I made a reservation online, but the information stated that the departure point was the Karasuma Exit of Kyoto Station, which was too vague, so I had to call on the day to ask for clarification. Furthermore, when I arrived, it turned out to be a regular sightseeing bus instead of a double-decker bus. When I asked if it was not a double-decker bus, the staff cheerfully informed me, "Unfortunately, two of our buses are out of service today, and the next one will be a double-decker." They said it was hop-on, hop-off, but with this timetable, I don't think anyone would be able to make multiple rounds. I was told to "coordinate the next ride with the arrival of the double-decker bus..." and ended up taking a regular bus from Kyoto Station to Kinkaku-ji, which meant we had to adjust our schedule to fit the double-decker bus's timing. I was really disappointed. Although they say you can hop on and off for 12 hours, the schedule shows that you can't actually ride for 12 hours, and some of the bus stop attractions were far from the stops... To be honest, it was quite frustrating. It might be good for those who find it cumbersome to research and visit attractions themselves or for first-time visitors to Kyoto, but for those who are aware that the advertised double-decker bus can unexpectedly turn into a regular sightseeing bus, it might not be too bad.

ネットで予約しましたが、案内に出発場所が京都駅烏丸口とあり、ざっくりすぎて当日電話をして聞かなければなりませんでした。さらに行ってみると二階建てバスではなく普通の観光バスで、二階建てバスじゃないんですか？とこちらから訊ねて初めて係の人が　“あいにく本日は故障車が2台出ていて、次のは二階建てがきます"と明るく言われました。乗り降り自由というが、このタイムテーブルで何周もする人はいないと思いますので、"次に乗るのを二階建てバスに合わせていただいて…"などと言われ、京都駅から金閣寺まで普通バスとなってしまい、自分たちの時間の予定を二階建てバスがくるスケジュールに合わせなければならず、本当に残念でがっかりしました。12時間乗り降り自由といいつつも時刻表を見ると12時間乗れないスケジュールですし、バス停名の名所はバス停から遠かったり…正直なところ散々でした。自分で調べて名所をまわるのが面倒な方や京都が初めての方には良いのかもしれませんが、売りにしている二階建てバスが予告なしに故障してフツーの観光バスになる事もある、と承知している方ならば悪くないのかもしれません。

It was a beautiful sunny morning, and the uphill walk to the Churaumi Aquarium parking lot was quite tough, but I had a lot of fun at each place I visited throughout the day.

朝から美ピーカンで美ら海水族館の駐車場まで上り坂がかなり辛かったですが、行くところのそれぞれで一日中大変楽しかったです。

- The guide, Matsumoto, was friendly and cheerful, and even though I participated alone, I was able to relax.
- It wasn't a typical tour; both the guide and the recommendations were just right, making it easy to join.
- The itinerary wasn't too long, and I appreciated having some time left to go out after the tour ended.
- The weather was perfect, so every location had wonderful views, but the sunset at Lake Shikotsu was particularly memorable.
- If the driver made an effort to get us there in time for that sunset, I appreciate their thoughtfulness (there seemed to be a bit of traffic along the way).

・ガイドのマツモトさん、ニコニコと気さくで一人参加でしたがリラックスできました
・こてこてのツアーではなく、ガイドも、おススメも程良かったので気軽にいられました
・行程も長過ぎず、解散後も出かける余裕が残っていて助かりました
・お天気が最高だったので、どの場所も素晴らしい景色でしたが、特に支笏湖の夕焼けが印象深いです
・その夕焼けに間に合うように運転してくださったんでしたら、運転手さんの心遣いに感謝です(途中少し渋滞してたようでした)

There have been times when the weather forecast was pleasantly wrong, and I appreciate the attentiveness of our guide, Mr. Kuroda, and the safe driving of Mr. Yoshida. The recommended photography spots and the gassho-zukuri buildings were fantastic.

天気予報が良い意味で外れてくれたこともあるが、添乗の黒田さん、安全運転の吉田さん、お二人の気配りに感謝です。おすすめ撮影スポット、合掌造り建物、最高でした。

It was my first bus tour. The weather wasn't perfect, but to make up for it, the guide and the driver were truly wonderful people, and I had a pleasant day. I think it has been tough for the past 2-3 years due to COVID-19, and I sincerely hope that these unique bus tours in Japan will continue to survive. Thank you for your hard work, and thank you very much.

初めてのバスツアーでした。
お天気は100%ではありませんでしたが、それを補うかのように、ガイドさんと運転士さんが本当にいい方々で、気持ち良い一日を過ごさせていただきました。
コロナでこの2~3年大変だったと思います、これからもこの様な日本ならではのバスツアーが生き延びることを心から祈ってます。

I don't have a driver's license, so I'm grateful for the bus tour. It was also cost-effective. We made proper stops at Manzamo and the aquarium, ensuring we had time to enjoy. It was so much fun.
Our guide, Mr. Wakasato, was polite and had a warm demeanor, which was great. Since we are foreigners, he kindly checked if it was okay to provide explanations in Japanese and spent the whole day explaining in a very gentle voice. Thank you so much for that. At the end, he played the sanshin and sang, which was moving.
If I have the chance, I would love to join Mr. Wakasato's tour again!
So, I highly recommend this course!

免許を持っていなく、バスツアーがあるのがありがたいです。コスパもいいです。万座毛や水族館にもちゃんととまって遊び時間を確保しました。すごく楽しかったです。
ガイドの我謝さんは言葉遣いが丁寧で、暖かい感じでよかったです。私たちが外国人なので、我謝さんが「日本語の解説で大丈夫ですか」と確認して、1日中すごく優しい声で解説して本当にありがとうございました。最後も三線を弾きながら歌を歌ってくれて感動しました。

It was my first time in Shirakawa-go, but... I received a lot of tips on secret? photography spots and was able to take many wonderful photos! I would definitely like to request White Ring again for a winter visit to Shirakawa-go.

We went as a couple in our 20s. It takes about 50 minutes by ferry to get to Iriomote Island, so the round trip can be a bit tiring. However, once on Iriomote Island, we enjoyed a leisurely time on a sightseeing boat and bus tour, and after taking a water buffalo to Yubu Island, we were able to have lunch right away. Yubu Island had more attractions than we expected, and although we had to rush at the end, we really enjoyed it.

There was also a plan to go to Taketomi Island after Yubu Island, but since leaving Iriomote Island involves another 50-minute ferry ride, it seems like it would be tiring to fully enjoy Taketomi. I think it would be better to focus on enjoying two islands with this plan and visit Taketomi on a separate day.

20代夫婦で行きました。
西表島までフェリーで片道50分かかるのでその行き帰りが少し疲れます。その分、西表島では遊覧船とバス観光でのんびり過ごして、水牛で由布島に行けばすぐお昼ご飯が食べられます。由布島が思いのほか見所がとても多く、最後は駆け足になりましたが満喫できました。
由布島のあとに竹富島に行くプランもありましたが、西表島を去る時に50分フェリーに乗る消耗があるので、竹富で思いっきり楽しむには疲れそうです。3島まとめてよりも、このプランで2島を満喫し、別日に竹富に行ったほうが集中できると思います。

I participated alone.
To explore Yakushima thoroughly, a rental car is necessary, but if you're not confident in driving, I highly recommend this tour.
- There were about 20 participants on the day, and I got the impression that there were many middle-aged and older individuals.
- The tour guide provided smooth and polite explanations and conducted the tour well.
- I saw monkeys and deer. There were really a lot of them, which was exciting.
- I only participated in the morning since I had a flight in the afternoon, but I think it's a flexible tour that allows for morning-only participation. Additionally, after the morning tour, the guide kindly showed me the bus stop for the airport bus I would take in the afternoon and even asked if I needed a ride partway.
- Actually, on the morning of the tour, I took the first bus from my accommodation near Nagata Beach to the meeting place. I had communicated this when making the reservation, and they changed the meeting point to a location near the port for my convenience. The bus guide was also waiting in an easy-to-find spot. I think this company has many kind people.

On days other than the tour, I visited Jomon Sugi and Shiratani Unsuikyo. I recommend fitting this tour in between visits to Jomon Sugi and Shiratani Unsuikyo or taking it on the last day for a leisurely exploration. You can experience the charm of Yakushima beyond just the mountains.

一人で参加いたしました。
屋久島をぐるっと回るためにはレンタカーが必要となりますが、運転に自信がない場合はこのツアーが大変おすすめです。
・当日は20名くらいの参加者で、全体的に中高年の方が多い印象でした。
・ツアーガイドさんはスムーズかつ丁寧な説明とツアー運行でした。
・サルや鹿も見られました。本当にたくさんいるので興奮しました。
・私は当日午後の飛行機で帰るため午前だけの参加でしたが、午前のみ参加もできる点が融通が利くツアーだなと思います。また、午前のツアーが終わった後も、ガイドさんが午後に乗る空港行きのバス停を教えてくれたり、途中まで乗せていくか聞いてくださったり親切でした。
・実は当日の朝、私は永田浜(いなか浜)近くの宿から始発のバスで集合場所に向かったのですが、そのことを予約の時から伝えていたところ、私が分かりやすいように港近くの集合に変更してくださったり、バスガイドさんも分かりやすい所で待っていたりしてくださっていました。皆さん親切な方が多い会社なのだと思います。

私はこのツアーの日以外は縄文杉、白谷雲水峡に行っていました。縄文杉と白谷雲水峡の合間の日にこのツアーを入れたり、最終日にのんびり回るというのもおすすめです。山の中だけでない屋久島の魅力を感じることができます。

Originally, I had made a reservation for just myself, but on the day of the tour, I found myself completely alone. Despite this, I was grateful from the very beginning of the tour that they held it as usual.

The bus guide was very cheerful and did an excellent job explaining the sightseeing spots. They provided a thorough guide for just me without cutting any corners, and at the same time, engaged in casual conversation and adjusted the time spent at each spot according to my preferences.

What impressed me particularly were the following points:
- The staff at each sightseeing spot would engage with me. It seemed to be due to the bus guide's personality, as they appeared to have a good relationship with the staff at each location, creating a relaxed atmosphere where we could chat and even joke about how I couldn't just sleep on the bus being alone. It was a unique interaction with the locals that I wouldn't have experienced on my own.
- The pamphlet was very comprehensive. It not only summarized the features and highlights of each sightseeing spot well, but it also noted a tree in Olive Park that has heart-shaped olive leaves. This pamphlet alone was worth it.
- The driving skills of the veteran driver. We visited most of the spots in one day, navigating through winding mountain roads and narrow paths, yet I didn't feel any motion sickness, nor was I bothered by the mountain roads. They were truly impressive.

This tour allows you to fully enjoy Shodoshima, and I hope many people can participate.

もともと一人での予約でしたが、当日はまさかの私一人きりでした。
にもかかわらず、通常通りツアーを開催してくださったことにツアーの最初から感謝の気持ちでした。

バスガイドさんは非常に明るく観光スポットの説明もお上手でした。私一人のためにも手を抜くことなくきちんと案内いただきましたし、それでいて雑談したり各スポットの所要時間を希望に合わせて調整してくださりました。

特に印象的なのは、以下の点でした。
・各観光スポットのスタッフさんが話しかけてくださることです。バスガイドさんのお人柄によるもので、どこのスタッフさんとも仲が良いらしく、のんびりした雰囲気で世間話したり、「一人きりじゃバスで寝ていられないね」と冗談を言われたり。個人では体験できない地元の方との触れ合いがありました。
・パンフレットが非常に充実しています。各観光スポットの特徴やポイントがうまくまとめられているだけでなく、オリーブ公園ではハート形のオリーブの葉が取れる木があるのですがそのスポットも明記されていました。このパンフレットだけでも十分価値があるものでした。
・ベテラン運転手さんの運転技術です。1日でほとんどのスポットを回り、さらに山や入り組んだ道をくねくね進んでいくのですが、まったく酔いませんでしたし、山道も気になりませんでした。さすがでした。

小豆島を満喫できるツアーなので、多くの人に参加いただけるといいなと思いました。

Since it was my first time in Hokkaido and I had no familiarity with the area, I joined this tour feeling a bit anxious. The time spent at each location was set to the last minute, and there were places where I had to run to get back to the bus. The spots that were just viewed from the bus were really only passed by. This tour is great for efficiently sightseeing in a short amount of time. I participated thinking of it as a preview of Sapporo, and I believe that when I visit again, I will be able to explore the places I want to see more thoroughly. The guidance from the tour guide was enjoyable as well. Considering the price, it was a very worthwhile tour, and I'm glad I participated.

初めての北海道だったので、土地勘もなく不安に思い、こちらのツアーに参加しました。
それぞれの場所の滞在時間がバスを降りて戻るまでギリギリの設定。バスへ戻るのに走った場所もありました。
車窓からとなっているスポットは、本当に通り過ぎるだけ。
ギュッと短時間で効率よく観光するにはとても良いツアーです。
札幌の下見のつもりでと思って参加して、次回訪問する時はもう一度行きたい場所をじっくり観光できると思います。
ガイドさんの案内もあり楽しめました。
料金を考えると、とてもお得なツアーで参加して良かったです。

It was an early morning tour, but they picked us up at the hotel and the service was polite. The schedule was packed, and the explanation before we started had a lot of information, but there were guides at each point, so we could enjoy ourselves without getting lost. On Taketomi Island, I chose the water buffalo cart tour plus free time. The duration of the free time depends on the water buffalo, so I recommend planning your free time during the ferry ride. It was a satisfying tour that allowed us to visit several islands and also enjoy some relaxing time in just one day.

朝早いツアーですが、ホテルまで迎えにきていただいて、対応も丁寧でした。盛りだくさんの日程で開始前の説明は情報量が多かったですが、その場その場で案内が入り、迷わず楽しむことができました。竹富島では水牛車観光＋フリータイムを選択しました。水牛次第でフリータイムの時間が決まりますのでフリータイムでの予定をフェリー移動中など事前検討することをおすすめします笑
1日で離島をめぐり、ゆったりした時間も過ごせる満足のツアーでした。

At first, I didn't have high expectations because the price was low, but it was worth more than the price! I was able to efficiently visit various places, and with the audio guide providing sightseeing information, I not only saw the sights but also learned a lot. At the Okurayama Jump Stadium, I rode the lift, and at the Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill, I was able to see the magnificent scenery of the ranch, which was a very valuable experience! Perhaps I was lucky with the guide, as they shared stories beyond the audio guide and were incredibly unique and warm, so I wished I could have met them on a longer tour! For those who only have one night and two days and don't have a rental car, or for those visiting Hokkaido for the first time, I highly recommend it!

最初は、値段も安く余り期待してませんでしたが、お値段以上！効率よく色んなところを巡れて、音声ガイドで観光案内があるので見るだけではなく、きちんと学びもえられました。大倉山ジャンプ場では、リフトに乗ったり、羊ケ丘展望台では、壮大な牧場の景色をみられたりとても貴重な経験ができました！またガイドさんが当たりだったのか、音声ガイド以上のお話しをしてくださったり、何よりとてもユニークで温かい方だったので、もっと長いツアーでお会いしたかったです！一泊2日しかなくレンタカーもない方、初めて北海道に来られた方は、おすすめでした！

The shuttle service was smooth, and the transportation was clearly organized with numbered routes, making it easy to navigate. The bus driver and the staff at the reception were kind and provided attentive service. I would like to use this service again on my next trip.

送迎もスムーズで移動時もコース毎に番号分けされていてわかりやすく案内してもらいました。
バスの運転手さん、受付の方も親切で丁寧な対応でした。
次回の旅行の際も利用したいと思います。

【Before Departure】
I had booked a different tour, but I received a call six days prior saying it didn't meet the minimum number of participants. I was reassured because it stated that tours would operate with just two people during the high season, but it seems the condition of "depending on the COVID-19 infection situation" was applied... even though the number of infections wasn't drastically increasing. I was quite flustered as I had no time to reconsider my plans. However, I was able to change my reservation since this tour had availability. I'm grateful to the operator. It was a significant mental burden.

【On the Day】
The bus arrived five minutes before the meeting time.
We were able to efficiently visit each spot as planned, which was great! Considering the effort of combining public transportation and rental cars, the bus tour is overwhelmingly superior. Especially at spots like Kouri Island and Cape Manzamo, just arriving was breathtaking. I passively gained information about the region, climate, culture, and history, making the trip even more enjoyable.
The main attraction, Churaumi Aquarium, was truly beautiful! It was quite impressive, so finding time for lunch was challenging. Fortunately, the weather held up at Kouri Island and Cape Manzamo, providing stunning views. American Village has a bit of a safety issue, though. The sweet potato tart at Okashi Goten was truly a petit four. This fresh tart was also sold at the airport, albeit at a slightly higher price.

【Points of Concern】
- Perhaps because children under two are free, there was a crying toddler. It was hard to hear the guide, and it was quite bothersome. For the sake of preventing COVID-19 infections, participants who cannot control themselves should exercise restraint.
- It was disappointing that the tart production line at Okashi Goten had finished by the time we visited.
- I felt that 50 minutes at American Village is unnecessary just to see the sunset, so it would be better to increase the time at Kouri Island or Cape Manzamo.

【出発前】
別ツアーで予約していたが最少催行人数に満たなかったとのことで6日前？に入電。ハイシーズンは2名でも催行する、と書いてあるので安心していたが、「※ただしコロナ感染状況による」が適用されたそうで、、、感染者が激増していたわけではないのに。今から予定を考え直す余裕もなく、かなり取り乱した。が、このツアーが空いているとのことで予約変更ができた。オペレーターの方に感謝。精神的には大きな負担があった。

【当日】
集合場所5分前にバス到着。
予定通りに各スポットを効率よく回ることができ、大変よかった！公共交通機関やレンタカーを組み合わせる労力を考えると、圧倒的にバスツアーに軍配が上がる。特に古宇利島や万座毛など、車ありきのスポットは到着しただけでも感動もの笑　地域や風土、文化、歴史に関する情報が受動的に得られるので旅がより楽しくなる。
メインの美ら海、本当に美しかった〜　大変見ごたえがあるのでお昼食べる時間を作るのは難儀。　古宇利島万座毛もなんとか天気がもってくれて、絶景。アメリカンビレッジは治安が悪い笑　御菓子御殿の生紫芋タルトはまさしくプティ・フール。なおこの生タルトは空港でもやや割高で売っていた

【気になる点】
・2歳以下無料がゆえか、泣きわめく幼児がいた。ガイドの方の声が聞こえづらく、すごく耳障りだった。コロナ感染防止のためにも（？）、自身を制御できない参加者は自重すべき。
・御菓子御殿のタルト製造ラインは、訪問時間には終了していたのが残念
・アメリカンビレッジは夕焼けを見るためなら50分もいらないので、古宇利島もしくは万座毛の時間を増やすのがいいと感じた

The tour followed the route and time allocation as described. It was great because navigating the area on your own would be quite challenging. For lunch, you are advised to take care of it yourself in the Toyako Onsen area, and they don’t provide recommendations, so if you have a specific destination or restaurant in mind, it's best to make a reservation or do some research beforehand. From my experience, there are only a few places to eat, such as a Western-style restaurant popular with locals, a soba shop, a café, seafood bowls, and ramen. Since the time is limited, if you want to enjoy a leisurely stroll around Lake Toya and eat by the lakeside, I think it’s better to buy something in Sapporo and bring it with you.

There isn’t a veteran guide like you would find on typical bus tours, so those who have participated in various tours might find the amount of information and hospitality lacking. It seems to be a company focused on inbound tourism, so there is no native Japanese-speaking guide, and their knowledge is limited.

I have participated in various tours at different tourist spots, but I have never felt as relieved to return safely to Sapporo as I did on this tour. The driver was coughing and blowing his nose while driving, clearly showing signs of not feeling well, and since we were running late, it was already dark when we left Lake Shikotsu. Other tours usually adjust the stay time or make on-the-spot decisions, but the guide was merely there to assist the driver and prevent passengers from being left behind, so they couldn’t respond flexibly. I spent the time anxiously praying for no accidents on the winding road from the dark Lake Shikotsu to Sapporo.

As mentioned in other people's experiences, I believe this tour could benefit from more creativity in time allocation and stop locations. However, considering the long 11-hour duration and the fact that the driver was on their own, the itinerary was designed with the driver’s breaks in mind, which led to some awkward time allocations at tourist spots and a 15-minute return to Toyako Onsen for lunch. While this raises questions about efficiency, I understood that it was based on the premise of a solo driver. From a safety perspective, I felt that the long-distance (about 340 km) solo driving for 11 hours reflects a low awareness of safety from the operating company, and I worry that it could lead to a serious accident someday. If asked whether I would recommend it to others, I honestly cannot say so actively. If the driver were to work in pairs, the itinerary and time allocation could improve, and adding stops like roadside stations would alleviate lunch issues. Even without a veteran guide, a tour that can cover this distance and allow for exploration would be appealing.

ツアーについては記載通りのルートと時間配分でした。
自分で回るのはとても大変な場所とルートなので、良かったです。
昼ご飯は洞爺湖温泉街で自身で済ませてきて下さい、お勧めはありません、と言われますので、目的がある方や目当てのお店がある方は予約するなり、下調べをしたほうが良いです。参加した感想としては、お昼を食べる箇所は数件しかなく、地元民で賑わう洋食屋、蕎麦屋、カフェ、海鮮丼、ラーメンくらいです。時間も短いので、洞爺湖をゆっくり散策しながら湖畔で食べたい方は事前に札幌で購入して持参したほうが良いと思います。
一般的なバスツアーにいらっしゃるベテランガイドさんはいませんので、様々なツアーに参加されている方には情報量やおもてなしの満足感は低いと思います。インバウンドに特化していた会社のようなので、ネイティブな日本語でのガイドはありませんし、知識も少ないです。

様々な観光地で色々なツアーに参加してきましたが、安全に札幌に戻れてこんなにもホッとしたツアーは今までありませんでした。運転手さんは運転中に咳をしたり、鼻をかんだり、明らかに体調に不安を感じる方でしたし、時間が押していたので、支笏湖を出る時にはもう真っ暗。他のツアーなら滞在時間を短くしたり、その場での判断をしていくものですが、ガイドさんは運転手の補助的役割で乗客の乗り忘れを防止するだけの要員なので、臨機応変に対応できない。真っ暗な支笏湖沿いの道から札幌に出るまでのクネクネ道を事故にならないように祈りながら、不安に過ごしました。
他の方の体験談にもありましたように、時間配分や立ち寄り場所の創意工夫がもっとできるツアーだと思います。しかし、11時間もの長時間、ワンオペでの運転の為、運転手さんの休憩を考えた行程になっていますので、観光地での時間配分がちぐはぐだったり、昼休憩にまた洞爺湖温泉街に15分かけて戻ったり、と効率面から考えたら疑問を感じますが、それはワンオペでの運転が前提の行程なので、そうなっているんだ、と分かりました。安全面を考えたら、11時間もの長時間、長距離(340kmくらい)ワンオペ運転は催行会社の安全への意識の低さを感じましたし、いつか大きな事故につながるのではないか・・・と懸念する働き方だと思います。他者にお勧めするかと聞かれたら、正直積極的には言えません。運転手さんが二人体制になれば、行程や時間配分も改善されるでしょうし、道の駅などを加えたらお昼ご飯も困らないし、ベテランガイドさんがいなくても、これだけの距離を移動できて、回れるツアーは他にないので、魅力的なツアーになると感じました。

Even with the minimum number of participants, I was able to enjoy the tour comfortably. I was fortunate to have a great driver and fellow participants, making it a memorable anniversary trip.

Incorporating a bus tour into the itinerary is the best. Thank you very much.

The water buffalo cart from Iriomote Island to Yufu Island was very refreshing and enjoyable. Sometimes, they even perform shamisen music during the ride♪ I had a very meaningful time.

西表島から由布島までの水牛車がとても新鮮で良かったです。
水牛車では乗車中に三味線演奏をしてくれることもあります♪
とても有意義な時間を過ごせました。

The weather wasn't very good, which was a bit disappointing. I didn't go to Sefa Utaki because it was explained that the footing was bad. Instead, I went to see Chinen Misaki. When the sun came out, it was beautiful.

I was surprised by the few participants at Okinawa World. There were mostly participants from the Valley of Gangala. Since the purpose was to see the limestone cave, I found myself bored after walking and ended up looking at souvenirs. (laughs) Okinawa World has a very confusing layout.

Next, I want to participate in the Valley of Gangala.

The guide had a lovely voice and provided easy-to-understand explanations.

I couldn't try the sanpin tea.

天気があまり良く無く、少し残念でした。
斎場御獄は足元悪いと説明があったので行きませんでした。代わりに知念岬を見に行ってました。
晴れ間が出来た時、綺麗でした。

おきなわワールド参加者が少なくびっくりでした。ほぼガンガラーの谷参加者ばかりでした。
鍾乳洞が目的だったので、歩き終わると暇でお土産眺めてました。笑
おきなわワールドは、とても分かりにくい作りになってますね。

次はガンガラーの谷に参加したいです。

ガイドさんは素敵なお声の方で、聞き取りやすい説明でした。

さんぴん茶は頂けなかったです。

If you're wondering how to efficiently tour the vast Hokkaido, I highly recommend this!
Pros: Excellent cost-performance! You can visit various spots comfortably within the time limit. The tour guide is friendly and informs you about photo spots and local specialties in each area, so no prior research is needed. We were able to see the sunset at Lake Shikotsu at just the right moment. I'm grateful to the driver who drove us all day at this price.
Cons: The meeting point instructions were unclear. It was supposed to be in the hotel lobby, but there were no recognizable people there... In reality, we were quite flustered waiting in front of the sightseeing bus parked on the road. I think it would be helpful if the tour guide held a sign or if we could gather in front of the bus and communicate the bus number in advance.

北海道なんて広いしどこを効率よく観光すればいいのか分からないと思っている方にオススメ！
良い点：コスパ最高！効率よく時間内に無理なく回れます。添乗員さんが親切で各エリア毎に写真スポットや名物を教えてくれるので下調べなくても大丈夫。最後は絶妙なタイミングで夕焼けの支笏湖が見られました。この価格で一日中運転してくれたドライバーの方に感謝です。
改善点：集合場所の案内が曖昧。ホテルロビーの予定でしたがロビーにそれらしい人達は居ず‥。実際は道路に停車中の観光バス前でかなり焦りました。添乗員さんが案内旗などを持って待機する、バス前集合ならバスナンバーを伝えておくなど検討して頂けるといいと思います。

This was our family's first trip to Okinawa, and choosing this course for our Ishigaki Island trip was definitely the right decision! The mangroves on Iriomote Island were amazing, and I was surprised by the variety of mangrove species thanks to the guide's thorough explanations! When we crossed from island to island with the water buffalo, the guide explained the characteristics of the water buffalo, which helped me understand this creature better, and I found them very cute.

Also, it was a good choice to do a bus tour on Taketomi Island considering our stamina after snorkeling and the weather! The guide provided detailed explanations about the cows on Taketomi Island, and I could see how well the people on the island live together, making it a truly wonderful place. Lastly, of course, we paid the entrance fee as well. I would love to explore the Yaeyama Islands again!

今回家族で初めての沖縄、しかも石垣島旅行ということもあり、このコースを選択して正解でした！
とにかく西表島のマングローブもガイドさんの丁寧な説明でマングローブの種類の豊富さにビックリ！
水牛も島から島へ渡ら時にガイドさんが水牛の特性を説明してくれたので、水牛という生き物を理解出来、とても可愛く思えました。
また竹富島へはシュノーケル後の体力や天候などのことを考慮してバス観光にして正解でした！
竹富島の牛もガイドさんが詳しく説明してくれたのと、島中の人たちが仲良く暮らしてい事もわかり、とても素敵な島だと思いました。
最後にもちろん入島料も納めてきました。
また八重山諸島巡りしたいです。

Since it was a half-day course, it can't be helped, but the stops were short, and there wasn't enough time to buy souvenirs or eat food, so it was busy!

半日コースなので仕方ありませんが、立ち寄り先が短くて、お土産を買う時間とか、食べ物を食べる時間が無くて、忙しかったです!

I didn't know that a bus guide would be included. The veteran woman shared fun stories about Hokkaido, and her relaxed tone was just right for the long journey. Since it was my first time in Hokkaido, I found her stories very interesting. We enjoyed Asahiyama Zoo for a full three hours, which felt just right. On the way back, the guide said, "I will keep it quiet," allowing me to doze off during the ride. Since it was an unfamiliar place, and Hokkaido is quite vast, I think the tour was very convenient and good. If I have another opportunity, I would like to use a different course. One point of criticism regarding the system is that having to present a paper ticket nowadays is a bit outdated. Since it's a tour, gathering is unavoidable, but I would prefer to show a voucher on my smartphone screen instead. There are times when you might be cutting it close.

バスガイドさんが付くとは知らなかったです。ベテランの女性で北海道のことを楽しくお話してくれて、ゆったりしたトーンが長旅にちょうどよかったです。はじめての北海道でしたので、そういったお話もとても興味深く聞きました。旭山動物園はたっぷり3時間楽しんで、ちょうどよいと感じました。帰りはガイドさんは「静かにしますので」といってくださり、居眠りをしながら帰ってこれました。慣れない場所、しかも広い北海道ですので、ツアーはとても便利でいいと思います。また機会がありましたら、別のコースで利用してたいです。1点だけ、システムにダメ出ししますと、いまどきチケットを紙で出さないとダメというのはちょっといただけないかな。ツアーなので集合は仕方ないですが、スマホの画面などでバウチャー見せればOKにしてほしいです。ギリギリで乗ることもありますし。

Although it wasn't a bus guide, the tour conductor accompanied us and provided explanations of the highlights and local information. They also mentioned that we would be traveling inland for about an hour, encouraging those who were tired to take a nap, and gave us advance notice of rest stops where we could buy souvenirs. They helped us enjoy the day without any stress.

バスガイドでは無いですが添乗員が同乗し、見どころの説明や現地の案内だけではなく、１時間ほど内陸部を走行するのでお疲れの人はお昼寝してくださいとか、お土産を買える休憩ポイントの事前案内など、一日を楽しく無理なく過ごすサポートをしてくれました。

I was very satisfied with being able to see a variety of things efficiently in half a day! I think it would have been difficult to visit all the facilities by rental car or train in that time, so I felt I made good use of my time.

With this bus tour, I got a feel for each facility, and I think it would be good to revisit the places where I thought, "I want to see more." In my case, I would like to visit the Shiroi Koibito Park again. I was satisfied just looking around and taking photos of the garden and the exterior of the buildings, so the timing was just right. The souvenir shop had quite a long line at the register.

Since it was raining, I gave up on the lift at the Okurayama Observatory, but I saw some people wearing raincoats going up to the observatory. I wanted to try the soft serve ice cream at the observatory, so I would like to come back on a sunny day. It was nice that I could take my time exploring the Olympic Museum even in the rain.

We were dropped off at the clock tower without any delays.

The tour price is also inexpensive, and both the guide and the driver have a friendly atmosphere, so I recommend it to anyone who is unsure about where to go for sightseeing in Sapporo. As a COVID-19 precaution, they made sure to spray disinfectant when boarding the bus.

However, since the meeting time was early in the morning, I couldn't go up to the second floor from the underground passage at the station, so be careful about that. I think you can get there easily from the south exit of Sapporo Station. When I called the bus company, they kindly gave me directions.

半日で効率よく色々見られて、とても満足しました！レンタカーや電車で全部の施設を回ろうと思うと、半日では難しかったと思うので、時間を有効活用出来たと思います。
このバスツアーで、それぞれの施設の雰囲気を把握して「もっと長時間見ていたい」と思った所には改めて行くと良いと思います。私の場合は、白い恋人パークは改めて行ってみたいなと思いました。お土産は買わずに見るだけで、お庭や建物の外観の写真を撮れれば満足だったので、時間的には丁度良かったです。お土産屋のレジは結構並んでいました。

雨だったので、大倉山展望台のリフトは諦めましたが、レインコートを着て展望台に行かれてる方も居ました。展望台のソフトクリームが食べたかったので、晴れた日に改めて来たいです。雨でもオリンピックミュージアムをじっくり見られたので良かったです。

時間も遅れることなく、時計塔で降ろしてもらいました。

ツアーの価格も安いですし、ガイドさんも運転手さんも親しみやすい雰囲気なので、札幌観光でどこに行こうか迷ってる方にお勧めです。コロナの対策としては、バスに乗り込む際に必ず消毒のスプレーをしてくれました。

ただ集合時間が早朝だったので、駅の地下通路からだと2階に上がれなかったので注意です。札幌駅の南口からだと迷わず行けると思います。バス会社の方に電話したら丁寧に教えて下さいました。

Even though it was raining and there were only two customers, both the guide and the driver greeted us with smiles. The lift and the jump ramp were amazing, and although we couldn't see much at Sheep Hill due to the sideways rain, the moment it turned into a light drizzle, we took a photo in front of Dr. Clark in the same pose (laughs). On the way back, we could choose from several drop-off points, which was great too.

雨が降ったし、お客さん二人だけだったのに、ガイドさんも運転手さんも笑顔で案内してくれました。
リフトもジャンプ台の上もすごかったし、羊ヶ丘は横殴りの雨であまりよくみられなかったけど、小雨になった瞬間にクラーク博士の前で同じ格好をして写真を撮ってもらいました（笑）
帰りはいくつかから降りるところが選べるので、それもよかったです。

I rode the two-story open-deck bus for two consecutive days. The routes at 17:00 and 14:40 were very refreshing, and I was moved by the view of the streets of Osaka. With explanations provided, it was the best sightseeing bus in Osaka.

二日間続けて2階建オープンデッキバスに乗ってしまいました。17:00からのコースと14:40からのコース、とても開放感があり大阪の街並みを眺めて感動してしまいました。説明もあり最高の大阪観光バスでした。

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and being with my elderly mother, I hesitated to participate several times. However, after checking the COVID-19 safety measures on the website, I decided it would be safe to join. I personally wasn't originally interested in Shirakawa-go, but since my mother wanted to go, I planned this trip. In the end, the guide, Mr. Kuroda, shared interesting stories, and we were able to take a leisurely stroll, which made for a very pleasant time. Although the rainy weather was quite disappointing, I appreciated the comment that "this kind of scenery is rarely seen," and I realized that it was indeed a unique landscape. Thank you for the enjoyable time.

コロナ禍もあり、高齢の母と一緒でもあったので、何度も参加することを迷ったのですが、サイトでコロナ対策方針を確認し、きっとこれなら大丈夫と参加を決めました。私自身、元々白川郷に興味はなく、母が行きたいと言うので今回旅行を組んだのですが、結果、ガイドの黒田さんのお話しも面白く、ゆっくり散策もできて、とてもよい時間を過ごすことができました。雨降りの天気がとても残念でしたが、「こんな風景はあまり見たことがない」とのお話しもあり、これもまた味わいのある風景なんだなと思いました。

The staff were very kind and friendly! The water buffalo experience was also fun. This time we participated as a couple, but next time I would like to bring the kids along too!

The ticket counter for the sightseeing bus is located here, but when boarding, you need to go down to the 1st floor via the stairs. I think it's better for those with mobility issues, the elderly, and small children to be cautious.
During the ride, there is a commentary available through headphones.
At the Okurayama Jump Stadium, you can take the lift to get a panoramic view of Sapporo. Be careful when getting on and off!
At the Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill, the Shiroi Koibito soft serve ice cream was delicious.
I was able to enjoy sightseeing at a reasonable price during my free time in the afternoon.

大倉山のジャンプ場は、リフトで上がり札幌を一望できます。やはり乗り降り注意！
羊ヶ丘展望台では、白い恋人のソフトクリームが美味しかったです。
午後の空いた時間に手頃な価格でサクッと観光できました。
帰りは、すすきので下車することが、できました。ありがとうございました。
