I was able to efficiently visit various spots like Lake Toya, Lake Shikotsu, and Mount Usu, which are difficult to access without a car. As someone who is not a regular driver, this was a great help. The paid option for the bear ranch was also nice. Both the driver and the tour guide were very pleasant. Thank you for a fulfilling day!

洞爺湖、支笏湖、有珠山等と車がないと行くことが難しいスポットを効率よく色々と見学できました。ペーパードライバーの身には大変助かります。有料オプションですが、熊牧場も良かったです。ドライバーの方や添乗員の方もとても感じの良い方でした。このたびは充実した1日をありがとうございました。

I visited in early May and was worried about the rainy season, but it only rained while I was on the ferry and bus. By the time I arrived at Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island, the weather was clear, and I had the best sightseeing experience. Cycling on Taketomi Island was refreshing, and the botanical garden on Yufu Island was more enjoyable than I expected, so I highly recommend it!

5月前半に行き梅雨が心配だったのですが、フェリーやバスに乗っている間だけ雨が降ったのみで、西表島や由布島、竹富島に着く頃には晴れ、最高の観光ができました。竹富島でのサイクリングは気持ちがよかったのと、由布島の植物園が想像より楽しかったのでおすすめしたいです！

It seems that Sapporo was hit by rain, but Asahikawa enjoyed some sunshine and was fun. The guide was very attentive and did a great job. While some tours may primarily focus on explanations for international visitors and can be hard to understand, this was a wonderful tour. If I have the chance again, I will choose this one! I highly recommend it!

札幌は雨に降られたようですが旭川は薄陽もさして楽しめました。ガイドさんもすごく丁寧でバッチリでした。ツアーによっては海外の方向けの説明がメインでわかりずらいというようなツアーもあるようですがこちらは素晴らしいツアーでした。また機会があればここにします！おすすめです！

I thought a plan that allows visiting three islands in one day would be great, so I joined. There was plenty of free time, and I liked that I could participate in my own way.

1日で3島回れるプランがよいと思い参加しました。自由時間も多く、思い思いに参加できるのがよかったです。

This time, I took a day trip tour departing from Sapporo Station. The course efficiently covered sightseeing spots in Furano and Biei in central Hokkaido, with a departure around 9 AM and arrival around 7 PM. It was great because the departure wasn't too early and the arrival wasn't too late considering the distance traveled.

Lunch at Furano Wine House met my expectations, with a delightful mini cheese fondue that paired perfectly with the factory-limited white wine, and the hamburger was delicious, leaving me very satisfied. Since I participated in early June, it was a bit too early for the lavender at Farm Tomita and Shikisai no Oka, so there were fewer types of flowers, which was a bit disappointing. I joined the tour alone, but I was able to chat with the people sitting next to me on the bus, and overall, it was a very satisfying tour.

今回は札幌駅発着の日帰りツアー。道央の富良野、美瑛での観光スポットを効率良く回るコースで出発も朝9時頃、到着も19時頃と走行距離の割には出発早すぎず到着遅すぎずでとても良かったです。
ふらのワインハウスでのランチは期待通りで、プチチーズフォンデュに工場限定の白ワインがとても合いハンバーグも美味しく大満足でした。ファーム富田、四季彩の丘は6月初旬の参加だったため、ラベンダーには少し早かったので花の種類が少なったのが少し残念でした。私はひとり参加でしたがバスの隣席の方々ともお話しすることができ全体的には非常に満足なツアーでした。

I heard that there are times when you can't see the coconut crabs, but I was able to find more than 10 of them while climbing trees (it's a shame I couldn't take proper photos). The sky was clear, and I was able to see the beautiful starry sky!

ヤシガニが見れない時もあるとのことでしたが、車のハンドル級（写真ちゃんと取れず残念）木登り中など10匹以上発見できました。
空も晴れており星空も綺麗に見ることが出来ました！

The free time in Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go is 2 hours, but to see the main view from the high point in Shirakawa-go, you have to walk up a slope for 20 minutes or take a shared bus. The bus runs once every 20 minutes and is a microbus, so if you can't fit on it, you'll have to wait another 20 minutes, which is a significant loss of time. Walking can be tough for the elderly, and in summer, the sunlight can be harsh. If possible, I would like a bit more free time in Shirakawa-go.

飛騨高山と白川郷の自由時間は2時間なのだが､白川郷のメインである高台からの風景を見るには坂道を20分歩くか､乗合バスで行くのですがバスは20分に一本でマイクロバスなので乗り切れない場合は20分待つことになり時間のロスが大きい､歩くにしても年寄りにはきつく､夏場は日差しが厳しそう｡できれば白川郷ではもう少し自由時間が欲しい｡

I dropped off my luggage at the locker (which has a three-letter code like at the airport) and started my tour feeling light. The check-in process began, and the person who guided us was a pilot trainee. They were kind and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

At that moment, they were conducting training for ground staff and pilots. I was disappointed that the time at the final experience booth was short; I wanted to take more photos.

ロッカー(空港のスリーレターになっている)に荷物を預け身軽になって見学スタート。チェックインから始まり案内してくれた方はパイロットの訓練生。親切、丁寧に説明してくださりわかりやすかった。
ちょうどグラウンドスタッフとパイロットの訓練をやってました。
最後の体験ブースの時間が短かったのが残念でした。もっと写真を撮りたかったです。

I hadn't really thought about visiting Lake Toya because it's quite a distance from Sapporo. But since it includes a bus and lunch, I decided to give it a try.

The weather was great, and I had a lot of fun.

I also enjoyed a delicious lunch.

札幌市内からは距離もあってなかなか洞爺湖までは観光しようと思ってませんでした。

I made a same-day reservation, and they responded quickly. They suggested the best times to capture beautiful views based on the weather conditions of the day. They also provided pose suggestions and shared various information about Miyako Island. After the shoot, they retouched the photos, so I received them a couple of days later.

当日予約しましたが迅速に対応してくださいました。当日の天気の状況から綺麗に見える時間を提案してくれます。
ポーズの提案や宮古島について様々なことを教えてくれます。
撮影後レタッチしてくださるため2.3日後に写真が送られてきます。

The day before, we received information about the meeting place and time, and gathered on-site. We were able to see a sea turtle just two minutes after entering the water! They adjusted the course and time according to our fitness levels, so we had a great time snorkeling!

前日に集合場所や時間など送ってもらい現地集合しました。
海に入って2分ほどですぐウミガメに会うことができました！
体力に合わせてコースや時間を決めてくれるので楽しくシュノーケリングできました！

I made a last-minute reservation the day before, but they were very accommodating! After a 5-10 minute boat ride, we arrived at Uni Beach, where they took photos with a drone. They also suggested poses and immediately sent the data to my iPhone, so I could check the photos and videos right away! On the way back, I was able to see a sea turtle taking a breath, which was a rare experience!

前日に急遽予約しましたが、丁寧に対応してくださいました！
船に5-10分ほど乗り、ユニの浜に着いたらドローンで撮影してくれます。ポーズの提案もしてくださり、その場ですぐiPhoneにデータを送ってくれるためすぐに写真や動画の確認が出来ました！
帰りの船で息継ぎするウミガメも見ることができて貴重な体験ができました！

It was a simple, short bus tour without any sightseeing or experiences along the way, but I was able to feel the overall atmosphere of Osaka for the first time.

途中で見学とか体験などのないあっさりした短時間のバスツアーでしたが、初めての大阪の全体的な雰囲気を感じることが出来ました。

We gathered at the sightseeing bus stop near Sapporo Station. The location was easy to find, and the tour was held even with a small number of participants. As a result, the large bus was almost exclusively for us. With the guide's assistance, we had a great trip. We had plenty of time at the zoo and were able to see the animals we wanted to see. It had been a while since my last visit to the zoo, but I really enjoyed it. On the way back, I bought souvenirs at the service area.

札幌駅近くの観光バス乗り場に集合です。
場所もわかりやすく、停少人数でも開催されます。そのため大型バスがほぼ貸切でした。
ガイドさんの案内もあり、いい旅行ができました。
動物園の時間も十分あり、見たい動物も見れました。
ひさびさの動物園でしたが、楽しめました。
帰りは、SAでのお土産を買って帰りました。

This was my first time participating in the tour. On the day I attended, there was an event called "Red Bull 400" at the Sapporo Okurayama Jump Stadium, where participants raced up the ski jump in reverse. It was really fun to watch the athletes climbing while riding the lift.

At the Shiroi Koibito Park, I enjoyed seeing the beautiful buildings and gardens while learning about the history of chocolate.

At the outer market course, I had a delicious seafood bowl.

All the events were enjoyable, but time flew by so quickly that I wished I could have stayed longer to take it all in.

今回ツアー初参加でした。
参加した日は札幌大倉山ジャンプ競技場で、「Red Bull 400」というジャンプ台を逆走するイベントが重なりました。リフトに乗りながら選手達が登る姿を見てとても楽しかったです。
白い恋人パークはチョコレートの歴史を見ながら素敵な建物やお庭を見るのが楽しかったです。
場外市場コースでは美味しい海鮮丼を食べました。
どのイベントも楽しくかったですが、時間がすぎるのが早く、もっと長く見ていたいと思うくらいでした。

As an event for our group of four, I thought it might be interesting to explore the familiar streets of Osaka. It was fun to see the city from a higher perspective, as it changed the way I experienced the places I usually walk around. According to our guide, since it was an open-top tour, there was no air conditioning or heating. Fortunately, it was a cloudy day, which made it just right for the outing.

同期4人会のイベントとして、よく知ってる大阪の街を巡ってみたら面白いかも？で使ってみました。
いつも歩き回っている大阪の街が目線が高くなるだけで表情が変わり楽しかったです。
ガイドさんによるとオープントップなので、冷暖房が効かないとか。当日は曇り空だったので、ちょうど良かったです。

I participated alone. The tour guide was friendly and approachable, which made it enjoyable and educational.

I recommend it because there are many islands around Ishigaki Island, and you can efficiently explore them even with limited time. The itinerary and efficiency are things you can't achieve when planning on your own, and it's also cost-effective! The guides at each sightseeing spot were enjoyable and great as well.

石垣島の離島がたくさんあって時間が限られる中で効率よく周れるので、おすすめです。
自分たちでスケジュール組むと出来ない行程と効率性、またお得さでした！
それぞれの観光スポットでのガイドも楽しくて良かったです。

I had a great time. The driver was a nice person, and the bus guide was friendly and provided clear guidance, which was great. I will use this service again when I go to Hokkaido.

I have participated in various sea turtle tours, but this was the first time I was able to see so many sea turtles and clownfish up close, and it was truly moving!

I tend to get seasick easily, and I accidentally left my motion sickness medication at the hotel, but our guide Mana was very considerate of my condition and taught me how to cope when I felt nauseous, so I was able to enjoy the tour until the end.

There was no shower available, but they had plenty of warm water prepared, so I was able to wash off completely.

After the tour, I had no plans, but when Mana heard that, she recommended some great spots, so I was able to enjoy the rest of the day as well!

The duo of Taro and Mana really livened things up, and they took lots of photos and videos, making it a memorable and fun tour! Thank you very much.

今まで色んなウミガメに逢えるツアーに参加しましたが、こんなに間近で沢山のウミガメやニモが見れたのは初めてで感動しました！

波酔いしやすいタイプのに、酔い止め薬をホテルに忘れて来てしまいましたが、ガイドのマナちゃんが体調を気遣ってくれて、酔った時の対処法を教えてくれたので、最後まで楽しめました

シャワーはなかったですが、暖かいお水をたくさん用意してくれてたので、全身洗えました

ツアー後も、なにも予定がなかったですが、それを聞いたマナちゃんがオススメスポットを教えてくれたのでツアー後も1日楽しめました！

I participated dressed nicely since it included drone photography, and I ended up getting such amazing photos and videos that my friends asked if I had a photo wedding!

Both Lee and the captain were friendly, and I had a great time. The boat had little rocking and moved at a leisurely pace, allowing us to see several sea turtles! Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Although it was rainy on the day of our visit, we had a wonderful day thanks to our guide's stories and the careful bus service. Despite the ongoing recovery efforts, the local people warmly welcomed us, and we enjoyed buying local products from Noto and having a delicious lunch. It was several decades ago, but I remember that my first trip as a working adult was to the Noto Peninsula. I recall wanting to drive myself after seeing the Chirihama Nagisa Driveway, which motivated me to get my driver's license. My heart aches at the remnants of the disaster still visible in various places, but I was also able to see some amazing scenery. I hope the recovery progresses quickly so that I can visit Noto again, bustling with many tourists.

当日は雨模様でしたがガイドさんのお話と丁寧なバスの運行で楽しい一日を過ごしました。まだまだ復興が進んでいないなか地元の方々も喜んで迎えてくださり能登の地産品を買ったり美味しいランチをいただきました。もう数十年前ですが社会人になり初めて旅に出たのが能登半島でした。千里浜なぎさドライブウェイを見て自分で車を走らせてみたいと車の免許を取った記憶があります。あちこちにいまだ残る災害の爪あとに心が痛みますが素晴らしい景色を見ることもできました。
早く復興が進んでまたたくさんの観光客で賑わう能登に訪れてみたいです。

It was great to feel and see the beauty of Okinawa, and the way the tour guide spoke was easy to understand, which was also good. I have used VELTRA multiple times, and the staff members are the best.

The veteran bus guide was very good. Not only did they provide various explanations about Okinawa, but they also sang some famous Okinawan songs, making the journey a lot of fun. The bus interior was clean and comfortable.

Originally, I planned to drive around with a rental car, but due to the forecast of rain, I canceled the rental and booked this instead. It was the right choice to go with this option, as we were able to efficiently tour even in the rain.

It was a pity that we couldn't see the fields at Pineapple Park because it was out of season. I also regretted not being able to ride the cart due to the limited time for the visit, and I missed out on having meals like pineapple pizza. (However, it was nice that we could choose souvenirs after tasting.)

ベテランのバスガイドさん、とても良かったです。観光スポットだけでなく、沖縄にまつわる様々な説明や、沖縄の有名な歌も、いくつか歌っていただき、道中とても楽しかったです。
バス車内も綺麗で快適でした。
もともとは、レンタカーで周る予定が、雨の予報だったため、レンタカーをキャンセルして、こちらを申込みました。雨でも効率よく周れて正解でした。
パイナップルパークは、季節外れのため、畑が見れなかったのが残念でした。
見学時間に余裕がなく、カートに乗れなかったのと、パイナップルピザ等の食事が出来なかったのも心残りでした。(試食をしてからお土産を選べるのはよかった)

We are a senior couple, 70 and 62 years old. Following our trekking at Jomon Sugi the day before, we requested a private guide for the Shiratani Unsuikyo trekking tour as well. We had the same guide as the previous day. By the second day, we were familiar with each other, which allowed us to feel comfortable and trust him completely. The guide was considerate of our fatigue from the previous day and helped us enjoy the trek at a comfortable pace. I truly felt that having a private guide was the right choice. We were blessed with good weather and were able to fully enjoy the shimmering moss forest. The breathtaking view from Taiko Rock was moving! I couldn't help but exclaim. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

前日の縄文杉トレッキングに続き、白谷雲水峡トレッキングツアーでも貸し切りガイドをお願いしました。
前日と同じガイドさんに付いていただきました。

Since we were an elderly couple aged 70 and 62, we requested a private guide so we could trek at our own pace. It turned out to be a great decision. We were blessed with good weather, and our guide was kind and attentive, providing clear explanations about the highlights along the way, including plants, rocks, and the sounds of birds. Meeting the Jomon Sugi was truly moving! We completed the entire trek safely and smoothly, making it an enjoyable and wonderful experience. Thank you very much.

Current employees guide you through the facilities and training. This time, it was the ground staff who showed us around. The explanations were very clear, and it was a fun and meaningful experience. I learned about the challenges faced by the ground handling staff and maintenance crew, which I wouldn't have understood just by flying on a plane. Next time I visit the airport or watch live footage from the airport, I want to pay attention to the work of the ground handling staff. My enjoyment of the time spent at the airport has increased. I rode the ropeway and saw the collapsed areas and Showa Shinzan. It was enjoyable to have Tom, the guide who speaks three languages, provide the commentary on the bus.

ロープウェイに乗り、崩れ落ちた箇所や昭和新山など見ました。バスの中で三カ国語を話すガイドのトムさんの案内が楽しかったです。

A Solo Trip to Ishigaki Island

This was my first time on a bus tour, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. I was excited about visiting a tropical island without thinking too much, but the guide's fluent narration provided insights into the history and connections of the island and its surrounding islets, which was very educational.

For lunch, I had a delicious Ishigaki beef hamburger. The mozuku vinegar was quite strong, and if you eat it too quickly, it can make you cough. But it was tasty!

The guide's performance of traditional songs while playing the sanshin was impressive. I was truly amazed. While there isn't much freedom in the itinerary, I recommend this tour for anyone visiting the island for the first time.

バスツアー自体初めてですがとても良い経験をさせていただきました。
なにも考えず南国の島
などと浮かれていましたがガイドさんの流暢な語りで島や周辺の離島などの歴史や関わりなどを知り、とても勉強になりました。
ランチは石垣牛のハンバーグで美味しかったです。もずく酢は酢が強くて勢い良く食べるとむせます。でも美味しい

ガイドさんの三線を弾きながらの民謡は圧巻でした。流石だと思います
自由度はありませんが初めて島に行かれる方は参加するのをお勧めします。
