My first trip to Ishigaki Island was a solo journey, and since it was during the rainy season, I chose a bus tour. In the end, it was a great decision! I was able to see the famous spots of Ishigaki Island in half a day, and the guide's explanations about each location, as well as the history, industry, and culture of Ishigaki Island, were clear and enjoyable. Fortunately, the weather was sunny, and the view of Kabira Bay was amazing! I got to look at the coral reefs through a glass-bottom boat and even saw sea turtles. I truly enjoyed the charm of Ishigaki Island!

Additionally, we had the unique opportunity to learn about the origins of names like Jomon Sugi and Wilson stump, as well as the history of the discovery of Jomon Sugi, which made the tour even more enjoyable. The day before, I came to Hakata from the Kanto region for a concert. Since I was there, I wanted to do some sightseeing! I considered taking the train to Yufuin and Beppu Onsen, but it would take a long time and the transfers were complicated. I found this tour and decided right away. It's not very large, but it's a magnificent castle with beautiful balance between the moat, stone walls, and the castle itself. [THE OUTLETS KITAKYUSHU]
The facility is clean and spacious. There are fashion brands for shopping and an arcade, so I think people of all generations can enjoy it. We had a nice lunch while shopping.
[Kawachi Wisteria Garden]
It was my first time seeing wisteria flowers. This year, it seems the blooming is a bit late, and it was said to be about 70% in bloom. Kawachi Wisteria covers a vast area of about 3,000 tsubo, with several trees aged 150 years creating domes and trellises. The tunnels, measuring 80m and 110m long, are adorned with 22 varieties of wisteria flowers in shades of light purple, white, and pink, captivating visitors with their colorful gradient. The fragrance wafting through the garden is soothing, allowing you to fully enjoy the wisteria.
The wisteria trellis spans about 1,000 tsubo, with Noda Nagafuji spreading across the area, leaving viewers in awe. It was great to see many other flowers as well, such as azaleas and large ball flowers. I can only imagine how amazing it would be when in full bloom. I definitely want to visit again.

施設はキレイで広い。ファッションブランドで買い物、ゲームセンターもあり、いろんな世代の人が楽しめると思います。
楽しくショッピングしながら、ランチタイムをとりました。
［河内藤園］
初の藤の花。今年は開花が少し遅れているらしく、７分咲きとの事でした。河内藤は約3,000坪の広大な敷地に、樹齢150年になるいくつもの木がドームや藤棚を作りだして、長さが８０m、110mのトンネルは、22種類の藤の花が咲き薄紫や白、ピンクなどカラフルな花で彩られたグラデーションで見る人々を魅了します。園内に漂う香りにも癒やされ、全身で藤を楽しむことができます。
藤棚は約１０００坪の広さがあり、野田長藤が一面に広がり見る者を感動させます。
藤の花の他にもつつじや大手毬といろんな花もたくさん見れて良かったです。
満開なら、更にすごいだろうなと思います。是非また来園したいと思いました。

I had a great time trekking while listening to various stories! It was nice to be shown good spots for taking photos. I was happy to have so many pictures taken. The pace was adjusted to suit us, so it was manageable.

I had a great time trekking while listening to various stories along the way. It was wonderful to have photos taken of both of us as well as the scenery. They quickly took care of my blisters, so I was able to walk without pain. I also enjoyed a warm drink for lunch, which was very thoughtful! I was a bit anxious since it was my first trekking experience, but it turned out to be a very good memory.

Thanks to the strong recommendation from our driver, we extended our departure by 30 minutes for a total of four hours. It's true that outside of the national roads, we were driving at a safe speed of 30 to 40 km/h, so going over time might be understandable!
Kankakei has plenty of viewpoints, and we stopped here and there to take photos, which made for great memories. The Shinpaku trees looked different depending on where you viewed them, and our driver was very knowledgeable about the history of Shodoshima, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
I considered skipping Angel Road since it wasn't the time when the road appears, but when we actually went, the sea was beautiful! I was very satisfied with the stunning view.
I was also pleased that we could visit all the places I wanted to see at the Setouchi Triennale!
The actual time taken from the hotel to Kankakei, Angel Road, Nakayama Senmaida, Shinpaku at Hosho-in, Olive Park, and the ferry terminal was about 4 hours and 13 minutes.

As I walked among the thickening trunks of cedar trees, surrounded by giant trees represented by Jomon Sugi, I felt that humanity is still like a baby in the grand timeline of Earth's existence, and that humans are just one of the many creatures in nature. It was a very moving mountain walk.
Thanks to our guide maintaining a brisk pace to Jomon Sugi, we had a short wait for the restroom, making for a very efficient trekking experience.
On the way down, the pace slowed a bit, allowing us to take photos of Yakusugi, but I wished we could have had a little more time for photography, given the time we saved on the way up.
At the water station along the way, we had to quickly fill our bottles and leave, which created a bit of a rush (quick decisions were necessary).
That said, it allowed us to return to the trailhead early, where we could use the restroom without much waiting, and we had plenty of time before the bus departure. Overall, I was very satisfied with the tour.
If I had gone alone without joining the tour, I think I would have been tempted to stop for photos and videos everywhere, which might have prevented me from reaching Jomon Sugi or made me miss the return bus, or even led to dangerous situations at sunset. Therefore, I highly recommend participating in a guided tour led at a brisk pace.

山深く進むにつれて幹が太くなる杉に囲まれ、縄文杉に代表される巨木の間を歩いていると、地球誕生から見ると人類はまだまだ赤ちゃん、人間は自然の中の生き物のひとつだと感じます とても感動した山歩きでした
ガイドさんがハイペースで縄文杉まで進んでくださったので、トイレでの順番待ちが短く済み、とても効率的なトレッキングになりました
下りでは少しペースを落としてくれて、屋久杉を撮影することもできましたが、行きのハイペースで稼いだ時間の分、もう少し撮影時間をとって欲しかったと感じました
途中の水汲み場も水を汲むやいなやの出発で、迷っていたら汲むことができない慌ただしさ（即断即決が必要）でした
とは言え、そのおかげで登山口に早く戻って来れたので、そこでのトイレもあまり並ばずに利用でき、バスの発車まで余裕があり、全体的には大満足のツアー参加でした
ツアーに参加せずに単独で行っていたならば、写真や動画を撮りたくなるところばかりなので、前に進めず、縄文杉まで行かずに折り返しとなるか、帰りのバスに間に合わなくなるか、日没になって危険なことになる、そんなことになっていたように思うので、ガイドさんのハイペースに先導されるツアー参加はお薦めだと思います

I arranged a rental taxi for VIP clients as a tour guide. Since it was a family of five plus myself, it was just right to have a six-seater.
We initially planned to visit 1. Kinkaku-ji, 2. Ginkaku-ji, 3. Kiyomizu-dera, 4. Fushimi Inari Taisha, and 5. Gion, but based on the driver's advice, we reversed the order. So, we went to Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kiyomizu-dera, and then Ginkaku-ji first. The driver consulted with us about what was realistic and what we might not have time for, adjusting to the clients' pace.
On the way to Kinkaku-ji, the client's condition suddenly worsened (it was unrelated to the drive and was due to a pre-existing illness), and the driver offered to take us to a nearby emergency hospital, but it seemed it wasn't that serious, so we ended up parting ways at Kyoto Station.
If we had followed the original order, we definitely wouldn't have been able to see Fushimi Inari Taisha, so I'm glad we took the driver's advice in the morning.
In the future, if I need a chartered taxi again, I would like to request it once more.
観光ガイドとしてVIPクライアントのために貸し借りタクシーを手配しました。5人家族とガイドの私で6人でしたのて、6人乗りでちょうどよかったです。
1.金閣寺、2.銀閣寺、3.清水寺、4.伏見稲荷神社、5.祇園で行く予定でしたが、運転手さんのアドバイスで順番を逆にすることなかしました。つまり、先に伏見稲荷神社、清水寺、銀閣寺というルートで行きました。運転手さんがクライアントのペースに合わせながら、何が現実的か何をもう間に合わないかも相談に乗ってくれました。
金閣寺に行く途中でクライアントの具合がいきなり悪くなり(運転は関係なく前からあった病気)運転手さんが近くの緊急病院に連れてくれようとオファーしてくれましたが、それほどではなかったみたいので、結局京都駅で解散となった。
もし予定通りの順番で行ったら伏見稲荷神社は確実に見れなかったので、朝運転手さんのアドバイスに従って行ってよかったです。
今後、貸切タクシーが必要になったらまたお願いしたいと思います。

I understood the bus terminal, but there are so many platforms that I was unsure which one to use until just before my departure. It would have been helpful if the guide had indicated which platform number to go to. It seemed that foreign travelers were also confused.
