Two days before the tour, I was surprised to be told, "The guide is unwell and we're looking for another guide. Since we can't provide transportation, please make your own way to the bus stop if you have a rental car." It seems that the six-person tour was adjusted to include the two of us, making it eight. With more people, the time for restroom breaks and walking can be limited, so I think the other participants felt a bit of a wild card situation. The good thing was that the guide was very experienced and shared fascinating information about Yakushima, completely changing my previous image of the island. It was as informative as attending a seminar.

We canceled our visit to Shiratani Unsuikyo because it was flooded due to rain, and we were told we would have to turn back if we went. However, it cleared up in the afternoon, so I went individually to "Mossy Forest" and returned. The course was restricted due to landslides and fallen trees, and you can't know the local conditions until you go, so definitely make sure to get a map at the entrance. There was a fallen tree that suddenly appeared; I was able to crawl under it on the way there, but when I turned back, it had been cut down with a chainsaw or something. The response to trail issues is quick. If you have a guide, there's no need to worry.

ツアーの前々日に「ガイドが体調不良で他のガイドを探している。送迎できないのでレンタカーあるなら自力でバス乗り場まで来て」と言われ面食らった。恐らく6名のツアーに私達2名が振り分けられ8名になったようだ。人数多いとトイレの時間などで歩行時間が削られて厳しくなるので、同行ツアーの人にはワイルドカード感が半端なかったと思う。よかった事はガイドの方がベテランの方で、屋久島の事を興味深く教えてくれて、いままでの私の屋久島のイメージが覆された事。セミナーを受けたくらい勉強になった。白谷雲水峡は雨のため増水し、行っても途中で引き返すことになると言われたのでキャンセルした。午後から晴れたので個人で「苔むす森」まで行って帰ってきたが、土砂崩れや倒木でコースが制限されたり現地の状況は行ってみないと分からないので、必ず地図は入り口でもらいましょう（突然発生した倒木があり、行きはくぐって通り抜けたが、引き返したときにはチェーンソー？か何かで切られていた、登山道の対応は早い）。ガイド居れば心配ないですけどね。

We used this service for a 2-night, 3-day sightseeing trip with our family of five. Due to some physical inconveniences, we opted for this plan, and thanks to the driver's excellent knowledge and service, it turned out to be an even more enjoyable experience than we had imagined. The driver also advised us on the best spots for photos, made lunch reservations according to our preferences, and shared various stories about Kyoto while we were in the taxi, making it the best trip ever. We definitely want to use this service again.

Unexpected heavy rain from the morning. However, I left everything to the driver, and it turned into a fun trip. The behind-the-scenes guidance was full of things I didn't know, which was very informative. For lunch, I had requested yudofu in advance and went to a place that was recommended, and it was just the best. The staff there were amazing too. My mother seemed so happy that she was almost in tears. It was tough at Kiyomizu-dera in the heavy rain, but Mr. Katayama kept saying he was sorry for the weather and asked us not to dislike Kyoto and to come back again. Choosing taxi sightseeing was definitely the right decision for this trip. Thank you for the day, Mr. Katayama.

まさかの朝からの大雨。ですが運転手さんにすべてお任せし楽しい旅行になりました。裏の裏のガイドをしてくださり知らないことばかりでためになりました。お昼には事前に湯豆腐を希望していてここがいいと教えて頂いたところに行きましたがそこがもう最高で。お店の方も最高で。お母さんもあまりにも良かったみたいで涙目になり喜んでくれていました。大雨の清水寺で大変でしたが、片山さんはこんな天気で申し訳ない、でも京都を嫌いにならないでまた来てくださいとずっと言っていました。タクシー観光にして大正解の旅行になりました。片山さん1日ありがとうございました。

During the three-day weekend in November, I visited Kyoto, which was experiencing overtourism. My mother and I did a lot of research on how to navigate the crowded tourist spots. Both private cars and public transportation were extremely congested, and taxis were hard to catch, so we decided to book a private sightseeing taxi. We were finally able to secure one through Veltra a month in advance. Although it was a three-hour rental, we were extremely satisfied. Our driver was a seasoned professional who was very knowledgeable about Kyoto, well-versed in its history, and skilled at storytelling. He also knew great places to eat, allowing us to smoothly visit all the sights we wanted! Even in crowded Kyoto, we were able to enjoy Ryozenji Temple, Imamiya Shrine, and Kodaiji Temple to the fullest, and I’m really glad we used the sightseeing taxi. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you, Mr. Saito from Koshin Taxi. It was incredibly fun!

11月の三連休にオーバーツーリズムの京都へ。母と2人で混雑が予想される観光地をどう回ろうか、下調べを沢山しました。自家用車も公共交通機関も激混み、タクシーもつかまりにくい、とにかく人がすごいとのことで、貸切観光タクシーを予約しました。1ヶ月前でやっとベルトラさんで取ることができました。3時間の貸切でしたが大大大満足でした。運転手さんが大ベテランの方で京都を熟知し、歴史にも詳しく、話も上手で美味しいお店も知っていて、スムーズに行きたい所を観光することができました！混雑の京都でも廬山寺、今宮神社、高台寺に行けてめいいっぱい楽しむ事ができて、観光タクシーを利用して本当に良かったです。楽しい思い出になりました。興進タクシーの斎藤さん、ありがとうございました。めちゃくちゃ楽しかったです！

I toured Kyoto city with my mother. The driver was very knowledgeable, so if we communicated where we wanted to go, he would suggest the time allocation and the order of the places to visit. If we wished, he also provided a guided tour, and if there was time, he took us to some sightseeing spots we didn't know about. Since Kyoto has many tourists, I don't think we could have covered as much on our own. I especially recommend this for older people.

母と京都市内観光しました。
運転手さんはもちろん詳しい方なので、行きたい所を伝えれば時間配分や行く順番を考えて提案してくれます。希望すれば観光ガイドもしてくれますし、時間あれば知らなかった観光スポットにも連れてってくれました。
京都は観光客が多いので、自分たちだけではここまで廻ることはできなかったと思います。特に年配の人にはお勧めです。

The driver was very kind, walking with us to explain the tourist spots, stopping at scenic locations for photo opportunities, and providing exceptional service, making for a very enjoyable sightseeing experience. It was my first trip to Kyushu, and I thoroughly enjoyed Takachiho and Aso. Above all, the flexibility in the order of places to visit, as well as the ability to accommodate our desired locations and time, was very good.

It had been a while since I visited Kyoto, and I decided to hire a private taxi for my two-day stay to make the most of my time, even though it was a bit pricey. However, it was a great decision! Our driver, Mr. Katayama, shared a lot of interesting stories about Kyoto during the ride, and he also provided fascinating and informative insights at various temples. I was a bit worried about what kind of driver I would have since I was traveling alone, but I didn't specifically request a female driver. The driver who came to pick me up at the hotel was a Russian woman, which really excited me! She speaks Japanese very well, knows a lot about Okinawa, and is a wonderful person, making for a great sightseeing experience.

I think it's safer and more economical than hailing a taxi on the street. I would like to recommend this to my friends. Thank you very much.

We traveled to Kyoto as a family of three from Miyazaki. I was worried about sightseeing in such a limited time, but by using a private taxi, we were able to have a wonderful time. I used an 8-hour plan for my first trip to Okinawa. I wasn't sure about the distances to each destination and ended up packing too much into the schedule, but on the day of the trip, I consulted with our driver, Mr. Oshima, and we adjusted our itinerary. We had a great time chatting about Okinawa and learning interesting facts during the ride! We visited Shuri Castle and Kouri Island from Naha, had lunch at A&W, and then went to American Village, where we were dropped off at our accommodation. It was fantastic to comfortably tour the sights. I would love to use this service again next time!

I visited Kiyomizu-dera, Sanzen-in in Ohara, and Hōsen-in on a 7-hour course. Hōsen-in's garden looks like a framed painting. I enjoyed tea and traditional sweets while appreciating the garden, which was wonderful. The sound of the suikinkutsu was very soothing and refreshing for the soul. Although it takes time to visit Sanzen-in and Hōsen-in, the taxi ride was comfortable. Kiyomizu-dera was crowded, so we went early as suggested by the driver. On the way back to the hotel, we were also guided on a scenic tour of places like the Sanmon gate of Chion-in. I would love to come back again.

清水寺、大原三千院、宝泉院に７時間コースで行きました。宝泉院はお庭が額縁の絵のように見えます。お茶と和菓子をいただきお庭を楽しんでとても良かったです。水琴窟の音はとても良く心が洗われます。大原三千院と宝泉院は時間がかかりますがタクシーはゆったり乗れました。清水寺は混雑しており、ドライバーさんの提案で早い時間に行きました。ホテルへの帰りも知恩院の山門など車窓観光で案内していただきました。またきたいです。

On the day of our trip, there was an incident with part of the highway being closed, requiring a detour. However, our driver suggested an efficient route so we could make the most of our limited time. Even during the busy lunch hour, we were able to enjoy delicious soba smoothly thanks to the recommendation of a hidden gem restaurant!

On our way back to Kanazawa city, our conversations led to many recommendations from the driver, making it a thoroughly satisfying trip for the whole family. Although the tour started with bad weather, we had a fantastic time, and I truly appreciate it. I would love to use this service again!

I have visited Kyoto many times. Each time, I feel like I'm gradually experiencing the famous tourist spots. This time, I decided to indulge a little and have a different kind of trip. I took the Green Car on the Shinkansen! I booked a hotel two ranks higher, reserved a famous kaiseki restaurant, and hired a private sightseeing taxi.

The result is that while the Green Car is nice, the regular car is also sufficient these days. As long as the hotel meets a certain standard, breakfast might be the deciding factor. The meals were worth the price, and I was very satisfied to experience the depth of Kyoto's culinary arts.

Now, regarding the sightseeing taxi, I first shared my past sightseeing experiences and then left the rest to the driver. This was a great decision! First, we went to Sanzen-in in Ohara, which is difficult to access without a car, and it was truly wonderful! During the ride, the driver shared stories about Kyoto's history and the "complicated adult situations" of Kyoto today. I decided it would be more interesting to leave the rest of the trip in the driver's hands, and so it became an entrusted journey. I won't go into specifics.

However, when we got out of the car, my spouse and I said, "This was cheap! What a bargain!" Even though we initially thought we were indulging in a luxurious trip. "I didn't know there was this side of Kyoto." I plan to request this again.

今まで何回となく京都は足を運びました。そのたびに少しづつ有名な観光名所を消化する感じです。そして今回のテーマは少し贅沢をして今までとは違う旅をしようと決めました。新幹線はグリーンに！ホテルも2ランク上、著名な割烹も予約、そして貸し切り観光タクシーです。
結果はグリーンもよいですが普通車でも最近は十分です。ホテルも一定水準を満たしていれば朝食が勝負かもしれません。食事は値段相応で京都の料理人さんの奥深さに触れることができ大満足です。
さて観光タクシーまずは今までの観光経歴をお話ししあとはお任せしました。
これが大正解！まずは車でないと行き難い大原三千院へ、実に素晴らしい！車中でお話しいただく京都の歴史や現在にも及ぶ京都の「ややこしい大人の事情」のお話からこのドライバーさんにお任せしたほうがおもしろそうだと判断しその後はお任せの旅となりました。具体的には書きません。
ただ車を降りた時には夫婦で「これは安かった！お得！」と最初は贅沢な旅をと思いお願いしたのにも関わらず。
「こんな京都もあったんだ」　またお願いするつもりです。
本当に楽しかったです、歴史家ドライバーSさん。

Due to the impact of the large typhoon at the end of August, which caused significant damage to Yayoi Cedar and closed the usual routes, we had to take a detour to reach the Kusukawa Trail. However, thanks to the rain that fell in the morning, we were able to see the fresh, dew-laden forest, making it a memorable tour. Since there was a forecast for rain and thunder, we followed the guide's suggestion to change our course and turn back in the mossy forest instead of going all the way to Taiko Rock. This allowed us more time for photography and enjoying the scenery, and it started to rain on our way back, so I think it turned out well in the end. I was very satisfied with the trekking experience. The guide provided detailed explanations and shared personal stories, making the walk enjoyable. Thank you very much.

弥生杉に大きな被害をもたらした8月末の大型台風の影響で通常のルートが閉鎖され、迂回路を通って楠川歩道に抜けるちょっとハードな行程となりましたが、朝降っていた雨のお陰で水滴を含んだみずみずしい森の様子が見られ、思い出深いツアーとなりました。雨、雷の予報が出ていたため、ガイドさんの提案を受け、太鼓岩までは行かずに苔むす森で引き返すコースに変更しましたが、その分写真撮影や景色を鑑賞する時間の余裕ができ、また帰りには雨も降りだしたので結果としてよかったのではないかと思います。自分としては大満足のトレッキングとなりました。ガイドさんの詳しい説明や経験談も伺えて楽しく歩き通すことができました。ありがとうございました。

The beautiful mossy forest and the breathtaking view from Taiko Rock were amazing! It wasn't as tough as Jomon Sugi, but it wasn't lacking either. The guide's pace was just right, and their interesting explanations made it enjoyable. I also appreciated the miso soup that was provided along the way. Due to the impact of Typhoon No. 10, we had to take a detour for part of the route. I pray for a swift recovery. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

苔の美しい森と、大パノラマの太鼓岩からの絶景が最高でした！
縄文杉ほどキツくはなく、かといって物足りないということもありませんでした。ガイドさんのペースも程よく面白く解説してくれたのも楽しかったです。
途中、味噌汁の差し入れも有難かったです。
台風10号の影響で一部、迂回路の行程となりました。一日も早い復旧をお祈りいたします。

I had a 9-hour course from 9 AM to 6 PM, where I was taken around by a hotel plan in Itoman City to Kouri Island and the Fukugi Tree Lane! On the way to Kouri Island, we stopped by A&W Makishi and BLUESEAL main store, as well as a place for acai bowls. I had mentioned beforehand that we were heading towards Kouri Island, but I made additional requests on the day itself. The driver efficiently took us around, and it was really helpful that they researched during our waiting times. Most importantly, the driver was more enthusiastic than us, taking photos at each spot, and was incredibly knowledgeable about photo points, making sure the angles were perfect. The driver was the best! Since it was a trip for two people without a license, we used a sightseeing taxi, and thanks to the local driver who was familiar with the roads, we were able to visit all the places we wanted efficiently. Both of us were able to take a nap during the ride, conserving our energy, which was great! Thank you so much for accommodating our last-minute request to buy fireworks! Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy the fireworks we had been looking forward to that night.

9時-18時の9時間コースで糸満市のホテル~古宇利島・フクギ並木~ホテルのプランで1日連れ回してもらいました！古宇利島までの道中でA&W牧志店やBLUESEAL本店(?)、アサイーボールの店にも寄って頂きました。まず、事前に古宇利島方面とは伝えてましたがその他寄りたいとこは当日乗り込んでからお願いしましたが効率よく回って頂き、待ち時間で調べて下さってたりととても助かりました。何より私たちよりもノリノリで各スポットで写真を撮って下さり、写真ポイントなどめちゃくちゃ詳しくて画角とかも完璧で運ちゃん最高でしたー！笑 今回ペーパーと無免許の2人での旅だったため、観光タクシーを利用しましたが、地元で運転慣れした運ちゃんのおかげで効率よく行きたいところ全部回れて、移動中は2人とも爆睡で体力温存できてとても良かったです(*´˘`*) 私たちの花火を買いたいという要望に時間ギリギリの中応えて下さって本当にありがとうございました！おかげで念願の花火もその夜出来ました

I was worried because I saw reviews mentioning that the guide moved on without much explanation, but on the day of the hike, we had a young and reliable guide. Throughout the long climb, they provided explanations at key points and engaged in friendly conversations with everyone in our team. During the lunch break, they served us miso soup, which was very warming. It wasn't an easy journey, but it was a rewarding experience in the magnificent forest!

口コミを見たところ、説明もなくどんどん進んで行くガイドさんだったなどのご意見もあったため心配でしたが、当日は若い頼もしいガイドさんでした。長い登山の中でも要所要所で説明をしてくださり、同じチームの方みんなと気さくな話をしてくださいました。お昼休憩ではみそ汁を振舞ってくださりとても温まりました。楽な道のりではありませんでしたが、達成感と雄大な森でとても良い経験になりました！

This time, although there was information about bad weather due to the approaching typhoon, we were blessed with clear skies and were able to enjoy swimming in the sea. I was talking with my friends about how I hoped the driver would be the same person as last year, and it turned out to be the same person, so we had a great time.

In the morning, we swam in the sea, and in the afternoon, we had no plans, but the driver kindly guided us to various places, including power spots, and we had a lot of fun.

今回は、台風の接近も有り天候が悪い情報でしたが、晴天に恵まれ海水浴を楽しむ事が出来ました。ドライバーさんも去年利用した時と同じ人だったら良いな～と仲間と話していたら同じ方でしたので、とても楽しむ事が出来ました。
午前中は海水浴で、午後はノープランでしたが、ドライバーさんがパワースポットなど色んな場所を案内して下さり楽しむことが出来ました。

I toured with a friend from overseas. My friend requested a less touristy place, so we went to local Kyoto, but we weren't sure where to go... Thanks to Ichirou, who was in charge! He handled our last-minute requests for lunch and sightseeing spots with great care and made it a fun experience. He took us to hidden gems that we would never have found on our own, and we were truly moved! Our lack of knowledge and English conversation skills were no problem, and we had a satisfying day thanks to Ichirou. At the end, Ichirou left with a smile! I'm sorry I couldn't properly thank him. Our family deeply appreciates Ichirou's hospitality. We will definitely repeat the lunch spot as a family! Thank you very much.

I booked a sightseeing taxi for our trip to Kyoto with my mother, who has considerable difficulty with her legs, and it was a great decision! The guide was very skilled and provided detailed explanations of the sights visible from the car window, while also being considerate of my mother during our travels to the requested attractions.

When it seemed like my mother might not be able to manage a certain place, the guide kindly helped her pass the time, allowing us kids to explore on our own, which was reassuring. Since I requested a course with plenty of time, the guide mentioned that we could add more stops if we wanted, and whenever I suggested a place, he smoothly took us there. I don't think we could have navigated Kyoto as efficiently if we had rented a car, especially with all the one-way streets; I was truly impressed by the professionalism!

There were also some "small troubles" that became memorable moments, making this an unforgettable trip. If I were to request a sightseeing taxi again next time, I would definitely want to go with Koshin Taxi and ask for Matsui! Thank you so much!

足腰がかなり不安な母を連れての京都旅のため、観光タクシーを申し込みましたが、大正解でした！
ガイドも大変上手で、車窓に見える名所も細かく説明してくださり、お願いしていた名所では母を気遣いながら移動してくださいました。
ここは母は無理ではということなら母と時間を潰してくださり、私たち子どもだけ回ることもでき安心でした。
かなり時間にゆとりをもってコースを依頼しましたので追加で行きたいことがあればとおっしゃってくださり、じゃああそこへ、ここへと言えばすすっと運んでくださいました。仮にレンタカーを借りても、一方通行の多い京都では、そう効率よく回れなかったと思います、さすがはプロだなーと感動しました！
思い出となる『小さなトラブル』もあり、忘れられない旅行となりました。
次回また観光タクシーを頼むなら、絶対興進タクシーさんにしたいし、松井さんにお願いしたいです！

We started the day at Busena Terrace and visited the Churaumi Aquarium, the Bise Fukugi Tree Road, Kouri Island, and Heart Rock. Heart Rock was in a difficult-to-find location, so I was glad to use this tour. I am very satisfied.

当日はブセナテラスからスタートし、美ら海水族館、備瀬のフクギ並木道、古宇利島、ハートロックまで回っていただきました。ハートロックはわかりにくい場所だったので今回のツアーを使って良かったです。大満足です。

It was hot, but it was a wonderful day with a blue sky. We started at Olive Park and enjoyed the scenery at Shoyu no Sato, the terraced rice fields, and the ropeway. The olive tea and somen were delicious too! It was a comfortable trip by taxi, especially because of the heat. I don't think we could have covered everything with a rental car. Thank you very much.

暑かったですが、青空の素晴らしい日でした。オリーブ公園から始まり醤の郷、棚田、ロープウェイ、素晴らしい景色を堪能しました。オリーブ茶とそうめんも美味しかった！暑いからこそタクシーで快適な旅ができました。レンタカーでは回りきれなかったと思います。ありがとうございました。

I had a wonderful experience on a private taxi tour in Kyoto with a maximum temperature of 37 degrees. The driver's thoughtfulness was exceptional, and I truly had a great trip. When he realized that two out of our group of five only spoke Chinese, he provided explanations in Chinese using Google Translate. He guided us clearly at the sightseeing spots, recommended delicious dining places, and suggested additional places to visit when we had extra time. He also advised me on suitable waiting spots since I couldn't walk for long periods. Despite the heat, we were able to enjoy our sightseeing. Thank you very much.

最高気温37度の中の貸切タクシーでの京都ツアーでお世話になりました。
ドライバーの方の心配りが素晴らしくほんとにいい旅ができました。
一行5人中2人が中国語しかわからないとわかるとGoogle翻訳で中国語の説明をしてくださったり、観光したところではわかりやすくガイドしてくださったり、美味しいお食事処を紹介してくださったり、時間が余ったら他にも行くところお勧めしてくださったり、長時間歩けない私のために適切な待つところを教えてくださったりとほんとにうに心配りに溢れておられ、暑い中でしたが楽しく観光できました。ありがとうございました。

My trip to Kyoto became a memorable experience thanks to the guidance of our taxi driver. We had visited Kiyomizu-dera before, but since one of our friends had never been, we asked to go. From the moment we started walking on the stone pavement from Kodaiji, the driver shared interesting stories and suggested we take photos at various spots. I was surprised and impressed to learn about the significance of places we had just passed by during our last visit. When we got close to the parking lot, I realized I had lost my phone, and my friend called it, only to find out it had been delivered to a tea house at the temple. Remarkably, the driver navigated through the crowd and climbed up and down the hill to retrieve it for me. I am grateful to Mr. Katayama. For lunch, we were taken to a delicious and charming restaurant, and the seven hours flew by in no time.

タクシーの運転手さんの案内で　思い出深い京都旅行になりました。私達は　清水寺は行った事がありましたが仲間の一人が　行ったことがないと言うのでお願いしました　高台寺より　石畳を歩き始めた時より　興味深い話をしてくださったり　ここで写真を撮りましょうと言ってくれたりしました。前回　ただ通り過ぎてしまった場所に　そんないわれがあることを知り　驚いたり感心したりでした。駐車場近くになった時に私の携帯がないことに気づき　友達が　かけるとお寺の茶屋に　届けられていました　なんと　ものすごく暑い中　人混みをかき分け坂を登り降りしながら　運転手さんが　取って来てくれました　片山さんに感謝です。お昼は　美味しく　風情のあるお店に連れて行ってもらい　ほんとにあっという間の７時間でした。
