It's quite packed, but I think it's understandable if you're visiting three islands in one day. It seems like you can enjoy it more if you take a quick look first and then focus on the islands you liked for a more leisurely visit. Especially, I believe you'll want to visit Iriomote Island again later.

相当詰め込まれてますが1日で3島回るなら仕方ないと思います。最初にざっと見て気に入った島を再度重点的に訪問するとゆっくり楽しめそうです。特に西表島は後日改めて行きたくなるはず。

I have always wanted to visit Shirakawa-go, which I often see on TV. This time, when planning a trip to Hokuriku with my two close friends, I found and signed up for a day trip bus tour with Veltra. On the day of the tour, we were blessed with good weather and were captivated by the rich nature, the charming old houses, and the nostalgic scenery, spending a wonderful time. The lunch at the traditional farmhouse was also delicious. The bus driver and the guide were kind and great. I definitely want to go again.

いつもテレビで見ている白川郷。一度は行ってみたいと思っていた。今回、仲良し3人での北陸旅行の計画の時点で、ベルトラの日帰りバスツアーを見つけ、申し込んだ。当日は、天気に恵まれ、自然豊かな場所、古き良き家並、昔懐かしい景色に魅了され、楽しい時間を過ごした。古民家での昼食も美味しかった。バスの運転手、ガイドさんも優しく良かった。是非、もう一度行きたい。

I had a water buffalo experience on Taketomi Island. It was a small island with few people, and I felt like my mind was really refreshed; it was wonderful. Everyone was kind, which made me happy. The buffalo were super cute and amusing! Since I went in the summer, it was very hot, so staying hydrated is essential! I think it would be good to have something to wipe off sweat as well!

The reception shown in the photos online has a sign, but in reality, it was in a different location without any sign, making it hard to find. Please improve it to make it clearer.

ネットにある受付は看板を持っている写真が載っているが、実際は違う場所で看板もなく分かりづらかった。分かりやすい方法に改善してください。

During my previous trip to Kyoto, I had to transfer trains and walk from the station, which took a lot of time, and I couldn't visit all the places I wanted to. This time, thanks to this tour, I was able to visit Kinkaku-ji, which I missed last time, as well as my favorite Kiyomizu-dera, Arashiyama, and Fushimi Inari, all by bus, making my travel much easier. Although it was an English tour, I was able to talk with the guide in Japanese, ask questions, and take many photos. It was also a big plus that I could catch the bus near my hotel in Osaka! I would like to use Beltora's bus tour for my next trip to Kyoto as well.

以前自分で京都を旅した時は、電車を乗り継ぎ、駅からも歩き、移動時間がとてもかかり、行きたい所全てへは行けませんでした。
今回はこのツアーを利用したおかげで、前回行けなかった金閣寺を含め、好きな清水寺、嵐山、そして伏見稲荷へもバスで連れて行ってもらえたので、とても楽に旅が出来ました。英語のツアーでしたが、ガイドさんとは日本語で色々話もでき、質問にも答えていただき、写真も沢山撮ってもらえました♪
宿泊していた大阪のホテルの近くからバスに乗れたのも、大きなプラスでした！
次回の京都旅行もベルトラさんのバスツアーを利用したいです。

The cow was much larger than I expected and incredibly impressive! The lady's singing was also wonderful. I would love to participate again if I have the chance.

牛が予想以上に大きくて迫力抜群でした！お姉さんの歌も素敵でした。また機会があれば参加させていただきたいです。

The guide spoke mostly in Chinese and only mentioned the meeting time and place in Japanese. I was looking forward to explanations in English, but there were none, which was disappointing. The driving of the microbus was rough and scary. I felt that the tour price was high, especially since the entrance fee and meal costs were not included.

ガイドは、ずっと中国語を話し、日本語では集合時間と集合場所を言うぐらいでした。英語ての説明を楽しみにしたのに、それは一切なく、残念でした。
マイクロバスの運転も荒つぼく、怖かったです。
拝観料、食事代も含まれず、ツアー代は高いと感じました。

This course was packed with the charm of Ishigaki Island. I don't think I could have explored it all in one day without a rental car. At Kabira Bay, I was very satisfied to encounter sea turtles at the glass-bottom boat. The guide was very kind and I learned about the history and culture of Ishigaki Island. The lunch was also very delicious. I think this was the best tour for beginners to Ishigaki Island tourism.

石垣島の魅力がギュッと詰まったコースでした。レンタカー無しの旅ではとても1日では周りきれなかったと思います。川平湾ではグラスポートでウミガメに出会う事が出来て大満足でした。ガイドさんの案内もとても親切で石垣島の歴史、文化など知ることが出来ました。昼食もたいへん美味しかったてす。石垣島観光初心者にはベストなツアーだったと思います。

I had wanted to visit the Takachiho tour for a long time. I was the only Japanese person on the tour, but it felt like I was on an overseas tour while still in Japan, which was enjoyable. The guide was very attentive, making sure I had a great time without any worries throughout the day.

However, the tour was supposed to end at 6 PM, but due to traffic congestion, we returned after 7 PM. I had informed them that I needed to catch the 8 PM Shinkansen, so both the guide and the driver hurried to ensure I could get back safely.

For those with specific Shinkansen times, I recommend allowing extra time for safety.

Living in Japan, it’s not often that you get the chance to interact with people from overseas, but experiencing different cultures in this way was a great opportunity, making the tour twice as enjoyable. I want to go again! ❣️

以前より訪れてみたかった高千穂ツアーへ
日本人は私一人でしたが、日本に居ながら海外ツアーに来た気分で楽しかったです。
ガイドさんも、日本人私一人の為にきめ細やかな心遣いをして下さり、全く不安なく一日中楽しく過ごせました。
ただ、ツアーの帰宅時間は18時に終了と書かれていましたが、交通渋滞などもあり19時を過ぎていました。
20時の新幹線で帰る事を伝えていたので、ガイドさんも、運転手さんももの凄く急いでくださり無事帰る事が出来ましたが。。
新幹線の時間などある方は、多めに余裕をみて置かれたほうが安全だと思います。

日本に居ると、なかなか海外の方と交流する機会がありませんが、こういうカタチで異文化を感じるのもアリだなぁと、2倍楽しめるツアーでした。
また行きたい❣️

I think it's cost-effective because they take you to various places efficiently without getting lost, and the stop times are set. Feeding the bears at the bear ranch is fun, and the sunset at Lake Shikotsu was really beautiful, possibly because they considered the timing. Thank you very much.

朝から夕方迄、道にも迷わず停車時間も決まっているので効率的各所に連れて行ってくれるのでコスパいいと思います。
クマ牧場の餌やりは楽しいですし、最後の支笏湖の夕日は時間のタイムリーも考えてくれているのか本当に綺麗な夕日が見れました。ありがとうございます。

I landed on Iriomote Island for the first time, and this tour was truly amazing!!! The woman guiding the mangrove boat tour gave really great explanations. The bus driver's stories on the way to the boarding area for Yubu Island were also a lot of fun, making us laugh on the bus. The stories about the water buffalo on Yubu Island were interesting, and I'm really glad I participated.

西表島には初めて上陸したけど、このツアーは本当に最高！！！
マングローブの遊覧船の案内してくれる女性の方の説明が本当に良かった。
その後の、由布島に行く乗り場までのバスの運転手のお話も凄く楽しくてバスの中で笑いが出るくらいでした。
由布島の水牛をお話が面白く本当に参加して良かった。

I had never really used a bus tour before, but I thought it would be a relaxed and safe way to go with my friends, so I decided to join. As a result, my friend who came from Taiwan was very satisfied with the day.

We enjoyed walking around Takayama and tried several types of sake at a shop we both liked. After filling our stomachs, we got back on the bus. While dozing off, we arrived at Shirakawa-go. The view of Shirakawa-go from the observation deck is always great, no matter how many times you see it. Climbing up and down to the observation deck was also good exercise, which was nice. It's reassuring to have the bus available as well.

Since we had some extra time, we ended the day with a visit to a day-use hot spring. We were able to relax for about 40 minutes before heading back to the bus. I felt completely satisfied both physically and mentally, and I mostly slept on the way back to Nagoya Station.

The flexibility during travel that a bus tour provides is wonderful. It was also enjoyable in a good way that there were not many Japanese people on the bus. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to participate. Thank you for a wonderful day!

今までバスツアーをあまり利用した事がなかったですが、友達と気楽に安心して行けると思い参加させていただきました。
結果、台湾から来てくれたお友達も大満足の1日でした。
高山で食べ歩きをして、2人共好きな日本酒のお店で数種類試飲。お腹が満たされてバスへ。
うとうとしてる間に白川郷へ。
展望台からの白川郷は、何度見ても良い雰囲気。
展望台への登り下りもなかなか良い運動になって良かったです。バスもあるので安心です。
時間に余裕があったので、最後に日帰りの温泉へ。40分程ゆったりと出来てバスへ。
心身共に満たされて、名古屋駅までほぼ寝ていました。
バスツアーだから出来る移動時のゆとりは良いですね。
日本人が車中少ないのも良い意味で楽しかったです。
また機会がありましたら、是非参加させていただきたいと思いました。

Lunch was excellent in a 250 yo thatch hut with original kitchen n mud floors. No food wasn’t prepared there.

For those without a car, accessing Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go can be quite challenging. I chose this bus tour because it covers both locations, offers free time, and operates with just one participant.

At the meeting point in Nagoya Station, there were many participants, requiring two large buses (most of whom were Chinese), but everyone gathered on time. We departed smoothly ahead of schedule, and all breaks and gatherings at each spot were punctual.

While we managed to avoid rain in Hida Takayama, it was unfortunate that it poured in Shirakawa-go. We arrived in Hida Takayama around 11 AM, so I recommend having an early lunch at that time. Although there were many souvenir shops in Shirakawa-go, there weren't many restaurants. This village has several spots that served as the setting for the anime "Higurashi: When They Cry," and exploring the village in the rain while searching for these spots became a fun memory.

After a journey of just under three hours from Nagoya to Hida Takayama, including one break, we had two hours of free time at the destination. We then traveled to Shirakawa-go in just under an hour, where we also had two hours of free time. The return trip was similarly just under three hours, including one break.

The bus seating was spacious, the female driver drove safely, and although the guide couldn't speak English, she was very kind and friendly, making it a great tour. It was a simple yet well-organized itinerary, providing a stress-free and satisfying experience.

I would like to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

車を持たない人にとってはなかなかアクセスが難しい飛騨高山と白川郷。この２つをカバーし、自由時間があり、1名から催行ということでこのバスツアーを選びました。
集合場所の名駅では、参加者が多く大型バス2台を要しましたが（大半は中国人）、集合も時間厳守。名駅からスムーズに時間前に出発、各スポットまでの途中の休憩所、スポットでの自由散策後の集合もすべて時間どおりでした。

飛騨高山では雨を免れたものの、白川郷では土砂降りだったのが残念でした。
飛騨高山には11時前後に到着するため、この時に早めにお昼ご飯を食べるのがおすすめ。白川郷ではお土産屋さんは多かったものの、レストランはあまりありませんでした。この村にはアニメ「ひぐらしのなく頃に」の舞台となったスポットがいくつかあり、雨の中村を散策しながらスポットを探すのも楽しい思い出となりました。

名古屋から飛騨高山まで途中1回の休憩を含め3時間弱の乗車後、現地で自由時間が2時間。その後1時間弱で白川郷まで移動し、同じく2時間の自由時間がありました。復路も往路と同じく1回の休憩を含め3時間弱。
バスの座席スペースもゆったりめ、女性の運転手は安全運転、ガイドさんは英語は話せないものの、非常に親切で気さくな方だったので、とてもいいツアーになりました。シンプルですが非常によく組まれた行程で、ストレスなく満足できるツアーでした。

次回もまた機会があれば利用したいと思います。

You wouldn't be able to visit this many spots in one go even if you drove yourself. Plus, considering the highway tolls, it's quite satisfying.

自分で運転してもコンパクトにこれだけのスポットを一度に回れないでしょう。しかも高速代とか考えると、満足です。

I participated on a weekday. There were about 30 people in total, and I was the only Japanese person. The bus was a large one, and we could choose our seats at check-in.

After a break at PA, we arrived in about 3 hours and 30 minutes. The drop-off location was either Taisho Pond or the bus center → the Myojin Pond route is from the latter.

There was plenty of free time, and even with a 2-hour course, there was enough time to spare. I thought it would be nice to eat a bento along the way or immerse myself in taking photos at Myojin Pond.

The return trip also took about 3 hours and 30 minutes. We arrived in Nagoya before 6 PM, which made it feel easier.

平日の参加です。全体で30人ほどで、日本人は自分だけ。バスは大型のもので、受付時に座席が選べました。
PAでの休憩を挟んで3時間30分ほどで到着。降車場所は、大正池かバスセンターのどちらか→明神池ルートは後者から。
フリータイムは十分で2時間のコースでも余裕がありました。途中でお弁当を食べたり、明神池での写真撮影に没頭するのもありだと思いました。
帰りも3時間30ほど。18時前には名古屋に着いたので、気持ち的に楽でした。

This time, I participated in a bus tour during summer vacation. The content of the tour was good, but the lunch buffet I was looking forward to was extremely disappointing. I don't expect high-end ingredients, but I would enjoy it if there were more variety. There were about 20 participants this time, and although there seemed to be enough space on the bus, the seats were narrow and cramped. I thought it would be nice if there was a bit more consideration for that. The return trip to Sapporo took about three hours, and the mountain roads were tough. It would have been better if we had used the expressway earlier to get back a bit faster. I had a good impression from the last tour I participated in to Shakotan and Yoichi, so this time was disappointing.

今回、夏休みを利用しバスツアーに参加しました。ツアーの内容は、良いのですが、楽しみにしていた昼食バイキングの内容が酷く期待はずれでした。高級な食材を望んでいませんが品数が多ければ楽しめます。今回、参加者が20名でバスの席に余裕がある様でしたが、席間が狭く窮屈でした。
もう少し配慮していただけると、良いなと思いました。帰りの札幌迄の時間が3時間程かかり、山道でしんどかったです。早めに高速に使用し少しでも早く帰れたら良かったです。前回、積丹、余市方面のツアーに参加した時のイメージが良かったので、今回は、残念でした。

The lunch on Yufu Island included local cuisine and was delicious. I didn't know much about water buffalo, but there was an explanation about them, making it a fun experience. The descriptions of the island and the mangroves were refreshing, as there was a lot I didn't know. It was a fulfilling day where I could experience something out of the ordinary.

由布島のランチも郷土料理がはいっていて、おいしかったです。水牛のこともあまり知りませんでしたが、水牛の説明もあり、楽しい体験でした。
島の説明やマングローブの説明、知らないことが多く新鮮でした。
非日常が味わえて１日充実していました。

I was the only Japanese person, and the rest were from China, so the guidance was in Chinese. They didn't seem to be very good at Japanese, so I received a sheet with the Japanese text explaining the course, which was not a problem. The crater of Mount Aso Nakadake was erupting, and the smoke was quite impressive, so we couldn't go there and changed to Kusasenri instead. It was disappointing, so I will try to visit the Aso crater again. Kusasenri was beautiful, and it was nice to have souvenir shops there as well.

日本人は私一人、あとは中国の方だったので、中国語で案内。日本語が得意ではないらしく、私には今回のコースの説明書きの日本語文章が書いてある用紙をいただいたので問題無かったです。阿蘇中岳の火山口が噴火して、煙がモクモクと凄かったので入れず、草千里に変更になりました。残念だったのでまたリベンジ阿蘇火山口します。草千里も綺麗でお土産屋もあって良かったです。

I have limited mobility, so the guide kindly arranged a special shuttle bus for me. Normally, it would be a 30-minute walk, but I was able to fully enjoy Takachiho. I will participate again.

あまり歩けない私は、ガイドさんの配慮で特別にシャトルバスを手配していただきました。普通なら30分位歩くコースなのですが、高千穂を充分満喫できました。また参加します。

I chose a course that included appetizers and dessert, and each appetizer was carefully prepared. The main dish, flying fish hitsumabushi, was fluffy, and the two types of dessert were delicious without being overly sweet. I was satisfied with all the menu items. I would love to visit again!

前菜、デザートありのコースを選んだのですが、前菜一つ一つが丁寧で、メインの飛魚ひつまぶしもふわふわで、デザート2種類も甘すぎないおいしさで、全部のメニューに満足感がありました。
また訪れたいです！

No driving! No getting lost! The guide's stories were very informative. The timing was perfect, making it easy to plan the rest of the day.

I am very satisfied because I was able to visit various places in one day! However, since there are many places to go, the time spent at each ability is a bit short. It might not be suitable for those who want to take their time. But the bus guide was really nice and it was fun. I would like to experience it again!

I was expecting a double-decker bus since there were only images of them, but what arrived was a standard-sized bus. The ceiling was made of glass (or acrylic?), but...

The guide who accompanied us was very good, but I was a bit disappointed because the part I was looking forward to the most was missing.

同乗していたガイドさんの対応はとても良かったですが、一番期待していた部分が無かったので、少しがっかりでした。

The view of Mount Fuji was stunning against the clear blue sky. On the way back, clouds started to appear, and I hummed the song about having my head above the clouds and the surrounding mountains. The hotel buffet was delicious, and the sightseeing boat ride was a great way to enjoy the travel experience. It was a tour filled with a sense of exotic charm, with many foreign visitors.

ホテルのバイキングも美味しかったし、遊覧船も旅行気分満喫。

Since it was my first time on a tour in Kyoto, I had no idea where to go or how to get around, so I signed up for the tour. The tour guide was very lovable and provided a lot of lectures before we arrived at each destination, which allowed us to smoothly explore each place with some prior knowledge. I thought the plan was well-designed to allow us to visit each site in the shortest time possible. The plan included lunch, and I was quite satisfied with the generous portion.

初めて行く京都ツアーでしたので、どこをどのように回ると良いのか右も左もわからず申し込みました。
ツアーガイドさんも愛されキャラで、目的地に着く前に多くのレクチャーをして頂きましたので、予習済みの状態で各地をスムーズに周れました。各地でも最短で周れるよう工夫されたプランと思いました。
昼食付きのプランでしたので、昼食も頂きましたが、結構なボリュームで満足でした。

It was the best sightseeing experience to tour around Osaka city on a double-decker open-top bus. It was my first time sightseeing in Osaka, and I had hardly seen it in person before, but this course took us around the major tourist spots in the city in a short time (60 minutes). The bus guide's explanations were very easy to understand. I highly recommend this sightseeing experience to anyone!

大阪市内観光を２階建オープンデッキバスでまわる最高の観光でした。
大阪観光は初めてで、ほとんど生で見たことがなかったけど、大阪市内の主要観光スポットを短時間（６０分）で周っていくコース。バスガイドの案内もとてもわかりやすかった。
どなたにもおすすめできる観光です！

I wanted to drive around Ishigaki Island, but recently I've been a nervous driver and lacked confidence. Also, the local buses run infrequently, so I was about to give up when I found this tour.

While we did visit each sightseeing spot quickly, the friendly guide provided various explanations on the bus, and we were able to visit all the places we wanted.

At Kabira Bay, riding the glass-bottom boat means you can't relax on the sandy beach, but you can encounter cute creatures like sea turtles and clownfish.

Additionally, you can get off at the airport on the way back, so it's recommended to include this on your last day.

石垣島をドライブしたかったのですが、最近は、ペーパードライバーなので自信がなく、また、路線バスも本数が少なく、諦めかけていたときに、このツアーを見つけました。
各々の観光地は駆け足でめぐる感じにはなりますが、感じの良いガイドさんが、バス車内でも色々説明してくださいますし、行きたい場所はすべてまわる事ができました。
川平湾で、グラスボートに乗ると、砂浜でゆっくりすることはできませんが、ウミガメや、カクレクマノミなど、可愛い生き物たちに出会うことができます。
帰りも、空港で下車できるので、最終日に組み込むのもオススメです。

▶︎Impressions
- You can enjoy the day without any transportation worries.
- The tour guide was fun and answered questions politely.
- Fushimi Inari Taisha: The time was short.
We walked quickly around the Senbon Torii and had just enough time to buy an amulet at the shrine.
Since the meeting point is in front of the torii gate, shopping at nearby stores as listed in guidebooks is not possible.
- Kiyomizu-dera
We had free time to explore, visiting Kiyomizu-dera, Hokan-ji Temple, and Yasaka Kōshin-dō, and we had lunch.
There was plenty of sightseeing time.
- Kinkaku-ji
We had enough time to view and take photos.
- Arashiyama
The tour guide took us to the bamboo grove.
Unfortunately, the photos are a bit dim since it was evening.
There is a short walk from the bus to the bamboo grove, and since the surrounding shops are crowded, you need to choose whether to shop in Arashiyama or spend time in the bamboo grove.
Togetsukyo Bridge is near the meeting point, so you can see it properly and take photos.

▶︎Points of dissatisfaction
- Regarding the morning meeting point
In the morning, there were multiple tour guides, and I didn't know whom to approach.
I wish someone would announce, "The tour is this way!" when people arrive.
This time, I mistakenly approached the tour guide for the tram tour, who coldly said, "Talk to one of those two." One of them was another customer. I was filled with anxiety in the morning.

　足早に千本鳥居付近を歩く＋境内でお守りを買う程度
　集合場所が鳥居前のため、ガイドブックで掲載されているような周辺のお店で買い物はできません
・清水寺
　フリーで周り、清水寺内、八坂の塔、八坂庚申堂、昼食をとりました
　十分な観光時間がありました
・金閣寺
　観覧時間程度、写真は十分とれました
・嵐山
　添乗員さんが竹林まで案内してくれました
　夕方のため、少し薄暗い写真なのが残念
　バスから竹林まで少し歩くこと、周辺のお店は混雑しているため、嵐山で買い物か、竹林か、どう過ごすか選ぶ必要があります
　渡月橋は、集合場所付近のため、きちんと見れ写真も撮れます

・朝の集合場所について
朝、複数ツアーの添乗員さんがいて、誰に声かけすればよいかわからない
人がきたら「……ツアーはこちらです！」とか声を出して欲しい
今回、トロッコ列車ツアーの添乗員さんに声かけしてしまい、冷たく「あの2人のどちらかに言って」と一言。その内の1人はなんと他のお客さん。朝は、不安でいっぱいでした。
