Asahiyama Zoo is not very large, so I was able to enjoy it fully in just an hour and a half. The Blue Pond was quite blue and left me impressed.

旭山動物園は、規模はそれほど大きくないですので、1時間30分でも、十分に楽しめました。青い池は、かなり青くて感動しました。

I was taken to various places, and it was very nice. The tour guide was very kind and comforting. The weather was good, so everything I saw was beautiful.

色んなところに連れてってもらえてとても良かったです。添乗員さんがとても親切な方で癒やされました。お天気が良かったのでどこ見てもきれいでした。

Asahiyama Zoo offers a close-up experience with the animals, making it feel very real. Even in September, it was hot, so it's necessary to be prepared with items like sun umbrellas and hats. You have about three and a half hours to explore, so you can take your time.

旭山動物園は動物との距離が近いのでリアルです。
９月でも暑かったので、日傘や帽子など
工夫が必要です。
時間は３時間半ほどありますので､のんびりと回れます。

I arrived at Nagasaki Station in the afternoon, dropped off my luggage at the hotel, and joined the tour. Since there was a large bus with a trunk room, I could participate without worrying about my big luggage. The guide provided information about places to buy souvenirs, night views, and unique events during the Obon festival, which was great. The tour ended at a reasonable time, allowing me to buy souvenirs at the station and go see the night view. The next day, I participated with my suitcase since I was going to a preservation site in the afternoon. I didn't have any specific plans, but I was able to visit the main tourist attractions.

午後に長崎駅に着いて，ホテルに荷物をあずか，参加しましたが、大型バスでトランクルームもあるので，大きな荷物があっても気楽に参加できます。ガイドさんから，お土産を売っている場所や夜景やお盆特有の行事の情報も聞けて，良かったです。ツアーの終わる時間もそんなに遅くないので，駅でお土産を買って、夜景を見に行けました。翌日は午後には保存のところに行くのでスーツケースを持って参加しました。何のプランもなかったのですが，メインの観光地を観光できました。

The driver who came to pick us up was truly a wonderful person. I can only express my gratitude for the safe driving and the stories related to the Sefa Utaki that made our time so enjoyable. Thank you very much!

I participated in a SUP and snorkeling session that ended in the morning at the beginning of September, when the weather can be quite changeable. The weather was nice, and during low tide, the sea sparkled, making the coral visible up close. I struggled to keep up with the SUP until I got the hang of it, but since it was early in the morning, there were few people around, and I was able to jump into the sea and enjoy a refreshing time.

I had a hard time finding a turtle while snorkeling and thought I might not see one, but I kept swimming. Thanks to the instructor who didn’t give up searching, I was finally able to meet a turtle leisurely eating at the end.

Since I had arranged for transportation, getting around was easy, and I got to hear interesting stories about island life and was recommended some delicious places to eat. I had some anxiety about being back in the sea after a long time, but from start to finish, Ricky's smile encouraged me, and my family was able to have a great time!

天候が変わりやすい9月頭に午前中で終わるSUPとシュノーケリングに参加しました。天気もよく、干潮で海がキラキラと珊瑚が近い距離に見えました。SUPは慣れるまでついてくのに必死だったけど、朝イチだったので人も少なく、海に飛び込んだり気持ちのいい時間を過ごせました。シュノーケリングはなかなか亀さんが見つからず、見れないかなーと思ってましたが、ひたすら泳ぐ泳ぐ。お姉さんが諦めずに探してくれたおかげで最後にのんびり食事中の亀さんに会うことができました。
今回は送迎をお願いしてたので移動も楽に、車内では島の暮らしや、いろんな面白い話を聞かせてもらったり、美味しいお店も教えてもらえました。久しぶりの海に不安があったけど、最初から最後まで担当のリッキーの笑顔に励まされ家族で楽しむことができました！

The weather was nice, and I took a glass-bottom boat ride where I was able to see schools of tropical fish and sea turtles. It was amazing, and I want to go again.

In the morning, I went snorkeling, and in the afternoon, I did mangrove kayaking. The snorkeling was guided kindly by Yume, and I was very satisfied to land on Barasu Island! She was a very beautiful guide! In the afternoon, we went mangrove kayaking! I learned a lot about the nature of Iriomote Island and was able to see the mangroves up close! It was amazing!

午前中はシュノーケル、午後はマングローブカヤックをしました。シュノーケルはユメさんに優しくガイドいただきバラス島にも上陸でき大満足でした！とっても美人なガイドさんでした！
午後はマングローブカヤックでした！西表島の自然のことをたくさん教えていただき、マングローブを間近で見ることができました!最高でした！

Thanks to the polite guidance of the staff, I was able to enjoy both canoeing and snorkeling for a whole day, even as a beginner! I highly recommend it!

Every place we visited was enjoyable.

The monkeys in the monkey park were cute as they were outside of their cages. The feeding experience was also great. Personally, I wished we had a bit more time at the Twenty-Four Eyes Movie Studio.

Both the driver and the guide were kind and pleasant, and the Shodoshima somen noodles we received as souvenirs were delicious.

回ったところはどこも楽しかったです。

I participated with my elementary school child. The way the animals were presented was fun and interesting. Since my child loves living creatures, there was a desire to take a bit more time to look around, and I think we could have enjoyed it more if we had one more hour. This time, we had rice balls for lunch and walked around without taking many breaks, but in the end, we hurried back.

小学生の子供と一緒に参加しました。動物たちの見せ方が楽しく興味深かったです。
子どもが生き物好きなため、もっとゆっくり見たかったという気持ちもあり、後1時間あれば満喫できたと思います。
今回は昼食もおにぎりで済ませ、あまり休憩をせずに見て歩いたのですが、最後はあわただしく戻りました。

It may depend on the guide, but they brewed coffee from freshly ground beans in the forest. It was a luxurious experience. Since it was a private tour, we were very satisfied as we could take photos at our own pace until we were content.

ガイドさんによるのかもしれませんが、森の中で豆から挽いて淹れてくれました。贅沢な時間でした。
プライベートツアーだったので、写真撮影なども自分たちのペースで気が済むまでできてとても満足しました。

It was fun to ride around the park on a tractor. I was glad to see various landscapes.

It was perfect for a summer getaway, and I enjoyed it in the cool weather.

At first, I was wondering what it would be like, but I was able to find coconut crabs, as well as hermit crabs and frogs, and the starry sky was beautiful. I was satisfied to have participated in the tour.

初めは、どうなるのかと思っていましたが、ヤシガニも見つける事ができましたし、ヤドカリやカエル等も、見つける事ができ、なおかつ　星空もキレイでした。ツアーに参加させて頂き　満足でした

First of all, I would like to thank the driver and the tour guide for spending ample time with us. I also want to express my gratitude to the company for organizing such a cost-effective tour.

This was my first bus tour since the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, and it had changed quite a bit. It was very international. The tour guide was trilingual (and I think they were quite tired). In a good way, I had a fun time. For those who understand two languages, the repeated introductions helped improve comprehension.

I felt that the free time at each location was a bit short because I judged that I wouldn't be able to make a round trip to my desired spots within that time frame. Younger participants might have had the energy to venture out more. Still, due to the high level of freedom, I was able to engage in quite a bit of individual activity.

コロナ開け初めてのバスツアーでしたが、依然と様変わりしていました。とってもインターナショナル。添乗員さんはトライリンガル（でお疲れだったと思います）。良い意味で、楽しく過ごせました。２カ国語くらい分かる方だと、重ねての紹介になるので理解度はアップします。
各所での自由行動時間がちょい足りなかったと感じたのは、体力的にその時間内で希望する場所までの往復ができないと判断したからで、若い方だとガッツに行動できたかもしれません。それでも、自由度が高かったため、結構個別行動させていただきました。

I was able to experience a town that felt like stepping into a drama. Sitting on the engawa was relaxing. It was fun.

I participated in the tour because it allowed me to visit places I wanted to go, like the Churaumi Aquarium and American Village. I think being able to visit various locations in one day is a unique advantage of a bus tour. I was also moved by the beautiful scenery when crossing the bridge to Kouri Island. The guide, Kim, and the driver were both kind and attentive, making for a fun and enjoyable day. Thank you very much.

美ら海水族館、アメリカンビレッジ、行きたかったところを回れるので参加しました。
一日でいろいろ行けるのは、バスツアーならではと思います。また、古宇利島までの橋を渡るときの綺麗な景色には感動しました。

I was disappointed that the lunch at Yufu Island wasn't very tasty. I wanted to try Okinawan dishes like Goya Champuru or Yaeyama Soba.

由布島での昼飯があんまり美味しくなかったのが残念でした。
ゴーヤチャンプルか八重山そば等の沖縄ならではのメニューを食べたかったです。

I'm glad I had the guide to show me around. I couldn't have climbed it alone. I was fortunate to be with the others who climbed together and the guide. It was challenging but also filled with joy, and I felt a great sense of accomplishment. It was the best experience. If I have the opportunity again, I would love to do it once more.

The facility we visited is ANA's training center. During the tour, we were able to observe the training of the ground staff. The cabin attendant who guided us mentioned that she had recently completed her training as well. I recall hearing that ANA staff undergo regular training sessions.

During the visit, the cabin attendant took photos for us. I was grateful for this since I attended alone.

The tour was efficient, covering key areas within a limited time. The explanations provided by the cabin attendant were very clear. Additionally, we were able to see places that are usually not accessible, making it a valuable learning experience.

Next month, I will be flying with ANA, and when I arrive at Haneda Airport, I plan to reflect on what I learned during the visit. I will appreciate the various professionals involved until the plane takes off.

In closing, I wish for the continued success of the cabin attendant who guided us that day and for ANA's further development.

見学施設は、ANAさんの訓練施設です。見学中、グランドスタッフさんの研修を見ることができました。案内をして頂いたCAさんも最近、研修を受けたばかりとのことでした。確かANAさんのスタッフさんは、定期的に研修があるのを聞いたことがあります。
見学中、CAさんから写真を撮って頂きました。
1人参加だったのでありがたいことです(感謝)。
見学は、限られた時間に主要箇所を効率的に案内をして頂きました。案内をして頂いたCAさんの説明も大変わかりやすかったです。また、普段は見ることができない場所も見ることができました。その意味で大変貴重な勉強にもなりました。
来月、ANAさんの飛行機に乗りますが、羽田空港に着いたら見学したことを思い浮かべ、飛行機が飛ぶまでには、さまざまな職種の方が従事されていることを認識し、感謝の気持ちで乗る所存であります。
最後になりますが、当日案内をして頂いたCAさんのご活躍、さらには、ANAさんの益々のご発展を祈念して筆を置きます。

Since it was my first time in Nagasaki, I chose a bus tour instead of exploring on my own. I found the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum fascinating and wanted to take my time to look around. If I have the opportunity to go again, I would like to visit it.

初めての長崎だったので個人で回るよりバスツアーにしました。
長崎原爆資料館は興味深くゆっくり見たかったのです。
また行く機会があれば見学したいです。

We were able to go deep into the mangroves, which you can't experience with a canoe. The staff were very kind and it was a lot of fun.

カヌーでは体験できないようなマングローブの奥まで行くことができました。。親切に対応してくださってとても楽しかったです。

Shodoshima is quite a large island, and since tourist attractions are scattered in various directions, it can be quite challenging to get around without a car. The bus tour I participated in was very efficient and took me to all the places I wanted to see, which was a great help. The connection with the ferry from Tonosho Port was also good, so I highly recommend this tour.

小豆島は結構大きな島で、観光名所が各方面に点在しているため、マイカーでないと中々周るのが大変です。参加したこのバスツアーは、非常に効率良く、見たい場所に連れて行ってくれたので大変助かりました。土庄港からのフェリーとの接続も良く、お勧めのツアーです。

I always book options through Veltra, and while there were several tour companies on-site, the content seemed to be the same. In that case, it's definitely reassuring to book with the trusted Veltra.
This tour felt like time stood still. Being away from the hustle and bustle of the city really refreshes the mind. The meals were satisfying as well. The grandmother at the ice cream shop was very kind and gave me star sand. I would love to go back and relax again someday.

いつもベルトラさんでオプションを申し込みますが、現地でもいくつかのツアー会社がありましたが、中身は同じようです。ならばやはり信頼のベルトラさんで予約が安心ですね。
このツアーは、時間が止まったような感覚でした。現地の様子は都会の喧騒からはなれてね心がリフレッシュします。食事も満足。アイスクリーム屋のおばあがとても親切で、星の砂をいただきました。いつか、またのんびりしに行きたいです。

A great tour that takes you to the places you want to go. I rode a water buffalo cart on Yufu Island and Taketomi Island, enjoyed the sanshin and island songs. It was a bit hot, but it was very relaxing.

行きたかったところに行けるいいツアー。由布島と竹富島でも水牛車に乗って三線と島唄、ちょっと暑かったけど癒されてました。

I was able to see the coconut crab that you found before the gathering! The poses for the photos were also specified accurately, and I had a great time in a fun atmosphere. The location for the starry sky was stunning, and I think it was a very fulfilling experience as you took several photos where both the stars and my face looked beautiful. Thank you for also sharing information about tourist spots; it was very helpful. Thank you!

集合前にヤシガニを見つけてくださっていて、見ることが出来ました！写真のポーズの指定も的確で楽しい雰囲気の中で過ごすことが出来ました。星空もすごく綺麗に見える場所で撮影してくださり、できた写真も星が綺麗に見えるものと顔まで綺麗に見えるものの何パターンか撮って下さりとても充実した体験だったと思います。観光地まで教えて下さり、助かりました。ありがとうございました！

I experienced stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling. Both were taught with great care, and they explained a lot about Ishigaki Island during the experience, which was really fun! They also shared many recommendations for delicious restaurants and must-visit places that are unique to the area.

If I come back to Ishigaki Island, I definitely want to experience this again.

サップとシュノーケリングを体験しました。
どちらも丁寧に教えてくださって、体験中もたくさん石垣島のことを説明してくれてすごく楽しかったです！
体験以外にも、美味しいお店とか行った方がいい場所とか、地元ならではのこともたくさんおしえてくれました。

また石垣島に来たら、ぜひここで体験したいです。

It was really hot in Kyoto!
There were only the two of us, a mother and child, who were Japanese,
but thanks to our guide Naomi, we were able to enjoy it despite mostly having English-speaking guides.

I would like to request her again when I visit Kansai.
