I was anxious about exploring a new place on my own, so having the guide show me around and take me to various locations was fantastic.

初めての土地で自分で回るには不安があったので、今回のガイドさんに案内して連れて行ってもらえる内容は最高でした

You can only reach Lake Toya, Showa Shinzan, and Noboribetsu Onsen by car. It's possible to visit all of them in a single day trip from Sapporo, making for a fulfilling day! Since it was right during the autumn foliage season, the views from the bus were fantastic!

I received great recommendations for how to spend my free time and what souvenirs to buy, which made the experience truly enjoyable. The guide was excellent, making the tour even more wonderful.

車でしか行けない洞爺湖、昭和新山、登別温泉。札幌から日帰りで全て回れて充実した1日が過ごせます！
ちょうど紅葉シーズンだったのでバスからの景色も最高！
自由散策中の過ごし方やお土産のオススメも教えてもらい本当にに至れり尽くせりで楽しめました。　
ガイドさんがとてもよくさらに素敵なツアーになりました。

I was able to see many places on the one-day tour, but I had a hard time finding a lunch spot. Since there were few restaurants, it might be easier if lunch was included.

1日のツアーで何ヶ所も観られたが、昼食場所を探すのが苦労した。店が少なかったので昼食付きの方が苦労しないかも知れない。

Since the number of participants in this tour was small, we received various explanations, including trivia, which made for a unique tour experience.

今回のツアー参加人数が少なかった事もあり、色々と雑学含め説明してもらい、一味違うツアー体験できました。

It was a Jozankei tour, but it was just a round trip from Sapporo/Susukino to Jozankei. At this rate, it might have been cheaper to just take a regular bus round trip. In fact, there were only three participants in the tour... If it's going to be called a tour, they should include meals or add sightseeing spots; otherwise, I think the price is too high for what you get.

定山渓ツアーでしたが、札幌／すすきの→定山渓を往復するだけでした。これでは、ツアーじゃなく、路線バスで往復したほうが安上がりだったかもしれません。実際、参加したメンバーも3人だけだったので…。ツアーと名乗る以上、食事付きにしたり、観光地巡りを付けないと、これでは、料金の割には高いと思います。

The young female staff at the reception was very polite and explained everything clearly. Although the wind was strong, I didn't feel seasick, and it was impressive to see about four staff members waving goodbye as we departed from Ishigaki Island. The water buffalo, Yufu Island, the bus driver, and the female staff for the mangrove tour at Nakama River were all very kind and provided thorough explanations. The lunch was delicious, and everything was great!

However, I was really looking forward to the free time on Taketomi Island at the end. I had planned to spend the entire next day on Taketomi Island, so I wanted to take 2-3 hours to scout the area. While I was wandering around trying to find a rental bicycle place within walking distance from the port, an older man shouted, "The rental bicycles are this way!" When I approached to ask, he said, "Just get in the car for now!" even though I clearly told him I hadn't made a reservation.

After getting out of the car and trying to proceed with the rental bicycle process, the female staff at the reception said, "Only renting a bicycle? You can't get in the car unless it's part of the water buffalo package." When I explained that I had told the man I was only renting a bicycle and hadn't made a reservation, she seemed reluctant. I suddenly felt uncomfortable and tried to leave, but I was prompted to write my name down, so I borrowed the bicycle for a bit. However, I was worried about the bus schedule back to the port and ended up returning it after just one hour. Renting a bicycle for a whole day would have allowed for a more relaxed experience, but 2,000 yen for just two hours felt expensive, especially during the off-season.

I had imagined Taketomi Island to be a more leisurely place, but it felt very rushed, which was disappointing, and I decided not to go back the next day. Originally, I had planned to only visit Taketomi Island, so it was a good thing I participated in the tour and was able to visit other islands as well.

受付の若い女性スタッフさんとても丁寧で分かりやすく説明してくれました。風が強かったが船に酔うこともなく、石垣島を出港する時スタッフさんが4人位でずっと手を振ってくれていたのが印象的。水牛も由布島もバスの運転手さん、仲間川のマングローブ遊覧の女性スタッフさん、とても親切丁寧に説明をしてくださり、昼食も美味しくとても良かった！ただ、一番楽しみにしていた最後の竹富島フリータイム。翌日丸一日を竹富島に行こうと計画していたので、2〜3時間かけて下見をしようと思っていたが、港から歩いていけるレンタサイクルさんがどういっていいかウロウロしていたら、おじさんが「レンタサイクルはこっちー！」と叫んでいて、聞いてみようと近くに行ったら「レンタサイクルだけ？とりあえず乗って！」と車に乗せられた。予約 もしていないとハッキリ伝えていた。車を降り、レンタサイクルの手続きをしようとしたところ、受付の女性に「レンタサイクルだけ？水牛とセットじゃないと車には乗れないんですけど？」と言われた。おじさんに予約してないし、レンタサイクルのみと伝えたと言うと、何だか渋々。一気に嫌な気分になり、出ようとしたが、ここに名前書いてーと促され、とりあえず借りたが、港までのバスの時間だとか、あれこれ気になって結局1時間で返し、港に向かった。レンタサイクル1日借りられればゆったり出来るだろうが、2時間で2000円は高い。オフシーズンなのに。竹富島のイメージがもっとゆったりとしたものと思っていたがとてもせわしなく、がっかりしてしまい翌日も行くのをやめた。元々竹富島だけに行こうと考えていたので、ツアーに参加して他の島も行くことが出来てよかったです。

The water buffalo transfer from Iriomote Island to Yufu Island was incredibly moving, with the sound of the sanshin and beautiful singing bringing me to tears. The Nakama River cruise on Iriomote Island was also very enjoyable, and the island-hopping tour with Taketomi Island was the best.

西表島から由布島の水牛移動では、三線と素敵な歌声で感動で涙腺ヤバかった。西表島の仲間川クルーズもとても良く、竹富島との三島巡りは最高でした。

Unfortunately, it was cloudy, but I had a wonderful experience for this price. I highly encourage everyone to participate. I joined alone, but I am grateful for the priority assistance I received.

Everyone was kind, and it really helped us seniors. The explanations, as well as the descriptions of the restaurants he experienced and the images on his phone, were wonderful.

I watched the double-decker bus tour on TV and my computer, and the 60-minute ride was more comfortable than I imagined. The explanations while driving and the refreshing feeling of traveling on the highway can only be experienced by actually riding the bus.

テレビやパソコンで、２階建てバスの視聴しましたが、60分の乗車は、想像以上に快適でした。走行しながらの説明や、高速道路を走る爽快さは、乗車しないと味わえません。

The Kumamoto B one-day course has been changed, but the guidance from our tour conductor, Ms. Chen, was excellent in fluent Japanese 😊. During the Aso sightseeing, we were lucky to be able to visit the crater at the top! Ms. Chen's guidance was so good that all participants were able to keep to the meeting time! Thank you for your hard work, Ms. Chen.

It was quite a speedy sightseeing bus tour, but the guide's sanshin playing and singing, along with the commentary, made the trip a wonderful memory. Thank you very much. I thought it was a bit pricey for about four hours, but I recommend the tour by To Transport.

かなりスピーディーな観光バスツアーでしたが、ガイドさんの三線と歌、案内が旅を最高の思い出にしてくれました。

約四時間で少しお高いかなと思いましたが、東運輸さんのツアーはお勧めです。

I absolutely wanted to experience the water buffalo cart on my first visit to Taketomi Island! It was raining, but I didn't mind at all because the red brick houses and the water buffalo provided the best healing experience! The explanations from the staff and the folk songs were also wonderful. I definitely want to experience it again when I come back. I rented a bicycle and went to Nishi-Sanbashi and Kondoi Beach. I was first impressed by Nishi-Sanbashi, and then when I arrived at Kondoi Beach, I was amazed to see some clear skies, making it feel like a paradise. I didn't have enough time to go to Kaiji Beach, so I definitely want to go next time!

初めての竹富島で絶対に体験したかった水牛車♪雨が降ってましたが全然気にならないほど赤煉瓦の家並みや水牛くん達が最高の癒しをくれました！担当の方の説明や民謡も素晴らしかったです♡また、来れた時には絶対に体験したいです。自転車を借りて西桟橋とコンドイビーチに行きました。まず西桟橋に感動して次にコンドイビーチに着いたら晴れ間も見えて天国のようなビーチに感動しっぱなしでした。時間がなくてカイジ浜にいけなかったので次回絶対に行きたいです！

It's great that you can easily go to the Churaumi Aquarium on a bus tour! I wish the stay at the Churaumi Aquarium had been a bit longer. Manza Beach and Kouri Island were surprisingly nice too!

美ら海水族館に楽にバスツアーで行けるのがいい！
もう少し美ら海水族館の滞在時間が長い方が良かった。
万座毛や古宇利島も何気に良かった！

Depending on the mood of the cow, the ride can feel long or surprisingly short, allowing you to sense its personality. The explanations from the accompanying guide were also interesting, and I was able to have a very pleasant time.

牛の気分次第で長く乗れたり、以外に短く感じたり個性を感じられます。同乗のガイドさんの解説も面白くとても気持ちいい時間を過ごすことができました。

I was planning to rent a car on my own, but there were no available options, so it was a good decision to book here! In half a day, they took me to key spots and I was able to receive explanations about various places. I also made friends with people from Taiwan. The ropeway at Kankaseki is enough for a one-way trip. The bus guide's smooth narration and even a song at the end made for a wonderful memory!

個人でレンタカーを借りるつもりが空きがなくこちらで申し込んで正解でした！半日で要所に連れて行ってくれ　様々な土地の説明を受けることができました　台湾から来た人とも仲良くなれたし　寒霞渓のロープウェイは片道で十分ですね　バスガイドさんの流れるような案内と最後に歌まで聞けて大変良い思い出になりました

I was very satisfied with the content of the tour, and even though I was the only Japanese person, I was really happy with the easy-to-understand guidance from the guide, Kaku-san, and his warm consideration. It was truly a fun and meaningful tour. Thank you very much!

ツアーの内容にも大変満足していますが、日本人が私一人だったのですが、ガイドのカクさんの分かりやすいガイドと、温かい心づかいがとても嬉しくて 本当に楽しい有意義なツアーでした。本当にありがとうございました。

I think the sightseeing was good even though the weather wasn't very nice. Unfortunately, the lunch was not good. To be honest, it was disappointing.

観光は天気があまり良くない中でもよかったと思います。残念なのは昼飯｡はっきり言って美味しくなかった。正直に残念です。

The weather was nice, there was no wind, and the autumn leaves were beautiful. The bus arrived at the final station on time, which was great. It was an efficient course.

天気も良くて風もなく紅葉も綺麗だった。バスは時間通り終着駅にも着いて、良かった。効率よいコースでした。

It was my first time at Mount Fuji. Miraculously, the weather was perfect with not a single cloud in the sky. The experience was fulfilling with the 5th station, sightseeing boat, and ropeway, and the price was very reasonable. The guide provided thorough explanations, which was great. I highly recommend it.

初めての富士山でした。奇跡的に雲一つない天気で最高でした。5号目、遊覧船、ロープウェイと充実した内容でこの値段はとても良いです。ガイドさんも丁寧に説明していただきとても良かったです。オススメできます。

I participated in several bus tours for the first time. Although I didn't have much time to spare, I was able to enjoy fulfilling moments at each destination. However, I didn't have a very good impression of the guide from the beginning. I believe that a bus tour relies heavily on the guide. Since the other tours I participated in were very good, I left feeling a bit disappointed on the last day...

But the content of the tour was good. If possible, I wish they could reduce the number of places visited so that we could enjoy each location a bit more leisurely.

初めてバスツアーをいくつか申し込んで参加しました。
時間の余裕はあまりないですが行く先々では充実した時間が過ごせました。
ただ.....最初からガイドさんにあまりいい印象を受けませんでした。
バスツアーはガイドさんあってのものだと思います。
他で参加したツアーがとても良かっただけに最終日ちょっと残念な気持ちで帰りました...

でもツアーの内容は良かったです。
可能ならば、行く場所の数を減らして一つの場所でもう少しゆっくり楽しめたらなぁと思いました。

I have visited Furano many times, but this is my first time visiting during this season. As expected, the lavender season was over, but I was able to enjoy plenty of other colorful flowers. The lunch was delicious, and I also took a tour of the Blue Pond... I was able to enjoy sightseeing in Furano efficiently. I highly recommend it.

富良野には何度も訪れたことがありますが、この時期に訪れるのは初めて。さすがにラベンダーの季節は終わっていましたが、その他彩り鮮やかな花々で充分楽しめました。
ランチも美味しかったし、青い池まで巡ったり...効率的に富良野観光を楽しむことができました。オススメです。

I was able to visit the famous spots in Osaka all at once, and the explanations were thorough, allowing me to have a very fulfilling time. The open-deck bus provided a sense of freedom.

大阪の名所を一気に回れて、丁寧に説明もしていただき、とっても充実した時間を過ごせました。オープンデッキバスは開放感がありました。

On Yubu Island, the relaxed demeanor of the water buffalo is truly soothing. The staff were kind and interacted with them in a way that brought out their enthusiasm, which was lovely to see. I was moved by the beauty of nature when I saw the golden chrysalis of the Papilio butterfly in the butterfly garden! The mangrove cruise allows the boat to get quite close, providing a rare view that you can't see in Honshu. Although the tour starts early, you can enjoy a full day of activities, making it very fulfilling.

由布島では水牛たちののんびり感には癒されます。スタッフの方もやさしく彼らのやる気を引き出すように語りかけながら操作されている姿も良かった。蝶々園のオオゴマダラの黄金の蛹には自然の素晴らしさに感動！マングローブ遊覧はかなり近くまで船を近づけてくれます。当たり前ですが本州では見ることのできない貴重な景色です。ツアー開始時間は早いですが１日十分楽しめますので充実します。

The guide and driver worked together smoothly to accommodate us. Managing time well is essential for such extensive travel. Most of the group were foreigners, but everything went nicely without any delays. The guide's knowledge of the area and restaurants was top-notch and couldn't be better!

We left Sapporo, enjoyed some potatoes at a mountain pass, efficiently visited Lake Toya and Noboribetsu, and we were lucky to have some sunny moments along the way. It was also Black Friday, and the last mall was great!

ガイドさんと運転手さんの連携でスムーズに対応いただきました。あれだけの移動はタイムマネジメントがうまくないと無理でしょうね。外国の方がほとんどでしたが、特に遅れもなくナイスでした。ガイドさんの地域やレストランの知識は最高で申し分なしです♪
札幌から出て、峠でジャガイモを食べて、洞爺湖と登別を効率的にまわり、途中から晴れ間も出てついてました。ブラックフライデーでもあり最後のモールもグーでした。

Due to the low number of reservations, we were picked up by a van instead of a bus. There was no tour guide, just the driver, so there was no information about where we were headed. When one passenger asked, "Where are we going now? Is there no guidance?" the driver replied, "I'm just the driver, so I don't know anything." It was shocking. As a result, there was no explanation about the sightseeing spots or the scenery along the way, and the van was silent. Although it was mentioned that we could see the scenery from the window, the heating inside the vehicle was so strong that the windows fogged up quickly, making it impossible to see anything. We were taken to various places, but with no explanations, it felt like we were just wandering around on our own.

Additionally, we had a plan to eat lunch at the Biei Town roadside station, but we were taken to a completely different roadside station that only had a hamburger shop. Since everyone concentrated there, they eventually stopped taking orders, and we couldn't order anything. Spending 80 minutes in such a place was unacceptable. At the Furano Cheese Factory, it was stated that we could enjoy experiences, but since we arrived after 3 PM, by the time we got there, the time for experiences had ended, and we could only look around. I wondered if we needed to make a reservation in advance to even participate in the experiences.

Since all the facilities were free and we had to pay for our own lunch, I felt that even though it was a one-day bus tour, 10,000 yen was too expensive. I signed up for the bus tour because it was my first trip to Hokkaido and I wanted to see various places, but there was really no guidance, and I was disappointed that I couldn't see the scenery I was looking forward to. It felt just like taking a taxi. I even thought that moving by taxi might have been better.

The only positive thing is that I was able to return home safely.

予約された方の人数が少なかったこともあってか、集合場所に来たのはバスではなくワゴン車でした。添乗員がおらず運転手のみだったので、最初にどこに向かうのかなど案内がなく、「今はどこに向かっているんですか？案内とかないんですか？」と一人の乗客が訪ねると「私は運転手だから何も分からない」と言われました。ビックリです。なので、観光する場所の説明や道中の景色の説明など一切なく無言の車内でした。景色は車窓からと書いてありますが、車内の暖房が強くすぐに曇ってしまい何も見えません。それぞれの場所に連れて行かれますが、本当に何も説明がないので自分達で勝手に見てまわる感じでした。また、美瑛町道の駅でお昼ごはんを食べるプランでしたが、連れて行かれたのが全く違う道の駅でハンバーガー屋さんしかなく、みんながそこに集中するので最後は注文を打ち切られ何も頼めませんでした。ここで80分過ごすのはありえない場所です。富良野チーズ工房では、体験なども楽しめますと書いてありますが、15時過ぎの到着だったので、着いた頃には体験できる時間は終わっておりただ見るだけでした。そもそも、事前予約しないと体験すら出来ないのではと思いました。どこも無料の施設でお昼ごはんも自分達で払うので、１日のバスツアーとはいえ1万円は高すぎるとすら感じました。そして、初めての北海道旅行で色んな所を見てまわりたいと思いバスツアーを申し込んだのですが、案内が本当に何もなく楽しみにしていた景色も見れず残念でした。これではタクシーと同じです。タクシー移動の方がマシだったのではと感じてます。
無事に帰って来れたのがなによりです。

The open-top bus was a bit cold, but the guide's explanations were clear, interesting, and it was a fun mini trip on the bus.

I was able to make a reservation here until the morning of the day, so I went ahead and booked it. Perhaps due to the rain, there were only two participants, including myself, so we could enjoy nature at our own pace. The instructor was very kind and shared a lot of information about nature. It was a wonderful experience! Also, it was great that there were clean restrooms, changing rooms, and a place to store our belongings.

当日の朝まで予約可能なのがこちらだったので予約させていただきました。
雨の影響もあってか参加者は自分含めて2人だけだったので、自分たちのペースでゆったりと自然を楽しむことができました。インストラクターの方もとても親切で、たくさん自然についてお話してくれました。とても良い体験ができました！
あときれいなトイレ、更衣室、荷物置き場が完備されているのも良かったです。

Despite the rain, we were able to explore the two World Heritage sites of Shirakawa-go and Gokayama. Since my parents, who joined me, are elderly, they got tired from walking in the rain, so we were able to take a break on the bus earlier than planned, which was a great help. There were many participants from overseas, and the explanations on the bus were given in both Japanese and English, which also helped me with my English studies. The lunch was delicious, and it was a satisfying tour overall. The guide and the driver were both very pleasant, and it seemed that my parents had a great time as well.

雨の中の観光でしたが、白川郷と五箇山の二つの世界遺産を散策することができました。
一緒に行った両親は高齢だったため、雨の中の散策で疲れたので、早めにバスの中で休憩させていただき、大変助かりました。
海外から参加されている方も多く、バスの中での説明は日本語と英語で行われ、私自身、英語の勉強にもなりました。
昼食も美味しくいただくことができ、満足できるツアーでした。
ガイドの方をはじめ、運転手の方もとても感じがよく、両親も楽しく過ごせたようでした。

It was a rainy day, but we visited the classic spots in Kyoto: Fushimi Inari, Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, Arashiyama's Togetsukyo Bridge, and Tenryu-ji. These are definitely must-see items. The guide was also a polite and kind woman, which was great. I highly recommend it.

あいにくの雨☔日でしたが、伏見稲荷、清水寺、金閣寺、嵐山渡月橋&天龍寺と京都定番コースですが、やはりこれは使うアイテム。
ガイドさんも丁寧、親切な女性で、グッドでした。
