ANA Blue Base is one of Japan's largest training facilities. For safety, ANA offers Japan's first tour where you can observe group employees undergoing training. During the tour, pilots, cabin crew, ground staff, handling staff, and maintenance personnel participated, and we witnessed actual training for ground staff. I learned that only after completing the training qualifications for "safety," which accounts for about 80% of the cabin crew's role, do they operate as "safety security personnel." "Everything is for the sake of safety" is the top priority!

You can observe the training using the latest facilities inside the new, beautiful building, and the explanations from the cabin crew were excellent and easy to understand. Since my daughter was also a flight attendant, I could imagine what her training might have been like. I was able to see the activities of the people working at the airport through videos. In a room that recreated the inside of an airplane, I could touch and interact with things, which was fun. At the end, I entered a large screen and enjoyed the view from above as if I were traveling through the skies around the world. The building is large, so you will do quite a bit of walking. If you have difficulty walking, it might be better to refrain from visiting.

I wanted to see the flowers in Hokkaido, so I signed up for a tour. I participated in early September, and although the lavender season was over, I was able to see a wonderful view that looked like a beautiful carpet of flowers. The audio guide was great, but I also enjoyed the stories from the accompanying guide. I heard that there used to be many more tour courses before COVID, so I hope various courses will increase again in the future.

参加したのは9月上旬でラベンダーの最盛期は終わっていましたが、綺麗な花の絨毯が敷かれているような素晴らしい景色を見ることができました。

I wasn't expecting much since the lavender season had ended, but I was very satisfied to see such a beautiful flower field. The cheese fondue for lunch was also very delicious, and I was pleased with that. Most importantly, I had a great day even participating alone.

It was a very enjoyable tour! Since we had a private guide, we could participate without worrying about the pace of walking or conversations. The guide, Chuchu, was very accommodating, and I was able to enjoy myself. Since I collect goshuin (temple seals), I was pleased to receive the goshuin from Jōshikimi Kumanoza Shrine, Amano Iwato Shrine, and Takachiho Shrine. Out of the 32 participants, most were from China, with 3 Japanese and 2 Koreans, but we all had a great time on this little trip.

I arrived at Nagasaki Station in the afternoon, dropped off my luggage at the hotel, and joined the tour. Since there was a large bus with a trunk room, I could participate without worrying about my big luggage. The guide provided information about places to buy souvenirs, night views, and unique events during the Obon festival, which was great. The tour ended at a reasonable time, allowing me to buy souvenirs at the station and go see the night view. I participated in a SUP and snorkeling session that ended in the morning at the beginning of September, when the weather can be quite changeable. The weather was nice, and during low tide, the sea sparkled, making the coral visible up close. I struggled to keep up with the SUP until I got the hang of it, but since it was early in the morning, there were few people around, and I was able to jump into the sea and enjoy a refreshing time.
I had a hard time finding a turtle while snorkeling and thought I might not see one, but I kept swimming. Thanks to the instructor who didn’t give up searching, I was finally able to meet a turtle leisurely eating at the end.
Since I had arranged for transportation, getting around was easy, and I got to hear interesting stories about island life and was recommended some delicious places to eat. I had some anxiety about being back in the sea after a long time, but from start to finish, Ricky's smile encouraged me, and my family was able to have a great time!

Every place we visited was enjoyable.
The monkeys in the monkey park were cute as they were outside of their cages. The feeding experience was also great. Personally, I wished we had a bit more time at the Twenty-Four Eyes Movie Studio.
Both the driver and the guide were kind and pleasant, and the Shodoshima somen noodles we received as souvenirs were delicious.

I participated with my elementary school child. The way the animals were presented was fun and interesting. Since my child loves living creatures, there was a desire to take a bit more time to look around, and I think we could have enjoyed it more if we had one more hour. This time, we had rice balls for lunch and walked around without taking many breaks, but in the end, we hurried back.

This was my first bus tour since the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, and it had changed quite a bit. It was very international. The tour guide was trilingual (and I think they were quite tired). In a good way, I had a fun time. For those who understand two languages, the repeated introductions helped improve comprehension.
I felt that the free time at each location was a bit short because I judged that I wouldn't be able to make a round trip to my desired spots within that time frame. Younger participants might have had the energy to venture out more. Still, due to the high level of freedom, I was able to engage in quite a bit of individual activity.

コロナ開け初めてのバスツアーでしたが、依然と様変わりしていました。とってもインターナショナル。添乗員さんはトライリンガル（でお疲れだったと思います）。良い意味で、楽しく過ごせました。２カ国語くらい分かる方だと、重ねての紹介になるので理解度はアップします。
各所での自由行動時間がちょい足りなかったと感じたのは、体力的にその時間内で希望する場所までの往復ができないと判断したからで、若い方だとガッツに行動できたかもしれません。それでも、自由度が高かったため、結構個別行動させていただきました。

I participated in the tour because it allowed me to visit places I wanted to go, like the Churaumi Aquarium and American Village.
