Unfortunately the traffic heading to My Fuji was very bad which meant the rest of the day was a crush to keep the schedule. Weather was also against us. My Fuji and the cable car was a white out.

The guide was polite, and the driver drove safely, which was great. I was able to see various buildings, and it was educational. Thank you very much.

ガイドさんが丁寧、運転手さんも安全運転で良かったです。いろいろな建造物を見学できて勉強になりました。ありがとうございました。

This bus didn't mention anywhere that there was no first-floor seating! On a day when the maximum temperature was forecasted to be 37 degrees, riding on the second-floor open deck bus was tough! I won't ride again on such a hot day.

However, despite that, the guide kept talking for an hour, incorporating recent topics and doing their best. The driver also helped by stopping in the shade of trees or buildings while waiting at traffic signals, which was a relief.

I thought I wouldn't be able to last if it didn't end in an hour.

It was a two-day optional tour on Yakushima for the first time, and I had a great time. The guide provided detailed explanations and kindly handled the sudden typhoon, for which I am very grateful. They also took many photos, creating memories that will last a lifetime. If I have the chance to go to Yakushima again, I would like to request their services once more.

I truly enjoyed the unique experiences that the tour offered over the two days, and I'm really glad I participated. While I think both places could be visited individually, the connections and encounters with others made it a wonderful experience that only a tour can provide.

Day 1: Jomon Sugi
With six tour members and our guide, it was not just about explanations; they also helped us bond as a group. The sense of unity and everyone's smiles at the finish line are unforgettable! I was delighted to have warm miso soup during lunch.

Day 2: Shiratani Unsuikyo
With four tour members and our guide, we had to return early due to the typhoon, but they adapted the schedule flexibly, which was truly impressive! Our guide not only led us but also acted as a photographer, capturing many wonderful photos and videos, which made the four of us girls very happy! We were able to enjoy the tour many times more thanks to our hospitable guide.

I am grateful for the wonderful encounters in Yakushima. I strongly recommend participation to anyone who is considering it. Thank you! ☺︎

2日間ともに、ツアーならではの楽しみを満喫できて、本当に参加してよかったです。どちらも個人でも行けなくはないと思いますが、人との出会い、繋がりができて、ツアーならではの楽しみかたができたので、素晴らしい経験になりました。

1日目の縄文杉:
ツアーメンバー6人とガイドさん。単なる説明だけでなく、メンバー同士も仲良くなれるよう盛り上げてくださいました。最後ゴールしたときの結束感、みんなの笑顔が忘れられません！お弁当の時あたたかいお味噌汁をいただいたのが嬉しかったです。
2日目白谷雲水峡:
ツアーメンバー4人とガイドさん。台風の影響で急遽はやく帰ることになり、時間など臨機応変に変更していただき、本当に神対応でした！ガイドさんとしてだけでなくカメラマンさんとして、素敵な写真、ムービーをたくさん撮ってくださり女子4人大喜びでした！ホスピタリティあふれるガイドさんと回ることができ、通常の何倍も楽しめました！

屋久島での素敵な出会いに感謝です。迷ってるかたは参加を強くオススメします。ありがとうございました！☺︎

I was able to fully enjoy the northern part of Okinawa.

There are two trekking courses, and I chose the shorter one just in case, but it ended quickly. If you're young, the longer course should be fine.

Even though it was a weekday, the restaurant at the roadside station during lunch break was extremely crowded. The food was delicious, but the staff seemed overwhelmed, and the seating arrangements and clean-up were a bit sloppy. If you want to eat leisurely or look at souvenirs, it might be better to bring a bento or grab something from a nearby convenience store.

We had plenty of time at the Churaumi Aquarium, and I felt a bit restless for about an hour, but I think those who love aquariums or have children will be able to enjoy it at a relaxed pace.

沖縄北部をいっきに満喫できました

トレッキングは2コースあり、時間が心配で念のため短い方にしましたがすぐ終わってしまい、普通に若い方なら長い方でも大丈夫そうです。

平日でしたが、ランチ休憩の道の駅のレストランは激混みでした。おいしかったけど店員さんがキツそうで、席への案内や片付けがずさんです。
ゆっくり食べたい、お土産も見たい方はお弁当持参か近くのコンビニで済ませても良いかもしれません。

美ら海水族館の時間がたっぷりとられていて、1時間くらい持て余しましたが、水族館が好きな方やお子様連れの方には余裕をもって楽しめると思います。

The time allocation was just right. The bathroom breaks were also well-timed. The food was delicious. Mount Usu was breathtaking!

時間配分もちょうどよかったです。トイレ休憩もちょうどよかった。ごはんも美味しかった。有珠山が圧巻でした！

I participated in the course starting at 18:20 on August 3rd. I was worried about the heat since it had been extremely hot during the day, but it was comfortable. I apologize for having the whole place to ourselves as a family of four, but we were able to sit comfortably and listen to the guide's stories well, which was great. My family was also satisfied.

昼間は猛暑続きだったので暑さが心配でしたが快適でした。
私達家族4人の貸し切りで申し訳なかったですが、席もゆったり座れて、ガイドさんのお話もしっかり聞けて良かったです。
家族も満足していました。

We were able to smoothly and enjoyably visit the sightseeing spots in the Shirahama area before our flight home. The guide was a local who knew the area well, making the conversation interesting, and they were very considerate. We were taken to must-see places and a delicious gelato shop, and I don't think we could have navigated everything so smoothly on our own, so I'm glad we requested this. Thank you very much for your help in the heat.

帰りの飛行機の時間までに白浜エリアの観光スポットをスムーズに楽しくみてまわる事が出来ました。
案内して下さった方が、地元の人でその土地のことをよく知っておられたので話も面白く、とても気使いのある人でした。
見ておくべきところやおいしいアイスのジェラートの店に寄ってもらったりして、自分達だけではこんなにスムーズに周れなかったと思いますので、頼んで良かったです。暑い中、本当にありがとうございました。

You can see the Milky Way clearly with the naked eye, something you can never see in the city!
There are even more stars captured in the photos.
With such a price for creating the best memories, you definitely won't regret going!
I highly recommend it since you can't take these photos yourself.
I would love to use this service again when I come back to Miyako Island.

It was a cool, rainy day. The guide had a bright smile that lit up the bus, which was very comforting. Due to the rain, fewer people participated in the visit to Sefa Utaki, so they increased our time at Okinawa World. I appreciate the flexible schedule changes. The cost performance was great, and I was very satisfied.

雨降りの日で涼しい日でした。ガイドさんはバス内をパッと明るくするような笑顔いっぱいの方で癒されました。斎場御嶽見学が雨の影響で参加する人が出ず、その分沖縄ワールドの時間を増やしてくれました。臨機応変の予定変更に感謝です。コスパもよく大満足です。

Gunkanjima was absolutely amazing. The guide was a veteran and very skilled. Hearing the stories from that time brought me to tears.

The sea had a bit of a wave, so I felt a little seasick. Since I participated from the museum, I was able to sit in a good seat preferentially, but it was on the second floor, so it swayed. For those worried about seasickness, the first floor has less movement. I wish I had taken some motion sickness medicine. On the way back, regardless of the museum, you can choose your seat on the boat in the order you lined up.

軍艦島最高に良かったです。ガイドさんがベテランさんでとても上手でした。当時の話を聞いて思わず涙してしまいました。

海は少し波があったので、少し船酔いしました。ミュージアムから参加したので、優先的に良い席に座れましたが、2階席だったので揺れました。船酔い心配な方は1階席がゆれが少ないです。酔い止め飲んでおけば良かったです。帰りはミュージアム関係なく並んだ順から船の席を選べます。

You might think it's strange to visit ruins, but it was great to learn about the lives of people from the past. I really understood that it was a time when people were desperately trying to survive, yet there was a warm and comforting aspect to their stories.

廃墟をわざわざと思うかもしれませんが、昔の人たちの生活が知れてよかったです。
ほっこりするような内容と生きていくために必死な時代だったんだなということがよく分かりました。

This is a tour that both adults and children can enjoy! In the first half, we explored the night jungle, walking around in the dark, discovering bats, and even touching a large coconut crab—an experience you can't have in Tokyo! In the second half, we enjoyed stargazing, learning the names of stars and watching shooting stars, which left both adults and children very satisfied! The guide was knowledgeable about insects and spoke well, so my son said, "I want to see the big brother again!" I plan to request this tour again for our trip to Ishigaki Island next year! Thank you!

大人も子供も楽しめるツアーです！
前半はナイトジャングル散策で暗闇の中を歩き回りコウモリ発見したり、大きなヤシガニを触ってみたり、東京では出来ない経験を満喫！後半は星空観賞で星の名前を教えてもらったり、流れ星をみたりと大人も子供も大満足でした！ガイドしてくださった方が虫に詳しくお話が上手なので息子も「またお兄ちゃんに会いたい！」と言っています！

I thought it would be a busier tour, but I was able to take my time and really enjoy the mangroves. The guide's explanations were clear and enjoyable, which was great.

The view from Nishizaki Pier on Taketomi Island, which I've always dreamed of visiting, was just as wonderful as I expected, and I was very satisfied.

The Okinawa zenzai I had on Taketomi Island, with its fluffy ice and brown sugar syrup, was exquisite❣ I had a full day of fun.

もっと忙しいツアーかと思っていましたが、じっくりマングローブを見てきました。ガイドさんの説明も分かりやすく楽しくて良かったです。

憧れの竹富島、西桟橋からの眺めは思っていたとおりの素晴らしさ大満足です。

We requested a tour for just the two of us, as we thought it would be difficult to keep up with younger people in a group. Thanks to our guide's consideration of the pace, we were able to reach the summit safely, and we didn't feel sore the next day. I'm glad we made this request.

50代の夫婦でお願いしました。団体だと若い人について行くのは大変だと思い自分達だけのツアーにしました。ガイドさんがペース配分を考えて誘導していただいたおかげで、無事に登りきることも出来ましたし、次の日もつらくなかったです。お願いしてよかったと思いました。

Skipped the trip of Owakudani .. my parents from India visited japan and they were very interested of Owakudani, but it was skipped and disappointed a lot. I had used same package trip myself and find satisfaction, but this experience with veltra was very poor and I doesn’t recommend or use it again

The sightseeing was as I expected. The guide was the only male, but he was a nice person. However, it was a bit disappointing that his speech seemed to be memorized and delivered in a monotonous tone, making it hard to understand, and his voice wasn't very clear. The driver was also pleasant. The meals were good, but they felt like standard set meals that you could find anywhere. They were better than bento boxes. The scenery at Kabira Bay changes with the weather. It might be amazing when the weather is nice.

観光は思って通りでした。
ガイドさんは唯一の男の方でしたが 感じいい方です。ただ喋りが 暗記されたことを 何度もしゃべっているためか、一辺倒のイントネーションで伝わりにくく 声も通らずで聞きずらいのが残念でした。
運転手さんも感じよかったですね。お食事は美味しいというか どこでも食べれる感じの定食です。
お弁当とかよりいいです。
川平湾はお天気で風景が変わりますね。お天気だと最高かも。

First of all, it was fun‼️

The access points for SUP and the limestone caves are in the jungle by the roadside, which really gets your excitement up. We went up the river, walked partway, played at the waterfall, and when we returned to where we had left the SUP and canoe, it was shallow. It might have been a little mishap, but we were able to feel the nature around us. The guide was polite, took a lot of photos, and was skilled, so thank you very much!

SUPや鍾乳洞へのアクセスポイントが、車道の脇のジャングルの中
これだけでテンション上がります。
川を上って、途中から歩いて、滝で遊んで、SUP、カヌーを浮かべておいた所に戻ると、、、浅くなってる
引潮だったんです。ちょっとしたハプニングかもしれませんが、自然を感じることができました
ガイドの兄さんは、丁寧で、沢山の写真を撮ってくれて、腕も良くて、ありがとうございました

Gorgeous tour... everything about this tour was nice.. our favorite tour. the temples were impressive.

This tour was great,, Loved everything.. we were not able to see the waterfall due to fog.. but we were able to admire Mt Fuji...it was beautiful.

Our tour guide was super sweet... we loved everything about this tour. after hiking the views at the top of the mountain were spectacular...

I participated on July 30th, starting at 8:30 PM. I was a bit worried because it was still a little bright past 8 PM, but by the time we started shooting, the stars were beautifully visible. Before the shoot, they lifted our spirits by saying things like, "It's rare for it to be this clear" and "It looks like we can take some beautiful photos." When it was time to shoot, they also gave us advice on how to pose, and the shooting went very smoothly. At the end, they shared recommendations for spots in Miyako Island, and I really felt it was worth participating! I definitely want to ask for their help again when I go to Miyako Island! Thank you very much!

7月30日、20時半から参加しました。
20時過ぎても少し明るく心配でしたが、撮影する頃には星がとても綺麗に見えました。
撮影前に『こんなに晴れるのは珍しい』『綺麗な写真が撮れそうです』など、こちらの気持ちを盛り上げてくれ、いざ撮影へ。
ポーズの仕方もアドバイスしてくれ、とてもスムーズに撮影が進みました。
最後に宮古島のおすすめスポットなども教えてくれ、参加して本当によかったと思いました！
また宮古島に行く時にはぜひお願いしたいと思います！

I participated in the same course two years ago, and it was so good that I decided to repeat it. It was indeed great again. It's more efficient and cheaper than going on my own. Additionally, the kindness of the guides and drivers is remarkable. It's not just about transportation; there are plenty of stories to learn from, making it educational as well. Thank you very much.

I was a bit skeptical about whether we would look this beautiful in the photos, but first, I was amazed by the starry sky around us that day! I thought this was going to be great, so we headed to the shooting location. I was surprised to see some of the shots taken on-site! Then, when we received the wonderful photos of the starry sky with us in them a few days later, I was so excited! It was truly amazing! Moving over the rocky area in the dark was a little scary, but it was a very satisfying tour. Thank you!

まず、当日の周辺の星空に驚愕！
これは期待大だなと思い、撮影場所に向かいました。
その場で写したモノを少し見せてもらってビックリ！

The starry sky was amazing! The photos I received later have been edited, but it's disappointing that my face and head look unnatural. Maybe the editing skills aren't very good.

The guide was kind and provided detailed introductions, making for a wonderful day! The aquarium was very beautiful, with the sea displaying various colors like blue and green, it was stunning.

The guide's talk was interesting.
In summer, the temperature on Gunkanjima can rise to about 40 degrees, so I recommend bringing a hat and water.
By the way, umbrellas cannot be used on the island.
It seems that landing has been prohibited (temporarily since July 31, 2019), so I hope it can be reopened.

ガイドの方の話も面白かったです。
夏の軍艦島は40度ほどまで気温が上がるので帽子や水分を持参することをお勧めします。
ちなみに、日傘は島内では使えません。
上陸禁止(2019年7月31日から一時)になってしまったようですので、再開できることを願っています。

We used the half-day course in the morning for three family members. Since we had muscle pain from trekking the day before, we opted for the bus tour.

It's convenient because the bus takes you around the island. The time spent at each location is a bit short, but that's understandable for a one-day trip. If you want to take it easy, it's better to explore on your own.

The guide shares various information, but I got the impression that they might be a bit inexperienced. This could vary depending on the guide.

What pleasantly surprised me was being able to see monkeys and deer up close. The waterfall was also closer than I expected.

I recommend this tour for everyone from small children to the elderly. Since the roads in Yakushima are winding, those who are prone to motion sickness should definitely take motion sickness medication.

午前中半日コースを家族３人で利用しました。前日がトレッキングで筋肉痛だったのでバスツアーにしました。
バスで島をまわってくれるので、楽ちんです。
各箇所の時間は少し短めですが、一日で回るにはしかたがないかな。
のんびりしたい方はご自身でまわったほうがよいでしょう。

ガイドさんは、色々なことを教えてくれますが少し不慣れなのかなという印象。これは当たり外れがあるかも。

予想外に嬉しかったことは、猿と鹿を間近で見れたこと。滝が思ったより近くで見れたことです。

小さいお子さんからお年寄りまでおすすめのツアーです。
屋久島は道路を細かくカーブするので、酔いやすい人は酔い留め必須です。

I participated with my 10-year-old son. It was almost our first time trekking, and we were a bit anxious, but thanks to our kind and reliable guide, we were able to reach Jomon Sugi safely. The guide made sure to take regular breaks, and their thoughtfulness and attention to detail were truly wonderful. It was a challenging journey, but we managed to get through it! The guide had extensive knowledge about the mountains, plants, insects, and birds, and taught us many things. My son seems to have completely fallen in love with Yakushima.

It became a very lovely memory. I'm glad we chose this tour. Thank you very much!

10歳の息子と一緒に参加しました。トレッキングは親子ともにほぼ初めてで不安もありましたが、優しく頼もしいガイドさんのお陰で、無事に縄文杉までたどり着くことができました。休憩をこまめにとってくださり、気配り、目配りが本当に素晴らしく、大変な道のりでしたが乗り切る事が出来ました！山や植物、虫や鳥の知識が豊富で、色々な事を教えて下さり、息子もすっかり屋久島に魅了されたようです。
とても素敵な思い出になりました。このツアーでよかったです。本当にありがとうございました！
