Due to the approaching typhoon, the snorkeling trip to Barasu Island that I was looking forward to was canceled, which was very disappointing. However, I was offered an alternative plan and went beach snorkeling instead. I didn't get to see the sea turtle, but I encountered clownfish, an eel, and even a sea snake, which was a bit scary, but it was a lot of fun! I was also given recommendations for great restaurants and enjoyed a delicious lunch. The water buffalo cart tour on Yubu Island was successfully conducted, and I was able to spend a relaxing and enjoyable time. Thank you very much!

We were in a group, and I was with Matsuchan-sensei's team.
They provided explanations about the mangroves and took photos regularly.
I was worried about keeping up with the canoeing, but it was a leisurely tour that took its time, so it was great.
The weather was nice and hot, but I had a lot of fun!

Kayaking was my first experience, and at first, I was nervous, but as I got used to it, I was able to enjoy the scenery.
It was also my first time holding a paddle, but I was glad I was able to move properly (laughs).
Canoeing was different from what I expected; it felt stable, so I wasn't scared at all.
I encountered crabs, birds, and a mongoose.
The guide's explanations were easy to understand and interesting.
I enjoyed listening to stories about animals and recommendations for shops, and I had a really fun time.
I was also able to take photos, creating great memories.
Next time, I definitely want to aim for the sunset!

Tetsu, our guide, was amazing at leading us and took fantastic photos, for which I am very grateful. 😊 It was my first time canoeing 🛶 and snorkeling 🤿, but I received great instruction for both! I was looking forward to seeing sea turtles, but the cave tour from the canoe in the morning exceeded my expectations and was very satisfying. 🧐 I enjoyed Miyako Island all at once! We participated for the first time as a couple. It was a tour that made us love the extraordinary and nature-rich place called Iriomote Island even more. The pumpkin cave tour I was looking forward to was canceled due to waves at the meeting point. However, they quickly provided an alternative plan, and I joined a snorkeling tour on short notice. As a result, I had the incredible experience of encountering sea turtles four times and swimming with them, which left me very satisfied. They responded promptly to the sudden bad weather, and their explanations were thorough, allowing me to feel at ease. They also took many wonderful photos, making for great memories. Due to the approach of an out-of-season typhoon, the Pumpkin Cave and sea kayaking were canceled, but I was able to participate in the sea turtle snorkeling. I received a cancellation notice via email the day before and also received a phone call, allowing me to book only the sea turtle snorkeling, and the refund process was smooth. On the day of the tour, we departed early to enjoy the experience before the sea conditions worsened. Thanks to that, I was able to experience the beautiful sea in nice weather. The guide explained the beautiful fish and features of the ocean. They diligently searched for sea turtles, and I was able to swim alongside them. There were a few people, including myself, who were not strong swimmers, but the guide was attentive, allowing us to participate in the tour with peace of mind. The enjoyable time flew by, and it was such a wonderful tour that I wished it could have lasted longer. Thank you very much.
季節外れの台風の接近により、パンプキン鍾乳洞＆シーカヤックは中止となりましたが、ウミガメシュノーケリングのみ参加させていただきました。前日にメールで中止のお知らせと電話でも連絡をいただき、ウミガメシュノーケリングのみ予約することができ、返金の対応もスムーズにしていただきました。当日は海の状況が悪化する前に楽しめるよう、早めの出発となりました。お陰でお天気の中キレイな海を体感できました。ガイドさんはキレイな魚達や海の特徴の説明をしてくれました。一生懸命ウミガメを探してくれて、一緒に泳ぐ事ができました。私も含め泳ぎが不得意な人が数名いましたが、適宜気にかけて頂き安心してツアーに参加できました。楽しい時間はあっという間で、もっと長く体験したいと思えるほど素敵なツアーでした。ありがとうございました。

I visited Ishigaki Island for the first time with friends in their 20s from Kansai.
While paddling on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) through the mangrove forest, which thrives in water, we had to get off and take a break at one point because the muddy ground was really sticky. Instead of being surrounded by trees, we were enveloped by the mangrove forest by the water's edge, which made us feel very connected to nature, and the gentle rocking on the water was quite pleasant.
As long as you don't fall in, you can safely use your phone in a waterproof case!
As for snorkeling, I couldn't imagine the water temperature in November, which is unusual for Kansai, but thanks to the wetsuit, I only felt cold when I first stepped into the water. We were able to see the clear sea, which is not something you usually encounter, along with many types of fish and corals, and as the title suggests, we even spotted a sea turtle! Since we were basically in the water, I was able to take photos underwater with my phone in a waterproof case!

水に浸りながら育っているマングローブの森、海水と淡水でできた川のため途中でsupから降り休憩したのですが沼地のようにすごく足を取られました。一面を森ではなく下が水辺のマングローブの森に囲まれとても自然を感じられ、水に揺られとても心地よかったです。
水に落ちなければケースに入れた携帯を持ち込んでも安心して使えます！
【シュノーケル】
11月の海が関西では有り得ないため水温の想像が出来ませんでしたが海に入る前も後もウェットスーツおかげか寒いなどの感想は海に足を入れた時のみでした。普段見ることは出来ない透明な海とたくさんの種類の魚やサンゴが見られ、タイトルのようにウミガメを見ることもできました。
こちらは基本的に海に浸かっているので防水ケースに入れた携帯なら水の中でも写真を撮れました！

The staff were very kind and taught us how to paddle a kayak from scratch. They supported us while we were out on the sea, showing us where we could see fish clearly and taking lots of photos for us. A little elementary school boy who was reluctant to go out. When we arrived, he had a pouty face, but after being encouraged by our guide, Shintaro, he became motivated... We experienced a clear kayak tour as a family of three. I was worried that my one-year-old daughter might be scared, but she ended up having a great time and seemed eager to lean out into the sea. Kayaking in the transparent blue ocean was incredibly refreshing, and the adults enjoyed it very much as well. I'm glad we were able to create wonderful memories on our first trip to Miyako Island.

In the morning, I spent a fulfilling day at Shiratani Unsuikyo, and in the afternoon, I enjoyed river kayaking. Our guide, Mr. Tawai, shared various insights about Yakushima, including the island's flora and fauna, minerals, the forestry practices during the Edo period, and the lives and connections of the current villagers. I was able to gather many interesting stories to share with my friends. Although we were caught in the rain several times, it allowed us to see beautiful scenery, such as vibrant plants and the raging streams in the mountains. I feel that the climate and environment of Yakushima are quite unique compared to other islands I have traveled to. I was truly fortunate to meet such a wonderful guide. Thank you very much.
午前中は白谷雲水峡、午後はリバーカヤックと充実した一日を過ごしました。
ガイドをしてくださった田脇さんからは島の動植物や鉱物の話はもちろんのこと、江戸時代の林業の様子や今の集落の人々の生活やつながりなど、色々な切り口で屋久島のことを教えて頂き、友人への土産話もたくさんできました。

I was able to see a lot of wildlife, such as countless Ezo deer, pairs of red-crowned cranes, minks, kingfishers, and white-tailed eagles, possibly because we could operate quietly and alone without encountering other tours. Although it wasn't an animal, I also got to see the train running along the Senmo Line from the river up close.

I participated with a friend who was trying sea kayaking for the first time. Since it was a weekday, there were few participants, and we received very thorough explanations, which made it enjoyable. I had no problems with how to ride and operate the kayak! I learned about various creatures and the characteristics of plants, and I was very satisfied. Next time, I would like to join the sunset sea kayaking.

Due to the approaching typhoon, the waves were somewhat high, but the staff ensured our safety, allowing us to go out to sea with peace of mind. Additionally, the conversations with the staff while we were out at sea were enjoyable and created great memories.

Due to the approaching typhoon, we only managed to participate in canoeing amidst several days of rain and strong winds. The instructor was kind and took many photos at various photo spots. The water was clear, so we could see plenty of fish swimming around. Canoeing requires quite a bit of physical strength, so having men in the group would be beneficial.
It's a shame that we couldn't do the Pumpkin Cave and snorkeling due to the bad weather. Miyako Island's weather can change quickly, and activities are heavily influenced by the weather, so it's best to keep in mind that there is a possibility of sudden cancellations on the day of your reservation. I would like to use this service again when the weather is nice. Thank you very much.
台風の接近により雨天と強風が何日も続く中、カヌーのみ何とか参加。インストラクターさんが親切で沢山フォトスポットで写真を撮ってくださいました。水が綺麗なのでお魚も沢山泳いでいるのが見えました。カヌーは結構体力使うので男性がいると良いと思います。
パンプキン鍾乳洞やシュノーケリングが悪天候のため出来なかったのが残念。宮古島は天気が変わりやすくアクティビティは天候にとても左右されるので、当日に急に中止になる可能性があることを念頭において予約した方が良いです。
天気の良い時にまたここを利用して参加したいです。ありがとうこざいました。

I participated in a morning mangrove kayak tour and an afternoon snorkeling tour. It was helpful that they accepted reservations even the night before.
During the morning mangrove kayak tour, we received a briefing on how to paddle, making it enjoyable even for beginners. I recommend wearing a swimsuit and clothes that can get dirty, as you surprisingly get wet from the river water.
The afternoon Blue Cave tour was changed to snorkeling at Ohsaki due to poor sea conditions from the typhoon. Although there was a change, the snorkeling time was longer, and I actually enjoyed it more. There were considerations for those who are not good at swimming, so I felt safe participating.
Additionally, the instructor shared recommendations for restaurants and information about Ishigaki Island during the car ride, making for a fun time! Thank you very much.

午前のマングローブカヤックでは、最初に漕ぎ方のレクチャーがあり、初心者でも楽しむことができました。意外に川の水で濡れるので水着＋汚れてもいい服装をおすすめします。
午後の青の洞窟ツアーは台風影響で海の状態が良くないため、大崎でのシュノーケルへ変更となりました。
変更にはなりましたが、シュノーケルの時間が長く、むしろ楽しむことができたと思います。泳ぎが苦手な方への配慮もあり安心して参加できました。
また、インストラクターの方は移動中車内てもオススメのお店や、石垣島について紹介してくださり楽しい時間を過ごせました！

We participated in a canyoning, stand-up paddleboarding, and kayaking tour with our family of three! 家族３人でキャニオニングとサップ、カヤックツアーに参加しました！

I participated with my 6th-grade son and another person.
In the morning, we took on canyoning for the first time! We were provided with helmets, life jackets, and marine shoes. The marine shoes had a special sole that made them slip-resistant on rocky surfaces, so we could enjoy ourselves without worry. The beautiful river looked like something out of a Studio Ghibli movie, and our excitement was at its peak!
We slid down a water slide on the rocks and jumped off high cliffs, with both adults and kids screaming in delight as we made big splashes. Our guide, Yama-chan, took lots of photos, which made us very happy. There was a small child in our group, and Yama-chan was thoughtful enough to help find spots where they could jump from lower heights, which was great.
Around 11 AM, we returned to the port still in our wet swimsuits for a lunch break. We had two hours before the afternoon tour, and since it was hot, we relaxed and had lunch while drying off our swimsuits.
In the afternoon, we went on a SUP and kayak tour. We were given life jackets and marine shoes again. The scenery was stunning, with mangroves growing thickly on both sides, and I felt so glad I had come all this way.
As we continued, the river gradually narrowed, giving us a full jungle cruise experience. We all landed at a dry spot to carefully observe the mangroves and wildlife. We took lots of photos, creating wonderful memories.

午前中まずはキャニオニングに初挑戦！
ヘルメットとライフジャケット、マリンシューズを貸して貰いました。マリンシューズは岩場でも滑りにくい特殊なソールなので安心して楽しめました。ジブリ映画に出てきそうな綺麗な川でテンションMAX !
岩場のウォータースライダーを滑ったり、高い岩から大人も子供もキャーキャー言いながら豪快にジャンプして飛び込んだりしました。
ガイドの山ちゃんがまめに写真を撮ってくれて嬉しかった。
同じグループに小さな子が参加していたのですが、低い位置からジャンプ出来る場所を探してくれたり、山ちゃんの細やかな配慮も良かったです。
11時頃、濡れた水着のまま港に戻って各自お昼休憩。午後のツアーまでに２時間あり、暑かったので水着を乾かしながらのんびりお昼ご飯を食べました。
午後はサップとカヤックツアー
ライフジャケットとマリンシューズを貸して貰いました。両側にマングローブがワシワシ生えていてザ▪西表島な景色に感動、遥々来て良かったなーとつくづく思いました。
途中からどんどん川幅が狭くなりジャングルクルーズ感満載、干上がった所で皆で上陸してマングローブや生き物をじっくり観察しました。
写真も沢山撮って貰えて良い思い出となりました。

I was nervous about my first snorkeling experience, but the guide was kind and I was able to fully enjoy the beautiful sea! I got to see not only sea turtles but also clownfish and many vibrant blue fish, making it the best snorkeling experience ever!
