Our experience of the Mt. Fuji tour exceeded our expectations. At the 5th Station all was clear sky and sun for the summit and a spectacular sea of clouds below; quite stunning! Our family group of five enjoyed the schedule's pace, the various stops neither too long nor too short. The lunch, very good. The motor coach, comfortable. The most outstanding part of the tour was our guide who provided helpful information, often with humor; thank you, Haruko san!

I'm glad I was able to see the sights in a limited amount of time. The views of Osaka Castle from various angles were particularly nice. The people walking by were friendly and even waved at me.

It was still quite hot for the season.

名所を限られた時間で見ることができて良かったです。特に色々な角度からの大阪城が良かったです。
歩いてる人も手を振ってくれたりフレンドリーでした。

Since we walk a lot, we appreciated being looked after and having someone check on us multiple times. Although we were the only ones from Japan, we were able to participate enjoyably.

歩くことが多いので、気にかけてもらって何度も声をかけていただきました。我々以外海外の方でしたが、楽しく参加できました。

I was tired, but I was overwhelmed and moved by the beauty of nature from start to finish, and it was really great!

I was fortunate to have a wonderful guide and fellow group members, and I had so much fun! I was able to hear many interesting stories!

I used this service for sightseeing in the southern region. We visited Sefa Utaki, Nirai Kanai Bridge, Oku Island, Okinawa World, and the Valley of Gangala, and finally, I was dropped off in Naha City.

The driver was punctual and drove safely, which made me feel very secure during the ride. Although the driver was quiet, he was very considerate and helped with route planning, quickly looking up and answering any questions I had.

When I travel to Okinawa again, I would definitely like to request the same driver. I was anxious about using a rental car, so I decided to use this service, and it was the right choice.

南部観光の為に利用させていただきました。斎場御嶽、ニライカナイ橋、奥武島、沖縄ワールド、ガンガラーの谷の順で周り最後に那覇市内まで送ってもらいました。
時間に正確な上に安全運転でとても安心して乗車出来ました。運転手さんは大人しい方でしたが、気遣いが細やかでルートの相談にものっていただき、質問した事もすぐ調べて教えて下さいました。
また沖縄旅行に行く際には、ぜひ同じ運転手さんにお願いしたいです。レンタカーの利用が不安だったのでお願いしたのですが大正解でした。

I used this service for the first time in Ishigaki Island. After the shuttle to the hotel, it was very easy as I just had to follow the instructions to get around. The weather was also great, making for a fun tour.

初めての石垣島で利用しました。
ホテルまでの送迎の後は指示に従って移動するだけだったので、とても楽でした。
お天気にも恵まれて、楽しいツアーとなりました。

The photo spot was a bit challenging for first-time travelers to Miyako Island, but the explanations were clear, and I felt safe taking pictures. They also explained how the final results would look after taking many photos, which made me excited to go home. I learned about the great aspects and attractions of Miyako Island, and I felt fortunate to meet such wonderful people. Signing up for this activity was definitely the right choice. Thank you! ♪

写真のスポットは初宮古島の旅人にはハードルが高い場所でしたが
説明もわかりやすく、安心して写真を撮っていただきました。たくさん撮っていただいてこんな感じになりますって仕上がりの説明もあり、ワクワクして帰りました。

The explanation from the veteran guide was very easy to understand. The miso soup we received from the guide during lunch was delicious, and it made me eat more. There were some tough ups and downs that were hard for someone over 60, and my feet hurt along the way, but I was moved to meet the Jomon Sugi. I think this trip will be a culmination of experiences with my son, and I want to thank you for providing more emotion than I had imagined.

ベテランのガイドさんの説明がとてもわかりやすかったです。お昼の弁当の時ガイドさんから頂いたお味噌汁か美味しくて、食が進みました。途中で足が痛く、60歳超えには厳しいアップダウンがありましたが、縄文杉に会えて感動しました。今回息子と行く集大成の旅行になると思いますが、自分が想像してた以上の感動をいただきありがとうございました。

The staff members are all kind. The explanations from the guides were easy to understand, and we were able to enjoy the tour in a fun atmosphere. We could see the training facilities for ground staff, cabin attendants, maintenance, and pilots. We were also able to observe the training scenes in progress. Additionally, there were exhibits and videos related to passenger aircraft. This was my second time participating, and it was enjoyable. I would like to come again.

スタッフの方は皆親切です。案内の方の説明も分かり易く楽しい雰囲気で見学できました。
グランドスタッフ、CA、整備、パイロットの訓練施設が見られます。
訓練中のところは訓練風景も見学できました。
ほかに旅客機関連の展示品や映像も見られました。
２回目の参加ですが楽しかったです。また、来たいと思います。

The view from a high position was refreshing, and I was able to rediscover Tokyo's landmarks and streets. Without a roof, the 360-degree visibility was great, and there was a thrill when passing under the railway bridge. The guide's explanations were easy to understand and enjoyable. Next time, I would like to try a different course.

高い位置からの眺めは新鮮で、東京の名所や街を再発見できました。
屋根がないため、360度見通しも良く、鉄道橋下を通過する時はスリルもありました。
ガイドさんの案内も分かり易く楽しかったです。
次は、違うコースを乗ってみたいと思います。

I was impressed by the amazing service, and I thought their professionalism was high as they took photos until we were both satisfied! They even told us about a local izakaya loved by the locals that we couldn't find on social media♡ We tried various dishes, but the one they recommended was the most delicious!!

It was very enjoyable to learn about Okinawa while occasionally playing the sanshin and singing! At the end, they also took a photo and gifted each group a picture✨

沖縄のことを教えてくれながらたまに三線を弾きながら歌っていてとても楽しかったです！
最後も写真を撮って写真を1グループに1枚プレゼントしてくれました✨

I love ANA, so I was happy to see the training facility! The guide was also very kind and answered various questions.

ANA 大好きなので、訓練施設見れて嬉しかったです!解説員もとても親切で色んな質問に対しても答えてくれました。

The explanations were all provided through the earphones, which was great. The boarding and alighting from the bus were handled carefully, and the driver was supportive as well. They also helped with taking photos.

イヤホンで全ての説明があり、良かった。バスの乗り降りも丁寧で運転手さんもサポートしていました。写真の手伝いもしてくれました。

The crew's response was wonderful. Their broken Japanese was amusing and nice. Their smiles were impressive and left a good impression.

乗員さんの対応素晴らしなったですね～。片言の日本語また面白く良かった。笑顔が印象的で好感が持てます。

It was a magical world of moss, just as I had seen in photos. I was thrilled to breathe in the forest air and see it in person. The guide explained the formation of Yakushima, its nature, and the Yakusugi trees, which helped me understand the differences very well. It started to rain partway through, but I heard this is part of Yakushima's baptism, so I was able to walk with a joyful feeling. My legs were tired on the way down, but I felt a sense of accomplishment in my own way. I believe this will be a lifelong memory.

写真などで見ていた通りの、幻想的な苔の世界でした。森の空気を吸って、実際に見る事が出来て感激しました。ガイドの方が屋久島の成り立ちや自然、屋久杉について説明して下さり、他との違いが大変良く分かりました。途中から雨が降りましたが、これも屋久島の洗礼と聞き、楽しい気持ちで歩けました。下りで足が笑ってしまいましたが、私なりに達成感を感じました。
一生の思い出になると思います。

I was able to encounter two sea turtles! There were also many fish swimming around, which made me very satisfied. Although I couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to the typhoon, I appreciated that they chose safe spots to enjoy each day. The mangroves in the afternoon were fun because there were no other tourists, allowing us to paddle the canoe leisurely with a small group. There were many photo spots, and I was happy to take a lot of pictures in the mangroves. It turned out to be a very healing trip.

ウミガメに2匹遭遇する事ができました！ほかにも魚がたくさん泳いでいてとても満足でした。青の洞窟は台風で行けなかったものの、その日その日の安全に楽しめるスポットを選んでくれるのも良かったです。昼からのマングローブは、他の観光客がいなかったこともありますが少人数で気ままにカヌーを漕ぐことができて楽しかったです。フォトスポットも多く、マングローブで写真もたくさん撮ってもらえて嬉しかったです。とても癒される旅になりました。

It was a bit early in the morning, but they came to pick us up at the hotel, and it was great that we could just follow their instructions and enjoy sightseeing without having to think about anything. ☺️

This time, we chose the water buffalo cart plan, and we took the water buffalo cart to Taketomi Island. However, since we also used the water buffalo cart to walk around the town, I recommend renting a bicycle to explore the streets. 🚲 The buffalo was really laid-back, and by the time we got off the cart, we had no time left to go anywhere. 😂

朝は少し早いですがホテルまでお迎えに来てくれて、ずっと指示に従っていればいいので何も考えずに観光できて良かったです☺️

今回水牛車プランにしたのですが、竹富島までも水牛車で行って、街並み見て歩くのも水牛車にしてしまったので街並みはレンタルサイクルがオススメです🚲
牛さんとってものんびり屋さんで水牛車降りた頃にはもう時間がなくてどこも行けませんでした😂

The service provided by staff member Sakurai was very pleasant, and I believe everyone on the tour was able to enjoy themselves both on the way there and back. Unfortunately, the weather was not great, so we couldn't see many stars, but the additional explanations were very clear and helpful. Furthermore, it was a valuable and wonderful experience to actually see a very large coconut crab.

スタッフの桜井さんの接客がとても感じが良く、バスの行きも帰りもツアーの全員が楽しく過ごすことができたと思います。あいにくの天気で星空はあまり見えませんでしたが、追加で色々と説明してくださりとてもわかりやすかったです。さらにとても大きなヤシガニを実際に見せていただいて貴重で素敵な体験になりました。

My trip was centered around Kurokawa Onsen, but on the last day, I was thinking about how to spend my time until my flight. Originally, I had a 5-hour itinerary, but I left it to the driver, and we were able to visit five places in 4 hours: Daikanbo, Aso Shrine, Kusasenri, Nakadake Crater, and Shirakawa Springs. I heard that Nakadake Crater can sometimes be off-limits, but on this day, I was able to see the crater's emerald color. It was a fulfilling half-day with the driver's stories and the great outdoors.

黒川温泉が目的の旅行でしたが、最終日、飛行機の時間までをどう過ごそうかと考えていました。もともと5時間のコースでしたが、運転手さんにお任せし、大観峰、阿蘇神社、草千里、中岳火口、白川水源の5カ所を4時間で巡ることができました。中岳火口は、立ち入り禁止になることもあるそうですが、この日は火口のエメラルド色も確認できました。運転手さんのお話と大自然、充実した半日でした。

I was worried about the three-hour drive, so I joined a bus tour! We were able to visit all the places we wanted, and it included delicious meals, making it an excellent value tour! ^_^

On the tour in Iriomote Island, I was able to fully experience the great outdoors. First, on the water buffalo cart to Yubu Island, I enjoyed the beautiful sea and island scenery while feeling the sea breeze in sync with the leisurely pace of the water buffalo. The guide shared the names and personalities of the water buffalo, creating a very relaxed atmosphere. In the afternoon, we explored the mangrove forest by canoe. As we glided over the calm water, I felt as if I was the only one in a world enveloped in greenery. The sounds of birds and the wind were soothing, making it a precious experience that allowed me to forget my daily life. It was the best tour where I could enjoy the grandeur and healing of nature at the same time.

西表島でのツアーでは、大自然を全身で感じることができました。まず由布島への水牛車では、のんびりとした水牛の歩みに合わせて潮風を感じながら、美しい海と島々の景色を楽しみました。ガイドさんが水牛の名前や性格を教えてくれて、とても和やかな雰囲気でした。午後はマングローブの森をカヌーで探検。静かな水面を進むと、緑に包まれた世界に自分だけがいるような感覚になりました。鳥の声や風の音が心地よく、日常を忘れる貴重な体験でした。自然の雄大さと癒しを同時に味わえる最高のツアーです。

The photographer was kind and made the shooting experience enjoyable! Since we were shooting during a nearly full moon, we couldn't capture a perfect starry sky, but I think they were able to take beautiful moon photos and suggest the best shots for each day!

ほぼ満月での撮影だったので満点の星空とはいきませんでしたが、月フォトを撮っていただけたりその日その日でのベストショットを提案してもらえるのだと思います！

I visited places that can only be accessed by car, and at each location, it was almost like having the place to myself. I truly appreciated the beauty of Kyoto once again.

I traveled to Kyoto with my elderly parents and younger sister, making it a group of four. We wanted to visit Enryaku-ji, Ohara, and Shimogamo Shrine, so we requested a sightseeing taxi for seven hours. Our driver, Matsui, was knowledgeable and had excellent conversational skills. Most importantly, he was very considerate towards my father, who has difficulty walking. We invited him to join us for lunch, but he said, "Since this is a family trip, I’ll let you enjoy it privately," and mentioned that he had brought his own lunch. While I believe the compatibility with the driver plays a role, I highly recommend Matsui. I think you can enjoy sightseeing that exceeds the price you pay.

高齢の両親と妹との4人での京都旅行でした。
延暦寺→大原→下賀茂神社を周りたく、7時間で観光タクシーをお願いしました。
ﾄﾞﾗｲﾊﾞｰの松井さんは知識も話術も巧みで、何より歩行に不安な父に対しての気配りが抜群でした。昼食もお誘いしましたが「せっかくの家族旅行なので水入らずで」との事で昼食はご持参されているとのことでした。
ドライバーさんとの相性ももちろんあると思いますが
松井さん、おすすめです。
お値段以上の観光が出来ると思います。

The bus driver and the guide were both very kind and gentle, making for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The guide was very knowledgeable and answered questions accurately. The driver was always very safety-conscious and, while modest, showed a wonderful and kind personality. I'm really glad I booked this. It's quite difficult to visit so many temples in one day on your own.

バスの運転手さん、ガイドさん共にとても親切で穏やかな方々でのんびり楽しく過ごせました。ガイドさんはとてもお勉強されてて質問にも的確にお答えくださりました。運転手さんは常に安全をとても考えられており控えめながらもとても親切で素晴らしいお人柄が伺えました。こちらで頼んで本当に良かったです。なかなか個人ではここまで沢山の寺院を1日で巡るのは難しいです。

This was my first time participating in the tour, and I really enjoyed it. The weather improved compared to the forecast, making it great for a walk.
