This tour had 90% foreign participants, but everyone showed great respect for Japanese culture and had good manners, so I had no concerns. (Participants were from Australia, Italy, America, Singapore, etc.) For children, this environment provided a valuable experience.
The guide explained in Japanese first and then in English, and I was amazed by the variety of topics covered, from geography and history I studied in school to interesting trivia.
Winter in Shirakawa-go can be tricky with the weather, so I think it's best to have an umbrella and snow boots (rain boots) regardless of the forecast. If you have children, ski gloves will make playing in the snow more enjoyable!
Also, the viewpoint in Shirakawa-go can be reached by walking or by bus, but the buses only come every 20 minutes and are small, so if other tours overlap, you might have to wait for the next bus due to congestion. I think it's better to go early once you arrive.
On the bus, we received a sightseeing map of Shirakawa-go and Takayama (in Japanese or English), which allowed us to explore efficiently in a short amount of time.
If anyone is interested in Shirakawa-go, I highly recommend it, and I hope to visit again in another season. Thank you for your hospitality!
外国人が9割のツアーですが、みんな日本文化にリスペクトがある方ばかりでマナーも良く心配な点はありませんでした。（オーストラリア、イタリア、アメリカ、シンガポールなど）子どもにとってはその環境も貴重な体験になりました。
ガイドさんが日本語→英語の順に説明をしてくれて、内容も学生時代に勉強した地理や歴史から雑学的なものまでトピックの引き出しの多さに驚きました。
冬の白川郷は天気が難しく、予報にかかわらず、傘とスノーブーツ（長靴）はあった方がいいと思いました。お子様はスキー用の手袋があると雪遊びもできて楽しいです！
また、白川郷の展望台は徒歩かバスで行くのですが、バスは20分おきでしかも小さいバスなので、他のツアーの方などが重なると混雑で次のバスを見送らなくてはならない状況になりました。到着したら早めに行くのがいいと思いました。
バスの中では、白川郷と高山の観光マップ（日本語or英語）がもらえて、短時間で効率よく散策できました。
白川郷に興味がある方がいたら、おすすめしたいですし、また別のシーズンに再訪できたらいいなと思います。お世話になりありがとうございました。

At first, I felt that an 8 AM meeting time was a bit early, but we arrived just around 9 AM when the museum opened, so it was great to be able to enter right at opening time and make the most of our time there.
Since it was December and the fog was quite thick, making visibility nearly zero, I felt much more at ease being driven by a professional driver rather than driving myself. During the trip, our guide provided information about the characteristics of the Fukui region and pointed out buildings and scenery from the bus.
At the dinosaur museum we visited on the tour, the guide highlighted specific dinosaurs and key points about the Great Buddha, which helped me understand what to look for, making the experience much more enjoyable than if I had gone alone. During our free time, I was able to enjoy the places I recognized from the guide's explanations even more.
Although the dinosaur museum usually requires a reservation, it was convenient to participate since the ticket price and arrangements were included. I think the time allotted for exploring the museum and the Great Buddha is sufficient for a quick overview, but it may not be enough if you want to read all the explanations and take your time to appreciate everything.
Since we disbanded at Fukui Station around lunchtime, I had lunch in the area. The tour was so fulfilling that I felt like it was still early afternoon when I returned, allowing me to make good use of the rest of the day.
In winter, especially with the potential for snow, being driven directly by bus saves time, and I highly recommend it! Considering that the round-trip bus fare, ticket price, arrangement fees, and guide fees are all included, I think it’s very convenient and offers great value for money!

博物館と大仏の自由時間は軽く一周して見る分には足りると思いますが、解説等一つ一つじっくり読んでゆったり鑑賞向けではありません。
お昼頃に福井駅解散だった為お昼は福井駅周辺で食べました。
午前でとても充実したツアーに参加して帰ってきてもまだ午後過ぎかと思ったほどで、午後も時間を有効に使えます。
冬の時期は特に雪の影響もあるのでバスで一直線で連れて行ってもらえて時間も節約でき、おすすめです！
往復のバス代、チケット代、手配代、ガイド代全部込みと考えると参加する側としてはとても楽でコスパが良いと思います！

I was healed by the mangrove scenery of Iriomote Island, and I rode a water buffalo from Iriomote to Yufu Island, where the buffalo carried about 12 adults.
Lunch on Yufu Island was a buffet with various island dishes, and it was delicious and great.
Exploring Taketomi Island was also fun!
Since I wanted to go far, I rented a bicycle for the day and rode around.

Since my flight was in the afternoon, I participated on the last day of my trip. This time, I didn't rent a car and stayed near the remote island terminal to go on an island tour, so I was left with some regrets about not being able to see much of the island. However, thanks to this tour, I was able to efficiently visit spots like Kabira Bay and other attractions in Ishigaki. I was glad to be able to visit various places in one day. It felt like I was able to see most of Nagasaki. However, I wish I had more time at the Atomic Bomb Museum. I wanted enough time to watch the entire movie. Since there isn't much to see at Dejima, it would make for a more fulfilling tour if that time could be allocated to the museum instead.

Since I didn't have a car, I really appreciated being able to visit three locations. I was able to spend a rich amount of time there. It was a lot of fun. I liked that I could choose between free time and going around with the guide each time.
However, there is one area I would like to see improved. Since both the website and the email mentioned "Veltra," I ended up looking for a flag with the Veltra logo at the meeting point. It might just be my oversight, but it would have been better if "World Tour" was prominently displayed on the website and in the email as well.
Alternatively, it would be helpful if you could attach an image of the flag in the email before the event.
Other than that, everything was very good. If I have the opportunity again, I would like to use your services.

I wanted to hike a bit longer at Takachiho Gorge. I knew it would be a long travel time for the tour, but I still wished I could have walked more to refresh myself and burn some calories.

I have participated in the tour several times. This time, I was looking for a tour that didn't have city sightseeing, and I found one that fit perfectly in terms of timing. It was great to visit places I hadn't been to yet, like the limestone caves. I participated in a tour on New Year's Eve. The weather forecast was unfortunately not great, so my excitement was a bit dampened. However, just before we arrived at Iriomote Island, the rain stopped, and we were greeted by a rainbow. After that, although there were light showers, the rain would stop during the highlights of the tour, which was a nice surprise. We also got to meet a lot of water buffalo, making it the best day ever. For my spouse and me, the last day of 2025 turned out to be a miraculous day. It was truly an incredibly fun experience.

I visited on New Year's Day. It was a very cold day, but the water flow was slow, which made me feel rather refreshed. Since it’s warm inside the bus, it’s better to dress in layers.

This was my first time participating! Unfortunately, due to New Year's traffic and unexpected snowy weather, we couldn't visit Dazaifu and the Beppu Ropeway, which was disappointing. I did enjoy Yufuin and Hell Valley Onsen, but everywhere was packed with tourists! In Yufuin, during lunchtime, all the restaurants had long lines, and we couldn't get in (（ ; ; ）). The guide was very kind, and the bus driver was excellent! I think I might avoid bus tours during New Year's in the future, but this was a good experience overall.

Since the snow was expected to be heavy, I was a bit worried about the optional tour with the bus, but it turned out to be completely fine. In fact, the tour was wonderful with the penguin walk, the icicles at the waterfall, and the beautiful snowy scenery.

There was a place to warm up and take a break next to a large bus parking lot, but we didn't receive any information about it, so we spent our time hopping between souvenir shops. As we were getting close to our departure time, we discovered a waiting room for the bus stop a bit further away. It's unclear whether there were restrictions on using the waiting area or if it was simply not mentioned because it was a bit distant. In any case, it was very cold.

I thought about going by public transportation myself, but it seemed a bit difficult, so I joined a tour. It was great to efficiently visit tourist spots that are hard to navigate on my own. The Okurayama Jump Stadium was more impressive than I expected, and there was a beautiful rainbow at just the right moment.

I wanted to easily explore various places, especially to visit a limestone cave, so I decided on this tour! Unfortunately, it rained, but it was just as I expected. We got to ride on a glass-bottom boat, and even in the rain, we could clearly see the corals, fish, and sea turtles! The guide was just as he introduced himself, constantly chatting away, playing the sanshin, singing, and dancing, so I never got bored on the bus. The driver was also very kind and drove safely.
楽チンに色んなところ巡りたいのと、とくに鍾乳洞に行きたくて、本ツアーに決めました！あいにくの雨でしたが、期待通りの内容でした。グラスボートも乗れて、雨でもサンゴや魚、海ガメもしっかり見れました！ガイドさんは「思いついたことどんどん喋りますんで〜」と前置きされた通りにずーっと喋りっぱなし、三線弾いて唄をうたい、踊りも踊って、バスの中では退屈しませんでした。運転手さんも安全運転で優しい方でした。

I was able to manage my time well at each location. For the last hell tour, I wish I had about 5 more minutes. But overall, I was very satisfied.
About 80% of the participants were from China, and everyone was very well-mannered and kept to the schedule. The guide provided explanations in Chinese, which made it feel like I was traveling in China, and it was quite interesting. Of course, they also kindly informed us about the meeting times and local specialties in Japanese, which was very helpful.
いずれの場所もいい時間配分で行けます。最後の地獄めぐりだけ、あと5分ほど時間あれば良かったかな。でも、とても満足しました。
中国の方が約8割でしたが、皆さんとてもマナーが良く、時間もしっかり守っていました。
ガイドさんも中国語で説明ですが、なんだか中国に旅行している気分にもなって面白かったです。もちろん日本語でもしっかり集合時間や、行き先地の名物なども教えてくれ、とても親切でした。

I chose this course mainly for the Churaumi Aquarium. Considering the price, I was generally satisfied with the bus guide's explanations and the punctuality of the meeting times.
However, I was disappointed with the Pineapple Park. The tour guests were guided here by the staff, but unfortunately, most of the people in the tour got lost. It took a long time to get to the exit, and I couldn't ride the cart that I was looking forward to... If they had guided us from the beginning, indicating which way to go for the cart and which way for the park tour, I could have taken the cart. I think it's better not to follow the older gentleman.
美ら海水族館メインでこのコースを選べました。価格からしたら、バスガイドさんの解説があったり、集合時刻の正確さだったり、概ね満足です。
残念なのは、パイナップルパークです。ツアーのお客様はこちらと、係の人に案内されましたが、いつの間、ツアーの大半の人達は迷子になってしまいました。出口に行くのに時間がかかり、楽しみにしていた、カートには乗れず、、、最初から、カートの人はこちら、園内見学はこちらと案内してくださればカートに乗れたのに、、と思います。おじさんについて行かない方がいいです。
