Today was my first experience with snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). The weather was sunny, making for a perfect start.

First, we went snorkeling. It had been 10 years since I last visited the ocean, and I was initially nervous. However, our guide, Ann, was cheerful and attentive, which made me feel at ease, and we successfully began our snorkeling adventure. Although I was tense at first, once I got in the water and put my face in, that tension quickly turned into amazement. The underwater scenery was incredibly beautiful and surprising. I could clearly see the seabed with my own eyes, which is something you don't find in the waters around Honshu. The tropical fish were very colorful and vibrant. Along the way, we received explanations about the fish and corals, making the experience very meaningful, and time flew by. Although I didn’t encounter any sea turtles, I was very satisfied with the experience.

Next was SUP, which was also my first time. At first, it was difficult to stand, but I gradually got the hang of it and was able to paddle while standing. Honestly, I wasn't very interested in SUP, but I’m grateful to the people I went with; it was a lot of fun.

Additionally, the waters around Miyako Island are incredibly beautiful. This tour was excellent, and I would love to come back.

今日は人生初シュノーケリング、SUPの日。天気も晴れ。最高のスタート。
まずはシュノーケリング、10年ぶりの海で初めは緊張していたがガイドさんのアンさんは元気よく常々気にかけてくれ、とても親切で無事にシュノーケリングがスタートした。初めは緊張していたものの入水し顔を海面に入れたが、その緊張も一瞬で感動で吹っ飛んだ。それも海の中がとても綺麗で驚いた。海底まだはっきり肉眼で確認できる。本州の海にはないことだ。南国の魚はとてもカラフルで鮮やかだ。途中途中魚やサンゴの説明もしてくれて、とても有意義で時間が経つのがはやい。ウミガメには出会うことが出来なかったがとても満足して終了。
次はSUP.こちらも人生初体験。初めは立つことも難しかったが徐々に慣れ、立って漕ぐ事ができた。正直SUPに対しては興味は余りなかったが、一緒に回った方々に感謝だ、とても楽しかった。
また、宮古島の海はとても綺麗だ。今回のツアーはとてもよかった。また来たいと思う。

I had a great time kayaking for the first time! They announced the areas to avoid, like rocky spots, and I finished the kayaking safely. They kindly provided recommendations for sightseeing spots and were very accommodating beyond just their duties. Although it rained a bit during the kayaking, they remained cheerful regardless of the weather. The photos they provided were beautiful, and there were enough of them that I didn't even need to bring my own smartphone! Some people added options to take their own photos, but it was more than sufficient! I would love to request their services again.

岩場など避けて通る場所をアナウンスしてもらい、安全にカヤックを終わりました。
おすすめの観光地を教えて頂き業務以外のことも優しく対応してくださいました^ ^
カヤックの時多少雨が多かったですが、天候に関わらず明るく接してくださいました⭐︎
頂いた写真の画像が綺麗で自分でスマホを持っていかなくても充分な枚数でした！オプションをつけて自分で写真を撮っている方もいましたが、充分でした！

Due to the schedule for using the water buffalo cart on the day, we visited Yufu Island in the morning and experienced the mangrove canoe in the afternoon.

In the morning, we were able to leisurely explore Yufu Island, which felt like a jungle, during a time when there weren't many people around, allowing us to fully enjoy nature. During the drive to Yufu Island, our guide, Macchan, shared many stories about Iriomote Island and Yufu Island, making it fun to learn about the islands.

We had one hour of free time, but it felt a bit short, and we ended up hurrying back at the end.

In the afternoon, the weather was too nice, making it too hot for us, and since it was low tide during the mangrove canoeing time, we were a bit disappointed that we couldn't move through the mangroves by canoe. However, being able to get off the canoe and walk among the mangroves was also a valuable experience.

当日の水牛車の利用予定の関係で、午前中に由布島、午後にマングローブカヌーの体験となりました。
午前中の由布島はジャングルのような島をまだ人が多くない時間帯にゆったりと周れて、自然をたっぷり堪能できました。由布島に向かう道中の車内も、ガイドのまっちゃんさんが西表島と由布島について、たくさんのお話をしてくださり、楽しく島のことを知ることができました。
自由時間は1時間でしたが少し時間が足りず、最後は急ぎ足で戻ってきました。
午後は天気が良すぎたので暑すぎてばててしまったことと、マングローブカヌーの時間帯に干潮であったことから、カヌーでマングローブの間を移動することができなかったことが少し残念でしたが、カヌーから降りてマングローブの間を歩けたことも貴重な経験になりました。

I did everything: sea turtles, snorkeling, kayaking, and pumpkin caves, as well as stand-up paddleboarding! I participated with my 7-year-old child. I was worried that my child might not have enough stamina or might be scared of the ocean, but thanks to starting with snorkeling, we were able to see a lot of fish and turtles, and my child completely fell in love with the sea. The guide was very kind and always looked after the kids; my 7-year-old seemed to trust the guide more than me and was very attached to them!

The ocean points change depending on the activity, so we were able to have lunch and move around, and during that time, my child took a nap, which helped them maintain their energy until the end.

On the day we went, there was basically no shuttle service, possibly because it was the start of the busy season. It is impossible to participate in the tour without a rental car. Also, since there is movement involved, I think it's better to have extra towels and clothes to wear over swimsuits to avoid getting the rental car dirty.

There are almost no vending machines near the ocean. For those with children, it's better to bring a water bottle so that drinks don't get warm. If you have a plastic bottle, it will warm up instantly.

Some guides take photos with their phones instead of a GoPro, so the quality can vary significantly depending on the guide.

It was great to be able to do activities in various oceans!

海亀とシュノーケル.カヤック.パンプキン鍾乳洞.SUP全てやりました！
7歳の子供を連れて参加させていただきました。
子供の体力が持つかなとか海が怖いとか言い出すんではないかと心配してましたが、スタートがシュノーケルだったおかげか魚や亀を沢山見れてすっかり海の虜になっていました。
ガイドさんもとても優しく、常に子供達を気にかけていただき、7歳の子供は親より信用しているようでガイドさんにべったりでした！

アクティビティによって海のポイントが変わるので、お昼を食べたり移動したりその間に子供もお昼寝をして体力は最後まで余裕で持ちました。

私たちの行った日は繁忙期の始まりだったのか、送迎サービスは基本なかったです。
レンタカーがないとツアーに参加することは不可能です。また移動があるので、タオルや水着の上から着る服などがないとレンタカーが汚れてしまうので、タオルなど多めにあったほうがいいと思います。

自販機も海にほぼないです。子供がいる方は水筒を待っていた方が、飲み物がぬるくならずいいと思います。ペットボトルのままだと瞬殺であったかくなります。

ガイドさんによってはゴープロではなく携帯で撮影する方もいるので、ガイドさんによっては画質がかなり変わります。

いろんな海でアクティビティが出来てとても良かったです！

I participated in snorkeling and mangrove SUP at Barasu Island.

The staff were very kind, and I had a great time even as a beginner!

They taught us various things about Iriomote Island, and we enjoyed ourselves during the boat and bus rides.

It was my first time doing SUP, but they helped me when I struggled to paddle, making it a comfortable experience.

If you ever visit Iriomote Island, I definitely recommend trying this out.

I will be making a reservation again for next time!

バラス島シュノーケリングとマングローブsupに参加しました。

スタッフの皆さん優しくて初めてでも楽しめました！

西表島のいろんなことを都度教えていただき
船移動、バス移動の最中も楽しく過ごせました。

私自信supは初めてでしたが上手く進めない時も手助けをしていただいて快適に回ることができました。

是非西表島行かれる際はみなさんも使ってみてください。

In conclusion, it was absolutely fantastic. Even for someone in their mid-30s who doesn't usually exercise, and a complete beginner at snorkeling and ocean activities, it was a tour that could be enjoyed with peace of mind! (It seemed fine even for those who are not good at swimming.)

◼️ About the reservation
- I made the reservation through VELTRA, but afterwards, there were phone and email exchanges directly with the tour company. They will ask for necessary information like shoe size in advance, so you may receive calls from unknown numbers that you need to respond to.

◼️ About snorkeling
- Taking photos at Baras Island, which is made of coral and one of only two in the world, was truly a rare experience.
- Snorkeling was easier than I expected. I was a bit scared of the ocean, but I overcame it.
- I heard there are times when sea turtles appear... Unfortunately, we didn't encounter any. However, seeing the fish swimming in the same ocean was a wonderful experience, far different from seeing them in an aquarium.

◼️ About canoeing
- I enjoyed it without using as much physical strength as I thought!
- The riverbed is shallow, so even if you fall, you can stand up easily, but no one in our group fell over.
- Canoeing doesn't require much balance, so it's easy.
- We were able to see mangroves quite deep in, and it was a very valuable time.
- The mangroves are untouched by human hands, showcasing true natural beauty. It's incredibly beautiful.

◼️ About the guide staff
- They had knowledge about the flora and fauna, and their explanations were very easy to understand. (Thank you, Shotaro!)
- Everyone was energetic, friendly, and very kind. (One female staff member even greeted us with a smile during our break outside the tour!)

◼️ Things I wish I had done
- I wish I had frozen tea or water in the hotel freezer the day before.

- Lastly, you can use a shower at the end. There are no shampoos or soaps provided, so I wish I had brought some.

- I deeply regret not bringing my smartphone in a waterproof case for canoeing. There are so many great spots for taking beautiful photos, so I definitely recommend it!

- It's fine to go canoeing without a shirt on, but you will get sunburned, so I recommend purchasing a three-piece rash guard set online.

- Use a strong waterproof sunscreen. I've heard the UV strength is 4 to 5 times higher.

- During the tour, you only need to bring drinks, as everything else is stored in the tour company's vehicle. I think having a small backpack (like a running backpack) would have been helpful during canoeing.

結論、めちゃくちゃ良かったです。
普段運動をしていない30代半ばの人間でも、そしてシュノーケリングや海のアクティビティ超初心者でも安心して楽しめるツアーでした！(泳ぎが苦手な方も大丈夫そうでした◎)

◼️予約に関して
-VELTRA様経由で予約しましたがその後、直接ツアー会社様と電話やメールのやりとりがあります。事前に靴のサイズなど必要情報聞かれますので、知らない番号から電話が来ますが対応必要です。

◼️シュノーケリングに関して
-世界に2つしかないサンゴでできたバラス島での写真撮影は本当に貴重な体験でした。
-シュノーケリングは思っていたより簡単にできます。海少し怖いなと思っていましたが克服しました。
-ウミガメが現れる時もあるそうな...我々は残念ながら遭遇せず。しかし泳いでる魚たちを同じ海の中で見るのは水族館で見るものとははるかに違う素敵な体験でした。

◼️カヌーに関して
-思っていたよりも体力を使わずに楽しめました！
-川底は浅いので最悪落ちても、全然立てますが、グループで転倒していた人は1人もいませんでした。
-カヌーはバランスを取る必要がそんなにないので、簡単です。
-かなり奥の方までマングローブを見ることができ、とても貴重な時間を過ごせました。
-マングローブは人の手が施されていないので、まさに自然美。美しすぎます。

◼️ガイドスタッフに関して
-動植物に関しての知識があり、説明がとてもわかりやすかったです。(しょうたろうさんありがとうございました！！)
-みなさん元気があり、愛想も良く、とても親切です。(ツアー外の休憩時間中も笑顔で挨拶をくれた女性スタッフの方も！)

◼️やっておけばよかったこと等
-前日にホテルの冷凍庫でお茶や水を凍らせておけば良かった

-最後にシャワーを使えます。シャンプーや石鹸類はないので、持って来ておけばよかった。

-カヌーは防水ケースにスマホを入れて持っていけばよかったと大後悔。素敵な写真が撮れるスポットばかりですので、絶対おすすめします！！

-カヌーは上半身裸でも大丈夫ですがめちゃくちゃ日焼けするので、オンラインでラッシュガード3点セットなどの購入をお勧めします。

-日焼け止めは強めのウォータープルーフのものを。4、5倍の紫外線の強さがあるそうです。

-ツアー中は飲み物くらいしか持って行かないので、それ以外は全部ツアー会社様の車で保管です。カヌーの時は小さめのリュック(ランニングバックパック)があるとよかったと思います。

First of all, I appreciate the pleasant service from the staff. For the price, spending half a day here is a great deal. Additionally, it only takes about an hour to get here from Naha City, allowing you to spend half a day and make good use of the remaining time.

Before getting on the kayak, they teach you the basics, so anyone can enjoy it with peace of mind. While kayaking, they explain the characteristics of the region, the features of the river, and the mangroves, making it both fun and educational, and you can enjoy the friendly conversation with the guide.

Also, they take photos along the way, which you can receive via LINE at the end, so it's fine to participate alone. According to the guide, there’s a sunset tour in the evening where you can see a beautiful sunset at sea, so I plan to try that next time. It's also great that there are no age restrictions for participation.

まず、スタッフの皆さんの気持ち良い対応に感謝です。
半日遊んでこの価格ならば安いですね(安)。
また，那覇市内から1時間も有れば到着でき、半日過ごし、残りの半日を有効に使えますね(近)。
そして、カヤックに乗る前の漕ぎ方など基本的なことを教えて頂けるので、何方でも安心してあそべますよ。
カヤックで進みながら、地域の特性、河川の特徴，マングローブなど水際の植物などを説明頂くなど、楽しくまた勉強になることをお話し頂け、ガイドさんの和やかな会話も楽しめます。
また、途中で写真を撮って貰え、最後にラインで頂けるので一人参加でも大丈夫ですね(楽)。
ガイドさんのお話しでは，夕方からのサンセットツアーは海に出て綺麗な夕日を見る事が出来るとのお話しがあったので、次回挑戦する予定にしました。
あと、参加に年齢制限がないのが良いですね。

I had a great time! I learned a lot about stalactite caves, and it was nice to hear various stories! Jumping in from above required more courage than I expected, and I forgot to make a wish, haha.

It was my first time canoeing, and it felt wonderful to paddle in the beautiful sea! The weather was great, almost too good, so sun protection is a must.

Shintaro was in charge, and he kept the conversation going, creating a very pleasant atmosphere that made the experience enjoyable!

It was my first sea kayaking experience!
At first, I was worried about whether I could ride and paddle well, but...
Shoma, our guide, was incredibly kind and thorough in his instructions, and I had so much fun moving freely!
We were blessed with great weather, and the location was breathtaking!
Just being able to see this view made it worth participating, and I created wonderful memories for the last day of my trip to Okinawa.
I was truly, truly moved.
The option for drone aerial videos and photos was great, and the owner welcomed us with a big smile, which felt very nice. During our break on the water, I also enjoyed chatting with Shoma; the conversation never ran out!
I plan to come back next year, and this time I want to try SUP!

初めてのシーカヤック体験でした！
最初は上手く乗ったり漕いだりできるか不安でしたが…
担当のショーマさんが本当に親切丁寧にレクチャーしてくださり、自在に進めるのが楽しくて夢中でした！
天候に恵まれたこともあり、絶句するくらい最高のロケーションでした！
この景色が見られたことだけでも参加した価値があり、沖縄旅行の最終日として素晴らしい思い出を作る事ができました。

The Pumpkin Cave was quite mystical. We paddled there by canoe, and when we arrived at the cave, I felt a great sense of accomplishment from using muscles I don't usually use! I felt quite active and thought I might drop my sunglasses!

I experienced stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) for the first time, and the guide was very kind and taught me well, allowing me to relax and enjoy the experience!

During snorkeling, I was amazed by the crystal-clear sea. The weather was great, and the sunlight streaming in made it incredibly beautiful!

パンプキン鍾乳洞、かなり神秘的でした。
行くまでにカヌーで漕いで行きました。普段使わない筋肉をつかって着いた洞窟は達成感でいっぱいでした！結構アクティブなので、サングラス落としてしまいそうだなと感じました！

supは初めて体験しましたが、ガイドさんが優しく教えてくれて、ゆったり過ごすことができました！

シュノーケリングでは、透き通った海に感動しました。天気も良く太陽が差し込んでめちゃめちゃ綺麗でした！

Miyako Island was amazing!!

I participated in the SUP and snorkeling experience. The weather was perfect, and I was able to see breathtaking views from the SUP! They guided us to calm spots and photo opportunities, and I got some wonderful pictures taken.

During snorkeling, I was able to see a sea turtle. It was a rare experience to see the sea turtle come up for air. I had many photos taken with the sea turtle and while on the SUP, and they even edited them to make them even more beautiful. Tetsu, who took the photos, had a great sense of style and was particular about the shots!

At the end, they recommended a great restaurant in Miyako Island, and it was delicious, so I have no regrets!

Even after the trip, I keep looking back at the photos and reliving the memories. Thank you very much!!

初宮古島最高でした！！

SUPとシュノーケリング体験に参加しました。天気にも恵まれ、SUPの上から最高な景色を見ることができました！波が静かな場所や、撮影スポットに案内してもらい素敵な写真を撮ってもらいました。

シュノーケリングでは、ウミガメを見ることができました。呼吸の為、水面から顔を出すウミガメもみれ貴重な体験ができました。
ウミガメとの写真、SUPの写真等、たくさん撮ってもらい、加工もしてさらに綺麗な写真にしてくれました。写真を撮ってくれたてっちゃんは写真にはこだわりたいとセンスがよかったです！！
最後に宮古島のおすすめのお店を教えて頂き、行きましたがとっても美味しかったので間違いなかったです！

旅行が終わってからも撮ってもらった写真を見返して、余韻に浸っています。

I participated with my elementary school daughter and family of three to see the beautiful sea and mangroves! Our guide, Yui, was kind, cheerful, and a great communicator. She provided detailed instructions for us beginners, and even though I’m not a strong swimmer, I was able to enjoy the experience. The sea around Iriomote Island is truly beautiful, and I was glad to show my daughter the living coral and colorful fish.

The afternoon canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding were also first experiences for us, but our guide Yui supported us when we struggled, allowing us to paddle through. It was great to hear stories about the mangroves and the island. I wanted to take photos with my phone, but I didn’t have the opportunity, so the pictures and videos that Yui took became wonderful memories. My daughter also cherished the conversations she had with Yui, and we had a fun day thanks to the care we received here. Thank you very much!

自分でも携帯で撮影しようと思ったのですが…なかなか撮れる余裕が無かったのでガイドのユイさんが撮ってくれた写真や動画が良い想い出になりました。娘もガイドのユイさんとお話出来た事が旅の思い出になっていて、こちらでお世話になって１日楽しく過ごす事が出来ました。本当にありがとうございました♪

My wife and I participated together, and there were a total of 8 people on the tour. After about a 30-minute drive, we arrived, and the guide distributed life jackets, fins, shoes, and other equipment to everyone. The Blue Cave was very beautiful, and the seawater was extremely clear. The guide first encouraged everyone to jump in the Blue Cave (my wife couldn't jump because she was scared). However, I had a great time. A child under 10 who joined us also jumped.

After that, we entered the cave. Inside, there were natural stalactites, which were very impressive, and we could see the stalactites just starting to form. About 30 minutes later, the guide took everyone nearby to start snorkeling. There were many corals and lots of fish nearby. Depending on the location, some areas were very shallow while others were deep. However, the guide constantly reminded us to be careful, so it felt very safe. After enjoying snorkeling for more than 30 minutes, the trip ended, and we returned to the car. The guide provided water for everyone to wash their feet and change.

It was a fun trip where we could see beautiful corals and many fish, and we also experienced jumping in the Blue Cave.

妻と二人で参加し、一緒にツアーに参加したのは全部で8人でした。
車で約30分ほど走り、到着するとガイドがみんなにライフジャケット、フィン、靴などの装備を配りました。
青の洞窟はとても美しく、海水は非常に透明で、ガイドはまずみんなに青の洞窟でのジャンプを勧めました（妻は怖がりなのでジャンプできませんでした）。
しかし、私はとても楽しみました。一緒に参加した10歳未満の子供もジャンプしました。

その後、洞窟の中に入りました。中には自然の鍾乳石があり、とても感動的で、鍾乳石がちょうど形成され始めたところを見ることができました。
約30分後、ガイドはみんなを連れて近くでシュノーケリングを始めました。
近くにはたくさんのサンゴがあり、魚もたくさんいました。場所によっては非常に浅いところもあり、深いところもありました。
しかし、ガイドが常に注意を促してくれたのでとても安全でした。
約30分以上シュノーケリングを楽しんだ後、旅は終了し、車に戻りました。
ガイドはみんなが足を洗ったり、着替えたりするための水を提供してくれました。

美しいサンゴやたくさんの魚を見ることができ、青の洞窟でのジャンプも体験できた、楽しい旅でした。

I participated in the sunset kayak tour at Hija River Mangroves and was moved by the beauty of nature. The sky turned orange, and the reflection of the sunset on the river surface along with the silhouettes of the mangroves was magical.

The local staff were also kind and provided detailed explanations about the mangroves and the river ecosystem, paying close attention to safety.

I think even those experiencing kayaking for the first time can enjoy it with peace of mind. The tour lasted about two hours and was fulfilling, making it enjoyable for people of all ages and fitness levels.

It was a valuable experience to feel the nature of Okinawa up close, and I was able to spend a pleasant time, creating wonderful memories that are worth more than the price.

比謝川マングローブのサンセットカヤックツアーに参加し、自然の美しさに感動しました。
空がオレンジに染まり、川面に映る夕焼けとマングローブのシルエットが幻想的でした。

現地スタッフも親切で、マングローブや川の生態系について詳しく説明してくれ、安全面にも細心の注意を払ってくれました。

初めてカヤックを体験する人でも安心して楽しむことができると思います。
ツアーは約2時間の充実した内容で、年齢を問わず体力的にも問題なく楽しめる点も魅力です。

沖縄の自然を身近に感じる貴重な体験で、心地よい時間を過ごすことができ、
値段以上の価値がある素晴らしい思い出ができました。

We wanted to visit Ishigaki Island as a couple! It looked so fun that we made a reservation on the day we arrived. In the morning, we went snorkeling, and a staff member named Ayu-chan was in charge. She was energetic, cute, and very kind! She took lots of photos for us! There were also people from overseas in the same group, and they provided English support, so everyone had a great time. The sea was incredibly beautiful, and the time flew by, but we had so much fun! In the afternoon, we rode water buffaloes and went to Yubu Island. The staff member there was a person named Macchan, who had a wonderful smile and a hat as his trademark! He was also very kind to us! I’m still reminiscing about the experience after returning home. Thank you so much!

同じグループに海外から来られた方がいらっしゃいましたが、英語の対応もされていて全員が楽しく遊べました。
海はとっても綺麗であっという間でしたが、とっても楽しかったです！
午後は、水牛に乗り由布島に行きました。
スタッフの方は「まっちゃん」という方で、笑顔が素敵で帽子がトレードマークです！
その方も優しく対応してくださいました！
帰ってからも思い出に浸っています。

It was a packed plan where I could experience many activities in one day! The guide was very energetic and funny, and took a lot of photos, which made it incredibly enjoyable!

一日でたくさんのアクティビティを体験できる内容盛りだくさんのプランでした！ガイドさんがとても元気で面白い方でたくさん写真を撮ってくださるので最高に楽しめました！

The weather was great, and the sea was very beautiful. The guides, Sebastian and Yamamoto, were very attentive, which made me feel secure participating in the tour. Additionally, they provided explanations on how to use the snorkeling gear and about the marine life, which made me very satisfied. They also took photos from underwater, creating memories for a lifetime.

When I come back to Ishigaki Island, I would like to participate in other tours and join the snorkeling tour again! I hope to see a sea turtle next time, as I didn't get to see one this time! Thank you!!!

天気にも恵まれ海がとてもキレイでした。
ガイドをして下さったセバスチャンさんと山本さんは丁寧な対応で安心してツアーに参加できました。さらに、シュノーケルの使い方や生き物の説明もありとても満足です。写真も海の下から撮って頂き一生の思い出になりました。
また石垣島に来た際には他のツアーにも参加してみたいと思いますし、もう一度シュノーケルのツアーにも参加したいです！
今回は海ガメが見れなかったので、次は海ガメも見れたら嬉しいです！

Canoeing was something I hadn't done since elementary school, but it was an activity that beginners could really enjoy! The breeze felt nice and was soothing (*^^*). Segodon talked a lot, and the three of us had a great time together with my husband★

カヌーは小学生以来だったけど、初心者さんも全然楽しめるアクティビティでした！風が気持ちよくて癒されました(*^^*)せごどんさんがたくさんお話してくれて、旦那と3人楽しく時間を過ごせました★

I went in late June. I made a reservation suddenly around 6 PM the day before, but afterwards, I received a call informing me of the meeting time adjusted to match the tide (in our case, we had originally planned for a reservation around 1 PM, but it was changed to a 9 AM meeting). I was glad to receive the prompt communication and was able to adjust my schedule quickly.

I stayed at Shigira Resort and had rented a car in advance, so I was able to reach the meeting place in about 15 minutes by car.

Although it was a walk to the sea, listening to the instructor and enjoying the scenery made the time feel short.

Using the kayak, we arrived at Pumpkin Cave, and exploring inside the cave was quite memorable. I'm glad I participated in this tour, and I highly recommend it! The instructor provided a lot of explanations, which was also educational. Since there are fewer tourists than on Irabu Island, you can fully enjoy the beautiful scenery. There were also families with children, and even elementary school-aged kids seemed to be having a great time.

The instructor took photos for us, and I appreciated that we got pictures while kayaking.

We disbanded at the meeting place, but there were no showers available, just a hose to wash our feet, so I returned to my accommodation to take a shower. Since I had a rental car, it might be a good idea to bring extra towels to avoid dirtying the seats.

I wrote a lot, but I was glad to have an experience unique to Miyako Island. We only participated in the Pumpkin Tour, but based on the instructor's explanations, I would like to try SUP and snorkeling next time. Thank you for the enjoyable time!

6月下旬に行きました。
前日18時ごろに急に予約を入れてしまったのですが、その後電話をいただき潮の満ち引きに合わせた集合時間を教えてくれました。(私たちの場合13時台の予約予定でしたが9時集合になりました)すぐ連絡をいただきすぐにスケジュール調整出来たのでよかったです。

シギラリゾートに宿泊しており事前にレンタカーを借りていたので、車で15分程で集合場所に着くことができました。

海までは歩くことになりますが、インストラクターのお兄さんの話を聞いたり、景色を見ていたら時間が短く感じました。

カヤックを使いパンプキン鍾乳洞に着き、鍾乳洞のなかを探検した時間はかなり思い出になりますし、このツアーに参加して良かったと思うのでおすすめです！インストラクターの方も色んなことをたくさん説明してくれるので学びにもなります！
観光客が伊良部島より少ないので、綺麗な景色を充分堪能できます。
子連れの方も参加していたのですが、小学生くらいの子も楽しそうにしてました。
写真もインストラクターのお兄さんが撮ってくれるのですが、カヤック中の写真も撮っていただいたのが良かったです。

集合場所で解散になるのですが、そこにはシャワーがなく足を洗うようのホースがあるだけなので、宿泊地に戻ってシャワーを浴びました。レンタカーだったのでシートを汚さないようにタオルは多めに持っていってもいいかもしれません。

色々書きましたが、宮古島ならでの体験が出来て良かったです。私たちはパンプキンツアーのみの参加でしたが、SUPやシュノーケリングも今回のインストラクターの説明でしたらお願いしたいなと思いました。楽しい時間をありがとうございました。

Participants ranged in age from 2 years old to their 70s. The children, in particular, seemed a bit nervous at first in the unfamiliar sea, but the instructor kept them entertained, and everyone was very satisfied.

下は２歳上は70代と、広めの年齢層で参加しました。特に子ども達は、慣れない海に最初はビクビクした様子でしたが、インストラクターが楽しませてくれて、みんな大満足していました。

I was able to have a little adventure experience.
I love being active, so I was very satisfied with how much we moved.
The pumpkin hall was more magnificent than I imagined.
The stories about the limestone caves were also very interesting.

◯ Things to be careful about
Depending on the weather, I think canoeing, climbing, and jumping can be quite hard, so it might be tough for those who want a more relaxed experience.
There isn't really a good timing to go to the restroom, so it might be difficult for those who need to go frequently.

天候にもよるかもですが、カヌーをこいだり登ったり飛び降りたとなかなかハードだと思うので
のんびりと体験したい人にはきついかもです。
トイレにいくタイミングがないので、
トイレが近い人はきついと思います。

In the morning, we went kayaking on the river. The guide was very thorough in his explanations, which made my husband, who participated for the first time, feel at ease while paddling. For lunch, we were recommended some restaurants around Uehara Port, and we had loco moco and mango juice at a place called "Shonen" in Iriomote. It was delicious! In the afternoon, we went snorkeling at Barasu Island! I put my phone in a waterproof case and entered the sea, but the guide took a lot of photos during the tour, so it wasn't necessary to bring my phone into the water! It became a wonderful memory for our honeymoon!

午前中は川でカヤックしました。
ガイドのお兄さんはとても丁寧に説明してくださり、初めて参加した主人も安心して漕ぐことができました^ ^
お昼は上原港周辺の飲食店を教えてもらえて、
西表の少年というお店で、ロコモコ丼とマンゴージュースを飲みました^ ^美味しかった〜！
午後からはバラス島でシュノーケルしました！
携帯を防水ケースに入れて海に入りましたが、
ガイドさんがツアー中は写真をたくさん撮ってくださるので、海に持って入らなくても良かったです！！
新婚旅行のいい思い出になりました！

In the morning, I went snorkeling. Although I had done it a few times before, they patiently taught me how to use the equipment from the very beginning, and I was able to see table corals and many fish.

In the afternoon, during the mangrove stand-up paddleboarding, I was able to interact with many creatures. Finally, they took me to a viewpoint with a beautiful scenery! On the way, I was lucky enough to spot a rare crowned eagle, which has fewer than 70 individuals. I was so moved.

I'm glad I got to see it! They took so many photos that I have plenty of memories! Thank you so much for a wonderful day, Ayu-chan! ♡

午前中はシュノーケリングをしました。
何度か今までしたことはあったのですが、最初から使い方を丁寧に教えてくださり、テーブル珊瑚とたくさんのお魚が見れました。
午後からのマングローブsupではたくさんの生き物と触れ合う事ができました。
最後は景色の綺麗な展望台にも連れて行ってくれました！その道中70羽しないレアなカンムリワシを道端で見かけることができました。感動しました。
見れて良かったです！写真をこれでもかってくらい撮ってくれるので思い出にたくさんなりました！！

It was my first time doing SUP. Our guide, Moru-chan, provided clear instructions. The time flew by. We were guided through the mangroves towards the waterfall, and I felt so relaxed by the sunset, nature, and Moru-chan. We also took a lot of photos. In the car on the way there, we talked about various things related to Iriomote Island and its wildlife. We were also given recommendations for shops and how to spend time on Iriomote Island. Since there were only two groups, including us, it felt like a very luxurious experience.

初めてのSUPでした。
ガイドのモルちゃんさんがわかりやすくレクチャーしてくださいました。
あっと言う間の時間でした。マングローブの中から滝の方へも案内して頂き、夕日や自然、モルちゃんにもとっても癒されました。
写真も沢山撮って頂きました。行きの車の中でも、色々と西表島のお話や生き物のお話しをして頂きました。
おすすめのお店や西表島での過ごし方も教えていただきました。
私たちを含めて2組だったので、とても贅沢な時間でした。

The guide was bright and polite, making for a fun tour! The program included a visit to Yufu Island in the morning and a canoe activity in the afternoon. The visit to Yufu Island lasted about an hour, which was enough time to explore the island. We traveled to Yufu Island by water buffalo cart. It was interesting to ride different water buffalo on the way there and back, as their personalities were quite distinct.

I found that canoeing required more strength than I expected, but the guide was there to support us when we got stuck. The explanations about the mangroves were fascinating.

If you participate during the hot season, be sure to bring water and a towel. I also want to try snorkeling next time. Thank you again!

ガイドさんが明るく丁寧で、楽しいツアーとなりました！
プログラムは午前に由布島観光、午後にカヌーアクティビティーとなっていました。
由布島観光は1時間位でしたが十分島中を探索できました。由布島へは水牛車で行きました。行きと帰りで違う水牛に乗りましたが性格の違いが現れていて面白かったです。
カヌーは思っていたより力が必要だと感じましたが、行き詰まってる時はガイドさんがサポートしていただけます。マングローブの説明は聞いていて面白かったです。
暑い季節の参加は必ず水分とタオルを忘れずに。
次回はシュノーケリングも参加したいと思いました。

風を受けながらオールを漕いで、川から海へと向かう時のワクワク感！
マングローブ鑑賞も楽しみながら、やがて訪れるサンセットタイム。
目の前には、どこまでも続く水平線…

その一つ一つが初体験で、すへてが感動的でした。

I was relieved to receive a confirmation call despite making a reservation late the previous day. Additionally, the staff actively engaged with us during the car ride, making it enjoyable throughout.

On the day of the tour, it was unfortunate that snorkeling was canceled due to rough seas, but exploring the mangroves while learning about the trees and wildlife was a lot of fun! I also appreciated that they took photos during the tour and sent them to us as a keepsake.

They also offer refunds for the canceled activities, so I highly recommend this tour company.

遅い時間に前日予約をしたのにも関わらず、しっかりと電話確認が来て安心しました。
また、移動中の車内でも積極的に話しかけてくださり、終始楽しかったです。

当日は海が荒れていて、シュノーケリングが中止になったのは残念でしたが…マングローブは木や生き物について解説していただきながら回れてとても楽しかったです！
ツアー中の写真を撮って送ってくださるのも、記念になり嬉しかったです。

中止になった分は返金もしてくれますし、おすすめできるツアー会社さんですよ。

We participated with 6 adults and 3 children (1 elementary school student and 2 preschoolers). We did clear kayaking at Imugya Marine Garden, and since there were no waves or tidal currents in the inlet, kayaking was easy to manage. The children were able to participate without any fear at all.

The sea was very clear, and we could see many fish beneath the kayak.

The staff were very kind and friendly to the children.

The drone footage was stunning!

I would like to participate again when I visit Miyako Island.

大人6人　子ども3人（小学生1人、未就学児2人）で参加させてもらいました。
イムギャーマリンガーデンでクリアカヤックをしましたが、入江で波もなく潮の流れもないのでカヤック操作も簡単でした。
子どもたちも全く怖がることなく参加できました。

海もとてもクリアでカヤックの下からお魚も沢山見れました。

スタッフの皆さんもとても優しくて子どもたちにもフレンドリーでした。

そしてドローンの映像は圧巻でした！

また宮古島に来た際には参加したいと思います。

First and foremost, I was impressed by how friendly and approachable the staff were, making the entire journey enjoyable (thank you, Kodai and Chitose!). As a beginner, I was able to enjoy canoeing and SUP without worry because they taught me the techniques!

At the Pumpkin Cave, we had the thrill of climbing with ropes and jumping in, which felt like a true adventure, and I was grateful to enter such a sacred place.

During snorkeling, I encountered two sea turtles up close, watching them eat seaweed and breathe, which was incredibly cute and very healing!

When I fell and got injured, the staff quickly provided first aid, which was a great help (I apologize for forgetting the name of the female staff member). Thank you for your assistance!

The weather was perfect for the experience, but since the sun was strong, sun protection is essential. It’s a good idea to wear a rash guard (preferably one that covers the lower body as well to avoid injuries from rocks).

まず何よりスタッフの方々が気さくで話しやすく移動中もずっと楽しかったのが印象的でした(こーだいさん、ちとせさんありがとうございます！)。
初心者でしたがカヌーとSUPはコツを教えて下さったので楽しく心配なく乗ることができました！
パンプキン鍾乳洞ではロープで上り＆飛び込みもありTHE探検という感じでワクワクしました！神聖な場所に入れてありがたかったです。
シュノーケリングではウミガメ2匹に出会うことができ、間近で海藻を食べたり息継ぎの様子が見れ、めちゃくちゃかわいくてとても癒されました！
転んで怪我をしてしまったときもすぐに応急手当してくださり、大変助かりました。(女性スタッフの方、お名前忘れで申し訳ありません)ご対応ありがとうございました！
いいお天気で体験日和でしたが、日差しが強いので日焼け対策は必須で、ラッシュガード(岩などにぶつけたときに怪我しないようできれば下も)を着ていくと安心です。
