I live nearby, but I usually don't have the opportunity to tour inside Haneda Airport, and the social studies field trips for elementary schools were all canceled due to COVID-19. Therefore, I participated during the summer vacation with my two elementary school children. The staff's hospitality was truly wonderful, and fortunately, we were able to see the training in action. My second-grade daughter got tired and wanted to sit down partway through, but my fourth grader listened attentively until the end. It was a very educational tour for me as an adult as well.

近所に住んでいますが、ふだんとくに羽田空港の内部を見学できる機会はなく、小学校の社会科見学はコロナで軒並み中止。そのため小学生二人連れで夏休みに参加しました。案内のスタッフ様の接遇は大変すばらしく、幸運なことに訓練の様子が見れました。小２の娘は途中で疲れて座りたいなどぐずりましたが、小４は最後まできちんと話を聞き、大人の私も大変勉強になるツアーでした。

It was very enjoyable to experience the actual training with guidance from a current flight attendant and to wave at the pilots. I learned various safety measures as well. I believe it's a place where both children and seniors can have fun and learn.

現役のCAさんの案内で、実際の訓練の様子を見たり、パイロットに手を振ったりする経験はとても楽しかったです。安全のための工夫もいろいろ知ることができました。お子様からシニアまで楽しめるし学びになる所だと思います。

You can have a valuable experience observing people who actually work at ANA. This is likely to resonate most with upper elementary to high school students. Due to the impact of COVID-19, there may be cancellations right before the event, so even if your desired date is sold out, I recommend checking the application page's calendar daily without giving up.

実際にANAで働いている方々を見学できる貴重な体験ができます。小学校高学年から高校生くらいにいちばん刺さるのでは。コロナの影響なのか直前にキャンセルも出るようなので、希望日が売り切れていても諦めずに申し込みページのカレンダーを毎日覗くことをおすすめします。

I participated with my third-grade son. The flight attendant who guided us explained everything clearly, incorporating her own experiences. We were able to see the training scenes of ground staff and mechanics, as well as the flight training of pilots. Even in departments where we couldn't see the training, we gained a lot of knowledge through exhibits and videos. I've always used ANA and was originally a fan, but I realized that the safety and security of operations are maintained through the tireless efforts of all the staff and crew, which made me even more anxious. Both adults and children enjoyed it. It was a tour that made me want to go again.

アテンドして下さったCAさんがご自身の経験を織り交ぜながら分かりやすく説明して下さいました。
グラウンドスタッフさんと整備士さんの訓練風景、パイロットさんの飛行訓練の様子を見ることが出来ました。
訓練が見られなかった部門でも、展示やビデオで色んな知識を得ることが出来ました。
いつもANAを利用していて元々ANAのファンでしたが、スタッフ乗組員の皆さんの日頃からの弛まぬ努力の元に安心安全が運行されていることが分かり、益々不安になりました。
大人も子供も楽しめました。また行きたいと思えるツアーでした。

I walked for a total of 10 hours round trip. That said, we took quite a few breaks and had lunch, so I guess I was actually walking for just a little over 8 hours? Fortunately, it was sunny, so it felt really nice, and I was able to enjoy the scenery while seeing many Yakusugi trees. Most of the path is a flat trolley road, and even after we started climbing, it wasn't a steep mountain trail, so it's basically not too difficult. However, the distance is long, so it can be tiring, haha. I used trekking poles for the first time, and thanks to them, the strain on my legs was significantly reduced. So I definitely recommend using trekking poles. You should consider buying them in advance and bringing them along.

You can't get too close to Jomon Sugi, but you can experience its majestic atmosphere, and there are many large Yakusugi trees along the way. It's an early morning start, and it really is tiring for a long time, but I thought that if you come to Yakushima, you have to visit Jomon Sugi!

往復10時間歩きました。といっても途中休憩や昼食の時間も結構とってくれたので、実質歩いてるのは8時間ちょっとくらいでしょうか？運良く晴れてたので、とても気持ち良く、景色を眺めながら、たくさんの屋久杉を見ながら歩けました。道中のほとんどが平坦なトロッコ道ですし、登りに入ってからも急な山道というわけではなく基本的に大変ではないのですが、とにかく距離が長いので、疲れます笑 ストックを初めて使いましたがこれのおかげで足への負担は相当減りました。なのでストックおすすめです。事前に買ってでも持っていくべきかと。
縄文杉は近くまで行けませんが、雄大な雰囲気を味わえますし、途中にたくさんの大きな屋久杉があります。早朝スタートですし本当に長時間疲れますが、やはり屋久島に来たら縄文杉には行かないと！と思いました。

First of all, the facility is wonderful.
I could clearly see that each employee is working hard for safe operations.
Also, the explanations provided by the person in charge of the guidance were very clear and excellent.

まずは、施設が素晴らしいです。
安全運航に社員一人一人の方が一生懸命取り組んでいるのがよく分かりました。
また、案内を担当された方の説明がとてもわかりやすくとても良かったです。

There are avatars of mechanics, pilots, and flight attendants, and efforts have been made to ensure that even children can enjoy it, which made the kids seem very happy. The flight attendant who guided us also seemed to have studied the names and roles of the tools. At the end, we were able to take photos in a room that had a counter, cabin, and cockpit, and it was a lot of fun.

整備士、パイロット、客室乗務員のアバターがあり、お子さんでも楽しめる工夫がなされおり、子供達も楽しそうにしていました。案内をされた客室乗務員さんも、工具の名称・役割も勉強されている印象でした。最後はカウンター、機内、コクピットがある部屋で写真も撮ることができ、とても楽しかったです。

Two days ago, I went to Jomon Sugi, and although I was a bit anxious because my legs were tired, the guide shared various stories along the way, including a Princess Mononoke quiz and a sea turtle quiz, which made the experience very enjoyable. The path had many rocks and artificial wooden stairs, but personally, I found it easier on my legs compared to Jomon Sugi. There were some steep sections, but I encountered moss and cedar trees everywhere, and the air was clean, which felt refreshing! I will never forget the view from Taiko Rock! Thanks to the guide taking many photos and videos at various spots, I have wonderful memories to keep. Thank you very much! Waking up early in the morning was tough, but it turned out well since there were fewer people in the early hours, allowing us to enjoy it more leisurely. If anyone around me is planning to go to Yakushima, I would definitely recommend this tour and the guide!

2日前に縄文杉に行って足が疲れていたため、多少不安がありましたが、ガイドさんがもののけ姫クイズやウミガメクイズなど、道中色々なお話をしてくださって、とても楽しく行くことができました。足元は岩などが多くて、人工の木の階段などが多い縄文杉の方よりは個人的には足への負担が少なくて登りやすかったです。多少の険しい道はありましたが、あらゆるところで苔や杉に出会えて、空気も綺麗で、浄化されました！太鼓岩からの景色も忘れられません！
ガイドさんがいろいろなスポットでたくさんの写真、動画を撮ってくださったおかげで、手元にも素敵な思い出が残りました。ありがとうございました！
朝の早起きは辛かったですが、早朝の方が人が少なめでゆっくり堪能できたので、結果よかったです。
ぜひ周りに屋久島へ行く人がいたら、このツアー、ガイドさんをおすすめしたいです！

A current flight attendant thoroughly explained the training facility, which is designed to resemble a runway, and my son, who aspires to be a cabin crew member, was very happy. Additionally, today we actually experienced a cabin crew training session at the facility. Everything was wonderful and educational. It was an experience tour that made me want to go again.

滑走路をイメージした、廊下や乗務員さんたちの訓練施設のことについて現役乗務員さんがしっかりと教えてくださり、客室乗務員志望の息子も大喜びでした。
また、本日は実際に訓練施設で客室乗務員体験をしてまいりました。
どれもとても素晴らしく勉強になりました。
また行きたいと思える体験ツアーでした

It was a tour that makes you want to go again. I thought the CA's clear, polite, and kind manner was wonderful. I'm grateful to the ANA staff for allowing me to board the plane with peace of mind. I want to introduce this tour to my friends as well. It was also moving to see things that I usually don't get to see.

また行きたくなるツアーでした。CAさんの解りやすく丁寧で優しい接し方が素晴らしいと思いました。ANAの職員の方達のお陰で安心して飛行機に乗れる事に感謝です。周りの友達にもこのツアーを紹介したいと思います。普段目にする事のない中が見れたのも感動です。

You cannot enter the building until 30 minutes before. You will have to wait outside. There are only a few exhibits on the first floor, so entering 15 minutes early is sufficient. I am satisfied with the tour content. Even though it was during lunchtime (11:45), training was still taking place.

30分前にならないと建物の中へ入れません。外で待たされます。１階の展示は少しなので１５分前に入場すればいい。
ツアー内容には満足です。昼の時間帯（１１：４５）でしたが訓練はやっていました。

As others have mentioned in their reviews, I thought it was a bit expensive at 1,000 yen, especially since it's a little far from the nearest station and in the blazing sun. However, the staff who provided the facility tour explained everything thoroughly, and they answered any questions I had, so I personally felt it was worth the 1,000 yen! I had a great time.

It was nice to see the efforts made daily for safety up close, and I'm glad I participated.

One of the people who joined the tour seemed to be disappointed as it wasn't what they expected, and they sighed throughout, so I think the experience can vary depending on the group.

I would like to visit again at a different time! Thank you for your hospitality.

I was a bit anxious about participating alone as a woman, but on the day of the event, I had a great time trekking with the guide and others from different groups! We talked about Yakushima, shared stories, and even included some quizzes, making it a fun experience from start to finish.

And the breathtaking view from Taiko Rock! I will never forget it. I fell in love with Yakushima, a place that makes you want to take deep breaths all the time. Thank you for the wonderful time! I will definitely come back!

女性1人参加で当日まで不安もありましたが、当日はガイドさん、一緒に参加していた他グループの方と楽しくトレッキングが出来ました！

It was a tough plan to visit Jomon Sugi and Shiratani Unsuikyo in one day, requiring a bit of stamina. However, we were blessed with an amazing guide, and we were able to reach our destination while having fun along the way. Everyone made it back safely without anyone missing, making it a wonderful summer memory.

The view from Taiko Rock was captivating and brought me to tears... It's a sight you definitely should see at least once! (Though it does depend on the weather.)

1日で縄文杉と白谷雲水峡に行く、ちょっと体力のいる過酷な？プランでした。が、最高のガイドさんに恵まれ、登山中もワイワイと楽しく目的地に辿り着くことができ、誰一人欠けることもなく無事に下山もでき、最高の夏の思い出になりました。

太鼓岩からの景色は、心引き込まれうるっとしてしまいました。。。是非一度は見ていただきたい景色です！(天気に左右はされますが)

Day 1: Jomon Sugi Trekking
Day 2: Shiratani Unsuikyo

On the first day, rain was expected, but it was determined that the trek could proceed within a manageable range. The first three hours of trekking went smoothly, with beautiful scenery and thorough explanations from our guide, making it an enjoyable experience. However, as initially planned, the rain clouds rolled in, and all participants donned their rain gear as we continued on to the end of the trolley path. After waiting for about 20 minutes there, the guide informed us that the rain had developed unusually this year, and although we were in the middle of the trek, we would need to return (cancel). While I felt disappointed, I believe it was the right decision considering the recent nationwide accident situations.

On the way back, the calm river was now turbulent, the trolley path was filled with water, and the small spring area was pouring down like a waterfall. I could feel the natural threat up close as the scenery changed 180 degrees from the way in. There was a point where we crossed a bridge without handrails, and it was clear that falling would be fatal. Although it was frightening, the guide provided careful support, allowing us to descend safely. As the guide mentioned, I think it's important to make the decision to turn back when necessary. Although we couldn't see Jomon Sugi because of this consideration, I had no complaints and instead felt very satisfied to witness the duality of nature on the first day.

On the second day, in contrast to the previous day, we were blessed with clear weather. The guide was different from the day before, but he provided detailed explanations, which was great. We safely reached Taiko Rock, and although we were tired, we felt a sense of accomplishment. I highly recommend experiencing the view with your own feet!

Overall, I was very satisfied.

However, please note that in addition to the tour fee, you will need to prepare some cash on your own, so it's advisable to bring extra before entering Yakushima. Please keep this in mind.

二日目　白谷雲水峡
に参加しました。

一日目は当日から雨が予想されておりましたが、実行可能な範囲だと判断があり実行をしました。
トレッキングが始まって最初の３時間は問題なくキレイな景色や丁寧なガイドさんの説明もあり楽しく進めることができました。
しかし当初の予定通り雨雲がかかってきて参加者全員雨具を着用して進んでいき、トロッコ道の終わりまで到着しました。そこで２０分ほど待っていた後にガイドさんから今回の雨が例年にないほど発達をし途中ではあるが帰宅（中止）になることを伝えられました。
残念な気持ちがありましたが、昨今の全国的な事故状況を省みると正しい判断だと思います。
帰り道は行きとは違い穏やかな川はうねりをあげ、トロッコ道は水で満たされ、小さかった湧き水エリアは滝のように降り注いできており、行き帰りで１８０度変わった景色に自然の脅威を間近で感じることができました。
途中手摺がない橋を渡るポイントがありましたが、そのいずれも落ちたら命がなくなるのが一目瞭然であり、恐怖もありましたがガイドさんが丁寧にフォローをしていただいたので安心して下山できました。
ガイドさんもいっていましたが引き返す判断をすること（出来る）ことが大事だと思います。
そこを第一に考えてくれたので縄文杉は見れませんでしたが不満はなく逆に自然の二面性を見ることができとても満足した初日でした。

二日目は前日とうってかわって天気に恵まれて快晴でした。ガイドさんは前日と別の人でしたが細かい部分も丁寧に教えていただけたので良かったです。太鼓岩まで無事到着し、疲れもありましたがその分達成感を感じることができました。是非一度自分の足で登って味わってほしい景色が広がっています！

トータルでいうと非常に満足しました。

ただし、ツアー費用とは別に、個人で用意する現金がいくらか必要になるので、参加される際には、屋久島に入る前に多めに用意する必要があります。参考にしてください。

I set out for Jomon Sugi at 5 AM and it took about 7 hours to get there! Even though it was mid-August and the temperatures were high, it was cool during the trek due to the elevation and the breeze. I hiked without wearing a mask.

I went specifically to see Jomon Sugi, but the breathtaking view from Taiko Rock that I visited along the way is something I will never forget! The stories and games shared by our guide, Tsugimaki, were very interesting, and I enjoyed the long hike without getting bored until the very end!

朝5時から約7時間かけて縄文杉へ行きました！8月の中旬で気温は高かったのですが、トレッキング時は標高もあって風も抜けるので涼しかったです☺️登山中はマスク着用無しで登ってます。
縄文杉目当てで行きましたが、途中で訪れた太鼓岩からの絶景はもう忘れられません！！ガイドをしてくださった津曲さんのお話しやゲームもとても面白く、長時間の登山も飽きることなく最後まで楽しめました！

On the first day, we experienced heavy rain while visiting Jomon Sugi, but we were able to see it safely and return without any injuries. The long-distance trekking was quite tough, but it became a lifelong memory!

On the second day, although there was a rain forecast for Shiratani Unsuikyo, we didn't get caught in the rain and were able to enjoy walking while taking lots of photos and videos. We were lucky to see both Yakushima deer and Yakushima macaques.

For those who are not used to exercising, I recommend Shiratani Unsuikyo, but since you're in Yakushima, I definitely think you should see Jomon Sugi as well!

初日の縄文杉は大雨の中でしたが、無事縄文杉も拝め、怪我もなく帰ってくることができました。
長距離のトレッキングはなかなかしんどいですが、一生の思い出になりました！
2日目の白谷雲水峡は雨予報ではありましたが、雨に打たれることはなく、たくさん写真や動画を撮りながら楽しく歩くことができました。
ヤクシカもヤクザルも見ることができてラッキーでした。
普段運動に慣れていない方には白谷雲水峡の方がオススメですが、屋久島に来たからにはぜひ縄文杉も見ていただきたいなと思います！

It was a visit to the behind-the-scenes facilities that ensure the safe operation of the airplanes I usually use casually. I felt that the airplanes are able to fly thanks to the daily training and education of the flight crew, cabin attendants, ground staff, and maintenance personnel, all working to ensure safe and comfortable flights.

　普段気軽に利用している飛行機を安全に運行するための裏側の施設の訪問でした。安全に快適に飛ばすために、運航乗務員さん、CAさん、グランドスタッフさん、整備士さんたちの日頃の訓練・教育によって飛行機は空を飛んでいるんだなぁ-と感じました。

It was great to be guided by a current flight attendant. I enjoyed learning that there are various training facilities! I realized that becoming a captain requires a long period of extensive training and examinations, which contributes to the safety of flights.

I flew yesterday as well. Thanks to the rigorous training that the captain undergoes, we can board the plane with peace of mind. I am truly grateful. I also received a lot of support from wonderful flight attendants. Just one word of thanks: Thank you very much!

現役のCAさんに案内してもらうのがとても良かったです^_^色々な訓練所があるのだと知れて楽しかったです！機長になるためにはたくさんの訓練や試験などで長い期間必要と言う事が、飛行機の安全性に繋がっているのだと感じました。

It was a very beautiful facility.
The explanations and alerts provided by the active flight attendant were excellent.
Since the tour was from a high vantage point, the sense of presence was somewhat lacking.
This time, I was able to see the AED training conducted by the mechanics and flight attendants, but if there hadn't been any training, it would have been quite a disappointing tour.
The reason for the four-star rating is that, since it is a paid experience, I would have liked to receive something memorable, like a neck strap for the boarding pass instead of a rarely used touch pen after the tour.
Also, for children under elementary school age, it might be nice to give them a special souvenir to encourage them to become ANA fans in the future.

Overall, I was very satisfied.
If I have the chance, I would like to bring my family next time.

大変綺麗な施設でした。
アテンドしていただいた現役CAの方の説明も注意喚起も素晴らしかったです。
見学としてはかなり高い位置からの俯瞰見学なので臨場感は薄いですね。
今回は整備士さん、CAさんのAED訓練が見れましたがもし何も訓練がなかったら…かなり寂しい見学になってしまいますね。
☆４個の理由（気持ち）としては。
少なからず有料なので、終了後使用頻度の低いタッチペンではなくせめていただいたボーディングパス？を入れるネックストラップとかなにか記念になるものを頂きたかったです。
それと小学生以下のお子さんたちには、これからもANAファンになってもらうためにも特別な記念品を差し上げてもいいのではないでしょうか。

総論としては大変満足しました。
チャンスが有りましたら次回は家族を連れてきたいと思います。

I had reserved an afternoon high-speed boat, so I signed up for a morning tour just to be safe, but there was a thunderstorm in the morning... I was disappointed thinking it might be canceled, but the guide suggested delaying the start after checking the weather, and we began around 9 AM.

They mentioned that due to the rising river, we might only go partway, but we were able to reach the moss-covered forest. Thanks to the rain, the moss was wet and sparkling, enhancing its beauty even more.

After that, although we couldn't go to Taiko Rock, the guide took us on a part of the usually untraveled Bugyo Cedar course instead. That course was wonderful, and the conversation was enjoyable. Additionally, the other participants, including myself, were women of a similar age who had climbed Jomon Sugi the day before, so we were able to match our pace, making for a very good guide and a truly enjoyable time.

Moreover, they were very accommodating regarding the final drop-off location... I hope to request this guide again when I visit Yakushima next time, and I would love to climb to Taiko Rock! Thank you very much.

夕方の高速船を予約していたので、余裕を見て早朝発のツアーに申込みましたが、早朝は雷雨…
中止になるかとガッカリしていたのですが、ガイドさんが、天気の様子を見てスタートを遅らせることを提案してくださり、9時頃スタート。
川の増水で途中までになるかもしれないとのことでしたが、苔むす森までたどり着くことができました。雨が降ったおかげで苔が濡れてキラキラして、一層美しさを増していました。
その後は、太鼓岩こそ行けなかったものの、代わりに通常は通らない奉行杉コースを一部案内してくださいました。
そのコースが素晴らしかったですし、お話も楽しく、また、私含め他の参加者の方々も同年代くらいの女性で前日縄文杉まで登っていることもありペースを合わせてくださったりと、とてもよいガイドさんで、非常に楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
しかも最後の送迎場所の相談にも乗ってくださり至れり尽くせりで…
また屋久島に行く際はお願いして、今度は太鼓岩まで登れたらいいなと思いました！

This is a large training facility for ANA, Japan's representative airline. The building itself is impressive and has a strong presence. Additionally, the entrance heightens the excitement of boarding an airplane. The viewing area is all to scale with real-life dimensions, so it's simply amazing. You can also see the latest flight simulators for each aircraft type through the glass. The viewing area is also a real training site, so photography is prohibited there, but you can take photos in designated areas. Overall, visiting gives you a clear understanding of how incredible it is!

日本を代表する航空会社ANAの大規模な訓練施設です。建物からしてすごいので迫力があります。また入り口から飛行機の搭乗気分を盛り上げてくれるのでワクワクします。
見学エリアは全て実物並の規模なのでとにかくすごいの一言です。
また機種毎の最新鋭フライトシュミレーターなどもガラス越に見られます。
見学エリアは実訓練の場でもあるので写真撮影禁止ですが撮影可能エリアでは写真もしっかり撮れます。
とにかく行ってみると凄さがよくわかります！

I would have preferred a more in-depth explanation of each role, but the information mainly seemed to be what you could find in books. It was quite far from Tenku-bashi Station on the monorail, about a 20-minute walk, and it was a hot journey.

もう少し各職務について掘り下げた説明だと良かったのですが、本とかにも載ってそうな情報が主でした。モノレールの天空橋駅からは徒歩２０分とかなり遠く、暑い道のりでした。

It was a tour where I could learn about the various professions that support ANA's services and the types of training they undergo at different facilities. The tour guide, a flight attendant, was full of hospitality, and it made me realize once again that we can enjoy a comfortable flight thanks to these people. There were hand sanitizers available throughout, and since the tour was conducted in small groups, I felt reassured about the infection control measures. By the way, if you get hungry before or after the tour, I recommend Swan Café & Bakery located at Yamato Transport Haneda Chronogate!

ANAのサービスを支えるさまざまな職種の人が、どのような訓練をどういった施設で行っているのか知ることができるツアーでした。
客室乗務員さんによるツアーの案内もホスピタリティに溢れていて、普段心地よく飛行機に乗ることができるのはこの人たちのおかげなんだと再認識できます。
随所に、手指消毒用のアルコールが用意されていたり、少人数での催行なので感染症対策面も安心です。

I learned that even the flights we use casually involve a large number of people working behind the scenes, with multiple layers of safety considerations in place. I was also impressed to catch a glimpse of the professionals during the actual training.

This tour greatly increased my sense of security, and I feel more inclined to continue using ANA in the future. Next, I would like to participate in the work experience tour as well.

普段何気なく利用しているフライトでも、見えないところで非常に多くの人が関わり、何重にも安全面を考慮した作業がなされていることを知ることができました。また、実際の訓練でプロフェッショナルな姿を垣間見ることもできて感激しました。

今回のツアーで非常に安心感が増して、今後もANAを利用していきたいという気持ちが高まりました。次はお仕事体験ツアーの方も参加してみたいと思います。

It was a very valuable experience as opportunities to see an actual training facility are quite rare. The explanations from the cabin crew were very polite and easy to understand. My family was also very pleased. Thank you!

As soon as I entered the building, the interior had an airport feel, and the lockers had stylish key tags. I managed to get products that can only be purchased here. There were easy-to-understand videos and monitors introducing the history of ANA and its roles and jobs within the airport. The monitors provided a vision where I felt like I could easily try on costumes. The pilot costume was particularly nice. Since I understand the feelings of those behind the scenes, the mechanic costume was the best for me. There was an announcement at the entrance, and an introduction during the pre-show. Inside the training center, I was able to see the real items related to each job role, and it was great to see rare pilot hats and badges. I also witnessed a boat training exercise for a crash at sea, which was conducted by a flight attendant. The tour lasted over an hour and flew by. I got to hear firsthand accounts from current flight attendants about the challenges they face and unique shops and places at various destinations. The aviation industry has had a tough time due to COVID-19, but there is a glimmer of hope, especially with the reopening of the A380 flights to Hawaii. I definitely want to visit Hawaii and Seoul before that. Participating in this Blue Base event helped me understand the challenges faced by everyone working in aviation. I would love to travel by plane for my next trip. I look forward to everyone's continued success, and this project was fantastic.

建屋に入ってからすぐに空港って感じの内装仕上げ、ロッカーも鍵のタグがオシャレでした。ここでしか買えないショップでの商品はやはりゲットしました。ANAの歴史や空港内での仕事や役割が分かりやすいビデオやモニターで紹介されてました。モニターによる簡単にコスチュームが着れた気になれたビジョンが有りました。やはりパイロットコスチュームが良かったです。私は縁の下の気持ちがわかるので、整備士コスチュームが最高です。入場ではアナウンスがありプレショーでの紹介があり、いよいよトレーニングセンター内では、全ての仕事毎の役割や所持品の本物が見れてまたパイロットのレアな帽子やバッチが見れて良かったです。CAさんによる海での墜落が想定されたボート訓練が見れました。あっという間に１時間以上のツアーが楽しめました。説明頂いた普段CAをやられている生の声が聴けてまた大変な事やCAならではの行先によるレアなお店や場所が聴けました。コロナで航空業界は大変でしたが、少し日差しも見えてきて特にA380ホヌのハワイ再開がこの先光が見えました。ぜひハワイとその前にソウルに行きたいです。このブルーベースに参加できまた飛行機で働く皆様の大変さが分かりました。是非旅行には飛行機を利用して出発したいです。皆様の益々の発展を期待していますと共に、この企画最高でした。

The flight attendant who explained everything was earnest and likable, but the content was disappointing. It felt like a rip-off to charge 1,000 yen for this. The fact that it was during lunchtime and there was no training happening also contributed to the boredom. The free factory tour was much better as it was closer to the actual site.

説明してくださったCAの方は一生懸命で好感が持てたが、内容がしょぼい。これで1,000円も取の？という感じ。ちょうど昼の時間帯で訓練もやっていなかったのも、つまらなかった原因。無料の工場見学の方が現場とも近くて良かった。
