This was my first time participating in the tour, and I was amazed by the cleanliness of the facilities and the abundance of equipment! It was also very interesting to be able to walk around the training facilities. I got to see the simulator in action and observe the process of changing the seats in the cabin!

The explanations provided by the cabin attendant who guided us were clear and easy to understand.

今回初めてツアーに参加させていただき、まず施設の綺麗さや設備の充実さに驚きました！
また実際に訓練している施設内を回ることができとても興味深かったです。
シュミレーターが動いていたり、機内のシートを替える作業をしている場面を見ることができました！

案内してくださったキャビンアテンダントさんの解説もわかりやすく聞きやすかったです。

Perhaps it was because we visited during the lunch break? We couldn't see much of the training. There were few photo spots. The question time was short.

見学した時間帯が昼休みのためか？訓練の状余り見ることができなかった。撮影スポットが少ない。質問時間が短かった。

This was my second time participating, but I was disappointed that I couldn't see much of the training in each area, possibly because it coincided with lunchtime. During my first visit, I was able to see all the training sessions... However, I do recommend the facility tour itself. The locker area and the tour check-in were particularly good.

2回目の参加でしたがちょうどお昼休み時間と重なっていたからか各エリアの訓練の様子がほとんど見られずに残念でした。初めての時はすべての訓練の様子が見られたのですが…
ただ施設見学自体はおすすめです。
特にロッカーとツアーのチェックインは良かったです。

I went there to see Miss Pilot, so my expectations were at their peak... I'm so disappointed...
As for the merchandise...ㅠㅠ I wanted to buy a neck strap, but as a traveler, I couldn't buy the toolbox...
I only brought back two pairs of gloves...

I was guided by an active flight attendant who provided clear explanations based on their personal experiences and answered my questions, making for a very enjoyable time. I gained a better understanding of how the journey in the sky is supported by everyone at ANA. Additionally, the staff at the reception desk were very polite, which made me an even bigger fan of ANA.

現役のCAの方に案内をして頂き、ご自分の体験談や質問に対してわかりやすい説明をして頂き、とても楽しい時間をすごすことができました。
空の旅がANAの皆さんによって、支えられているということがよく理解できました。
また、受付窓口のスタッフの方々も非常に丁寧で、ますますANAファンになりました。

I usually commute by car and do desk work, so I was a bit anxious about hiking for two consecutive days. However, the guides were entertaining, and the entire experience felt like a wonderful space filled with highlights. It was challenging, but I had a fun and enriching two days.

Above all, I felt the guides' consideration for us to enjoy ourselves without injury, and time flew by quickly. I can only express my gratitude to the guides who carried a lot of our luggage while guiding us with smiles.

Fortunately, the dates I participated in did not have significant weather disruptions, and there were no routes with major risks. However, there were many places that felt more like climbing than walking, so I believe it's best to hike with a local guide the first time you go. I definitely want to explore with a local guide again on my next visit. I think this tour has attractions that you can't experience just with friends or acquaintances.

Additionally, I think those who don't usually exercise should practice on nearby mountains at least two or three times before coming. Especially in Shiratani Unsuikyo, where the footing is quite poor, practicing beforehand would allow you to enjoy the scenery more and reduce fatigue.

普段車通勤、デスクワークで運動をしない為、2日間連続での山登りには少々不安がありましたが、ガイドさんたちの話も面白いし、全体とおして全てが見所のような素敵な空間だったので、大変でしたがたのしく、濃い2日間をすごせました。


何よりガイドさんたちの、楽しく怪我なく過ごして欲しいという配慮、気持ちを感じてとてもあっという間に時間がすぎました。
私たちのためにたくさんの荷物を持ちながら笑顔で案内してくれたガイドさんたちには感謝しかありません。

幸い自分が参加した日程は、大きな天候の崩れがなく大きなリスクがあるようなルートはありませんでしたが、私からみると道ではないようなところを登ることもおおく、初めて行く時は必ず現地ガイドさんがいる状態で登った方が良いと感じました。
私は2回目以降来た時も絶対に現地ガイドさんとまわりたいとおもいました。
友人、知人達だけでは感じられない魅力があるツアーだとおもいます。


また、普段運動されてない方は最低2.3回近くの山で練習されてから来た方が良いと思います。
特に白谷雲水峡はかなり足場がわるいので練習されてたほうが、より景色も楽しめるし、疲労も残りずらいんじゃないかと感じました。

It was a very satisfying tour with rental and shuttle service, making it easy and enjoyable. I was anxious since I had no experience in exercise or trekking, but they were very considerate, adjusting the pace and providing warm support. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy the journey and complete the walk safely! We moved through each spot while learning about Yakushima, and the time flew by as we chatted and had fun. And above all, the photos! They took so many wonderful pictures for us. If we had gone on our own, we wouldn't have been able to create such beautiful memories, so I'm really glad we asked for their help. I've looked back at the photos many times. Thank you very much! I will come back to Yakushima again.

レンタル、送迎付きなので楽ちんで大満足なツアーでした。運動経験とトレッキング経験もなく不安でしたが、ペースを見ながら進んでくれて心温まる気遣いもたくさんして頂きました。そのお陰で楽しく進めて、無事歩き切ることが出来ました！それぞれのスポット、屋久島の説明や楽しくお話しながら進めたので、あっという間に時間が過ぎました。そして何と言っても写真！めちゃめちゃ素敵な写真をたくさん撮って貰いました(^.^)自分達だけで行ったらこんな素敵な思い出は残せていないので、お願いして本当に良かったです。写真何度も見返してます(^.^)ありがとうございました！また屋久島に遊びに来ます。

I learned that employees from various job types undergo regular training, which ensures the safety of the skies. I was also surprised by the significant evolution that has taken place over the past 70 years, and I am looking forward to the future of airplanes.

様々な職種の社員の方々が定期的に訓練をされている事を知り、空の安全が守られている事を知る事が出来ました。
また、70年の日々の中でかなりの進化をされて来た事に驚き、そしてこれからの飛行機の未来も楽しみになりました。

I love traveling by air and participated alone. It was great to reaffirm that safe operations are ensured by various people. If you arrive too early, there aren't many places to wait, so I think it's best to go in time for the entry start. You can store large luggage in lockers marked with the airport name at the entrance, which is uplifting. During the tour, you have to store your smartphone in a valuables locker because photography is prohibited. (There were also many areas where taking photos was allowed.)

空の旅が好きで一人で参加しました。
色んな人の手によって安全な運航がされているんだという事を再確認できてよかったです。
早く着きすぎても待つ場所がなく延々歩いてカフェを探したので入場開始時間に合わせて行くのがいいと思います。
大きな荷物は入り口の空港名の書かれたロッカーに預けられるので気分があがります。
見学中は撮影禁止のためにスマホを貴重品ロッカーにあずけます。

I was reminded that our safe and comfortable air travel is thanks to many people who are involved and continuously train. There was also an exciting feeling of getting a glimpse behind the scenes, and I had a fulfilling 90 minutes. I am grateful to ANA for opening such facilities to the public. Since I couldn't see the actual training this time, I would like to participate again.

わたしたちが安全で快適に空の旅が出来ているのは、多くの方々が携わり、日頃から訓練を積み重ねているおかげなのだと改めて知ることができました。裏側に潜入しているワクワク感もあり、充実した90分を過ごせました。こういった施設を一般に向けて公開してくださっているANAさんに感謝です。今回実際に訓練している様子は観られなかったので、また参加したいです。

You can feel a part of the unwavering efforts of the crew, along with the history and trivia of ANA. The lockers are labeled with the three-letter codes of each airport, and knowledge is also inputted! Located about a 10-minute walk from Anamori Inari Station, ANA Blue Base serves as a comprehensive training facility for ANA Group employees. Various essential roles for aircraft operations, such as cockpit crew, cabin crew, ground staff, and ground handling, regularly come here for training. There are many highlights, including displays of ground staff badges! Yesterday (1/30), employees from Solaseed Air were visiting for training. An ANA flight attendant guided us.

ANAの歴史や豆知識のほか、クルーが重ねる弛まぬ努力の一端を感じられます。ロッカーは各空港の3レターコードになっており、知識もインプットされます！穴守稲荷駅から歩いて約10分のところにある、ANA Blue Baseは、ANAグループ社員の総合訓練施設になっています。コックピットクルーやキャビンクルー、グランドスタッフ、グランドハンドリングといった航空機の運航に不可欠な様々な職種の方が定期的に訓練に訪れます。グランドスタッフのバッジなどが展示されてあり、見どころたくさんです！昨日(1/30)は、ソラシドエアの社員が訓練に訪れていました。ANAの客室乗務員が案内してくれました。

You can see countless things, such as the working styles of various people in different professions at the airport and the training sessions! It's a 90-minute walking tour, and you can ask questions along the way; it was an excellent course! I would love to book this course or another one to enjoy again!

空港で働く様々な職種の人々の働き方から、訓練の様子など、数えきれないほどたくさんのものを見ることができます！90分で歩きまわるのですが、質問も途中でできるし、最高なコースでした！また、このコースや別のコースを予約して楽しみたいです！

It seemed a bit difficult for small children! Since the focus was on the conversation, they didn't seem to understand much and looked a little bored. I thought it wasn't very suitable for kids since they didn't actually see people working. However, at the pilot section, there happened to be a real pilot there, and the kids seemed to enjoy that part. There were moments where they reacted as children do, but I think it would have been nice if there were some patterns to keep them engaged. As an adult, I thought it was clear and good.

小さな子供にとっては、少し難しかったみたいです！
話が中心だったので、理解があまり出来なかったみたいで、少し退屈そうにしてました！
実際人がいて働いてる姿を見る訳ではなかったので、子供向きではないと思いました。
パイロットの所では、たまたま実際のパイロットさんがいたので、そこの場所では楽しそうに見てました。
所々で、子供ながら反応してたとこはありましたが、子供が飽きないパターンもあったら良かったかなぁと思いました！
大人としては、分かりやすく良かったと思いました。

This was my seventh time participating, and it was great again! The staff were friendly and the explanations were easy to understand. I want to participate again!

From check-in to boarding, I was excited from the moment I entered. From the high observation deck, I was able to see real training with clear and smooth explanations. I was very curious and could ask questions freely, and the tour flowed in a friendly manner. I was impressed by the people who are engaged in safe operations, listening to and observing the training content for the passengers. It was a very satisfying tour.

高い見学通路から、本当の訓練が見れて的確で流れのいい説明。興味津々な中、質問もどんどん出来、フレンドリーにツアーが流れて行きます。
搭乗者の為に、訓練してる内容を見聞きして安全運行に従事してくださってる方々に感服しました。

This was my first visit to the training facility. As I moved through the facility, I saw many people in training. Further along, there were even more people. Everyone was very serious about what they were doing. It felt like there were hundreds of people. Wow, it was amazing. I was moved. Thank you.

I felt that the foundation of trust in ANA is condensed here, and it was very informative. The explanations provided were also interesting and easy to understand. Although it deviates from the main topic, I was surprised to see the helicopter from the Japan Airlines era (?).

ANAの信頼感の基礎がここに凝縮されている感じで、大変参考になりました。
説明いただいた内容も興味深く、わかりやすかったです。
本筋から逸れますが、日ペリ時代の（？）ヘリコプターがあったのは（チラ見ですが）驚きでした。

Since there were no other participants besides us, we had a trekking experience where adjustments were made to the meeting place and walking pace. While walking, we enjoyed explanations about Yakushima's history and nature, as well as time for taking photos and having our pictures taken. Thank you very much for the wonderful time.

私達以外の参加者が、たまたま居なかったので集合場所の変更や歩く速度の調整をしていただきながらのトレッキングとなりました。歩きながら、屋久島の歴史や自然などを説明していただいたり、写真撮影の時間を取ったり、撮影していただいたりと楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。有難う御座いました。

I had certain expectations for the ANA training facility tour, but I was very satisfied to see even more than I anticipated. The flight attendant who guided us provided explanations that were very polite and easy to understand. It's a tour that never gets boring, no matter how many times you participate!

I'm glad I was able to learn about the various jobs involved before, during, and after a flight, as well as the training that takes place behind the scenes. It was even more exciting to hear the explanation from a current cabin attendant. I love ANA even more now!

I want to go on a tour again, and I'm looking forward to flying next year. Until now, I took it for granted, but I realized that the cabin crew goes through various training before they get to the field. On a personal note, I plan to fly a lot next year to maintain my diamond status.

I heard from my son, who was a tour guide on a school trip, about his visit to Blue Base, and I absolutely wanted to go. It's amazing that he could answer questions about the aircraft used in a drama from 20 years ago!

修学旅行の添乗員だった息子にブルーベースを訪れた時の話を聞き、絶対行きたいと思っていました。20年前のドラマに使われた機体のことを質問されて答えられるなんてすごい！

The current flight attendants who guide you are so kind and gentle‼️ They share a lot of behind-the-scenes stories and trivia, and there are plenty of opportunities to ask questions, so you can ask anything‼️

You can actually visit the training facilities of ANA. When I participated, a flight attendant guided us. Their language and attentiveness were very polite, and it was a great learning experience. I attended with two elementary school children (a fourth grader and a first grader) and it was very good. Even the child who usually says they get tired quickly enjoyed it.

*Depending on the timing, there may be times when you can't see the lectures or practical training, so it might be a matter of luck. During my visit, I was able to observe the training for flight attendants and pilots.

*They also provide lockers for storing your luggage (free of charge; I forgot the size).

ANA、実際の訓練施設見学できます。
私が参加したときは、客室乗務員の方が案内してくたさりました。言葉遣い・気配り等、とても丁寧で、とても勉強になりました。
小学生2人(4年生・1年生)と私(40代)で参加しましたが、とても良かったてす。普段は直ぐ疲れたと言っていた子も楽しんでいました。

※タイミングによって、講義・実習が観れないときもあるので、そこは運次第ですかね。私の時はCAさんとパイロットの実習が観れました。

※荷物を預けるためのロッカーも貸して頂けます(無料・サイズは失念しました)。

I had the opportunity to observe the training of ANA staff! On that day, I was able to see the training for cargo transportation. I witnessed the development of professionals who transport goods accurately while battling against time.

When I heard that the captain simulator training continues without breaks, I actually saw the changeover and realized how much effort the captains are putting in.

Towards the end of the tour, they were preparing for an award ceremony for the cleaning staff. I learned about the efforts to enhance employee motivation.

I discovered that they handle all tasks sincerely and carefully. It was great. Thank you!

当日は貨物運搬のトレーニングの場を拝見することができました。時間と戦いつつ正確に運ぶプロフェッショナルの育成を見学しました。
機長シミュレーターは、休み無くトレーニングが続くと聞いていた時、正に交代を目にして、機長は凄く努力されていることを実感しました。
ツアー終盤には、清掃スタッフの表彰式の会場作りをされていました。職員の意欲向上の工夫も知りました。
全ての業務に真摯に丁寧に対応されていることを知りました。
