Thank you for participating in the Noboribetsu, Lake Toya, and Lake Shikotsu day trip from May 1 to November 27.

On the day of the tour, we operated two buses, and due to the high number of Japanese participants, we were unable to arrange for everyone to be on the same bus. Unfortunately, we had to place some foreign guests on the same bus, and we acknowledge that the Japanese guidance provided by the tour guide was insufficient.

As a countermeasure, when customers who speak multiple languages are on the same vehicle in the future, we will ensure that the time is evenly distributed for announcements in multiple languages. When operating multiple buses, we will try to group customers who speak the same language on one bus. We will also prepare product details in multiple languages to prevent cases where Japanese guidance is lacking.

As a COVID-19 measure, eating and drinking on the bus is prohibited, and we will strictly caution customers who attempt to do so.

As the number of foreign customers continues to increase, we will ensure that situations like the above do not occur again. We will strive to ensure that all customers are satisfied.

We sincerely apologize for any concerns you may have had regarding your trip to Yamaguchi. I would like to report back on the long-distance driving experience you shared with us, as we have confirmed it with the local operating company.

Upon checking with the operations manager at the local company, we found that the driving time is set to be within 13 hours, and for this tour, the driving time is within 9 hours, with a distance of less than 400 km per day for vehicles equipped with digital tachographs (and less than 300 km for those without). Therefore, there are no issues in this regard. Additionally, regarding the driving speed you pointed out, we verified the records from the digital tachograph, which showed that the speed was within 100 km/h, so there are no problems there either.

However, it is a fact that we caused you to feel uneasy. We recognize that the driver's mission is not only to transport customers to their destinations but also to conduct the tour safely and securely, which is of utmost importance. We will continue to guide our drivers to ensure they are well-trained.
