I had a great time visiting the various training facilities used by the staff. Additionally, I appreciated the very thorough guidance, which allowed me to understand the tremendous efforts of the staff. I'm looking forward to my next flight and plan to look for the staff members who are doing various jobs while boarding.

We were blessed with great weather and a stunning 360-degree starry sky. It was the first time I could see the Milky Way so clearly with my own eyes. The explanation of the constellations using a laser pointer was very easy to understand. The driver was careful and drove slowly to avoid hitting the Iriomote wildcat, and the explanations during the journey were easy to listen to. Thank you for your wonderful service!

お天気に恵まれて、360度満天の星空でした。天の川を肉眼でここまではっきりと見たのは初めてでした。
レーザー光線を天空に当てて星座の解説をしてくださったのがとても分かりやすかったです。
イリオモテヤマネコを轢いてしまわないよう、ゆっくり丁寧な運転をしていて、道中の説明も聴きやすかったです。

I was excited to touch the control switches in the cockpit, even though it wasn't real. I was moved to see the new flight attendants studying on tablets and the new mechanics working hard during their training. Although photography was prohibited, I was also impressed by the serious training of the staff and those who appeared to be the captain in emergency response situations. Thank you for such a valuable experience.

憧れのコックピット、本物では無いですが操作スイッチに触れる事が出来興奮しました。
新人の客室乗務員さんがタブレット学習をされてたり新人整備士さんが一生懸命研修されており感動致しました。
撮影は禁止でしたが、非常時の対応を機長と思われる方達もスタッフも真剣に研修されている姿も感動致しました。
とても貴重な体験をありがとうございました。

The boarding time is long, but it's easier to access Fukuoka than transferring by bus or train within Nagasaki Prefecture. Onboard, there are food, drinks, shower rooms, and a relaxing space available. Before boarding, I was worried if I could board just with the voucher screen on my smartphone from Veltra, so I inquired at the counter, and they provided me with a paper boarding ticket.

乗船時間は長いけど長崎県内でバスや電車に乗り継ぐよりもラクに福岡にアクセスできます。
船内は食べ物、飲み物、シャワールーム、リラックスできる空間など一通り揃っています。
乗船前、ベルトラのスマホのバウチャー画面だけで乗船できるのか不安だったので窓口に申し出ると紙の乗船券を出してくれました。

I was able to enjoy sightseeing in the northern region comfortably on a beautiful large bus. The tour guide was cheerful and articulate, and spoke fluent English. The sashimi for lunch was fresh and delicious. It seemed to be a popular place, as many locals were there by opening time. It was also nice that we didn't have to wait for our seats during the tour. We spent an hour at Daishi Forest Park, where the shapes of the rocks were interesting, and there were impressive sights like the large banyan tree. We also had a fun time observing the Okinawa rail with explanations from the staff. I was delighted to receive lemon jelly, lemon cake, and a bottle of water as a gift.

綺麗な大型バスで楽に北部観光が出来ました。添乗員さんはハキハキとして明るく、英語もペラペラでした。昼食のお刺身が新鮮で美味しかった。人気店らしく開店時間には地元の方々が沢山いらしてました。ツアーでは待たされず席が用意されているのも良かったです。大石林山は1時間の滞在でしたが岩の形も面白く、大きなガジュマルの木など見応えがありました。ヤンバルクイナも施設の方の解説があり楽しく観察出来ました。レモンゼリーとレモンケーキ、お水1本プレゼントがあり嬉しかったです。

The Hida beef lunch was delicious. I thought the schedule explained on the bus seemed short since we were set to return after 2 PM, but it was actually sufficient. The guide's recommended doburoku soft serve was very tasty, and I also purchased some doburoku. The air was nice, and it was very refreshing. It was disappointing that the bus driver was unfriendly and ignored my greeting when I boarded.

飛騨牛のランチ美味しかった。行きのバスで説明された当日の予定について、14時過ぎに帰路に着くので短いように思ったが、十分だった。ガイドさんオススメのどぶろくソフトクリームがとても美味しくてどぶろくも購入した。空気もよく癒された。バスの運転手さんが無愛想で乗り込む時にこちらから挨拶したのに無視されたのは残念だった。

It was my first bus tour. The guide explained everything clearly in both Japanese and English, which was very nice. Since it was a plan without meals, I had lunch at a restaurant recommended by the guide. It was delicious. At the end of the tour, the guide even explained how to get back, and I'm glad I chose this tour. Thank you very much.

初めてのバスツアー。ガイドさんが日本語と英語でわかりやすく説明してくれてとてもよかったです。食事なしプランだったので、ガイドさんおすすめのお店でお昼ご飯を食べました。美味しかったです。ツアーの最後は、帰り方まで教えてくれて、このツアーにしてよかったです。ありがとうございました。

Due to the rain the previous day, I wasn't sure how far we could go, but I was glad we were able to see the mossy forest safely. Although it was raining at first, the sun peeked through, and the forest after the rain sparkled and was very beautiful.

Since rain was forecasted again from the afternoon, we walked quickly, but the guide pointed out the small insects, budding plants, and changes in the forest, which was enjoyable. We also encountered a hornet and a pit viper along the way, but the guide responded quickly, which was reassuring.

By the way, the guide had an impressive, almost sage-like way of moving! I'm not used to mountain trails, but the guide taught me where to be careful, so I was able to walk without any problems until the end!

前日の雨でどこまで行けるかわからない状況でしたが、無事苔むす森を見ることができてよかったです。
最初は雨が降っていたものの晴れ間が見えて、雨上がりの森はきらきらしてとてもきれいでした。
お昼からまた雨の予報だったので急ぎ足で歩く中でも、ガイドさんが森の小さな虫や芽吹き、変化に気づいてお話してくださって楽しかったです。
また、途中スズメバチやマムシにも出会ってしまったのですが、ガイドさんがすばやく対応してくださって心強かったです。

余談ですが、ガイドさんは流石の仙人のような足取りですごかったです！
私は山道慣れていないですが、ガイドさんが気をつけるところなど教えてくださったので、問題なく最後まで歩けました！

The night jungle tour I experienced in Ishigaki Island was truly a special time. Walking through the forest at night was thrilling, but our guide, Ryuu, provided careful guidance, allowing us to participate with ease.

What left the biggest impression on me was encountering a large coconut crab. Its silhouette illuminated by the light was incredibly striking, and I was moved to think, "Creatures like this really exist...!" I had heard it was related to hermit crabs, but it was much larger and more impressive than I had imagined.

In the jungle, there were sounds and sensations unique to the night, and it was refreshing to feel my senses sharpen. Our guide explained about nocturnal creatures and plants in an easy-to-understand way, adding a level of enjoyment that went beyond just walking.

This night tour, where I could feel both the power and tranquility of Ishigaki Island's nature, became an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy something out of the ordinary! The bus ride to and from the tour was also very enjoyable, filled with discussions about Ishigaki's wildlife and recommended shops. It was a pity that it was cloudy on the day and we couldn't see the starry sky, but I will save that for my next visit to Ishigaki!

石垣島で体験したナイトジャングルツアーは、本当に特別な時間でした。
夜の森を歩くなんてドキドキでしたが、ガイドの龍さんが丁寧に案内してくれて、安心して参加できました。

中でも一番印象に残っているのは、大きなヤシガニとの出会い。
ライトに照らされたその姿は迫力満点で、「こんな生き物が本当にいるんだ…！」と感動しました。
ヤドカリの仲間とは聞いていたけど、想像以上に大きくて存在感がすごかったです。

ジャングルの中では、夜ならではの音や気配があちこちにあって、五感が研ぎ澄まされる感覚が新鮮でした。
夜行性の生き物たちや植物の話も、ガイドさんが分かりやすく教えてくれて、ただ歩くだけじゃ味わえない楽しさがあります。

石垣島の自然の力強さと静けさ、両方を肌で感じられるこのナイトツアーは、忘れられない体験になりました。
非日常を味わいたい人には、本当におすすめです！
行き帰りのバスでも石垣の生き物やおすすめのお店などいろいろな話がありとても楽しかったです。
当日は曇りで星空を見れなかったのが残念ですが、次回石垣に行った時の楽しみにとっておきます！

It was my first time in Yakushima, and I'm glad I hired a guide! I learned a lot about the plants and the island, which changed my perspective on what I was seeing! Unfortunately, I couldn't see Jomon Sugi, so I want to try again!

初めての屋久島だったのですが、ガイドさんをお願いしてよかったです！植物の話や島の話まで勉強になり、島を見る目（観点）が変わりました！生憎縄文杉は観れませんでしたのでリベンジしたいです！

I was scheduled to return on a night flight, so a half-day bus tour was very helpful. If it had been a bus tour in the evening, I wouldn't have made it to the airport, and having a whole day of free time would have left me unsure of what to do. The half-day bus tour was great. I was able to visit the Shiroi Koibito Park, which I really wanted to go to, and I was satisfied.

I was able to see the desired coconut crab and the wide starry sky! The experience of finding creatures in the dark jungle was even better than I imagined! The guide also recommended some great places to eat, so it was a very satisfying tour!

It was a tour conducted amidst the rain, but I was able to enjoy the day thoroughly. Since it covers the entirety of Yakushima, I think it's a perfect tour for first-timers. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable, and their stories were interesting and fantastic!

I was able to move between tourist spots in Kyoto during the summer without any stress. The kind driver provided a thorough guide, which was very helpful. I received a message in advance to confirm the route, allowing for smooth sightseeing.

Since there are many tourists and it's difficult to see a lot using public transportation, I think this service is very convenient.

The driver was kind and provided a sightseeing guide, so overall it was good. However, perhaps because it was a taxi company in Kyoto or because the sightseeing area extended into Nara Prefecture, I was charged an extra fee of about 12,000 yen for two hours, even though we finished 30 minutes early. This point was not clearly stated on the website, and I was informed about the additional charges over the phone when making the reservation. I wanted a receipt to settle up with my friends, but due to a malfunction with the machine, I was unable to receive the receipt for the extra charges.

　運転手さんも親切で観光案内もしていただき、基本的には良かったです。
　ただ京都のタクシー会社のためか観光の範囲が奈良県にまたがったためか、30分早い解散にも関わらず、2時間分として12000円くらい超過料金を取られました。この点はホームページには明記されておらず、予約時に電話で追加料金が発生することを知らされました。
　仲間内で清算するために領収書がほしかったのですが、機械の不調とかで、追加分の領収書は受け取れませんでした。

The guide was kind and took photos for us, and provided individual explanations, which was very helpful. When I asked about a place to eat on the way back, they also gave me recommendations.

This time, my husband and my second-grade daughter participated in snorkeling for the first time (I observed). It was pouring rain from the morning, and I was filled with anxiety about whether we could actually do it in such weather.

Before the start time, I received a call saying that there was a bit of thunder, but it should stop by the time we begin. I was secretly very skeptical, sorry about that!

Just as Yamachan predicted, the thunder and rain stopped by the start time, and there was even a little bit of sunshine! It seems that through daily experience, he can somehow understand the flow of the weather based on the direction of the wind—truly amazing!

I was worried about whether my daughter, who isn't a strong swimmer, would be able to breathe properly, but she was able to enjoy it without panicking until the end.

Yamachan was also great at teaching how to use the equipment! My daughter and husband praised him highly! I highly recommend Yamachan!

この日は朝から凄い大雨で、こんな中出来るのだろうかと
不安いっぱいで現地に向かいました。

やまちゃんの予言!?通り、開始時刻には雷も雨も止み若干の晴れ間が！
日々の経験値で、風の向き等からなんとなく天候の流れが分かるそうで
まさに神！！
泳ぎもままならない娘なので、呼吸が出来るか心配していましたが
パニックになることもなく最後まで楽しむことが出来ました。
道具の使い方の教え方も上手い！と、娘と夫は絶賛していました☆
やまちゃんイチオシです☆☆☆

The itinerary was smooth and efficient from the morning pickup to the final drop-off, and I was very satisfied. The main destination was the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, but the brief stop at Kouri Island was a great addition. Of course, the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium was wonderful, and I had plenty of time to enjoy it. I actually didn't have high expectations for the Pineapple Park, but it turned out to be very fun and really great. The entire tour was absolutely perfect with no wasted time!

朝のピックアップから最終降車地点までスムースで無駄のない旅程を組んであり大満足です。目的は美ら海水族館でしたが、古宇利島に少し立ち寄る流れはとても良かったです。美ら海水族館は言うまでもないですが時間もたっぷりで良かったです。またパイナップルパークは実は期待してなかったのですが行ってみるととても楽しくて凄く良かったです。全行程全く無駄なく最高のツアーでした！

This was a half-day canoe experience. Our guide, Mr. Seki, was truly wonderful and provided accurate guidance, allowing us to enjoy the activity safely throughout. We learned a lot, including recommendations for shops and explanations about the mangroves. I definitely want to go again. Thank you very much.

We used this service to visit three remote islands in one day, as arranging it ourselves would have taken too much time! Other than the transportation, we had basically free time and were able to enjoy it at our own pace.

1日で離島３つ回るには個人手配では、時間もかかるため利用しました！
移動以外は基本的に自由行動で、自分たちのペースでゆっくり楽しめました。

Most of the tourists were from China, but there was absolutely no bad manners, which was great. The tour guide explained everything in both Japanese and Chinese, and was very polite. I was very happy to finally visit Shirakawa-go.

中国からの観光客が殆どでしたが、マナーが悪い事も全くなく良かったです。
添乗員の方も日本語と中国語で説明して下さり、とても丁寧でした。
念願の白川郷に行けてとても良かったです。

The Okurayama Jump Stadium was impressive.
Shiroi Koibito Park was a fun place that felt like a small Huis Ten Bosch.

大倉山ジャンプ競技場は、感動しました。
白い恋人パークは、楽しめる所で小さなハウステンボス見たいでした。

Although the weather was unfortunately rainy, the tour guide kindly shared recommended points and even acted as a photographer, making my once-in-a-lifetime visit to Ise Shrine very enjoyable.

天気はあいにくの雨模様でしたが、

I was glad to be taken to many places. The Hokkaido Jingu's Hangan from Rokkatei was delicious! It seems to be a limited edition available only here. It was my first time visiting the Great Buddha in Nara, and I was amazed by its scale. I opted for the foot bath at Jozankei Onsen, so I ended up with some extra time. It might be just right for those who want to enjoy a day trip to the onsen. The onsen town didn't have much to offer, so there wasn't much to do besides the foot bath and making boiled eggs, but after the foot bath, my tired and heavy legs felt light. The guide was young but had a gentle demeanor and was a pleasant young man. Most of the participants were foreigners, with only three Japanese, but the guide spoke Japanese, English, and Chinese, so there were no inconveniences. When I was in trouble, he would check on me, and his thoughtful consideration was wonderful. Lastly, I was happy to receive a note with recommendations for shops and souvenirs in Sapporo. I would like to visit them next time I come to Sapporo.

北海道神宮にある六花亭の判官さまは
美味しかった！ここだけの限定らしいです。
頭大仏は初めて来ましたが、スケールの大きさにびっくりしました。
定山渓温泉は足湯にしたので、時間が余ってしまった。日帰り温泉に入る人にはちょうどいいかもしれない。
温泉街も特に何もないので、足湯してゆで卵作るくらいしかやる事がなかったが
足湯をしたら、疲れて重かった足が軽くなった。
ガイドさんは若い方でしたが、物腰が柔らかで
感じの良い好青年でした。
参加者のほとんどが外国人で日本人は3人でしたがガイドさんは日本語、英語、中国語を話してくださるので不便はなかったです。
困っていると、声を掛けてくれたり
細やかな気遣いも素晴らしかったです。
最後に、札幌のおすすめのお店やお土産の
書かれたメモを共有してくださって
嬉しかったです。
次回、札幌に来たら行ってみたいと思います。

It was hot, but thanks to our guide Mr. Yamashita's enjoyable explanations and accurate advice, we had a very enjoyable sightseeing experience. Shirakawa-go was of course great, but Ainokura felt like a time slip, making it a wonderful experience. I brought my elderly father along, and it was manageable time-wise, allowing us to fully enjoy the trip.

暑かったですが、ガイドの山下さんの楽しい解説と、的確なアドバイスのおかげで、大変楽しい観光を楽しむことができました。白川郷ももちろんよかったですが、相倉はタイムスリップした感じで、素晴らしい体験になりました。高齢の父を連れての観光でしたが、時間的にも無理もなく、満喫することができました。

I was able to visit the places I wanted to, but I felt that the walking distance was a bit too much. I joined after seeing a review that mentioned it was fine for those with mobility issues, but I thought the distance might be a bit long for families with children. I wondered if there could be a bus stop a little closer to Kiyomizu-dera. I also wished there were options to turn back around the entrance area in Arashiyama.

行きたいところは回れたが、ちょっと歩く距離が多すぎと思った。
足が悪い方が参加して問題なかったとのレビューを見て参加したのですが、子供連れでは歩く距離がちょっと長すぎかなと思いました。清水寺とかもう少し近くにバス停が無いのかなと思いました。
嵐山とかは入り口あたりで引き返す選択肢が欲しかった。

I don't think I could have visited so many places on my own from morning until evening, so I really enjoyed being taken around on the tour.

個人では朝から夕方までの間でこんなにたくさんまわれなかったと思うので、ツアーで連れて行ってもらえてとても満喫できました。
