レンタカーの予約無しで島の観光をしたい時にはピッタリのバスツアーです。美味しいランチもついてます。帰りは空港でおろしてもらえます。

The tour itself was guided by a kind person who provided explanations in simple Japanese just for the Japanese participants. Although it was mostly a Chinese-speaking guide, the Chinese and Taiwanese tourists also kept to the schedule, allowing us to return quickly.

ツアー自体はガイドの方は親切で日本人だけには簡単な日本語で案内してくれました。ほぼ中国語のガイドでしたが 中国人や台湾人の観光客も時間を守ってくれ早く戻ることが出来ました。

Iriomote Island is large, so we toured the island by sightseeing bus and traveled to Yubu Island by ox cart. During the ride, we enjoyed listening to the sanshin and songs, which made for an elegant moment. Additionally, since each ox has a different personality, there were explanations about that, making it a fun time. After that, we returned by ox cart, moved by bus, and took a boat to see the mangroves. The explanations were thorough, and I learned what kind of plants mangroves are. If you sit in the front, you might get splashed with water, so it might be a good idea to think about where to sit. It was a very good tour! 👍

西表島は、広いので観光バスで島内を観光し、由布島へは牛車で移動しました。移動中は、三線と唄が聴けて、優雅なひとときです。また、牛によって性格が違うので、その説明もあり、楽しい時間でした。その後、牛車で戻り、バスで移動し、船でマングローブを見学しました。説明も丁寧でマングローブがどういう植物かわかりました。前の方に座っていると水しぶきもかかったりしますので、座る場所を考えたほうが良いかもしれません。

I participated in the Sunrise Canoeing and Blue Cave Snorkeling. I was a bit anxious since I was going alone, but I had a great time chatting with the local staff and other tour participants! I rode solo on a two-person canoe, but it was easy to operate and I was able to paddle steadily. For snorkeling, even if you can't swim, the staff will pull you along with a float, so I was able to finish without any injuries.

I want to join the tour again the next time I come to Okinawa!

サンライズカヌーと青の洞窟シュノーケリングに参加しました。
一人参加だったので不安でしたが現地スタッフの方を始め、他のツアーのお客さんとも仲良く会話しながら楽しく参加できました！
カヌーは二人用ボードに一人で乗りましたが操作は簡単で安定して漕ぐことができました。
シュノーケリングは泳げなくてもスタッフの方が浮きで引っ張ってくださるので最後まで怪我なく終えることができました。

次に沖縄に来た時もまたツアーに参加したいです！

The driver spoke English and was well-versed in various photo spots and delicious lunch places, so I never encountered any issues during the trip. Even while traveling, there were plenty of interesting stories about history and famous sites, making the time fly by. They were also accommodating with extensions, allowing us to visit all the places we wanted to see. The guests from the UK praised the driver highly and expressed their desire to return to Kyoto.

運転手さんは英語も話せますし、各地のフォトポイントやおいしいランチのお店などを熟知しており、旅行中に困ることが一度もありませんでした。移動中も歴史や各名所の説明など、面白い話が尽きず、時間が過ぎるのを早く感じました。延長にも気軽に対応していただき、見たいところをすべて周ることができました。イギリスから来た方々も運転手さんをすごく褒めていて、また京都に来たいと言っていました。

The bus guide was very good, and in addition to the tour content, I learned various things about Okinawa, making for a rich travel experience. Both Sefa Utaki and Okinawa World were full of highlights, and the limestone caves and Eisa performances were particularly wonderful.

バスガイドさんがとても良く、ツアー内容の他に沖縄の様々なことを教えていただき、内容の濃い旅になった。
斎場御嶽、おきなわワールドともに見どころ満載で、鍾乳洞やエイサーショーは特に素晴らしかった。

They tailored the itinerary to my preferences in advance, and even during the drive to the sightseeing spots, there were detailed explanations about the destinations. While Shirakawa-go is famous in winter, spring is perfect for walking and exploring. A little snow remained on the ground, and the contrast between the cherry blossoms and the gassho-zukuri architecture was lovely.

冬の白川郷が有名ですが、春は歩きやすく散策には最高です。雪が地面に少し残り、桜と合掌造りのコントラストが素敵でした。

I did not go to Nikko myself, but on the occasion of Mr. Haydar, the president of a Turkish agency, visiting Japan for the first time, he expressed a desire to see historical sites. On March 25th, he participated alone in your Nikko tour. He was satisfied with everything he saw, including Toshogu Shrine, Kegon Falls, and Lake Chuzenji. He mentioned that everything was beautiful. Thank you very much. In particular, he received an explanation about the sculptures at Toshogu Shrine, such as the Sleeping Cat, and after returning to Tokyo, I received an explanation as well. He said that the next time I travel to Turkey on business, he would definitely take me to Cappadocia as a thank you for this time. After looking at the photos, one thing that caught my attention was that the water volume of Kegon Falls seemed low. I guess it changes depending on the season.

私が日光に行ったわけではなく、トルコの代理店社長、Haydar氏の初来日に際し、歴史のあるものが見たいとの事で、３月２５日、貴社の日光ツアーに１人で参加してもらいました。
東照宮、華厳の滝、中禅寺湖等、見るもの全てに満足しておりました。全てが美しかったとの事です。ありがとうございます。特に、東照宮は、眠り猫等の彫刻の説明を受けたからか、東京に戻ってきてから私が説明を受けました。次回、私がトルコに出張時は、今回のお礼に是非、カッパドキアに連れて行くと言ってました。写真を見せてもらって、１つ気になったのは、華厳の滝の水量が少なかったなと感じた次第です。時期によって変わるんでしょうね。

Four of us visited Hokkaido for the first time in April 2024. After spending a few days exploring the vibrant city of Sapporo, we ventured out to Abashiri—a more remote, rural part of the region. Wanting to make the most of our time and truly experience the natural beauty of the area, we booked a day-long tour through Veltra.

From start to finish, the experience far exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Taki, was exceptional—knowledgeable, organized, and incredibly attentive to both safety and enjoyment. The day was filled with unforgettable moments, from snowshoeing through serene landscapes to spotting local wildlife. Taki's passion for the area and his thoughtful guidance truly made the tour special.

We cannot recommend this tour—and especially Taki—highly enough. If you're visiting Abashiri and want a meaningful, well-curated adventure, this is absolutely the way to go.

The guide (Mr. Kiyuna) was easy to understand, and I was able to learn more about the current situation in Okinawa than what I see in newspapers and on TV. The driver was also kind, offering gentle words when getting on and off the bus, which made me happy. I usually don't use tourist buses when traveling, but I am grateful for this experience. I would like to visit Okinawa again! 😊

ガイドさん（喜友名様）のお話が分かりやすく、始めて訪れた沖縄の現状を新聞やテレビで見るより深く知ることができました。
運転手さんもバスの乗り降り時に優しく声をかけてくださり、嬉しかったです。旅行先で観光バスを利用しないのですが今回は乗せていただいて感謝しています。

This was my first challenge in Yakushima. Before the tour started, I was informed about the time allocation for the round trip of 22 km, which allowed me to participate in the tour with a focused mindset. I was told by the guide that it was miraculous to have such clear weather on that day in the refreshing climate of April. I enjoyed the tour while happily chatting about Yakushima's history and the guide's overflowing love for Jomon Sugi. Thank you very much!

初屋久島で初挑戦。ツアー開始前に往復22kmのツアーで時間配分を教えて貰えたので、気を気を引き締めながらツアーに参加する事が出来ました。4月の爽やかな気候の中で当日のような快晴に恵まれるなんて奇跡的な事だとガイドの方に教えられながら、屋久島の歴史や縄文杉への溢れる愛情のあるお話など、楽しくお喋りをしながらツアーを楽しめました！どうもありがとうございました！

It was a tour that allowed us to fully enjoy southern Hokkaido from Sapporo! There were many inbound participants, and only two groups of Japanese, but the guide was multilingual, which made for a fun time!

札幌から南の北海道を存分に楽しめるツアーでした！インバウンドの方が多く参加されていて日本人は２組だけでしたが、ガイドの型が多国語を操る方で楽しい時を過ごせました！

One of my friends who was supposed to join me had a problem with their leg. They told me that since I came to Yakushima, I should go ahead, so I signed up alone. Moreover, on that day, I was the only participant in the afternoon tour of Shiratani Unsuikyo Mossy Forest. It was just me and one guide, so I had a personal guide and photographer. They led me at my own pace, took many photos at the scenic spots, and I was able to hear explanations about the trees and moss in the forest, as well as various stories about Yakushima. Since I had to take a detour, it took two hours to go and an hour and a half to return. Taking photos along the way served as breaks.

The weather was such that not a single drop of rain fell, so the ground was dry and easy to walk on. In mid-April, the temperature was just warm enough to break a light sweat at times. I was enjoying myself, but honestly, while walking, I thought, "I have to walk this path again to get back." I might have even mentioned this to the guide. However, the return trip felt quicker, so it was all good.

一緒に参加予定の友達が脚の具合が悪くなって。その友達にも、屋久島に来たのだから行ってくるべきと言われて、1人申し込み。しかも、その日の白谷雲水峡苔むす森午後のツアーは私1人。私1人にガイドさん1人。専属ガイド、専属カメラマン状態でガイドして頂きました。私のペースで先導して頂き、写真スポットでは写真を何枚も撮って頂き、もちろん、森の木々や苔の説明から、屋久島の諸々のお話まで聞くことができました。迂回路で行かなくてはならないので、行きは2時間、帰りは1時間半かかりました。所々で写真撮るのが休憩になります。
1粒の雨も降らない天気だったので足元が濡れていなくて歩きやすかったと思います。4月中旬、季節的にも時々汗ばむ程度。
楽しんでいたけど、本当は、歩き進みながら、「この道を、もう一度、歩かないと帰れない」と思っていました。思うだけでなく、ガイドさんにも話したかな。
でも、帰りは早く感じるから大丈夫です。

I walked through the jungle searching for creatures and enjoyed stargazing. Walking in the dark jungle at night was a bit scary, but it was fun to go with other groups and have a good time together. The night sky was filled with stars, with not a single cloud in sight. It was the most beautiful starry sky I've ever seen, and I was very satisfied.

ジャングルの中を歩いて生き物を探すのと星空鑑賞を行いました。
夜に暗いジャングルの中を歩くのはすこし怖かったですが、他グループの方と一緒でワイワイしながら行けたので楽しかったです。
星空は雲ひとつない満天の星でした。
人生で一番綺麗な星空で大満足です。

It was my first time experiencing mangroves, and it felt strangely different from Japan. The narrow paths winding through the mangroves were very thrilling and exciting.

初めてのマングローブでしたが、日本ではないような不思議な感覚になりました。
マングローブの間を抜ける狭い道はとてもスリリングでワクワクするものでした。

I signed up for this tour thinking it was perfect since we would depart at 9:30 and be taken directly to the airport. The view of Kabira Bay was even more stunning than in the photos, and our guide skillfully shared the history of Ishigaki Island and famous landmarks while singing joyfully. Their beautiful singing almost brought me to tears. The driver was also very reassuring and provided excellent service. The lunch was delicious and healthy as well. I would love to visit again next time. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

9時30分出発、直接空港へ送ってもらえるのでちょうどイイツアーだなと思い申し込みました。
川平湾の景色は写真よりも絶景で石垣島の所々の歴史や、有名建造物など楽しく上手に歌を歌いながらガイドさんが案内してくれました。
素敵な歌声で涙が出そうになりました。そして運転手さんもとても安心できるドライバーさんで接客も素晴らしかったです。
お昼ご飯もとても美味しく健康的なメニューでした。
また次回も訪れたいです。

On a personal trip, I was able to efficiently visit power spots like "Kumamoto/Aso Mountain - Miyazaki/Takachiho Gorge + Amano Iwato," which cannot be covered in just one day. Additionally, the guide's explanations were excellent. I encountered many deities on this tour.

個人旅行では一日では巡れない「熊本/阿蘇山～宮崎/高千穂峡+天岩戸」などのパワースポットを効率よく回れて、尚かつ添乗員さんの説明は最高でした。このツアーでたくさんの神々とお会いしました。

I think we were the only two Japanese participants this time. The guide was from China and explained the highlights of each location in Chinese, English, and Japanese. I felt it was a great value to visit three places at this price.

ガイドさんは中国の方で、中国語、英語、日本語で各地の見どころを説明してくださいました。
このお値段で3カ所まわれてコスパよかったと思います。

I visited Kimpukyu and Futenmangu outside of Naha City. I had the same driver as last time, which made me feel at ease. I was glad to receive the goshuin from Asato Hachiman Shrine this time, as I couldn't get it during my previous visit. For lunch, I was taken to a local diner where the locals go. I toured Naminoue Shrine, the neighboring Gokokuji, and Shuri Castle in six hours. It's efficient to visit these places, so I highly recommend it.

那覇市外の金武宮、普天間宮巡りました。前回と同じドライバーさんで、安心して行けました。前回、安里八幡宮のご朱印がいただけなかったので、今回いただけてよかったです。お昼も地元の方が行く食堂に案内してもらいました。波の上宮、隣の護国寺、首里城巡って6時間でした。効率よく巡れるので、お勧めです。

I came to Tateyama, which has been my long-time dream, to see the Snow Wall. Thanks to the guide, Mr. Otsuka, I learned about the rock ptarmigan and the snow of Tateyama, and now I want to visit Tateyama in the summer as well. I was also informed that research on the environment is being conducted here, both in Japan and on a global scale, which was very educational!

雪の大谷を目的に長年の夢であった立山に来ましたが、ガイドの大塚さんの説明で、雷鳥や立山の雪のことなどを知り、夏の立山にも来たくなりました。また、立山で日本、さらに地球規模の環境の研究がなされていると教えていただき、とても勉強になりました！

I used a sightseeing taxi to tour Mount Aso and Takachiho. This course was a plan to enjoy the breathtaking natural scenery, and I had previously mentioned, "I would be happy if we could also visit the One Piece statue." To my delight, they accommodated this request as much as time allowed, which truly impressed me!

We were able to safely visit the crater of Mount Aso, and seeing the massive crater up close was stunning. It was more magnificent than I had imagined, and I was overwhelmed by the scale that photos and videos just can't convey. The weather was also favorable, allowing me to fully enjoy the grandeur of Aso's nature.

Additionally, the driver's guidance was very attentive, and along the way, he shared stories about the Kumamoto earthquake. Honestly, I had only seen it on the news before and hadn't thought deeply about it, but hearing about the actual damage and the recovery efforts made me realize the seriousness of the earthquake and the hardships faced by the local people. It was not just a sightseeing trip, but also an educational journey that left a strong impression on me.

The takana rice we had at a local diner we stopped by was also very delicious, and it was one of the highlights of the trip. I believe being able to taste local flavors is one of the unique charms of this kind of sightseeing taxi.

Above all, the driver's service was truly wonderful. He always greeted us with a smile and engaged us in conversation to keep us entertained during the ride. I felt his consideration in understanding our wishes and acting on them, which allowed us to spend the day with peace of mind.

Thank you very much for the long hours of driving and the attentive guidance. If I have the opportunity to come to Kumamoto again, I would definitely like to request the same driver, as it was a memorable and wonderful experience!

阿蘇山と高千穂を巡る観光タクシーを利用しました。
今回のコースは自然の絶景を楽しむプランだったのですが、事前に「ワンピース像も回れたら嬉しいです」と伝えていたところ、時間の許す範囲で可能な限り立ち寄ってくださり、本当に感激しました！

阿蘇山の火口にも無事行けて、大迫力の火口を間近で見られたのは圧巻でした。
想像していた以上に壮大で、写真や映像では伝わらないスケール感に圧倒されました。
天候にも恵まれて、阿蘇の雄大な自然をしっかり満喫することができました。

また、運転手さんの案内もとても丁寧で、道中では熊本地震のお話もしてくださいました。
正直、これまではニュースで見ていた程度で、そこまで深く考えたことはなかったのですが、実際の被害状況や復興の様子を聞くことで、あらためて地震の深刻さや地域の方々の大変さを知ることができました。観光だけでなく、学びのある旅にもなり、とても印象に残っています。

途中で立ち寄った地元の食堂でいただいた高菜ごはんもとても美味しく、旅の楽しみのひとつとして大満足でした。地元の味を味わえるのも、こうした観光タクシーならではの魅力だと思います。

そして何より、運転手さんの対応が本当に素晴らしかったです。
常に笑顔で接してくださり、移動中も退屈しないようにたくさん話しかけてくださいました。私たちの希望をしっかり汲んで行動してくれる気遣いも感じられて、安心して1日を過ごすことができました。

長時間の運転と丁寧な案内、本当にありがとうございました。
また熊本に来る機会があれば、ぜひ同じドライバーさんにお願いしたいと思うほど、心に残る素敵な体験でした！

Every time I come to Okinawa, I participate in an aquarium tour, but this was my first time joining a tour that included Pineapple Park. It was quite an impressive park, and the weather was nice, so I really enjoyed it. There were plenty of sweets and souvenirs made with pineapple, which added to the tropical vibe. The guide shared fun stories the whole way there, so I wasn't bored on the bus. The cheerful and enjoyable bus guide made it a wonderful trip.

沖縄に来ると毎回水族館のツアーに参加していますが、パイナップルパークが組み込まれているツアー参加は今回が初でした。
なかなか見応えのあるパークで、天気もよかったので楽しめました。
パイナップルを使ったスイーツやお土産もたくさんあって南国気分をさらに味わえてよかったです。
ガイドさんも行きはずっと楽しいお話をしてくださって車内でも退屈しなかったです。
明るくて楽しいバスガイドさんでとても良い旅になりました。

We planned to spend a day sightseeing in Kyoto, initially intending to get around by bus and train on our own. However, considering the transfers and limited time, we decided to book a tour for our family of four to make the most of our visit. The bus transportation meant we didn't have to walk much, and we could leave our purchased souvenirs on the bus while visiting the next location, so we were really glad we signed up. Our guide was also very pleasant and kind!

京都は1日観光予定、最初は自分達でバスや電車で回る予定でした。
が、乗り継ぎを考え時間も限られる中、効率よく回れるなら、と家族4人で申し込みました。
バスでの移動のため、歩かなくて良く、買ったお土産をバスの中に置き次の場所を回れるし、申し込んで本当に良かったです。
ガイドさんもとても感じ良く親切でした！

As I read in the reviews, it was quite a struggle to find the guide at the morning meeting point. Once I found someone who seemed to be the guide, I was shown a list to find my name. If it wasn't there, I had to go to the guide for a different bus and search for my name again.

Once the group gathered, we hurriedly followed the guide to the bus stop. The guide was Chinese, so the initial explanation was in Chinese, followed by a brief translation in English. There was hardly any explanation in Japanese.

Before arriving in Gujo, there was a long explanation in Chinese, then a brief summary in English and a little in Japanese. The free time was less than an hour, and those who wanted to walk freely had to do so on their own, while others followed the fast-paced guide. During the walk, there wasn't much explanation, and participants were busy taking photos while trying to catch up with the guide.

Once everyone was gathered, the bus departed for Hida Takayama. Again, the explanation was long in Chinese, with a simple English summary, and in Japanese it was very brief, like "This is Hida Takayama. The meeting time is at what time. That's all." I had been there several times before, so it was fine for me, but my partner, who only speaks English, found it difficult to understand if they weren't focused when the guide explained in English.

The old town was crowded with foreign tourists, and entering shops took some time, so we just walked around without stopping anywhere. The free time there was about two hours, but as long as we decided on which shops to visit and where to grab a snack, we managed to get around. This time, we had Hida beef buns, visited a chopstick shop (where I had my name engraved on chopsticks), enjoyed mitarashi dango, gohei mochi, and even did a sake tasting at a brewery (though we rushed through it).

We arrived at Shirakawa-go around 4 PM, so it was disappointing that some shops and houses were closed. The sightseeing there was mostly free as well.

We felt good about visiting three cities in one day, but I wished the guide had done a bit more guiding. If I could wish for anything, I would have liked a bit more free time, especially since our stay in Gujo was too short.

So, I gave it a rating of ⭐3.

レビューで読んでいた通り、朝の集合場所でガイドを見つけるのに一苦労。
そしてガイドらしき人をみつけたらそこでリストを見せられ自分の名前を探す→見つからなければ違う号車だからそっちのガイドのところへ行き再度自分の名前を探す。

人数が集まった様なら急ぎ足で歩くガイドのあとを必死で追いかけバス乗場まで。
ガイドは中国人だったので最初の説明は中国語。その後簡単に訳した英語。そして日本語では殆ど説明がないといっていい。

まず最初に郡上へ着く直前に長々と中国語で説明、そして簡単な英語と日本語でも少し。
自由時間は1時間もなく、自由に歩き回りたい人は自分で歩きそれ以外は早足のガイドに着いていく感じ。
歩いている間たいした説明もなく参加者は写真を撮っては早歩きでガイドに追い付く感じ。

そして人数揃ったらバスは出発飛騨高山へ。ここでも説明は同じく長い中国語での説明と簡単な英語に日本語では「飛騨高山です。集合時間は何時です。以上」みたいにとても簡素でした。
私は何度か行っていたのでそれでも大丈夫でしたが、初めて行ったパートナーは英語しか喋れないのでガイドが英語で説明する時に集中していないとよくわからない感じでした。
古い町並みは外人の観光客で溢れ、お店に入るとちょっと時間がかかってしまうため片道はどこも立ち寄らずに町を見て歩いた感じです。
そこでの自由時間は2時間くらいの自由時間でしたが行く店と買い食いするお店さえ決めておけばなんとかまわれました。
今回は飛騨牛肉まん、お箸屋さん（お箸に名前を入れてもらいました）、みたらし団子、五平餅、そして酒蔵にて飲み比べ（かなり急いで飲みましたが）もできました。

そして白川郷に着いたのが4時くらいだったので閉まっているお店や家があったのが残念でした。
ここでの観光も殆ど自由でした。

私たちは1日で3都市まわれたので良かったと思っていますが、ガイドとしてついて来るならもう少しガイドらしいことしてほしかったです。
欲を言えば自由時間がもう少し欲しかったなあと。
特に郡上での滞在は短すぎました。

ということで⭐3にさせてもらいました

It was great that we could efficiently visit places we wouldn't normally go to on our own through the bus tour. We even experienced a blizzard at high altitudes, which allowed us to fully enjoy Hokkaido. The lunch was also a well-balanced meal, and I was very satisfied.
