On July 20th, when elementary school students were on summer vacation, we utilized the service for 9 hours. They picked us up at 9 AM from our hotel in Naha City, took us to the Churaumi Aquarium and the Glass Museum in Yomitan Village, and then provided transportation back to the hotel.

We requested that the aquarium and the glass museum be included as must-see spots, while other activities could be discussed. Since we had children with us, we asked for restroom breaks along the way, and there was some traffic, so 9 hours was just right. We had about 20 minutes left at the end, so they took us to a souvenir shop near the hotel.

The driver was very polite and pleasant. I would like to use this service again when I visit Okinawa. Thank you very much.

小学生は夏休みに入っている7/20に、
9時間で利用させていただきました。
朝9時に宿泊していた那覇市内のホテルにきていただき、①②を行って、読谷村のホテルまで送迎してもらいました。
①美ら海水族館
②森のガラス館

とりあえずは、①②が必須でそれ以外は相談という形でお願いしました。
子供がいるので途中トイレ休憩をお願いしたり、道路混雑もあったりで
9時間でちょうど良かったです。
最後20分くらい時間があまったのでホテル近くのお土産屋さんに連れて行ってくれました。

ドライバーの方はすごく丁寧で感じの良い方でした。沖縄に来た際は、また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

It was a very fulfilling tour where we could efficiently see the World Heritage sites in one day. The guide was very good and provided clear explanations! The travel time and the flow in between were smooth, and I’m really glad I participated.

世界遺産を一日で効率的に見ることが出来、非常に充実したツアーでした。ガイドさんも分かりやすい説明で、とても良い方でした！！移動時間や、合間の流れもスムーズで、本当に参加して良かったです。

I was worried about the weather, but it turned out to be cloudy and we managed to proceed. Asahiyama Zoo was small and easy to explore, and it was enjoyable. I also enjoyed the Blue Pond.

心配していました天気もなんとか曇りで進みました。旭山動物園はこじんまりとして見学しやすくてたのしかったです。青い池も楽しみました。

I visited for the first time along with a tour of Haneda Airport. It was guided by a candidate pilot. In the observation area, I could see actual training, but it was only a small part, and there were hardly any people around.

羽田空港の見学ツアーとあわせて、初めて見学しました。
パイロット候補生の方の案内でした。
見学エリアで実際訓練が見られたのは、ほんの一部で、ほとんど人は居ない状態でした。

It was my second time, but this time it was guided by a cabin attendant. During this visit, there were no areas for training at all, which was a bit disappointing.

２回目だったが、今回はキャビンアテンダントの方の案内でした。
今回の見学では、訓練中のエリアが全く無く、ちょっと残念な感じでした。

I happened to find out about this tour and made a reservation without reading the description on Veltra properly, thinking I would be able to visit on a day when the training facility was not in use.

I was surprised when I visited. The ANA employees kindly showed us how they were actually training from a distance. I love airplanes and have used many foreign airlines, but no other company offers a tour like this!

There were detailed explanations and exhibits about each job role from the guide, which was very educational. If I had gone when I was a child, my career path might have changed...?!

The fact that the training facility can be open to the public indicates that it’s a company without secrets, which has increased my trust in ANA.

このツアーの存在をたまたま知り、ベルトラの説明文をろくに読まずに、訓練施設が使われていない日に見学させていただけるのだと思って予約しました。

訪れてびっくり。
ANA社員の方々が実際に訓練している様子を遠くから見せてくださいました。
飛行機が好きで海外の航空会社もたくさん利用してきましたが、こんなツアーをしてくれる会社はないですよ！

各職種についてはガイドの方の丁寧な解説と展示があり、非常に勉強になりました。
子どものころに行っていたら目指す道が変わっていたかも…？！

訓練施設を一般公開できるということは、隠し事がない会社といえると思いますので、ANAへの信頼度が増しました。

The tour on July 19th started with cloudy weather and rain in the forecast. I thought, "This is the worst," as I got on the bus, but our tour guide, Wan, brightened my mood! He was very friendly and kind, and his talks were enjoyable. He always had a smile on his face and worked hard for us without showing any displeasure. Thanks to him, it turned out to be the best tour.

He mentioned that he loves the phrase "ichigo ichie," but I couldn't help but say, "Let's meet again!" The tour itself was a fun experience, but I was very satisfied thanks to Wan. Thank you very much!

7/19日のツアーでしたが朝から曇天で、天気予報では雨。「最悪」と思いながらバスに乗りましたが、そんな気分を晴れにしてくれたのが添乗員のワンさん！　とても気さくで優しくて、トークも楽しかったです。嫌な顔もせずいつも笑顔で、私たちのために一生懸命動いて下さいました。おかげで最高のツアーとなりました。
「一期一会」が大好きな言葉とおっしゃいましたが、私は思わず「また会いましょう！」と言ってしまいました。
ツアー自体も楽しい企画でしたが、ワンさんのおかげで大満足です。本当にありがとうございました。

It was a meaningful day on a tour that efficiently covered a tourist spot located in a rather challenging area to reach on your own. The guide kindly and thoroughly explained everything in both Japanese and Chinese.

I heard that a popular souvenir from Yufuin is "Mayu," and I initially thought it referred to a decoration made from the cocoons produced by silkworms. However, it turned out to be "horse oil," and we were taken to a shop selling horse oil located within "Mokuami no Mori."

However, we spent quite a bit of time there, and since we were informed of the regrouping time in advance, some Japanese participants left midway, and the rest of us wandered around on our own. Yufuin isn't very large, so I don't think you'll get lost.

Although it was a full-day itinerary, the distance from Fukuoka to Oita takes up most of the travel time. Thanks to the driver's smooth driving, I was able to get plenty of sleep on the bus.

Due to the phonetic structure of the language, when people from China (Taiwan? Hong Kong?) start speaking all at once, it can often sound noisy to Japanese people. However, everyone I was with this time spoke very little, and the bus was consistently quiet, so I felt no stress at all.

By the way, I was surprised to see that all the places we visited were filled with foreign tourists! I really felt the impact of inbound tourism.

自力で行くとなると結構大変な場所にある観光スポットを効率良くまわるツアーで、有意義な一日になりました。
ガイドさんは日本語と中国語で交互に親切で丁寧に説明してくださいます。
湯布院の人気のお土産が｢マユ｣と聞き、蚕が作る繭(まゆ)の飾りか何か？と思ったら、正しくは馬油(マーユ)で、『もくあみの杜』の中にある馬油のお店に案内されました。
ただ、そこで結構な時間を費やし、再集合時刻を先に通知されていたこともあって、日本人の参加者は途中で離脱し、あとは各自で適当に散策…。
湯布院はさほど広くないので迷子になることはないと思います。
終日の行程ですが、福岡から大分まではかなり距離があって移動時間が大半を占め、運転手さんの揺れが少ない運転のおかげで、バス車内ではたっぷり睡眠をとることができます。
言語発音構造上、中国(台湾？香港？)の方々が一斉に話し出すと、日本人にとっては騒がしく聞こえるケースが少なくないのですが、今回ご一緒した皆さんは口数が少なく、バスの中は始終とても静かで、全くストレスを感じませんでした。

それにしても、立ち寄った場所は全て、外国からの観光客ばかりでビックリ！
インバウンドを肌で感じました。

The male guide kindly and gently led us to Shirakawa-go, incorporating interesting stories in a subtle way. The explanations in English were also excellent.

ガイドさんの男性が丁寧に優しくそしてさりげなく面白いお話を交えながら白川郷まで案内してくださいました。英語での説明も素晴らしかったです。

I thought that 10,000 yen for 30 minutes was expensive, but I was convinced. Since it was in the evening, the temperature was still comfortable, but I imagined it must be really tough for the rickshaw pullers during the hot daytime. They explained the streets to us and were considerate of the uneven surfaces. It became a wonderful memory of my trip. Thank you very much.

30分で1万円は高いかなと思っていましたが、納得でした。夕方の利用だったためまだ過ごしやすい気温でしたが、日中の暑い時は俥夫さんは本当に大変だろうなあと思いました。街並みについて解説してもらい、段差等にも配慮いただきました。旅のよい思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

I didn't know there were such wonderful places in Japan! Next time, I want to see the winter scenery. This time, I had Hida beef sushi, pho, and curry, and they were all delicious. I want to try Takayama ramen next time.

今度は、冬景色も見てみたいです。
こんかいは、飛騨牛のお寿司やフォー、カレーを食べましたがどれも美味しかった。今度高山ラーメンも食べてみたい。

It's wonderful to visit the highlights around Sapporo with a perfect schedule, including a stop at a hot spring, and to wrap up by 6 PM as planned!

完璧なタイムスケジュールで札幌近郊の見どころスポットを周り、温泉にも入れて予定通り18時に解散とは素晴らしい！

In July, the open-top bus is hot. During this time of year, the sunlight is not just hot but painful. There is hardly any shade. Cooling patches are distributed, but their effect is barely felt. I think it would be good to have frozen water bottles, but there weren't any at the nearby convenience store.

7月の晴天は、オープントップバスは暑いです。この頃の気候では、日差しは暑いを通り越して痛いです。なんせ日陰がほとんどありません。冷えピタが配られますが、効果はほとんど感じられません。凍ったペットボトルがあるとよいと思いますが、近辺のコンビニではありませんでした。

The participants were about 80 people on two buses, with three-quarters being foreign tourists (mostly Chinese). Therefore, half of the guide's speech was in Chinese. The guide was from China and had no issues with Japanese; they were a very pleasant person.

The tour packed in famous sightseeing spots that can be visited in a day from and back to Sapporo, making it a tight schedule for the value. While there was no need to rush, I felt at various locations that "it would be nice to have a little more time." For example, at Lake Toya, it was too crowded to have lunch at a popular restaurant, so I ended up with a convenience store bento (the Seikomart HotChef bento was quite delicious, which was a nice discovery). At Showa Shinzan, there wasn't quite enough time to ride the Usuzan Ropeway, regardless of whether we went to the bear ranch or not.

Based on my past experience of leisurely enjoying the visitor center after taking a sightseeing boat at Lake Shikotsu, I think this tour is recommended for those who want to "see a lot of different places" or "would like to revisit the good spots."

参加者はバス2台約80人で、3/4が外国人観光客（ほとんどが中国人）でした。なのでガイドさんの喋りの半分は中国語でした。ガイドさんは中国出身で、もちろん日本語に問題はなく、大変いい感じの方でした。
札幌出発・帰着で1日で回れる有名観光地を、これ以上ないというところまで詰め込んでいるので、おトクな分タイトなコースです。急いで歩かねばならないようなことはありませんでしたが、各所で「もうちょっと時間があればいいのにね～」と感じました。例えば、洞爺湖畔では、人気店でお昼するには混雑していて出発時刻に間に合わないので結局コンビニ弁当に（セイコマのHotChef弁当は結構美味しく、新しい発見がありましたけど）。昭和新山では（クマ牧場に行こうが行くまいが）有珠山ロープウェーに乗るにはちょっと時間足らず。
過去に支笏湖で観光船に乗ってビジターセンターでゆっくり楽めた経験からすると、「とにかく色々回りたい」あるいは「よかったところはリピートあり」という方にはお勧めだと思います。

It was a tour with only four Japanese people, but the male driver and guide was multilingual and incredibly attentive, making our time enjoyable. Itoshima felt like Japan's Hawaii, which was great. We also enjoyed the ramen at Ichiran with minimal wait time, and it was delicious.

I reserved a charter taxi in advance and toured Ishigaki Island for four hours. The course was based on my requests and the driver's recommendations. The driver was very kind, guiding me to photo spots and even making reservations for a glass-bottom boat at Kabira Bay, allowing me to efficiently visit the highlights. It's more cost-effective and private compared to group bus tours, so I highly recommend it.

貸切タクシーを事前予約して寄港地の石垣島を4時間で観光しました。コースは、リクエストとドライバーさんのオススメです。ドライバーさんは親切な方で撮影スポットの案内や川平湾のグラスボートの乗船予約までして頂き、効率良く見所を周る事が出来ました。団体観光バスツアーよりお得でプライベートで観光が出来てオススメです。

This time, I traveled with an elderly person who has difficulty walking, but the taxi driver was very considerate, and we made wonderful memories. The view from Chinen Misaki Park was also very lovely. At Okinawa World, we explored the limestone caves, and at the Kariyushi Aquarium, we got to see cute fish. The Okinawa Museum and Art Museum allowed us to experience Okinawa's culture, creating great memories.

今回は足の悪い高齢者を連れての旅でしたがタクシーの運転手さんにはいろいろ気遣いして頂き楽しい思い出ができました。知念岬公園からの眺めもとても素敵でした。沖縄ワールドでは鍾乳洞、かりゆし水族館では可愛いお魚さんも見れて沖縄美術館、博物館では沖縄の文化に触れることができ良い思い出になりました。

I was captivated by the magnificent scenery. There are some areas that are a bit difficult to walk through, but it's definitely a place you should visit.

雄大な景色に見とれてしまいました。
途中、すこし歩きにくいところがありますが、ぜひ訪れてほしい場所です。

The time allocation was very good, and I had a great time! The guides for the water buffalo, bus, and boat were also fun.

There was only one group of Japanese participants, and the rest were from various countries, but I was able to participate comfortably with the alternating interpretation in Japanese and English. It was a hot summer in Shirakawa-go and Gokayama, but I was able to enjoy the rural scenery that can only be seen at this time of year, reminiscing about the sounds of the green fields swaying in the wind and the cold water flowing in the crystal-clear irrigation channels. It was interesting to see that the spots overseas visitors wanted to capture in photos were different from the perspective of the Japanese. It was a tour with many different ways to enjoy it.

日本人の参加は1組だけで、あとは多種多様な国からの参加でしたが、日本語と英語の通訳の交互のガイドに安心して参加することができました。暑い暑い夏の白川郷と五箇山でしたが、夏のこの時期にしか見られない田園風景（緑が風に吹かれてサラサラする音や、透明感抜群の用水路を流れる冷たい水の音）を懐かしく感じながら堪能することができました。海外の方々が写真に収めたいスポットが日本人の目線とは違うことが面白かったです。色々な楽しみ方ができたツアーでした。

The guide and driver was from China, so most of the tour participants were also Chinese. However, they were considerate of us Japanese participants and actively engaged with us. I think it must have been challenging for them to speak both Japanese and Chinese. At the sightseeing spots, after the explanations, we had free time to explore at our own pace.

ガイド兼ドライバーさんが中国の方だったのでツアー参加者もほぼ中国の方ばかりでした。
でも、私などの日本人のことも気にかけてくれて積極的に声をかけてくれました。日本語と中国語、両方を話すのは大変だったと思います。
観光スポットでは基本、説明の後はフリーなので自分のペースで観光できました。、

This time, I used a sightseeing taxi. I was grateful that they changed my reservation from a sedan to a van. When I left it to the driver, the quiet and less crowded locations like Imakumano Kannonji Temple, the Imperial Family's Gokōka-in Temple, and Sennyuji Temple were great. I also received a castle stamp. I want to go again in the fall!

今回は、観光タクシーを利用しました。
予定していたセダンではなく、ワンボックス🚐にして頂いたので有り難かった。
ドライバーさんお任せした所、静かで人も少ない今熊野観音寺、皇室御香華院　御寺　泉涌寺は良かった。御城印も頂いました。
今度は、秋に行きたいですね♪

When I visited, there happened to be people undergoing training, and I was able to observe the actual training scenes, which helped me imagine the experience. The guide was very kind and adjusted the pace to suit us, making it very easy to understand and enjoyable.

In the experience corner, there were booths where you could freely immerse yourself in all types of professions, allowing me to learn not only about the profession I aspire to but also about the work of those I would be working with.

私が行った時は偶然研修をされている方々もいらっしゃって、実際に研修されている風景を見学することができ、イメージすることができました。ガイドさんもとても優しく、私たちのペースに合わせてガイドをしてくださり、とてもわかりやすく楽しかったです。
体験コーナーでは自由に全ての職種の方々になりきるブースもあり、自分が目指す職種だけでなく、一緒に働く方々のお仕事も学ぶことがができました。

It's quite challenging to go on your own, but with the tour, I was able to visit so many places in just one day, and I was very satisfied. It rained a little at Takachiho Gorge, but it added to the beauty of the scenery. The tour guide provided explanations in three languages: Chinese, English, and Japanese, and they were very polite and kind.

自分で行くには大変ですが、ツアーだと1日でこれだけ行く事が出来て大満足です。
高千穂峡で少し雨が降りましたが、それも景色と相まって綺麗でした。
ツアーのガイドさんは、中国、英語、日本語と３カ国語での説明でしたが

I thoroughly enjoyed Iriomote Island and Yufu Island. I had experienced them once during my student days, but experiencing them again as an adult made me see things differently, and my sensibilities have changed, so it felt fresh again. The staff provided interesting explanations and I got to listen to Okinawan folk songs, so I was glad to have such a variety of experiences!

When I came to Ishigaki, I thought I had to go snorkeling, and even though I'm not a great swimmer, I had a wonderful time. The weather was sunny that day, and the beautiful location touched my heart. Once I dove in, I was healed by the stunning sea and the fish I kept watching, which led me to decide to extend my stay in Ishigaki, haha. It's high season, but if I could wish for anything, I would have liked a bit more time.

石垣に来たらやはりシュノーケリングをしないとと思い、あまり泳げない自分でも楽しい時間を過ごせました。
当日晴れていたのもあり、素敵なロケーションで心打たれ、さらに潜ると綺麗な海、魚達を眺め続ける事で心が癒され、石垣に延泊を決めました笑
ハイシーズンなのもありますが、欲を言えばもう少し時間が欲しいなと思いました。

I applied through VELTRA, but there were mostly Chinese and Indian people, and the interpreter was Chinese. Communication was only possible with the interpreter in Japanese.

VELTRAさんで申し込んだのに中国人インド人多国籍の方々ばかり　通訳は中国人でした。日本語は通訳さんのみコミニケーションは取れません。

First of all, thank you for accommodating our situation when I inquired about the pickup location in advance.

I have participated in many activities so far. Generally, I don't write low-rated reviews, but honestly, this was the most disappointing tour I've experienced.

The schedule indicated that the activity would last 55 minutes from start to finish, but in reality, it was only about 15 to 20 minutes. The sagaribana was beautiful, but the viewing area was a field that could be walked across in one minute, and we just looked at the sagaribana and took photos before it was over.

Since I received a message the day before asking for the sizes of everyone's rubber boots, I thought we would be moving to another location, but instead, they confirmed the hotel we were being taken to, leaving me with the feeling of "Is this it?" It was also painful to be left there for what felt like many more minutes (laughs). I wonder what the rubber boot sizes were for? Another family that participated with us was also having a conversation like, "Isn't this enough? Don't we want to go home?!"

The sightseeing taxi we used the day before (for 4 hours) was very fulfilling, and since the cost was exactly the same for our family of four, I might have felt even more disappointed. It might be good for those who are studying sagaribana or are very interested and could watch it for a long time, but perhaps our expectations were too high. This was the only part of our trip to Ishigaki Island that I regretted booking.

これまでたくさんのアクティビティを利用させていただいています。
基本的にあまり評価の低いレビューは記載しないのですが・・・
正直、これまでで一番がっかりしたツアーとなりました。

案内スケジュールには、アクティビティスタートから終了まで55分と記載されていますが
実際には、約15分～20分程度でした。
サガリバナは綺麗でしたが、観賞場所も1分で歩けるフィールドで
サガリバナを見て写真を撮って終了。

前日に、家族全員の長靴のサイズを確認する連絡が入っていたため
場所を変えて次の地点に移動するのかと思えば、送り先のホテルを確認されたので
「これで終了？」という思いが拭いきれませんでした。
あの場で、あと何十分も放置されるのも苦痛でしたが(笑)
長靴のサイズは何だったのかな？
一緒に参加していた別のご家族も、「もういいよね？帰りたいよね？！」という
会話をされていました。

前日に利用した観光タクシー（4時間）がとても充実していて
家族4人で、料金がまったく同じだったこともあり余計に残念に感じたのかもしれません。
サガリバナを研究していたり、すごく興味があってずっと見ていられる人には
良いかもしれませんが、私たちは期待値が高すぎたのかもしれませんね。
今回の石垣島旅行で、唯一、申し込みを後悔しました。

We participated as a family of four, with two daughters (one in 4th grade and the other in 2nd grade). From the departure point, we went through the turnaround point to the goal, and it was a solid distance. We enjoyed the experience together, feeling excited and returning to our childhood! Personally, the sunlight filtering through the mangrove forest was incredibly beautiful and became an unforgettable experience. My 2nd-grade daughter was able to paddle with an adult paddle all the way to the end, so I think elementary school students have no problem physically. The experience of maneuvering the canoe together while struggling was very rewarding. The guide provided slow and careful support, and shared stories about the nature and lifestyle of Iriomote Island at various points, making it a very enjoyable and educational time.

夫婦、子供二人(小4、小2ともに女の子)で参加させていただきました。
出発から折り返し地点を経由してゴールまで、しっかりと距離もあって、子供と一緒にドキドキしながら童心に帰って楽しめました！！個人的には、マングローブの森の中で見た木漏れ日がとても綺麗で忘れられない体験になりました。
小2の娘も大人用パドルで、最後まで漕げたので、小学生であれば十分体力的にも問題ないと思います。四苦八苦しながら一緒に協力しあってカヌーを操縦する体験はとてもいい経験になりました。
ガイドの方も、ゆっくり丁寧にサポートいただき、また随所随所で西表島の自然や生活面のお話しをいただき、とても楽しい時間を過ごせて、勉強にもなりました。
