The weather was great, and both the sea and sky were beautiful. The photos taken were really wonderful! I was a bit anxious about snorkeling for the first time, but the guide was kind and helpful, teaching us about various fish, which made for a very enjoyable time. I was able to fully enjoy the waters of Okinawa!

It was my first time canoeing, and I was a bit anxious, but it was a very enjoyable experience with no problems for beginners! All I could hear were the sounds of the river and the birds, and in front of me was a magnificent wetland that was very soothing. Fortunately, I was able to see wildlife such as Ezo deer and white-tailed eagles. The guide's stories were also interesting and very engaging. Since I didn't rent a car, I consulted about the train back and sightseeing routes, and they kindly provided advice. I went in late September this time, but I would like to visit in a different season as well!

カヌーは初めてで少し不安でしたが、初心者でも何の問題なく、とても楽しい時間でした！
聞こえるのは川の音と鳥の声だけで、目の前は雄大な湿原が広がっていてとても癒されました。運よく、エゾシカやオジロワシなどの野生生物も見ることができました。ガイドさんのお話も面白く、大変興味深かったです。
車を借りていなかったので、帰りの電車や観光ルートなどの相談もさせていただきましたが、快くアドバイスいただきました。
今回は９月下旬でしたが、また違う季節にも行ってみたいと思います！

The weather was great, I was able to go kayaking, and I made it to the hidden waterfall. It was my fourth time in Yakushima, and I had a wonderful day. I participated alone, but everyone was friendly, and the guide taught me a lot, making it a great day.

Before the scheduled time, I received a phone call because the meeting place was hard to find (I definitely wouldn't have known without the call). The staff provided the best hospitality.

The sea kayaking was in a private setting with highly transparent water, and they captured the experience with a drone, making me feel like the star of a travel show on TV.

At first, I thought I might have made a mistake by booking since there was a distance between the kayaking location and the Blue Cave (Cape Maeda), but I realized that the distance allowed for this private experience, which turned out to be a great success.

The Blue Cave was truly "blue," with plenty of fish, and if my first snorkeling experience was this good, I’m left wondering where I should go next!

The staff's kind support was also excellent.

I will highly recommend this to my friends and relatives!

予定時間の前に、集合場所が分かりにくいからと、お電話までいただき(確かに電話無ければ分からなかったかも)、スタッフの方々は最高のホスピタリティーでした。

シーカヤックは透明度の高い海を貸し切り状態で、ドローンでその様子をしっかり撮影していただき、まるでテレビの旅行番組の主役になった気分でした。

最初はシーカヤックの場所と青の洞窟(真栄田岬)との距離があったので、予約後しくじったかなとも思いましたが、距離があったからこそ、この貸し切り状態があったと思い、結果、大成功でした。

青の洞窟も正しく「青」で、魚も沢山いて、シュノーケリング初体験でこんなに良かったら、次はどこでやれば良いのかと、困ってしまう位良かったです❗❕

スタッフの方々の親切な対応も最高でした。

Both my son, who has been to Kumotani Gorge several times, and I, who am visiting Yakushima for the first time and lack confidence in my physical stamina, had a great time. We received detailed guidance on what to bring and what to wear in advance. They are very helpful with practical advice. Since I want to enjoy the experience rather than focus on taking photos, it's better to arrange for someone to take pictures for us, especially for kayaking.

雲谷峡には何度かきている息子も、屋久島初めてで体力にも自信がない私も、楽しめました。
事前に荷物や服装、詳しくご案内いただきました。実際的なところの相談にのっていただけます。

I finally made it to the Kushiro Wetlands, a place I had always wanted to visit. The canoe tour of the wetlands was spent in a relaxed manner under the best weather. I was healed by the flowing scenery, the sound of the water, and the greenery of the trees. The guides, the Hiraiwa couple, were also very kind to us.

I participated in various tours, but canyoning was the best! River kayaking allowed me to enjoy nature at my own pace. The coffee break along the way was perfectly timed. Canyoning was also fantastic, with full gear provided, getting splashed by waterfalls, jumping off rocks, and various creative activities that made it so much fun. I want to participate again!

色々なツアーに参加しましたが、沢登り最高!リバーカヤックは、マイペースでのんびり自然を満喫。途中のコーヒーブレイクもグッドタイミング。そして沢登りは、フル装備を貸して下さって滝に打たれたり、岩からジャンプやら様々な工夫があってすごく楽しめました。また参加したいです。

During the Obon holiday in August, I decided to travel to Hokkaido with my husband. Since it was my third time in Sapporo, I felt that just visiting the usual tourist spots wouldn't be enough, so I joined this tour.

To put it simply, "it requires quite a bit of physical stamina"! But it was so much fun that I couldn't stop laughing. One piece of advice: you should really wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. It mentioned jeans, but I actually wore jeans and it turned out to be fine. If you and your paddling partner aren't in sync, you'll end up crashing into the bushes multiple times. I even fell on my backside in the canoe! It's better to avoid short sleeves, as they can get caught on branches (it's not too painful, but there are some risky moments for kids).

There was a thrill that photos just can't capture, and I was very satisfied! I will definitely go again! ⭐︎

8月のお盆休みに北海道旅行へ旦那さんと行くことになり、私自身は3度目の札幌だったため、定番の観光所巡りじゃ物足りない〜！とのことで、今回このツアーに参加しました。
簡単にいえば、「結構体力を使う」！でも、それ以上に楽し過ぎて笑いっぱなし。一言アドバイスすると、本当に汚れてもいい格好で行くべきです。ジーパンは〜と書いてありましたが私はジーパンで行って逆に良かったです。共に漕ぐパートナーとの息が合わないと何度も草木に突っ込みます。カヌーの中で尻餅つきます)^o^(半袖はやめた方がいいです。枝に刺さります。(そこまで痛くはないですが子供は危ない場面があります)
写真だけじゃ伝わらないスリルがあり、とっても満足でした⭐︎また行きます！！

Despite the last-minute request, the staff was very accommodating. Due to weather issues on the day, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but the tour was a great success for the kids. The snorkeling instructions were precise, which was very helpful for us as first-timers.

I was worried about whether the experience would take place with Typhoon No. 14 approaching, but I was able to participate. Since I was the only one for the 3 PM session, I had a one-on-one experience. I chose a single kayak, so I was initially anxious, but the guide's explanations were very clear, and I managed to get on.

As we paddled upstream on the Hija River, I was able to listen to the guide's explanations about the mangroves and creatures while actually seeing them. The guide's explanations were very easy to understand. Along the way, I was able to see bats and mongooses. I was really surprised by the size of the gajamaru trees.

　比謝川を上流に進みながら，ガイドさんからマングローブや生き物の説明を実際に見ながら聞くことができました。ガイドさんの説明はたいへん分かりやすかったです。途中でコウモリやマングースも見ることができました。がじゃまるの木の大きさにはたいへん驚きました。
　帰りは風が強かったので，あまり漕がずに戻ることができました。本当に楽しくて驚きや感動もたくさんあり，時間があっという間のツアーでした。
　スタッフの方もたいへん親切で優しいのでカヤックを楽しみたい人にはおすすめです。私もリピしたいです。

We challenged ourselves with four people: a 4-year-old and a 6-year-old! The younger child teamed up with mom, while the older child teamed up with dad.

Even when it started to rain, we pushed through with determination. The kids were super excited, but the rain did dampen their spirits a bit. However, they were still very satisfied with the experience.

The kids must have been tired because they fell sound asleep in the car on the way back.

It's definitely a fun activity even in the rain, so if you want to give your kids a memorable experience, I highly recommend it.

The next day, the kids talked about how much fun they had and remembered the experience!

子供4歳、6歳の4人でチャレンジ！下の子と、ママでチーム、上の子とパパでチームでした。
途中雨が降っても、気合いで、、。
テンションマックスの子供も、雨はだだ下がりになりましたが、とても満足は高かったです。


子供は疲れたのか、帰りの車はぐっすり寝てもらいました。

雨でも楽しくできるので、何か子供に体験させたいのであれば、オススメです。

I was a bit disappointed because I expected to get wet and navigate through trees that were overgrown like a jungle. Since you are on the kayak the whole time, be careful of heatstroke.

The weather was partly cloudy, and I arrived early at the meeting point, Hosooka Station, where I enjoyed observing the surrounding scenery and the unmanned station. The detailed explanations from the slightly older guide enhanced the atmosphere. While watching the water chestnuts at Lake Tōrō, I noticed a white-tailed eagle circling above. I was a bit anxious about exiting the lake into the Kushiro River, but we glided out smoothly, and the canoe experience began. The guide provided explanations about the scenery around the river, and we even spotted some deer. The descriptions of the trees, grass, terrain, vegetation, and unseen animals were all accurate. Before I knew it, time flew by. Thank you for this first experience at the age of 76.

天気は高曇り、集合地の細岡駅に早めについて周りの景色を観察、無人駅を楽しみました。少し年配のガイドの丁寧な説明が雰囲気を盛り上げてくれました。塘路湖の菱を見ていると頭上にオジロワシが旋回していました。湖から釧路川に出るところが不安でしたが、滑るように出て、カヌー体験が始まりました。川の周囲の景色の説明、鹿も出てくれました。樹々、草、地形、植生や見えない動物の説明も的確でした。あっという間に時間が経ちました。76歳、この年で初体験ありがとうございました。

We had planned to go sea kayaking and visit the Blue Cave.

Since we had requested a plan that included drone photography, I was really concerned about the weather, but the kayaking was absolutely fantastic and enjoyable. The drone footage captured by the staff was amazing; the images were clearer and more beautiful than I expected, and we were able to capture views from high up and far away that looked like something out of a television show. The photos will be treasured by our family.

Due to the strange path of Typhoon No. 12 on July 30, 2018, although the weather was fine, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave because of the waves. ( ´Д`)y━･~~

However, the staff arranged for us to go snorkeling at a different spot.

The kids seemed a bit nervous at first, but they quickly got hooked on the fun and even said they want to come back next year!

We were able to have a wonderful day thanks to the kind and entertaining staff. I highly recommend this experience to everyone!

ドローン撮影付きプランでお願いしていたのでお天気がとても気になっていましたが、カヤックはとーってもいい感じで楽しめました。
ドローンの撮影もお兄さんの腕が素晴らしく、思っていたよりも画像も綺麗で、高く、遠くからの景色もテレビのような景色とともに撮影して頂くことができ最高でした。写真は家族の宝物になります。

2018/7/30 台風12号の変な進路のせいで
お天気ではありましたが波の影響で、とても楽しみにしていた青の洞窟には行けませんでした。( ´Д`)y━･~~

でも、担当の方が別のスポットでシュノーケリングすることができました。

子どもたちも最初はドキドキしていたようでしたが面白さにハマり来年も来たい！と言い出す始末、、、

楽しい一日を過ごすことができたのも優しく面白いスタッフの方々のおかげです。

Picking fruits along the river and getting a glimpse into the lives of the islanders was a valuable experience. I will never forget the coffee and the taste of passion fruit we had during our break.

The transportation arrived on time, and during the ride, we were informed about the flow of the experience and the recent conditions of the wetlands, which made us excited even before boarding. The guides were all very kind and explained well how to paddle and the points to be careful about. (I appreciated how kindly they spoke to the children as well.) Not only was it pleasant to paddle through the wetlands, but we were also able to see many types of animals, including a white-tailed eagle, kingfisher, crested kingfisher, Ezo deer, and ducks, which made us very satisfied. 送迎も時間通りに来て下さり、行く途中の車内でも体験の流れや最近の湿原の様子など聞かせて頂いて、乗船前からワクワクしました。
ガイドの方々は皆さんとても親切で、パドルの漕ぎ方や注意点などよく説明下さいます。（子供にも親切に声をかけて下さってありがたかったです。）
湿原を漕いで進む気持ち良さもさることながら、オジロワシ、カワセミ、ヤマセミ、エゾシカ、カモなど沢山の種類の動物を見ることが出来て大満足でした。

The staff were kind and attentive. My child got seasick while kayaking, but recovered quickly once we were back on land. The Blue Cave was very crowded, but we were happy with the beautiful sea. Thank you for the drone footage. I want to go kayaking again.

The scheduled date coincided with Typhoon No. 10, so I requested to move it up by one day. The manager kindly accommodated my request and changed the reservation on short notice.

Although we couldn't do the drone activity due to the wind, we were fortunate with the weather and were able to experience scuba diving and canoeing! They also flexibly handled the refund for the drone activity we couldn't do, and most importantly, the wonderful staff made the experience great. The kids, who were initially nervous, ended up feeling reluctant to leave at the end.

We are cherishing the coral we collected by the seaside, and they are saying they want to swim together again!

This trip became a very memorable experience for our family. I would love to request your services again when we visit Okinawa next time! Thank you very much. Please continue to do your best to share the beauty of Okinawa's sea!

予定日が台風10号と重なってしまい、１日前倒し（変更）のお願いをしました。店長さんに心よく対応して頂き、急遽予約を変更してくれました。
ドローンは風の影響で出来ませんでしたが、なんとか天候にも恵まれ、スキューバー&カヌーを体験できました！出来なかったドローン分の返金も柔軟に対応してくれたことに加え、何よりも素晴らしいスタッフの方々に対応してくれたことで、緊張していた子供達も最後は帰るのが名残惜しく感じていました。
海辺で取ったサンゴも大切に持っていますし、また一緒に泳ぎたいと言っています‼︎

On the day of the visit, I was surprised by the unusual heat for Hokkaido, but the coldness of the water in Lake Shikotsu and the Chitose River was actually refreshing.

What amazed me the most was the clarity of the water! It was a completely fresh experience compared to the view from land.

We floated down the Chitose River for about 200 to 300 meters, enjoying a leisurely time while learning about the plants on the shore and underwater.

After that, we paddled to Lake Shikotsu, which was also a great workout. Time flew by, and I found myself wanting to do it again.

当日は北海道らしからぬ暑さでどうなることかと思いましたが、支笏湖と千歳川の水の冷たさが逆に心地よかったです。
何より驚いたのが水の透明度！
陸上から見る景色とはまた違い、新鮮な感覚でした。
千歳川を200～300メートル下り、岸や水中の植物等の説明をしてもらいつつ、のんびりした時間を過ごせました。
その後は支笏湖までパドルを漕ぎ、いい運動にもなりました。
時間があっという間に過ぎてしまい、またやってみたいと思いました。

The staff were very accommodating and kindly taught us, making our first kayaking experience very enjoyable. I was surprised by the high transparency of Lake Shikotsu! Since we used clear kayaks, we could see beautifully underwater. We were also blessed with good weather, making it a wonderful experience.
