I went on a 3-night, 4-day trip to Kyushu from Sapporo. I rented a car at Fukuoka Airport, but I wanted to efficiently explore Nagasaki, so I signed up for a bus tour. Driving in an unfamiliar area can be challenging, and searching for parking and buying admission tickets can surprisingly take a lot of time, so I was glad to join the tour. The recitation of "Kono Ko o Nokoshite" by the guide, Takashi Nagai, also left a deep impression on me.

札幌から3泊４日の九州旅行に行って来ました。福岡空港でレンタカーを借りたのですが、長崎では効率良く観光したいと思いバスツアーに申し込みました。知らない土地での運転は大変ですし、駐車場を探したり入場券を買うのも意外と時間を取られるので、ツアーに参加して良かったです。ガイドさんの永井隆の「この子を残して」の暗唱も、とても心に残りました。

It was wonderful with a charming atmosphere. The view from the observation deck was breathtaking, as if time had stopped. The food was also delicious.

風情があって最高でした。
特に展望台から見た景色は、時が止まったようで感動しました。

Saijō Gama was mystical, full of nature, and very relaxing.

The caves at Okinawa World were also incredibly beautiful. Since they are quite long, you need to allow enough time to make it to the show.

It was packed with activities, making the time before the flight feel fulfilling, far beyond what you would expect from a half-day tour.

斎場御嶽は神秘的で、自然もいっぱいでリラックスできました。

また沖縄ワールドの洞窟もすごく綺麗でした。結構長いので、ショーの時間に間に合うには余裕を持つ必要があります。

半日ツアーとは思えないほど盛りだくさんで飛行機前の時間を充実しました。

About 80% of the visitors were from overseas, but I didn't have any particular concerns and enjoyed my time. I was able to efficiently visit many tourist spots, and I highly recommend it. The guide was also wonderful, providing assistance in three languages.

海外の方が8割ぐらいでしたが、特に気になることもなく楽しめました。
効率よく沢山の観光地を訪れることができ、オススメです。
またガイドさんが3ヶ国語で対応され素晴らしかったです。

I participated during the three-day weekend in January. Although it was the middle of winter, we were fortunate with the weather on the day, and I was very satisfied to see the beautiful scenery of Shirakawa-go covered in heavy snow. I would like to see the summer scenery next time.

冬真っ只中ですが当日は天気に恵まれ、豪雪に覆われた白川郷の景色を綺麗に見ることが出来て大変満足でした。次は夏の景色も見てみたいです。

I viewed Iriomote Island from the sea! I wanted to land next time, so I went ashore this time. I usually play in the sea, but I did trekking for the first time 🙋🏻‍♀️ Since it was my first time, I felt at ease because I was able to discuss various plans in advance after contacting them beforehand.

They matched my pace, and I was able to see, touch, and feel the nature of Iriomote Island in the forest! I was moved by an experience that I usually can't have 🥹 There were some steep paths along the way, but the moment I saw Yutsun Falls, all my fatigue disappeared, and I was amazed by the magnificent scale 🤣

I was also able to go to the top of the falls, where I enjoyed delicious yushi tofu soba and hot coffee after the meal ☕️ It was truly a natural sky restaurant 🍽️ It was the most delicious food I've ever had 😋

Thanks to the friendly staff's thoughtful arrangements and their genuine desire for us to have fun, I felt motivated to work hard myself ✨

Thank you so much for this precious experience! I hope to visit Iriomote Island again in the future 🙇🏻‍♂️

海から見ていた西表島！次は上陸したい！！と思い今回上陸し、いつもは海で遊んでいますが初めてトレッキングをしました🙋🏻‍♀️初めてだったのでプライベートツアー

During the journey, you shared little stories and taught us various things about Ishigaki Island, which was enjoyable! It was also great that you played the sanshin for us.

追伸：イケメンのディエゴは運転中に石垣島の歴史を説明してくれました。それが土地を理解するのに役立ちました。

My wife and me could make awesome memory! It was my first snorkeling but it was so easy and a lot of fun.

Especially, our guide Diego, ikemen, explains everthing so easy. It help me to enjoy snorkeling. And, I could see a sea snake with Diego's help.

I strongly recommend this activity.

P. S. The ikeman explain Ishigaki's history while driving. It help me to understand the land.

私と妻はとても楽しい時間を過ごしました！天気は曇りでしたが、ガイドの太郎さんが私たちのアクティビティを完璧にしてくれました。またいつかやりたいです。

今のところ、ここに来て正解でした。

I and my wife could have a lot of fun! Even though the weather was cloudy, our guide(Taro) make our activity perfect. I want to do it again someday.

So far, it was perfect choice to come to here.

I started walking around 6:00 and returned to the bus around 16:30. This time, we had a group with one guide for every four people. The guide explained about the birds and plants along the way, which was great for learning. There were some tough rocky climbs, but the pace was adjusted, so it was manageable. I was very happy to be able to see Jomon Sugi without getting caught in the rain.

6:00くらいから歩き始め、バスまで戻ってきたのが16:30くらいでした。
今回は4人に1人のガイドさんがついたグループでした。
ガイドの方が道の途中鳥のことや植物のことなど説明しながら歩いてくださるので、いろいろ学べてよかったです。
途中、かなりきつい登りの岩場などもありましたが、ペースを調整してくださるのでなんとかなりました。
雨にも降られず無事縄文杉をみることができてとてもよかったです。

It was crowded due to the long holiday, but I was guided efficiently and had a very enjoyable sightseeing experience. The explanations were polite, easy to understand, and also interesting! I would definitely like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

I was quite anxious about using a sightseeing taxi for the first time, but the confirmation and consultation up until the day before, as well as the driver on the day, were very kind and attentive, allowing me to enjoy the sightseeing with peace of mind. I was grateful for their cheerful response to my somewhat selfish requests. I would like to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

The guide provided clear explanations while leading us. We were able to see stunning natural sights, such as the limestone cave and the banyan tree, and we had a great time.

Mr. Okuda, our driver, was entertaining, and we had an experience that we couldn't have had on public transportation. My grandchild was also very happy.
We were tired from sightseeing the day before and apologize for not being able to converse much.

I participated in the early morning sea turtle tour. The guide, Yamachan, was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information not only about sea turtles but also about fish and the latest updates on Miyako Island! I'm really glad I joined, as I got to meet the adorable sea turtles and swim with them! The thorough lectures make it easy for beginners to feel comfortable participating. I was also able to take many beautiful photos, which I'm very happy to have as great memories of our family trip. Thank you very much for this experience!

ガイドの山ちゃんは知識豊富でウミガメについてはもちろん、魚や宮古島の最新情報についても色々と聞かせていただきました！

I was worried that I might not make it to the end since it was a long journey, but I was blessed with good weather and was able to see the magnificent Jomon Sugi with my own eyes. Seeing it in person is truly overwhelming. The day, while being healed by the streams and the green moss along the way, was a precious experience that is hard to put into words.

Although I am a trekking beginner, I believe I was able to see it safely thanks to the guide's advice and consideration. Thank you very much.

We used this service with our family during Golden Week. We were blessed with good weather. Even though the humidity was high, the climate was comfortable.

The five-hour trek in Shiratani allowed us to enjoy various landscapes, making it a completely engaging experience. The guide provided excellent explanations about the trees, birds, and flowers, and took truly dynamic photos, which made it a lot of fun. If given the chance, I would love to request the same guide again. Thank you for teaching us about the charm of Yakushima and for a truly enjoyable time.

今回ゴールデンウィークに家族で利用させて頂きました。
お天気にも恵まれるくらい恵まれてしまいました。
その為湿度が高いと言えども、過ごしやすい気候でした。

白谷の５時間は色々な風景か楽しめる為、全く飽きの来ないトレッキングです。

The nature of Yakushima is wonderful, and we were blessed with good weather. However, I felt that the guide who accompanied us often lacked consideration for the participants.

◆ Specific examples
- The walking pace was fast, leaving no time to put away jackets or take photos. It mostly turned into a silent walk rather than enjoying nature.
- There was a brief mention of Yakushima's history and lifestyle at the beginning, but I felt there was too much focus on the guide's self-promotion and criticism of past participants.
- I received no instruction on how to tie shoelaces, use trekking poles, or tips for climbing.
- Since the guide spoke while walking, I couldn't hear what was being said when I was at the back (fourth).
- The focus was solely on keeping up with faster participants, with no concern for those lagging behind, sometimes leading to significant distance.
- Despite the particular danger of descending, we were not waited for at all, and I was left about 20 meters behind. If someone fell behind, they were not noticed. I felt it was dangerous due to the high speed of descent.
- Because the pace was too fast and there was ample time, I requested to slow down a bit, but no consideration was given afterward. In the end, I wanted to walk at the back due to a foot injury, but I was forced to walk at the front and was hurried along.
- There were no words of advice or encouragement for those who were lagging due to injuries; I was simply told to be careful not to fall behind, as it would be a problem.
- Despite having time, we only had a 15-minute lunch break, and I couldn't finish my bento.
- There were times we departed 10 minutes earlier than the stated time, which made me feel distrustful.
- There were many comments that seemed to evaluate participants, which was unpleasant since we were not there to compete (comments about this team being faster or slower compared to others, or remarks about participants' body types).
- There was no warm-up before starting the hike. Since beginners also participated, I would have appreciated some preliminary exercises or guidance.

I believe the presence of a guide for over 10 hours is important, but it seems there can be a hit or miss. (The guides from other teams had a more reasonable pace and appeared to be enjoying themselves.)

Additionally, the rental rain gear was smelly from sweat and was very uncomfortable to wear.

屋久島の自然は素晴らしく、天気にも恵まれました。
しかし、案内していただいたガイドの方の、参加者側への配慮に欠けることが多々あると感じました。

◆具体例
・歩くペースが速く、上着をしまったり、写真を撮ったりする暇がない。基本的に自然を満喫する時間よりも黙々と歩く形式になる。
・屋久島の歴史や生活についての話は冒頭で少しあったが、その他は自身の自慢話や過去の参加者の批判などが多いと感じた。
・靴紐の結び方やストックの使い方、登り方のコツなど、登山に関する知識を全く教えてもらえなかった。
・歩きながら話すので、最後尾（4人目）にいると何を言っているか聞き取れなかった。
・ペースが速い人に合わせるばかりで、遅れている人を気にする様子がなく、見えなくなるくらい離れることもあった。
・下りは特に危険にも関わらず、全く待ってもらえず、20mくらい置いて行かれてしまった。後方で転倒しても気づいてもらえない。ハイスピードで下っていくため危険だと感じた。
・余りにもハイスピードで時間にも余裕があったため、もう少し遅くしてほしいとお願いしたが、その後も全く配慮してもらえなかった。終いには、足が負傷しているため後方で歩きたかったが、あえて先頭を歩かされ、無理矢理急かされる形になった。
・足を負傷して遅くなっている人に対して、アドバイスや励ましの言葉が一切なく、ただ離れないように注意する、遅れられると困ると言われた。
・時間に余裕があったにも関わらず、お昼休憩も15分しか取ってもらえず、お弁当を食べきれなかった。
・滞在時間として言われた時間より10分も早く出発することがあり、信用できないと感じた。
・参加者を評価するような発言も多く、競いに来たわけでもないのに不愉快だった（このチームは他と比べて速い、遅いや、参加者の体型が云々など）。
・登山開始前に準備運動がない。登山初心者も参加するため、事前に運動やガイドが欲しかった。

10時間以上を共にするガイドさんの存在は重要と思いますが、当たり外れがあるように思います。（他チームのガイドさんはペースも速すぎず、楽しそうな様子もありました）

あとは、レンタル用品の雨具が汗臭く、とても着ていられませんでした。。

The view was great and the schedule was generally on time. Since there aren't many services, you have to plan your activities accordingly. You can't visit multiple places. I wanted to guide my overseas friends, so I was hoping for more commentary during the operation, but there wasn't much.

見晴らしよく概ね時刻通りなところほよかったです。運行本数が多くないのでそれに合わせた行動になります。何か所もは回れません。また、海外の友人を案内したかったので運行中のガイド/解説を期待していましたがあまりありませんでした。

I took a water buffalo cart from Iriomote Island to Yufu Island. The ride there was more relaxed than I expected, and the return trip was a bit quicker. 😊 It seems that the travel time varies depending on the age and personality of the water buffalo, which was quite interesting! 😆✨

水牛車で西表島から由布島に行って来ました。思っていたより行きはゆったり、帰りは少し早く😊水牛さんの年齢と性格で移動時間は変わる様ですがそこが面白かったです😆✨

There was no sense of openness due to the roof.
I bumped my head.
I was disappointed as it was different from what I expected.
It might be because my reservation was late, but I would have liked to be informed in advance.

I had the opportunity to go snorkeling to see sea turtles at Shinjo Beach, accompanied by tour guide Mitsu Matsuura. During the tour, we were able to spot four sea turtles, making it a truly memorable experience.

ツアーガイドの松浦光さんの付き添いの元、新城海岸にいるウミガメを観にシュノーケリングを体験させていただきました。
ツアー中にウミガメを4匹も見つけることができ、すごく思い出に残る体験になりました。

The guide, interpreter, and driver were all nice people who provided explanations and recommendations, making for a comfortable experience. Most of the participants were inbound travelers, but everyone had good manners, and we were able to enjoy a fun day. Next time, I would like to take the same tour to Shirakawa-go in winter.

I was worried about how to navigate the crowded Nara during Golden Week, but thanks to the experienced driver, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable time. The driver's knowledge was extensive, and their storytelling was exceptional. Although it was a six-hour course, we extended the time and enjoyed sightseeing until just before our departure.

I definitely want to request this driver again for my next visit to Nara.

GWで大混雑の奈良をどのように回れるか不安でしたが
ベテランドライバーさんのお陰でとても快適に楽しく過ごせました。
ドライバーさんの知識がとても豊富で話術も逸品。
6時間コースでしたが延長してもらい、出発時間ギリギリまで観光を楽しみました。

次回の奈良観光も是非この度のドライバーさんにお願いしたいと思っています。

At the Hōryū-ji Treasure Museum, I was able to see a Kannon statue that is usually not on display. At Tōshōdai-ji, I was shown a flower called keika, which resembles a white hydrangea. There were so many Kannon statues that I couldn't tell them apart, but the guide pointed out which one it was, allowing me to see it. Even though the viewing time for the keika had passed, thanks to the skill of the veteran guide, I was allowed to enter and experience something that I couldn't have done on my own. The guide's explanations were delivered in a relaxed and humorous tone, and I was really glad to have participated in the tour. I've been to Nara many times, but this was my first tour. I highly recommend the tour for those who want to explore efficiently!

法隆寺の宝物館では通常目にふれることができないという観音像を、唐招提寺では瓊花(けいか)という白いガクアジサイに似た木の花を見せていただきました。観音はたくさん仏像がありすぎてよくわからなかったところを、ガイドさんがこれ、と教えてくださり見ることができました。瓊花も拝観時間が過ぎていたのに、さすがはベテランのガイドさんの手腕で入園させていただき、個人ではできない体験ができました。ガイドさんの説明もゆったりとユーモアある口調で、ツアーに参加して本当に良かったです。何回も奈良には行きましたが、ツアーは初めてでした。効率よく廻りたいかたはツアーはおすすめです！

Due to the ocean conditions, we changed to a half-day SUP cruise on the Miyara River on the day of our visit. Paddling slowly through the mangrove forest was an emotional experience, allowing us to appreciate the beauty and tranquility of nature. Our guide Hina from PiPi was also very knowledgeable about nature, and learning about the fascinating ecology of the mangrove trees was truly educational!

海の状況から半日のSUP宮良川クルーズに当日に変更していただきました。ヒルギの森をゆっくりSUPで流していくだけで、大自然の美しさや静けさが感動的でした。PiPiのガイドのヒナさんも自然の知識が豊富で、ヒルギの木の不思議な生態などホントの勉強になりました！

The weather was nice. The rooftop was very pleasant and refreshing. In Umeda, there were many buildings visible from below, and on both sides of Midosuji, there were boutiques, with Takashimaya directly in front. The Hanshin Expressway was overwhelming, and then the Abeno Harukas appeared, making it even more "Osaka." I had a great time.

いいお天気でした。ルーフトップはとても気持ちよく爽快でした。梅田は下から見るよりビルがたくさん見えて、御堂筋は両サイドにブティックがあり真正面には高島屋があり阪神高速道路があって圧倒されてるとハルカスが出てきてさらにTHE大阪でした。楽しかったです。

The lunch included at the cafeteria left us with a somewhat constrained schedule. During Golden Week, Shirakawa-go's facilities were extremely crowded. Given that we could only stay for just over three hours, I would have preferred free time. This way, everyone could spend their time more flexibly according to their own purposes and schedules.

Regarding meals, there are many delicious and diverse food options available throughout Shirakawa-go and Gokayama, so it would be best to allow individuals to enjoy their own food experiences. Especially for tours with many foreigners, preferences vary by cultural background, and there are also religious restrictions (for example, Indians cannot eat beef, and Muslims have halal requirements), so it's better to avoid a standardized meal.

The lack of charging ports for mobile devices on the bus was a critical issue. In today's long sightseeing bus tours, charging facilities are a must.

食堂での昼食が付いていたので中途半端に時間が拘束された。
ＧＷ最中で白川郷各施設は大混雑。その中でグロス３時間強しか滞在できないので、フリータイムにしてほしかった。その方が、各人の目的と都合に合わせて機動的に時間を過ごせる。
食事に関しては、白川郷と五箇山の随所においしそうで多様な飲食物が販売されており、各自好みの食べ歩きに任せてよいだろう。
特に外国人が多いツァーの場合は、出身国の文化ごとに食事の好みが異なる上、宗教上の制約もある（インド人は牛肉ダメ、イスラム系はハラルの制限）ので、画一的な定食はやめた方がよい。

バス内部に携帯充電用の電源がなかったのは致命的。いまどきの長時間の観光バスツァーでは、充電設備はマストである
