I visited the newly renovated ANA training center in 2019. It's not just for pilots and cabin attendants; you can also gain a good understanding of the work of ground staff and maintenance personnel. A cabin attendant guided us, and at the end, I asked, "Is it true that cabin attendants have the same retirement age as captains, retiring at 60 but can work until 65 under reemployment?" To my surprise, she said she didn't know the answer to that.

２０１９年に新しくなったＡＮＡの訓練センターを見学しました。パイロットやＣＡだけでなく、地上職や整備士の方々のお仕事のこともよく分かります。ＣＡの方が案内して下さったのですが、最後に『ＣＡさんの定年も機長さんと同じで、６０歳で定年退職したあと６５歳まで再雇用で働けるのですか？』と聞いたところ、分からないと言われてしまい、その点は意外でした。

I was very satisfied to be able to tour ANA's training and education facility. It made me realize how much money and time is invested in passenger transport before new employees go out into the field. The person who attended to us was also very nice, and the 90 minutes flew by.

ANAの訓練教育施設を見学できて大変満足。
入社した社員が現場に出ていくまでにこれだけ金と時間をかけて旅客輸送をしているのだなと実感。
アテンドしてくれた方もとても良い方で、あっという間の90分でした。

I had a valuable experience seeing the efforts made for daily safe operations, along with detailed explanations. The creative ideas behind the exciting features enhance my affection, trust, and sense of security towards the airline. It might be a bit difficult for younger children, but I think it should be fine for older elementary school students. There are also exclusive goods for sale that can only be purchased here, which makes it hard to resist buying them.

日々の安全運航のために取り組んでいる内容を見せていただき、詳しい説明付きで、貴重な体験ができました。
わくわくするしかけに工夫が感じられ、航空会社への愛着と信頼感や安心感が高まります。
小さい子にはまだ難しいかもしれませんが、高学年くらいになれば大丈夫かと思います。

つい買ってしまいます。

I had a very valuable experience being able to hear stories that are rarely shared and see things that are not often seen! The explanations were very thorough and easy to understand.

なかなか聞けない話や、見れないものを見れてとても貴重な体験ができました！
説明も一つ一つとても丁寧で、わかりやすかったです。

I had a hard time making a reservation, but I finally got to go. I felt the passion of those involved in aviation, and I was impressed by the knowledge of the cabin crew who guided us. I can now board planes with confidence! I also purchased the long-awaited merchandise. I ended up with three of the same can badges (tears).

なかなか予約できず、やっと行く事ができました。飛行機に携わる方々の熱を感じましたし、案内して下さるCAさんの知識の多さにも脱帽でした。これからも安心して飛行機に乗れます！

It was so much fun that the time flew by. The session we participated in had just the two of us and about ten people from a group. The staff were kind and attentive. We bought a lot of merchandise on the way back. Since most of the items can only be purchased here, it's a good idea to check in advance.

楽しくてあっという間に終了の時間になりました。
参加した回は自分たち2人と団体様10人くらいの2組でした。
CAさんが親切に声をかけてくださり気を配っていただけました。
帰りにグッズをたくさん購入しました。
ここでしか購入できないものばかりなので事前にチェックした方がいいです。

I had applied several times for similar shareholder tours but had not been selected in the lottery. However, I learned that I could make a reservation for a tour through Veltra, even though it was paid, and I signed up without hesitation.

I had imagined that I would be quietly observing from the side at the training facility, but the viewing paths were well organized, allowing us to see various training rooms through glass. I was particularly lucky because during my visit, there were check-in procedures, CPR training using an AED, and training in a flight simulator taking place.

With such impressive facilities, it would be great if they could increase the frequency of these events to make it easier for people to participate. (I also wanted to join before boarding my flight, but my schedule didn’t allow it.)

Additionally, while the strict restrictions on photographing the training scenes are understandable, there were many interesting exhibits and panels in the corridors that I really wanted to take pictures of. (There were also participants diligently taking notes.)

　同種の株主向け見学会に数回応募し抽選に外れていたのですが、有料とはいえベルトラから見学ツアーの予約ができると知り、迷わず申し込みました。
　研修施設にお邪魔して脇からそっと見学するようなイメージでしたが、しっかりと見学通路が整備されており、いろいろな研修部屋をガラス越しに見て回る形でした。特に私が参加したときはチェックイン手続きやＡＥＤを使った救命研修、フライトシミュレータでの訓練が行われておりラッキーでした。
　これだけ立派な設備があるのなら、もっと開催頻度を増やして気軽に参加できるようになると良いですね。（私も飛行機搭乗前に立ち寄る形で参加したかったのですが、スケジュールが合いませんでした。）
　また、研修風景の撮影制限が厳しいのはやむを得ませんが、通路にある展示物やパネルも興味深いものが多く、是非写真を撮りたかったです。(一所懸命メモを取っている参加者の方もいましたが。）

【Experience Review】
On the day of the experience, a flight attendant who actually works for ANA guided the tour. They introduced the various job roles of those working at ANA and showcased what they do through videos and exhibits. I was very moved to see the operational crew and flight attendants conducting evacuation training up close. I believe that future participants in the tour will also have the chance to witness this if the timing is right!
Additionally, I had the opportunity to experience the audio in the cockpit and listen to the communication between the air traffic controller and the captain and first officer, which gave me goosebumps. It made me realize that such exchanges happen on the very planes we board, and I am now even more excited about flying in the future.
I also felt that the operation of the aircraft is not just the responsibility of the flight crew, but that it is supported by the entire ANA group, including flight attendants, maintenance staff, ground handling, and many others, ensuring our safety while flying.
I look forward to flying with ANA many more times and am even more excited about the possibility of meeting them on board. There are not only the ANA Blue Base Tour but also various other tours available, which I highly recommend! I sincerely wish to participate in the tour again. Thank you very much!

【体験した感想】
体験当日は実際に、勤務している客室乗務員さんがツアーを案内して下さいました。
ANAで働かれている方々の職種の紹介や、実際にどんなことをやられているかなどなどを映像や展示品などでご紹介して頂きました。
そして、実際に勤務されている運航乗務員さんや客室乗務員さんが、脱出訓練をなさっており間近で見る事ができてとても感動致しました。
今後、ツアーに参加される皆様もタイミングが良ければ、拝見する事ができると思います‼︎
また、コックピットでの音声体験を経験させて頂いて、管制官と機長・副操縦士のやり取りを聞く事ができ、とても鳥肌が立ちました。私たちが実際に搭乗させて頂いている飛行機で、このようなやり取りをされているんだなと感じ、今後より一層搭乗することをが楽しみになりました。
また、飛行機は運航乗務員さんで飛んでいるのではなく、ANAグループ全体（客室乗務員さんや整備士さん、グランドハンドリングさんなどなど）様々な支えがあり、私たちが安全に飛行機に乗る事ができるのだなと感じました。
今後ともANAさんには沢山搭乗させて頂き、機内でもお会いできるのがより一層楽しみになりました。

At the entrance, the flight attendants welcomed us, and the locker keys had three-letter codes like those at international airports, which really got me in the mood for traveling abroad. I was a bit embarrassed to be an older man attending alone, but the friendly flight attendants treated everyone, whether they were aviation enthusiasts or not, with warmth and without discrimination, so my worries were unfounded.

Fortunately, I was able to watch a training session where they practiced using the emergency slide. The pilots and flight attendants in training even waved at us. It was a very enjoyable and interesting experience. I would love to participate again.

エントランスではCAさんがお出迎え、ロッカーの鍵には海外空港の3レターと、海外旅行の様に気分が盛り上がります。
一人参加のおじさんということで、気恥ずかしいかな？と思いましたが、非常に詳しいマニアの人にも、あまり詳しくない方にも、案内のCAさんはフレンドリーで分け隔てなく接していただき、心配は杞憂でした。
運良く、非常口からスライダーで降りる訓練を見ることが出来ました。
訓練中のパイロットさんやCAさんも、手を振っていただけました。
とても楽しく、興味深い体験でした。
また、参加したいと思います。

I was happy that they remembered me from my last visit. I couldn't participate in the year-end event because my flight was canceled due to snow, but the person in charge came to assist me and was very courteous. I could see ANA's commitment, and I would like to participate again.

前回行った時の方が当方を覚えており、嬉しかったです。
また年末のイベントが雪で飛行機が欠航になり参加出来ませんでしたが責任者の方まで来て頂き丁寧に対応してくれました。
ANAの姿勢がよく見え、また参加したいと思います。

You can experience the services you receive when boarding a plane. Most of the content is related to safety in actual operations, but you can enjoy a sense of closeness with ANA that you can't experience at the airport or on board. The guide is an active cabin attendant, so they kindly answer any questions you may have, allowing you to hear firsthand accounts from the field. This is a facility I would like to visit several times a year along with the Blue Hangar.

飛行機に搭乗した際に受けるサービスの感覚で見学できます。実際の業務の安全に関する内容がほとんどなのですが、空港や機内では味わえないANAさんとの親近感を味わえます。
案内は現役のCAさんですので、普段疑問に思ってる事なども丁寧にお答えくださり、現場の生の声が聞けます。ブルーハンガーと共に年に何回か行きたい施設です。

This is my second time participating in this tour.

Today, I joined during the last time slot in the evening. The first time I participated was in the early morning, which was fully booked, but the evening session was somewhat less crowded with about six participants. I thought it was unusual since reservations are not easy to come by.

I was able to observe the trainee flight attendants conducting training for water landings and the use of AEDs.

The flight attendant who was the guide was very polite and greeted each participant individually before the tour started.

I would like to participate again at a different time.

このツアーに2回目の参加です。

今日は夕方の最終の時間帯に参加してみました。
1回目に参加した朝一の時間帯は満員御礼だったのですが、夕方はたまたまなのか、6名程度の参加者数で、若干すいていました。予約は簡単には取れないので、めずらしいなと思いました。

客室乗務員の訓練生の方々が、飛行機が着水した場合の訓練・それから、AEDの使用訓練をする様子を見学出来ました。

ガイドを担当された客室乗務員の方は、ツアー開始前に1人1人の方にご挨拶をされていて、非常にていねいな方でした。

また別の時間帯に参加してみたいと思います。

This was my first time participating.

It was packed, especially with an older age group during the morning session.

There were many aviation enthusiasts, and the flight attendants who guided the tour seemed to be bombarded with questions, which looked a bit challenging for them (laughs), but they answered each one carefully.

Since it was early in the morning, there wasn't much actual training happening, but I was able to see the new ground staff members undergoing training. That said, there were plenty of display materials, so just walking around the facility was enjoyable.

After the tour, there was a long line at the merchandise sales area, likely because people wanted to chat with the flight attendants who had guided them. Even though you could talk without buying anything, they were so attentive to each person that it might have contributed to the high merchandise sales.

I think I’ll try participating again at a different time.

初めて参加しました。

朝一の時間帯で、年齢層高めの方を中心に満員御礼。

飛行機好きの方が多く、ガイドをされる客室乗務員の方が質問攻めにあい少々大変そうでしたが(笑、1つ1つ丁寧に回答されていました。

朝一と言う事もあり、実際の訓練はほとんど行われていなかったのですが、新しいグランドスタッフの社員さんが研修をしているのを見ることが出来ました。とは言え展示資料も豊富なので、施設を見て回るだけでも楽しいです。

ツアー後は、担当された客室乗務員の方と雑談がしたいからか、入口のグッズ販売に行列が出来てバカ売れしていました。別にグッズ買わなくてもお話出来るのですが、1人1人丁寧に接していたから、グッズもたくさん売れたのかもしれません。

別の時間帯にまた参加してみようと思います。

This is my sixth visit.
There are infection control measures in place (disinfectant, temperature checks) and identification verification.
Although there was no training this time, I was able to appreciate the importance of training, and I feel grateful that they safely operate flights every day as a matter of course.
The flight attendant who guided us was someone I met for the first time, but her explanations were easy to understand, and she had a friendly demeanor. She was wonderful.
If I have one complaint, it would be that I wish they would increase the variety of original merchandise (laughs).

6回目の見学です。
感染症対策(消毒液、検温)あり。身分証明書確認。
今回は訓練をしていなかったのですが、訓練の大切さを感じることができるので、毎日当たり前に安全に飛行機を飛ばしてくれていることに感謝してしまいます。
案内のCAさんは初めて会った方でしたが、解説がわかりやすく、話しかけやすい印象。素敵でした。
1つだけ不満があるとすれば…「オリジナルのグッズを増やして欲しい」ということです(笑)。

I'm glad I was able to visit such a valuable place. It would have been even better if there had been a bit more training. The explanations provided by the flight attendant who guided us were also thorough and appreciated.

The cabin crew and flight attendants were conducting emergency evacuation training. The current cabin attendants provided clear explanations about the ground staff, maintenance, and cargo work. Their response was very pleasant. It might be difficult to make a reservation, but good luck. It was really great! ☺️

The day before, I went trekking to Jomon Sugi. It was my first time trekking, but thanks to my regular light training and daily walks, I only had mild muscle soreness in my thighs, calves, and hips (laughs). Still, I participated with some anxiety.

Along with my husband, who is in his late 50s, we coincidentally ended up trekking again with someone we met during the Jomon Sugi trek yesterday. There were four of us in total, including the guide, and since it was the off-season, there were hardly any people around, allowing us to fully enjoy the magnificent scenery.

Since rain was forecasted for the afternoon, the guide organized a schedule to ensure our safety with a manageable pace.

There were some tough uphill and downhill sections, but the guide adjusted the pace for us, and the scenery was so beautiful that the conversations were interesting and enjoyable—it was truly the best experience. From how to use trekking poles to the dangers of nature, the beauty of the changing seasons, and how the taste of spring water varies by location! We took a lot of photos.

Jumping on Taiko Rock, it looks like we're flying in the photos taken in rapid succession! We didn't have the courage to jump (laughs), but the others got some amazing shots of themselves jumping! So impressive.

To be honest, you can reach both Jomon Sugi and Shiratani Unsuikyo (up to Taiko Rock) without a guide. However, trekking while listening to various stories from the guide is exceptional. Personally, I recommend having a guide.

Yakushima, which I had always wanted to visit, was truly a mystical and wonderful place.

トレッキングは初めてでしたが、日頃から　軽いトレーニング　散歩が日課のおかげか？？モモ　ふくらはぎ　股関節に軽め筋肉痛（笑）
それでも　不安を抱えながらの参加でした。
私たち５０台後半夫婦の他　昨日縄文杉トレックングで一緒だった方と偶然にもまた一緒にトレッキングすることになりました。
ガイドさんと計４人　閑散期で、人もほとんどいなく
壮大な景色を満喫できました。
午後からは雨予報だったので、危険のないようペース配分のスケジュールを組んでいただきました。

登り下りのきついところもありますが、ペースも合わせてくださり、景色も素敵すぎてお話も興味深く楽しく、本当に最高でした。
ストックの使い方から　自然の怖さ　四季折々の景色の美しさ　湧き水も場所によって味が違う！
写真もたくさん撮っていただきました。

ぶっちゃけ　縄文杉も白谷雲水峡（太鼓岩まで）もガイドさんなしでも
たどり着くことはできます。
でもガイドさんからいろいろなお話を聞きながらのトレッキングは格別です。
個人的には、ガイドさん付きをお勧めします。

ずーと来たかった屋久島　神秘的でほんとうに素敵なところでした。

I participated at the end of the year. It was my first time in the snowy mountains, but I was able to climb without any difficulty. I definitely want to participate again.

初の雪山でしたが難なく登山できました。

It was a tour that greatly expanded my knowledge. It was a fun tour filled with many stories that you don't usually get to hear, including common anecdotes. I encourage everyone to participate!

色んな知識が増すツアーでした。

The nearest station is Anamori Inari Station, which is somewhat far from the airport, as this is a training observation course. The facility is clean, well-designed, and provides a comfortable environment for observation and explanations through glass. The guidance from the cabin attendants is also enjoyable. Compared to JAL's Sky Museum, it lacks a niche appeal and is more geared towards the general public.

Since it was the first session of the day, there were only a few actual training activities taking place, but if you're lucky, you may be able to observe more training. Of course, explanations are provided in all areas.

訓錬見学コースなので、空港からやや離れた穴守稲荷駅が最寄りです。施設はキレイで、工夫され、ガラス越しですが快適な環境で見学、説明が受けられます、CAさんの案内も楽しいです
JALのスカイミュージアムに比べると、マニアックさはなく、一般向けの内容です。
朝一の回なのか実際の訓練が実施されていたのはわずかでしたが、運がよいより多くの訓練を見学できるでしょう。もちろん説明は全領域で行われます。

I had a hard time making a reservation, but I participated with my mother during the winter break. I've flown about 400 times, but I was able to learn and hear information that I wouldn't know just from flying, and I had a very enjoyable and meaningful time.

I participated alone, but the reception was smooth, and I enjoyed the tour itself. The guide was very communicative, and it was fun to chat along the way. I hope to find another opportunity to join again.

I observed the trainee cabin crew members as they practiced evacuating from a simulated aircraft to a life raft (emergency escape slide) floating in a pool, and I watched them detach it from the aircraft. Even in the glass-walled observation corridor, where sound is blocked, loud instructions could be heard, creating a sense of tension despite it being training.

There are various types of training available for observation, so it's a must-see for anyone aiming for a career in the aviation industry! One suggestion would be to have a merchandise shop similar to the one at the maintenance factory tour.

ちょうど訓練中のCAさん達が、模擬の機体からプールに浮かべた救命いかだ(緊急脱出スライド)へ脱出して、機体から切り離す所まで見学しました。ガラス張りで音声を遮断している見学通路でも、大声の指示が漏れ聞こえて、訓練とはいえ緊迫感がありました。
他にも多岐にわたる職種の訓練を見学できますので、特に航空業界を目指す方は必見！
1点、整備工場見学の売店と同じ位のグッズ販売があると良いですね。

I had a great time thanks to the guide's thorough explanations and humorous conversations. In addition to seeing Jomon Sugi, it was a very educational tour where I learned about the history of Yakushima. I am grateful to the guide. Thank you very much.

The response to inquiries regarding changes in the number of reservations was both polite and prompt. On the day of the visit, not only was the service courteous, but they also engaged in friendly conversation (not overly intrusive, maintaining a comfortable distance), which made me appreciate ANA's hospitality.

In the same tour group, there was a lively and energetic crowd, and when I tried to see, I was pushed aside even though I was already in front, making it difficult for my short second-grade son to view the exhibits. I think the comfort of the visit really depends on the members present at that time.

During the actual training session, very little was conducted in the early morning slot; it was mostly explanations and videos. It began with impressive visuals on a 180-degree screen, introducing each training facility by job type. We progressed by looking down through glass at the actual training locations, and there was a section in the pilot's booth where participants could experience a simple flight simulation video.

Finally, there was a booth where we could freely interact with sets like the cockpit, passenger cabin, and airport counter. After that, we watched a video on a tunnel-shaped screen to conclude the visit. I attended with my fifth-grade and second-grade children, and they seemed to have a fair amount of interest and listened to the explanations.

Since the airport was nearby, we visited the airport after the Blue Base tour. Perhaps because we had just finished the Blue Base tour, they seemed particularly interested in not just airplanes but also various vehicles and facilities.

予約人数に変更があった際の問い合わせにも丁寧かつ素早く対応してくださりました。また当日も丁寧な対応だけでなく気さくに話しかけてくれたり(ガツガツではなく程よい距離感で)、これがANAのおもてなしかと感心しました。
同じ見学グループに元気で賑やかな集団がいて、見ようとすると先にいても押されて前に立ちはだかられてしまい、背の低い小2の息子は展示を見るのに苦労していました。快適に見学できるかはその時のメンバー次第かな、というところです。
実際の訓練は朝イチの回ではほとんど行われておらず、説明と映像のみでした。
180度スクリーンの迫力ある映像から始まり、各訓練施設を職種別に紹介。実際に訓練を行う場所をガラス越しに見下ろす感じで進んで行き、パイロットのブースでは簡単なフライトシミレーションを摸した映像を参加単位で味わえるコーナーも設けられていました。
最後に操縦席、客室、空港のカウンターなどのセットに実際に触れられるブースで自由に体験。その後トンネル型スクリーンで映像を観て終了でした。
小5、小2の子どもと参加しましたが、それなりに関心を持って話も聞いていました。
空港が近いので、ブルーベース見学後は空港を見学。
ブルーベース見学後とあってか、飛行機だけでなくいろいろな乗り物や施設を興味深そうに見ていました。

It was more fulfilling than I had expected. Mr. Kamijou, who guided the tour, kindly answered all my questions, and I learned a lot. It was a wonderful hospitality. Thank you very much.
During the boarding announcement and the final in-flight announcement, I wished they could have been in English as well as Japanese. This is my only regret.
For those who will participate in the future, you can enter the building 30 minutes before the tour starts. Until boarding begins, there is a corner where you can take a photo of yourself online dressed as a captain or cabin crew with a mirror-like screen. If you arrive just before the tour starts, you won't have time to look around or take photos. It is essential to arrive exactly 30 minutes before the tour begins. If you happen to arrive early from a distance, you might spend time drinking coffee at a café near Anamura Inari Station. I used to work as a hotel staff in Tokyo during my active years, serving many domestic and international guests, and I always admired ANA's customer service attitude. Even now in my 60s, as a passionate listener of NHK's modern business English by Professor Sugita, I am striving to achieve my long-held goal of obtaining the Eiken Grade 1 this year while teaching English online to my American friend once a week. I hope to rely on ANA for my last overseas trip in life, specifically to Munich on an ANA international flight. Please take care of yourselves and do your best at work, especially during these challenging times with COVID-19. Thank you for your support.

　期待していた以上に、内容の充実したものでした。ツアーを案内してくださった上条（かみじょう）さん、どのような質問にも快くお応えいただき、とっても勉強になりました。素敵なおもてなしでした。ありがとうございました。
　搭乗開始と最後の機内放送を日本語でしていただいた場面で、できれば日本語だけでなく英語でもお聞きしたかったです。これが唯一心残りです。
　これから参加される方へ。ツアー開始３０分前から建物に入れてもらえます。搭乗開始までは、鏡のような画面で手を添えて、自分が機長かキャビンクルー・グランドスタッフの制服をオンライン上で着た姿を自分で写真どりできるコーナーがあります。ツアー開始ギリギリに行くとそれらを見学したり、写真とったりする時間がありません。ただ、必ずツアー開始30分前きっちりに
行くことが鉄則です。遠方からで万一早く現地に着いた場合は、最寄り駅の穴村稲荷駅周辺の喫茶店などでコーヒーでも飲んで時間をつぶすことになります。私は、現役時代は都内でホテルマンをしておりました。沢山の国内外からのお客様のおもてなしをしておりましたが、常にＡＮＡ様の接客姿勢を見習い

It was necessary to leave our phones in the locker, but there was a designated area for photography in the last section, and the kids had an amazing time.

携帯をロッカーに預ける必要はありましたが、
最後のエリアでは撮影可能なエリアもあって
最高に子ども達は楽しんでいました。

The guide's instructions were great. The pace was a bit fast, but we were able to return earlier than the scheduled time for Jomon Sugi. I also appreciated the photo opportunities at various points.

ガイドさんの案内がよかったです。
少しペースは早かったですが、縄文杉時間より早く戻って来れました。ポイントポイントでの写真もありがたかったです。

This is my second time participating.
I was able to learn in detail about various professions such as cabin crew, ground staff, maintenance personnel, ground handling staff, and flight crew. I noticed the differences in uniforms and felt that our comfortable flights are made possible by the invisible efforts of many people. Thank you very much. It was a wonderful trip! 😊

今回が2回目の参加になります。
客室乗務員、グランドスタッフ、整備士、グランドハンドリングスタッフ、運行乗務員などそれぞれの職種について詳しく学べます。制服の違いだったり、私たちが快適に飛行機に乗れているのは沢山の方々の見えない努力があるからだと感じます。本当にありがとうございました。素敵な旅になりました＾＾

I was surprised to learn that many people are involved in getting a single airplane in the air. I have great respect for their daily efforts to hone their skills in their respective positions, and I have become even more of a fan. The staff's speaking skills were also wonderful; I was captivated. I was happy to have such a wonderful opportunity. Thank you very much.

飛行機　一機を飛ばす為に　多くの方々が関わっている事に驚きました。また　それぞれの立場で　日々　技術を磨く努力をしていらっしゃることに頭が下がりますし　ますますファンになりました。スタッフの方の講話術もとても素晴らしかったです。引き込まれました。素敵な機会を頂きしあわせでした。ありがとうございました。
