもなく、とにかく辛かった思い出しか残らなかったです。
肉や野菜もうまく焼けなかったりモヤモヤすることが多いお昼の時間でした。
高千穂峡のボートはほぼ予約制なので、事前に予約するしかないですがバスの出発時間を考えるとあまりボートを楽しんでいる時間はないように感じました。
休日5100円で30分で、30分ボートに乗っている時間を確保できるのかというとお昼を食べる速さにもよると思いますがあまり余裕はないと思います。
予約時間も決まっていますので、早くいったから早く乗れるわけでもないですし、遅れていったら遅れた分乗れる時間が少なくなるので団体行動で乗るには制約がどうしても多そうな気がしました。
だからといってお土産屋さんを見て回るには時間が多すぎる気がします。
出発時間まで時間を持て余している方が多かったように思います。

天岩戸神社はとにかく時間がない感じが強かったです。
高千穂峡の時間をこっちにもう少し当てた方がよかったのでは？という感じがします。
駐車場から天岩戸神社まで5分ほど、天岩戸の案内を受けて天岩戸を見るのに10分ほど、その後天安河原に行くのに15分くらいかかります。
天岩戸の案内時間は決まっているので、そちらに合わせて待ち時間が発生します。
天岩戸神社から駐車場まで往復10分、案内を受けるて10分、天安河原を往復するのに30分でこの時点で合計50分は確実に時間が消えていきます。
滞在時間は１時間半ということですが、団体行動を考えると１時間20分くらいしか時間がない中で50分も確実にとられるコースだと30分くらいの猶予しか与えられていない中、案内がすぐ始まる時間に現地に到着できればいいですがバスの到着時間は予定表通りではないので、どうしても待ち時間が発生すると思います。
天岩戸神社にきているのに天岩戸を見ないで帰るのは微妙だと思いますし、結局案内を受けるのに待機する時間が発生すると30分しか猶予がない中から待ち時間分が消費されていきます。
さらに天安河原は行きは下り坂ですが、帰りは上り坂です。
足が丈夫ですいすい歩ける方であれば往復30分で帰ってこれるかもしれませんが、高千穂峡で疲れている状態で下って上っては、ある程度年齢を重ねている人には優しくない時間配分だと思います。
神社前にはお土産屋さんなども並んでいますが、見る時間はほぼないくらいでした。
もちろん東本宮を見に行く時間もありません。
もう少し移動時間を考えた時間配分があってもいいのではないかと思いました。

おおむね景色など行きたいところはカバーできていましたし、ガイドの方も楽しくなるように、疲れたあとはゆったり過ごせるようになど考慮されていたのでそのあたりは満足できるものではありましたが、時間配分がもう少し考慮されていれば最高だったのになというのがとにかく残念な感じでした。

My two girls had a lovely time. We were handed with the ride detail in English. Though the instruction during the ride is mostly in Japanese, we enjoyed the tour. The instructor was very interactive.

I'm glad I was able to efficiently visit the highlights of the three remote islands in one day! Since the weather was unavoidable, I hope to take revenge on a sunny day next time!

I participated with a friend. Since I can't drive, there was some time lost in visiting both the Dinosaur Museum and the Hieizan Jinja Shrine, but it was great to have a guided tour where I didn't have to worry about transfer times. I learned about the highlights of the Dinosaur Museum, and through the guide's stories and picture book, I was able to discover the history of the Shakudani stone and Fukui, which I hadn't known from guidebooks. It was a very smooth tour of both locations, and I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

友人と2人で参加しました。
車の運転ができないので、恐竜博物館と平泉寺白山神社を両方巡るには時間のロスがあったのですが、ガイド付きで乗り換え時間を気にすることなく見ることができてとてもよかったです。
恐竜博物館の見どころも教えてもらえましたし、ガイドさんのお話しや紙芝居で、ガイドブックなどでは知らなかった笏谷石や福井の歴史を知ることもできました。
2箇所をとてもスムーズにまわることができとても満足できるツアーでした。

We were able to enjoy a course that we wouldn't have been able to visit on our own in just one day. The autumn leaves were stunning. The driver and guide were very kind, which we appreciated. I would like to use this sightseeing bus again when I visit Hokkaido.

なかなか、自分たちではいけないコースを1日で楽しむことができました。紅葉🍁が見事でした。ドライバー、ガイドの方もとても親切でありがたかったです。また、北海道を訪れる際にはこの観光バスを利用したいとおもいます。

It was disappointing that the weather wasn't very favorable, but aside from that, I had a very fulfilling tour. The bus guide was also present, and there was an audio guide through the earphones. The driving was careful and very good. When I go to Hokkaido again, I would like to try a different bus tour.

The weather was a bit bad, but it was a wonderful itinerary. Furano is often associated with summer, but visiting at this time was definitely the right choice. I was able to enjoy the late-blooming lavender and see the most beautiful autumn leaves.

The cheese fondue and hamburger for lunch, Tomita Farm, Shikisai no Oka, and the Blue Pond in Biei were all part of an incredibly luxurious experience.

天候は少し悪かったですが、素晴らしい旅程でした。夏のイメージが強い富良野ですが、この時期にも行って大正解でした。まだ遅咲きのラベンダーなどが楽しめる上に、最高に綺麗な紅葉を見ることができました。
昼食のチーズフォンデュ&ハンバーグ、富田ファーム、四季彩の丘、美瑛青い池など、全てが素晴らしく贅沢過ぎる体験が出来ました。

The access was convenient, and I was happy to participate easily! The snorkeling was fun, and I was very satisfied. I even saw a sea turtle, and the guide was very kind, so I'm glad I joined!!

アクセスも便利で気軽に参加できるのが嬉しい！シュノーケリングも楽しく大満足でした。

I also rode a water buffalo on Taketomi Island, and it was truly moving to see it cross the sea, as expected from a water buffalo. I went with my 3-year-old son and my mother (grandmother), and although our time was short, we enjoyed feeding the water buffalo on Yubu Island, seeing many butterflies, and eating ice cream!

竹富島でも水牛になりましたが、やはり水牛というだけあって海を渡る様を見れたのが感動しました。
3歳の息子と、母(祖母)と3世代で行きましたが、由布島で水牛に餌やりができたり、蝶々をたくさん見れたり、アイスを食べたりと短い時間だしたが満喫できました！

I was overwhelmed by the large mangroves! The explanations from our instructor, Seichan, were really interesting. Learning about the plants and creatures that live in the brackish water was incredibly educational. Kayaking through the great outdoors while thinking about how these species have adapted over many years was an invaluable experience. Also, I was excited to hear that the Adan is modeled after a certain famous manga, as I'm a big fan of the original work. If the great treasure is found, it might become a popular spot, so I want to go again before that happens! (laughs)

大きなマングローブに圧倒されました！
担当してくださったインストラクターのせいちゃんの説明もとっても面白かったです。汽水域に住む植物や生き物の紹介が、ものすごく勉強になりました。
長い年月をかけて適応してきたんだなぁと思いながら大自然の中をカヤックで進む経験はかけがえのないものとなりました。また、アダンが某有名マンガのモデルとなっている話も、原作が大好きなのでワクワクしました。大秘宝が見つかったら大人気スポットになるかもしれないのでその前にもう一度行っておきたいです笑

I'm glad I was able to efficiently visit the attractions. I was able to relax at a foot bath along the way. There were many inbound tourists, and the guide seemed to have a tough time explaining in three languages: Japanese, English, and Chinese, but I appreciated their effort. The explanations in English were particularly easy to understand. The arrival time was almost as scheduled. Thank you very much.

Unfortunately, it was rainy on the day of the visit. If the weather had been nice, the autumn leaves would have looked stunning.

効率的に名所を回ることが出来てよかった。途中足湯でのんびりできた。インバウンドの観光客が多く、ガイドさんは日英中の3ヶ国語の説明で大変そうだったけど、頑張ってくれている様子がありがたかった。特に英語での説明がわかりやすかったですね。到着時間もほぼ予定通りでした。ありがとうございました。
当日は残念ながら雨模様だった。天気が良ければ紅葉も映えて最高だった。

I was hesitant to participate until the last minute because I'm not good with bugs, but I'm really glad I joined!!! Even just seeing one cockroach was exciting and different from what I'm used to in the Kanto region, and I learned a lot, which made it very interesting. I was able to see about 5 or 6 coconut crabs as well. Additionally, the starry sky beyond the jungle was amazing. It's not often you get the chance to see the Milky Way with the naked eye, so I recommend participating if you're on the fence about it. The guide, Koma-chan, was very friendly and approachable, and the stories were entertaining.

虫が苦手なこともあり、ギリギリまで参加するか迷っていましたが、参加して本当によかったです！！！
ゴキブリひとつとっても関東とは違う柄だったりとドキドキしつつも学びがあって大変面白かったです。
ヤシガニも5.6匹？見ることができました。
また、ジャングルを超えた先の星空も最高でした。
肉眼で天の川を見れる機会はそうそうないので、迷っている方は参加してみることをお勧めします。
ガイドをしてくださったコマちゃんも大変気さくな方で親しみやすく、お話も面白かったです。

There were more foreigners than the tour guests expected, and the guide was not Japanese, so it was an unsettling day. It might be understandable since the guide was a foreigner, but I didn't feel the spirit of hospitality.

It was a trip I was looking forward to, but unfortunately, it rained. This was my second time on this tour, and since it was cloudy last time as well, I wish I could enjoy the beautiful Biei in the best season with the best weather. The tours in Furano usually include the Blue Pond, farms, and Tomita, so I personally think it would be nice to have a few different routes. The hamburger at the wine house in the back was delicious. The scenery in Biei is beautiful, so next time I want to see many beautiful hills.

楽しみにしていた旅行でしたが、残念ながらあいにくの雨でした。このツアーは2回目ですが、前回も曇りだったので、最高の季節に最高の天気の美瑛のかを堪能したいなぁと思いました。いつも富良野、えのツアーは青い池、ファーム、富田がセットになっているので、もう少し別のルートがあっても良いと個人的には思います。裏のワインハウスのハンバーグはおいしかったです。美瑛の景色はどれも美しいので、次回は美しい丘をたくさんみたいです。

It started off rainy, but thanks to the guide's excellent judgment, we were able to manage our pace and reach the summit. The rain stopped after we passed the trolley path, and then we saw a rainbow, encountered monkeys and deer, and were amazed by the size of Jomon Sugi! On the way back, we were moved by the sunlight filtering through the trees in the forest after the rain. Thank you, guide!

スタートは雨でしたがガイドさんのナイスな判断によりペース配分にも気を使って頂き最後まで完登出来ました。雨は行きのトロッコ道を過ぎてからあがりそれからは虹をみて、猿、鹿に出会い、縄文杉の大きさに感動！帰りは雨上がりの森の中に差し込む木漏れ日に感動しながら帰ることが出来ました。ガイドさんありがとうございました。

The attentive service, clear explanations, and even the gourmet information about the island were all excellent. Of course, the starry sky was the best, and during the jungle exploration, we had a great time as a team discovering coconut crabs, scorpions, and butterflies—an enriching experience that you can't have in everyday life. Even during the shuttle to the accommodation, we encountered an M-sized coconut crab crossing the road, making it a tour full of great service until the very end!

丁寧な対応と、わかりやすい説明、島のグルメ情報まで含め、とてもよかったです。最高の星空はもちろん、ジャングル探検ではチームでワイワイ楽しみながら、ヤシガニやさそり、チョウなどを発見でき、普段の生活では経験できない充実した時間でした。宿への送迎の際にも、ヤシガニ（Ｍサイズ）が道路を横断するなど最後までサービス精神に富んだツアーでした！

The guide was not at the meeting time, and the bus number that was originally listed was different, so we had to walk around quite a bit at the meeting place to find it. The bus was also in very poor condition. It was not a large tour bus, but a small microbus, giving more of a feeling of being transported rather than riding. The ride was very bumpy, lacked cleanliness, and even had an unpleasant smell. If I had brought my grandparents, I think I would have canceled.

The guide could not speak Japanese. Since we could speak both English and Chinese, we managed, but I felt that at least someone who could speak simple Japanese would be necessary in case of an emergency.

Although it was stated that we would go directly from Nipponbashi in Osaka to Shiga, we ended up going to Kyoto because we had to go to another boarding point, resulting in a loss of about 50 to 60 minutes overall. The time we had at the main attraction, the art museum, was significantly shortened, which was quite disappointing. We could hardly see the exhibits, and since we also had to have lunch, it was very busy.

Additionally, despite the tour fee being quite high, all entrance fees and meal costs were out of pocket. I think it's usually included, so that was disappointing.

The only good thing was that we were able to go to places we normally wouldn't visit. The price and quality are not balanced at all.

集合時間にガイドがおらず、元々記載されていたバスのナンバーも異なっており、集合場所でかなり歩き回ってさがしました。
そしてバスがあまりにもボロい。
大きな観光バスではなく、小型のマイクロバスで、乗車というよりかは輸送されている(運ばれている)感覚。揺れも大きく、清潔感もなく、臭いまでありました。仮に祖父母などを連れていっていたとしたらキャンセルしていたと思います。
ガイドは日本語が話せませんでした。
我々が英語も中国語もできたからまだ大丈夫でしたが、せめて簡単な日本語を話せる人じゃないと緊急時は頼りにならないなと思いました。
大阪日本橋からそのまま滋賀に向かうと書かれていたのに、もうひとつの乗り場までいくからとのことで京都まで行き、全体で見ると50~60分のロス。
最初に行ったツアーのメインである美術館での時間は大変短くなってしまい、かなり残念でした。展示品はほぼ見ることが出来ず、昼食も取らなければならなかったのでかなり忙しかったです。

またツアー代はしっかりかかっているにも関わらず、入場代や食事代は全て実費。
普通は含まれていることが多いと思うので、残念でした。

良かったところは普段行けないところに行けたという一点のみ。
値段と質があまりにも釣り合っておりません。

I live in Tokyo, but I had never visited the tourist spots, so it was refreshing. More than anything, the open air felt great, and we all screamed with excitement! My parents and my sister's family, who went with me, were also thrilled, so I would like to join a different course next time!

都内に住んでいますが、観光地を巡ったことがないので、新鮮でしたし、何より屋根がないのがとても気持ち良くて、家族みんなで絶叫しました！一緒に行った両親や姉家族も大喜びでしたので、また違うコースに参加したいと思います！

All the drop-off points were great. I especially liked Cape Chikyu and the Silo Observatory. The guide from Taiwan was excellent. Their explanations and guidance were enjoyable and easy to understand, and they attentively supported the participants during the sightseeing. Most of the fellow travelers were Chinese tourists, but they were quiet and modest, and there were no moments of confusion due to cultural differences. It was a great tour, and I had a lot of fun. It exceeded my expectations.

台湾出身のガイドさんがとても良い
ガイドの説明と案内が楽しくわかりやすく、下車観光中も目を配って、親切に参加者をサポートしてくれた
相客は中国人旅行客が多かったが、物静かで控えめ、集合に遅れない方々で、文化の違いで困惑するような場面は無かった
良いツアーで、楽しめました

The weather on the day was favorable, and the sea and snorkeling were very good.

However, honestly, I felt a bit disappointed with the tour company.

Disappointment 1:
I received a sudden call in the morning asking if we could leave earlier, without any explanation. It was stressful for my family, who were already preparing.

Disappointment 2:
The captain was very friendly and left a good impression throughout, but the other person (who was mainly responsible for explanations and guidance) was a bit arrogant in their explanations. I wish they could have spoken in a more enjoyable manner.

Disappointment 3:
This is common, but due to the season, Barasu Island is submerged (it reportedly appears around 6 AM at the end of September). If you're promoting Barasu Island, I would like this kind of information to be clearly stated. Alternatively, if it can't be seen, I would prefer to start snorkeling immediately without stopping by the submerged Barasu Island.

Disappointment 4:
Even though it was a full-day tour, we returned to the port to pick up participants who joined in the afternoon.

Disappointment 5:
I knew what I was signing up for, but the lunch consisted of two rice balls with plum and kelp and two pieces of fried chicken, along with pickled radish. Other tour groups were having meals on Hatoma Island, so it felt a bit lonely.

Disappointment 6:
This was my biggest disappointment: although there were many photos taken during the tour, they were quite lacking in content. Just some branch corals and a sea turtle, plus a little more. The snorkeling points were good, so I was looking forward to the memories, but the photos turned out to be really disappointing.

The sea was even better than Zamami, and I enjoyed exploring while checking the path to the lighthouse on Hatoma Island, so I do recommend snorkeling.

当日天気にも恵まれ、海やシュノーケリングはとても良かったです。

が、ツアー会社としては小さながっかりが
重なったのが正直な気持ちです。

当日朝に、出発を早められないか急な電話。
理由の説明なし。家族連れでただでさえ準備をしている中焦らされる

船長さんはとてもフランクで終始良い印象でしたが、もう一人の方（この方が説明や案内はメイン)が、少し説明が横柄でもう少し楽しい雰囲気になるように話してくださっても良いのになぁと思いました。

あるあるではありますが、季節の関係でバラス島は海の底（9月末は朝6時ぐらいに出現するそう）。
バラス島を謳うのであれば、この手の説明は、はっきり記載しておいて欲しい。または、見られないなら見えないバラス島の上を船で寄らずにシュノーケリングをすぐ始めてほしい。

1日ツアーと言いつつ、午後から参加の方を迎えに港に帰る。

分かって参加をしていますが、ランチが梅と昆布だったかのおにぎり2つと唐揚げ2こ、たくわん。他のツアーの方も鳩間島で食事されてたりするので、ちょっと寂しい食事です。

私は一番これががっかりでしたが、ツアー中の写真の内容が枚数はあっても薄い。枝珊瑚と海亀+α程度。
シュノーケリングポイントはそれぞれ良かったので、思い出として楽しみにしていたのに、本当にしょぼい写真だけでした。

海は座間味よりももっと良かったですし
鳩間島では灯台まで道を調べながら散策して
楽しみましたので、シュノーケリングはオススメです。
