I was planning to try some water activities when I went to Miyako Island, and I had a lot of fun experiencing activities I had never done before. I was pleasantly surprised at how well I was able to paddle while stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking. The snorkeling was truly beautiful and refreshing. Caving was an unknown experience that made my heart race. The instructors were kind and great. Naoki Man taught me about the flowers and creatures along the way, allowing me to fully enjoy Miyako Island.

宮古島に行ったらウォーターアクティビティを何かやってみようと思っていましたが、経験したことがないアクティビティを経験できてとても楽しかったです。
SUPやカヤックは思っていたよりしっかり進めて嬉しかったです
シューノーケリングは本当にきれいで気持ち良かったです
ケービングは未知の体験でドキドキしました。
インストラクターの方々も優しく良かったです。

When I came to Ishigaki, I thought I had to go snorkeling, and even though I'm not a great swimmer, I had a wonderful time. The weather was sunny that day, and the beautiful location touched my heart. Once I dove in, I was healed by the stunning sea and the fish I kept watching, which led me to decide to extend my stay in Ishigaki, haha. It's high season, but if I could wish for anything, I would have liked a bit more time.

石垣に来たらやはりシュノーケリングをしないとと思い、あまり泳げない自分でも楽しい時間を過ごせました。
当日晴れていたのもあり、素敵なロケーションで心打たれ、さらに潜ると綺麗な海、魚達を眺め続ける事で心が癒され、石垣に延泊を決めました笑
ハイシーズンなのもありますが、欲を言えばもう少し時間が欲しいなと思いました。

The young man was very enthusiastic and took a lot of photos for us. It was a great experience; the lake is beautiful, and the activities were very enjoyable. I really recommend it to everyone. Having some activities during the trip is really fun! Highly recommended!

You can see the stunning sight of the Sagari-bana falling in such abundance that it’s truly surprising! Perhaps it was a bit late in the season this year, or maybe I was just lucky, or the instructor's guidance was excellent, or perhaps it was all of these factors, but it was an amazing tour.

こんなにボタボタ落ちるのか！と驚くほどサガリバナが落ちる姿を見ることができます。今年は少し時期が遅かったためか、運が良かったのか、インストラクターの案内が良いのか、全てかもしれませんが、驚きのツアーでした。

First of all, thank you for accommodating our situation when I inquired about the pickup location in advance.

I have participated in many activities so far. Generally, I don't write low-rated reviews, but honestly, this was the most disappointing tour I've experienced.

The schedule indicated that the activity would last 55 minutes from start to finish, but in reality, it was only about 15 to 20 minutes. The sagaribana was beautiful, but the viewing area was a field that could be walked across in one minute, and we just looked at the sagaribana and took photos before it was over.

Since I received a message the day before asking for the sizes of everyone's rubber boots, I thought we would be moving to another location, but instead, they confirmed the hotel we were being taken to, leaving me with the feeling of "Is this it?" It was also painful to be left there for what felt like many more minutes (laughs). I wonder what the rubber boot sizes were for? Another family that participated with us was also having a conversation like, "Isn't this enough? Don't we want to go home?!"

The sightseeing taxi we used the day before (for 4 hours) was very fulfilling, and since the cost was exactly the same for our family of four, I might have felt even more disappointed. It might be good for those who are studying sagaribana or are very interested and could watch it for a long time, but perhaps our expectations were too high. This was the only part of our trip to Ishigaki Island that I regretted booking.

こちらの状況に合わせてご対応いただきありがとうございました。

これまでたくさんのアクティビティを利用させていただいています。
基本的にあまり評価の低いレビューは記載しないのですが・・・
正直、これまでで一番がっかりしたツアーとなりました。

案内スケジュールには、アクティビティスタートから終了まで55分と記載されていますが
実際には、約15分～20分程度でした。
サガリバナは綺麗でしたが、観賞場所も1分で歩けるフィールドで
サガリバナを見て写真を撮って終了。

前日に、家族全員の長靴のサイズを確認する連絡が入っていたため
場所を変えて次の地点に移動するのかと思えば、送り先のホテルを確認されたので
「これで終了？」という思いが拭いきれませんでした。
あの場で、あと何十分も放置されるのも苦痛でしたが(笑)
長靴のサイズは何だったのかな？
一緒に参加していた別のご家族も、「もういいよね？帰りたいよね？！」という
会話をされていました。

前日に利用した観光タクシー（4時間）がとても充実していて
家族4人で、料金がまったく同じだったこともあり余計に残念に感じたのかもしれません。
サガリバナを研究していたり、すごく興味があってずっと見ていられる人には
良いかもしれませんが、私たちは期待値が高すぎたのかもしれませんね。
今回の石垣島旅行で、唯一、申し込みを後悔しました。

I found an activity that my two-and-a-half-year-old son can enjoy. I was worried he might cry since he doesn't even like getting water on his face in the bath, but thanks to the staff, who are experienced in handling children and were very kind, he had a great time. Instead of crying, he was fascinated by looking for fish at the bottom of the transparent boat and searching for crabs among the rocks.

The waves were calm, and the staff provided thorough explanations on how to paddle the kayak beforehand, making it easy to handle. Even those who are not good at swimming can enjoy the sea.

If you have small children, I highly recommend participating!

2歳半の息子でも楽しめるアクティビティを探してて見つけました。お風呂で顔に水がかかるのも嫌がるぐらいなので泣き出さないか心配していましたが、スタッフの皆様が子供の対応にも慣れていて、優しく接して気を紛らわせてくれたおかげでとても楽しめました。泣くどころか透明ボートの底を見て魚を探したり、岩場の蟹を探すのに夢中になっていました。
波も穏やかでカヤックも事前にスタッフの方が丁寧に漕ぎ方の説明をしてくださるので簡単に扱えて、泳ぎが苦手な方でも海を楽しめます。
小さなお子さんがいる方はぜひ参加してみてください！

We participated as a family of four, with two daughters (one in 4th grade and the other in 2nd grade). From the departure point, we went through the turnaround point to the goal, and it was a solid distance. We enjoyed the experience together, feeling excited and returning to our childhood! Personally, the sunlight filtering through the mangrove forest was incredibly beautiful and became an unforgettable experience. My 2nd-grade daughter was able to paddle with an adult paddle all the way to the end, so I think elementary school students have no problem physically. The experience of maneuvering the canoe together while struggling was very rewarding. The guide provided slow and careful support, and shared stories about the nature and lifestyle of Iriomote Island at various points, making it a very enjoyable and educational time.

夫婦、子供二人(小4、小2ともに女の子)で参加させていただきました。
出発から折り返し地点を経由してゴールまで、しっかりと距離もあって、子供と一緒にドキドキしながら童心に帰って楽しめました！！個人的には、マングローブの森の中で見た木漏れ日がとても綺麗で忘れられない体験になりました。
小2の娘も大人用パドルで、最後まで漕げたので、小学生であれば十分体力的にも問題ないと思います。四苦八苦しながら一緒に協力しあってカヌーを操縦する体験はとてもいい経験になりました。
ガイドの方も、ゆっくり丁寧にサポートいただき、また随所随所で西表島の自然や生活面のお話しをいただき、とても楽しい時間を過ごせて、勉強にもなりました。

Canoeing in the mangroves was a lot of fun. We paddled through the mangroves and even had a little canoe race; it was so enjoyable that time flew by. Additionally, I received a lot of useful information about Ishigaki Island and recommendations for various shops. Thank you very much!

マングローブでのカヌー、とても楽しかったです。マングローブの中を入っていったり、ちょっとしたカヌーのレースをしたり、楽しくて時間があっという間でした。また、石垣島のいろんな情報やおすすめのお店など教えて頂き大変ためになりました。ありがとうございました！

It was almost a full-day tour, so I was a bit worried about the physical demands, but there was plenty of time for a lunch break. My elementary school-aged child was very satisfied with the unique experiences, like exploring the limestone caves and kayaking, which we don't usually do. The fun-loving guide was full of entertaining talks and kept us engaged throughout the tour! I highly recommend this tour for families.

ほぼ1日のツアーなので体力的にやや心配でしたが、お昼休憩も十分にとれるので、小学生の子供にとっては、鍾乳洞のプチ探検やカヤックなど普段やらないような体験ができ大満足でした。ワカチコなお兄さんは楽しいトークなどサービス精神旺盛で、常時楽しませてくれました！家族連れにはおすすめのツアーです。

I initially felt that places like Iriomote might be intimidating, but I found that there was no need to feel pressured or tense; it was easy to experience. And that experience allows you to connect directly with nature. Why not give it a try?

西表など敷居が高いかなとやる前は感じていたところもありましたが、それほど気負う必要も身構える必要もなく、気軽に体験することができました。
そしてその体験は自然そのものに直に触れられるもの。まずはやってみては？

I think you'll be able to see a lot of fish because the distance between your eyes and the water surface is closer than with a SUP. I was able to see the clownfish perfectly. I had a great time relaxing and chatting with my friends. During the experience, I felt secure knowing that my valuables were kept in a locked box. Since coming back, I've been reliving the experience while looking at the drone footage.

SUPよりも目と水面との距離が近いので、魚がたくさん見れるかと思います。カクレクマノミもバッチリ見れました。友達とお話ししながらゆったりした時間を過ごすことができて楽しかったです。体験中は鍵付きBOXで貴重品を預かっていただけて安心でした。帰ってきてからは、ドローン撮影のデータを見ながら余韻に浸っています。

I participated with my middle school daughter and my husband. Our guide, "Wakachiko's big brother," Yutty, was cheerful and explained everything clearly, making us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the experience! I thought we would just see the Pumpkin Cave and that would be it, but it turned out to be an adventure beyond my imagination as we climbed further in! The final dive from the pumpkin was incredibly refreshing! My daughter paired up with Yamato, who shared stories about the history of Miyako Island, and we really appreciated his help! On the way back in the car, we all agreed that we had a great time together. Thank you very much!

The scenic spot of Iriomote Island, the Pinai Falls. Since it's such a famous site, I decided to go with a highly-rated service and chose Iriomote Nature School.

At first, I was a bit worried because the pickup car didn't have good air conditioning, but once we arrived at the location, the detailed explanations and the guidance through the scenery were very pleasant.

They took photos at key points with my digital camera, making sure to capture good angles, which created wonderful memories. The photography at the basin of the Pinai Falls was well thought out and absolutely fantastic!

I plan to request this tour again when I go back. Thank you very much!

せっかくの名勝なので口コミ評判の良いところにお願いしようと思い、西表自然学校にしてみました。
お迎えの車はクーラーも効かず、ちょっと大丈夫かな〜との不安はよぎりましたが、現地に着いてからは丁寧な説明、その都度の景色をガイドいただきとても良い感じでした。
特にデジカメで写真を要所要所撮ってくれるし、良いアングルでの撮影を心がけてくれて、良い思い出もバッチリでした。
ピナイサーラの滝壺での撮影は手が込んでおりベリーグーです！
また行く際にはツアーをお願いしようと思います。

Naoki's instructions and way of speaking were very easy to understand. The canoe experience was a lot of fun, so I was satisfied, but I was very disappointed that I couldn't make it to the top during the Pumpkin Cave tour. It was too regrettable to see others going up while I couldn't. I wanted to go up more than I wanted to dive from the pumpkin.

なおきさんの、注意事項や話し方がとてもわかりやすかったです。
カヌー体験はとてもたのしかったので、満足でしたが、パンプキン鍾乳洞ツアーについては、上まで上がれなかったことは、とても残念でした。上まで上がっている方を見ながら何故行けないのか、残念すぎでした。パンプキンからのダイブより、上まで上がりたかったです。

This was a half-day canoe experience. Our guide, Mr. Seki, was truly wonderful and provided accurate guidance, allowing us to enjoy the activity safely throughout. I experienced both the pumpkin cave tour and stand-up paddleboarding in Miyako Island!

On the first day, the waves were rough, and the pumpkin tour was canceled, so I quickly switched to stand-up paddleboarding. The next day, I was able to go on the pumpkin tour, and I was completely satisfied with both experiences!

The instructor for both days was Soma Massuru! True to his name, he was muscular, cool, and reliable, which gave me a great sense of security with his impressive stamina. His teaching was thorough and easy to understand, allowing me to relax and enjoy even as a beginner. Above all, the time spent together was enjoyable and reassuring!

Thank you for recommending so many great places! The beauty of the ocean was, of course, stunning, and I took a lot of photos, creating wonderful memories. I would definitely like to request your services again when I visit Miyako Island! Thank you so much!!

宮古島でパンプキン鍾乳洞ツアーとサップ、どちらも体験しました！
初日は波が荒くてパンプキンが中止になり、急遽サップに変更させていただきました。
次の日にパンプキンツアーに行けて、どちらも大満足でした！

インストラクターは2日間とも、そうまっするさん！名前の通りマッチョでかっこよくて頼もしく、体力もすごいので安心感抜群でした。教え方も丁寧でわかりやすく、初めてでもリラックスして楽しめました。何より一緒に過ごす時間そのものが楽しくて心強かったです！

It was my first time in Ishigaki Island and my first time doing SUP, and I had a great time! The guide was friendly and shared recommendations for restaurants, making the car ride enjoyable as well. This time I did SUP, but I think I’ll try canoeing next time.

I had the opportunity to experience pumpkin caves and sea turtle snorkeling with the guide from Soma Sur. Along the way, I learned about the meanings of the flowers blooming on the roadside and the names of the fish swimming in the sea. It was a fun time, not just limited to the activities! I hadn't made any plans before arriving at Iriomote Island, but I was interested in canyoning and was looking for a place that allowed same-day reservations. For now, I signed up for a half-day canyoning session, and since it was my first time, I had a great time. Everyone else was from overseas, but the guide explained everything in both English and Japanese, and all the participants got really into it, making it a lot of fun. Next time, I would like to join a different course. Thank you very much.

一先ず、半日でキャニオニングのみでと申し込みましたが、初めてだったので充分に楽しめました。

My first time in Ishigaki Island, and I felt reassured with the hotel pick-up service. Sebastian was very cheerful and introduced us to recommended restaurants during the transfer, along with some perks outside of the tour.

Canoeing was a first for me, but they taught me very carefully and were always watching over me, so I could participate with peace of mind.

Even on a cloudy day, snorkeling allowed us to see beautiful corals and fish, which was very satisfying.

Hiroki, our guide, was very pleasant, and we were able to enjoy the day thoroughly.

You can't experience this kind of reassurance without being on a tour!

This time, I participated in the VELTRA tour program "Mangrove SUP or Canoe Plan" with my family. Unlike the recent heat, it was pleasantly cool due to the typhoon's influence. We took photos together in the Yaeyama mangrove forest. Before getting on the kayak, we were lucky enough to spot a crab. It looked delicious, but I was a bit disappointed that we couldn't take it home, so we let it go. ^_^

Since it was my first time kayaking, I initially struggled and spun around in the river. However, with the guidance of our instructor, Aoi, I gradually got the hang of it. I heard that there are over 100 different types of plants in the Yaeyama mangrove. The water there is a mix of river and seawater, which has a high salt content, making it toxic to regular plants. I learned for the first time that these plants have survived for hundreds of years by collecting the toxins in specific leaves and dropping them. We spotted various animals living there. On the way back, it was wonderful to see the surrounding plants and hear the birds while progressing through the river, enjoying the scenery.

今度は家族を連れてVELTRAのツアープログラム「マングローブSUPorカヌー付きプラン」を参加しました。先日の暑さと違って台風の影響で涼しくなり気持ち良かったです。ヤエヤマヒルギの林にで家族と一緒に写真を取りました。カヤックに乗る前に運よくガニを見つけました。おいしそうに見えるけど持ち帰れないので逃がしたのは少し残念でした。^_^
カヤックを漕ぐのがはじめてなので最初はコンビーならず川の中でぐるぐる回りましたが。ガイドのAOIさんの指導があって段々なれるようになりました。ヤエヤマヒルギにいろんな植物があり100種以上と聞きました。そこの水は川と海水を混じった物で塩分が高いため、通常の植物に毒になり生存することができないが。そこの植物がその毒を特定の葉に集めて落すことで何百年も行き続けたのをはじめて聞きました。そこに生息する色んな動物を見つかりました。帰りには周囲の植物を見たり、鳥の声を聞いたりしながら川の中に進んでいく周りの風景を見るのが最高です。
　

I was able to experience both the SUP tour and the snorkeling tour in one day! They pick you up by car, so it was fun to hear stories about Ishigaki Island during the ride. Even if you're a beginner, they teach you how to ride and paddle on the SUP. During snorkeling, they told us the names of the fish, and it was really enjoyable in the beautiful sea. 1. I heard that you were waiting at Ōhara Port with a small whiteboard, but I couldn't confirm our name on it when I saw it. I received a phone call and was found. At that time, I was shown the whiteboard closely, but even after looking at it carefully, I couldn't confirm it. The marker was faint and smudged, and it seemed that three names were written, but no matter how many times I looked, it was indecipherable. Please write clearly with a marker that has enough ink so that others can read it. If the other party can't read it, it defeats the purpose.

2. I mentioned that we would be canoeing at Ōhara Port and then going to Hoshino Resort by rental car, but I was told that we couldn't load our luggage. Wasn't luggage storage a condition of the contract? I was only able to participate due to a last-minute doctor's stop, but if I had participated, wouldn't there have been no room for people in the car? This is not what we agreed upon.

3. After finishing, it seems that the three families and a couple, along with my husband, changed in order, but normally, since my wife was waiting at Ōhara Port, I think it would be common sense to let my husband, who takes less time to change, go first and send him to where the waiting person is. Instead, they let the other two groups, who took longer to change due to children and women, go first and made my husband change last. This caused a significant delay, and we waited at Ōhara Port for two hours. Although we had an agreement until noon, it was 1 PM. We ran out of time and couldn't have lunch, which made me feel unwell. Things need to be considered in terms of efficiency and priority; it is disrespectful and very inconvenient for customers who are on a tight schedule. When I checked with my husband, he said he was made to wait for 30 minutes to change. It seems that the owner of the activity operation company in Iriomote Island is mostly a migrant from Honshu, but most customers come from Honshu. "Time is money" is a common understanding in Honshu, unlike island time. If this is a job, then unless it's an emergency, punctuality is common sense. While safety management is very important in the canoeing experience, please do not forget that space management and time management are also crucial aspects of running a business.

1.大原港で小さなホワイトボードを持って待っていたそうですが
そのホワイトボードを見ましたが、私共の名前は確認出来ませんでした。
電話がかかり、見つけてもらいました。その時に、じっくりホワイトボードを見せられましたが、じっくり見ても確認出来ませんでした。マジックは薄くかすれていて
名前も三組書いてあったようですが、何度見ても解読不可です。ちゃんと他人が確認出来るように、インクがあるマジックできれいに見やすいように書いて下さい。
相手が読めないのでは意味がありません。

2.大原港でカヌーをして、レンタカーで星野リゾートまで行くとお伝えしていましたが、荷物を乗せられないと言われました。お預かりが、契約の条件だったのではないですか？
私はギリギリにドクターストップで主人のみの参加でしたが
私が参加したら、人間も車に乗れないのではないでしょうか？
お約束が違います

3　終了して、三人家族とカップルと主人の６名で順番に着替えてお送りしたようですが、普通で考えれば、妻が大原港で待っているのですから
着替えの時間がかからない男一人の主人を一番に着替えさせて、待ち人がいる場所に送るのが常識だと思いますが
子供連れや、女性で着替えに時間がかかる他の二組を先に着替えさせて
主人を最後に着替えさせたそうで。約束の時間を大幅におくれ、２時間大原港で待ちました。１２時まではお約束ですが１３時でした。
時間が足りなくなり昼御飯を食べることができず、調子が悪くなりました。
物事は、効率と優先順位を考えないと
タイトなスケジュールで動いているお客様に対して失礼ですし、大変迷惑です。主人に確認しましたら、着替えに３０分待たされたそうです。
西表島のアクティビィティ運営会社のオーナーはほとんど本州からの移住者のようですが、お客様は本州から来ている人がほとんどです。「時は金なり」島時間とは違い本州では共通の考え方です、仕事としてしているのであれば緊急事態でないかぎり時間厳守が常識です。カヌーの体験では、安全管理もとても重要ですが
空間管理、時間管理も仕事としてやっていくには重要項目だと言うことをお忘れ無く。

This was my first time participating in a mangrove kayaking tour. The instructor was kind and had a wonderful smile, making for a fun experience! While paddling the kayak, I was able to hear various stories and never felt bored. They also took photos for us and sent the photo data afterward.

今回初めてマングローブカヤックに参加しました。
担当のインストラクターさんは優しく笑顔がステキで、楽しい時間を過ごせました！
カヤックを漕ぎながら色々お話を聞けて退屈することもなく、お写真も撮っていただいて写真のデータも送っていただけました。

As the typhoon approached, I signed up at the last minute, but due to strong winds, we switched to canyoning. Following the reliable Captain Macchan, we made our way through the forest, descending to the river to jump off rocks and slide down like on a slide. It was a fun activity with a sense of unity as we cheered each other on with other groups! We also took lots of photos and videos, creating wonderful memories of Iriomote Island!

In the afternoon, we had a course set for Yufu Island, but unfortunately, it was temporarily closed due to the typhoon. When I consulted with Captain Macchan, he suggested a tour around Iriomote Island. Thanks to him, we were able to explore every corner of Iriomote Island, which turned out to be great! Thank you for your flexible support.

I’ll come back to play again when the weather is nice!

台風接近中で様子を見ながらギリギリで申し込んだところ、風が強くてキャニオニングに変更になりました。
頼もしいまっちゃん隊長に続き森の中を進みながら、川に降りて岩の上から飛び込んだり滑り台みたいに滑ったり。
他のグループの人とも掛け声を掛け合ったりと、一体感があり楽しいアクティビティでした！
たくさん写真や動画も撮ってくれて、西表島の楽しい思い出が残せました！

午後から由布島もセットのコースでしたが、台風のためなんと臨時休園。
まっちゃん隊長に相談したら、西表島周遊ツアーを提案してくれました。おかげで西表島の隅から隅まで見て回ることができて逆によかったかも？！
柔軟にご対応いただきありがとうございました。

また、天気が良い時に遊びに来ますね！

We visited during the day with our family of four (two brothers aged 10 and 6) before watching the night game at Escon.

First, we went out to Lake Shikotsu for a commemorative photo with the magnificent scenery as a backdrop. However, there were some waves, so we later enjoyed ourselves on the Chitose River.

The beautiful emerald green Chitose River had a gentle current, and the kids were thrilled to experience the fun of steering their own boats! As we had plans for the evening, it was also a relief for us parents not to get too worn out. (On the Chitose River, you can also enjoy peering into the clear bottom.)

The soft serve ice cream from Iwase Farm, recommended by our guide, and the cheese potato mochi we had while looking at the lake were exceptional and very soothing! (I was glad we didn’t eat at the airport!)

We also received videos of fish swimming underwater, and they provided a complete set of rain gear, boots, and life jackets for the kids free of charge. It was truly attentive service. I felt that we should have taken more time to relax at Lake Shikotsu; I highly recommend it!

エスコンでナイター観戦日の昼間に家族4名(10歳、6歳の兄弟)で伺いました。

始めに支笏湖に出て雄大な景色をバックに記念撮影、ただやはり波があり、その後は千歳川で楽しみました。

綺麗なエメラルドグリーンの千歳川は流れが穏やかで、子ども達は自力で操縦する楽しさを体験できとても盛り上がっていました！夜予定があったので親としても腕がバリバリにならずに済んだのも助かりました。(千歳川だと透明な底を覗き込むのも満喫できます)

湖を見ながら食べた、ガイドのお兄さんオススメの岩瀬牧場のソフトクリームと、チーズいももちも格別で癒されました！(空港で食べなくて良かったと思ったほど笑)

水中を泳いでいる魚の動画も頂いたり、子供用の上下合羽と長靴、ライフジャケットも一式無料で貸して頂けたり、至れり尽くせりです。もっと時間をとって良かったなと感じた程、支笏湖のんびり出来てオススメです！

I participated in snorkeling, sea kayaking, and the Pumpkin Cave experience. All the activities were wonderful, but the Pumpkin Cave was a unique experience that you can only have here! I was moved by the opportunity to feel the mysteries of nature up close. The guide was also very attentive, allowing us to enjoy the experience with peace of mind. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Miyako Island!

シュノーケリング、シーカヤック、パンプキン鍾乳洞の体験に参加しました。
どのアクティビティも素晴らしかったですが、特にパンプキン鍾乳洞はここでしか味わえない唯一無二の体験！
自然の神秘を間近に感じられて感動しました。
ガイドさんも丁寧で安心して楽しめました。宮古島を訪れる方にぜひおすすめしたいツアーです！
