We paddled in two-person canoes with four friends, gradually making our way upstream through the beautiful scenery of the mangroves. From the trekking point, we climbed breathlessly through the lush jungle towards the Pinai Sara Falls, finally arriving at the magnificent waterfall. Blessed with great weather, the refreshing feeling of swimming in the pool beneath the falls after getting all sweaty became an unforgettable memory. Our guide provided detailed explanations of the scenery while canoeing and trekking, took many photos for us, and even gave us the image files. It was an incredibly satisfying tour. If I have the chance again, I would love to do it again.
友人4名で2人乗りカヌーをそれぞれ漕ぎ、マングローブのきれいな景色のなかを徐々に川の上流にすすみ、トレッキングポイントからは自然豊かなジャングルを息を切らしながらピナイサーラの滝を目指して登り、ついに大きな滝に到着。お天気にも恵まれ、汗まみれになったからだで滝つぼに入って泳いだ爽快感は忘れられない想い出になりました。ガイドさんも詳細にカヌーやトレッキングしながらの景色の説明などして下さり、たくさん写真も撮って下さり画像データもいただけて、最高に満足したツアーでした。また機会があったら、お世話になりたいと思います。

Due to bad weather, we received notice the day before about a change in the snorkeling location. It was great to have the option to change or cancel for free. In some cases with these types of tours, unscrupulous operators might take you to the location only to declare that you can't go out to sea and offer no refund, so I felt reassured about that.
We snorkeled in the morning. The new location was said to be an area where sea turtles often come, and while I was excited to go out, unfortunately, we didn't see any. However, the guide was very kind, which made me feel safe going out to sea. In the afternoon, we moved to the Miyara River for SUP. I thoroughly enjoyed the great nature of Yaeyama and was impressed throughout.
The activities themselves were very fulfilling, but the only downside was being left in the city for lunch right after getting out of the water. I would have appreciated either a chance to take a shower or at least some prior notice.
天候不良で前日にシュノーケル場変更の連絡あり。
変更もしくは無料キャンセルの選択肢を頂けたことがよかった。
この手のツアーでは悪質業者の場合、現地まで連れて行き海には出れませんと宣言され返金もないことがあるのでそこの心配はないと思います。
午前中にシュノーケルを実施
変更した場所はウミガメがよく来る海域とのこと、期待を膨らませ海に出るも残念ながら見ることはできず。ただとても優しいガイドさんで安心して沖に出れました。
午後には宮良川に移動しSUP。八重山の大自然を満喫。終始圧巻されていました。
アクティビティ自体はとても充実できるものでしたが、唯一のマイナスポイントとしては海に入った後そのまま昼休憩で街中に放置されたことです。
シャワー浴びさせていただくか、せめて事前に連絡が欲しかった。

It was my first time kayaking, and the instructor was very kind and thorough in teaching us \(°∀° )/. They also provided detailed information about the mangroves and the creatures in the Hijya River, and I had a wonderful time. I was worried about the impact of the typhoon on that day, but the weather was nice, and I was able to see a miraculous, beautiful sunset, which became a great memory. I participated in a sunset tour with my sister. Paddling down the Hija River in a kayak was very refreshing and made me feel great. We were blessed with good weather and were able to see a beautiful sunset. The tour, where we leisurely watched the sun go down while kayaking, was very satisfying! The staff who guided us were kind and very talkative. I think the weather is important, but it was really fun to experience kayaking while enjoying the mangroves and watching the sunset!

They kindly accommodated my last-minute reservation the day before. On the day of the activity, my younger child (2 years old) was a bit scared, so I thought we wouldn't be able to participate, but they interacted gently with my child and suggested various ways to enjoy the ride, allowing us to have a great time together.
I was also pleased that they changed our reservation to low tide, and since we were in a clear kayak, we could see plenty of fish, and even got to see Nemo up close, which made the kids very happy! The weather was great, and there was drone filming, so we received plenty of images at the end, leaving us very satisfied.

当日、下の子（2歳）が少し怖がっていたので出来ないと思っていましたが優しく子供に接して頂き、いろんな乗り方の提案もして頂け子供と楽しく乗る事が出来ました(^^)

We participated as a couple, and a guide was with us the whole time!
The weather was beautifully clear, and we started with the mangrove tour!
Our guide, Ryusei, explained about the mangroves, and the atmosphere was relaxed with casual conversations. The quiz about our hometowns was too difficult, though!
After that, we went to a sea with high transparency and enjoyed watching the sunset.
The temperature was pleasant for autumn, and all the daily stress just melted away.
On the way back, we had a speed contest with Ryusei and he recommended some great restaurants and spots, making our return to port enjoyable. In the end, we were satisfied to receive free photos as well.

I used this service with a friend. Although we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to the weather, we still had a great time snorkeling and on the mangrove tour with SUP (^ ^). It was my first time on a SUP, but the guide taught us how to paddle and gave us tips, so both my friend and I were able to stand up and ride it right away♪♪ The nature of Ishigaki Island was, of course, wonderful, but the guides were the best!! They were all very kind and took many great photos, which I've looked back on many times☆ I definitely want to join this tour again when I visit Ishigaki Island!

This time, I requested the sea turtle snorkeling and SUP plan. Since it was my first time on a SUP, I was a bit anxious, but the staff provided thorough explanations beforehand, and they accompanied us throughout, allowing me to enjoy it without any worries. It was very convenient that we could borrow everything, including life jackets and diving shoes. They took many wonderful photos and videos, which became great memories! I was nervous about trying SUP for the first time, but thanks to the guide's thorough explanations and accurate advice, I was able to ride successfully! SUP during sunset was absolutely amazing, and the guide took a lot of photos, creating wonderful memories! We started by sitting on the board, and as I got used to it, I began to stand. At first, I was scared and couldn't stand up, but by the end, I was able to do it with ease! I was also happy that the guide shared many recommendations for places to visit in Miyako Island. Four years ago, I planned a trip to Miyako Island. I thought it would remain a dream because of COVID, but this time, my dream came true. I participated alone, but later an instructor joined us, providing various explanations. Most importantly, they filmed us doing clear kayaking with a drone, and at the end, I received an edited video that looked just like a promotional video. After watching it, two of my friends immediately made reservations for the clear kayaking experience the next day. All three of us were very satisfied, and when we showed the video to our family and friends, everyone said they were envious and wanted to try it too. The president and all the staff were friendly, making it a wonderful commemorative trip for us, even as a group of women in our sixties.
4年前に計画していた宮古島の旅。コロナで行けず、夢のままかと思っていたら、今回、夢が叶いました。1人で参加だったのですが、後にイントラの方が乗ってくれて、色々説明してくださったり、何と言っても、ドローンでクリアカヤックをやっている所を撮影してもらえ、最後に編集した、まるでPVのようなのをいただけて、それを見た友人2人、その場で次の日の予約を入れクリアカヤック体験しました。3人共、大満足で家族や友人にPVを見せると、皆、羨ましい〜。やりた〜い。と言ってます。社長さんもスタッフの人達も皆、フレンドリーで還暦おばさんの私達に接してくれ最高の記念旅になりました。

We had a guide named Yuka who took care of us. She was attentive to our health and equipment, and even though we hadn't been in the ocean for over ten years and felt a bit anxious, we were able to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind. It was also appreciated that she waited for participants who were late or had drifted away before providing information to everyone.
Unfortunately, we didn't encounter any sea turtles while snorkeling, but we were able to see clownfish and various other fish and creatures, which was satisfying enough.
During the SUP, I fell into the sea a few times, but once I got the hang of it, I was able to stand up, so I think even those like me who aren't very good with core strength can enjoy it.
The meeting point was a bit hard to understand. I was informed about the meeting location the day before, but I couldn't answer the phone due to travel, so I ended up receiving a text message. I appreciated the text message, but the parking area at the meeting point was large, and there were other tour groups as well, so I would have liked to have some kind of landmark provided. I think it would be good for future participants to confirm in advance via phone or text message.
ユカさんというガイドさんに付いていただきました。体調や器具のことなど色々気にしてくださり、10年以上海に入ったことなどなく、少し不安だった私たちでも安心して楽しむことができました。また見どころでは遅れたり離れた参加者でもきちんと待ってから全員に教えてくれたのでありがたかったです。
シュノーケリングでは残念ながらウミガメに遭遇はできませんでしたが、クマノミやその他様々な魚や生き物を見ることができたので十分満足できました。
SUPでは私は何度か海に落ちましたが、慣れれば立つこともできたので、体幹の良くない私のような方でも楽しむことができると思います。
集合については少しだけわかりにくかったです。集合場所は前日のご連絡とのことでしたが、前日は移動で電話に出ることができず、ショートメールでの連絡となってしまいました。ショートメールで連絡いただけただけでもありがたいのですが、集合場所の駐車場は広く、また他のツアーの方々もいらっしゃったので、目印のようなものも併せて教えていただきたかったです。今後参加される方は、電話やショートメールで事前に確認されると良いかと思います。

I went snorkeling first, and as soon as I entered the water, I was able to see a sea turtle up close, which was very cute. In the morning, I participated in snorkeling, and in the afternoon, I joined a SUP session. The weather was nice, and it seemed like the sea was very clear, which made for wonderful memories.
Although I didn't get to see any sea turtles while snorkeling, there were plenty of clownfish, and I was able to take photos with them.
Since I was a beginner at SUP, I was a bit anxious about whether I could do it well, but I was able to progress slowly and felt reassured while trying. I was happy to be able to paddle while standing.

I went to Tōro Station by rental car and parked in the free parking lot next to the station, where I met with the guide. I had a reservation for 12:00, but we departed 30 minutes late after meeting up. We had coordinated the timing and details via email in advance.
The day before the experience, it rained, so the water level was higher, but the current was calm, allowing us to paddle quietly. Since our timing was off by 30 minutes, we didn’t have to wait in line with other canoe companies. We paddled quietly in one canoe, and the guide explained that he would adjust our direction. On the day of the experience, we encountered a herd of Ezo deer, a kingfisher, a pair of red-crowned cranes, a white-tailed eagle, and even a red fox on the distant railway. We saw the herd of Ezo deer multiple times, and a mink crossed in front of our canoe. We were busy taking photos of the abundant wildlife, so I mostly left the paddling to the guide.
After the canoeing, we were taken to the Nihonmatsu Observatory. It felt like a viewpoint frequented by locals, and I don’t think there were any stairs. It was a small mountain, and it felt a bit desperate as we climbed, almost slipping on the slope. Once we reached the top and looked back, we were greeted with a magnificent view of the vast wetlands stretching far into the distance.
Both experiences were wonderful, but there was a massive mosquito outbreak, so insect repellent and long-sleeved clothing were essential. When we went to the Nihonmatsu Observatory, I changed into the rubber boots provided by the guide and wrapped a towel around my neck for complete protection. We were then driven back to Tōro Station, concluding the day. The guide was very friendly, and the conversation was interesting, making for a fun time. Thank you very much.

体験前日は雨が降ったので水かさが増していましたが 流れは穏やかでしたので 静かにこぐ感じで進みました。
時間が30分ずれていたので 他のカヌー会社の方と並ぶこともなく 一艘で静かに櫓をこいで ガイドさんが方向を調整するとの説明でしたが、当日は エゾシカの群れやカワセミ、丹頂鶴のつがい、オオワシ、遠くの線路の上をキタキツネ、またエゾシカの群れ何度も遭遇、また丹頂鶴つがい、ミンクがカヌーの前を横切り、最後にエゾシカと盛りだくさんの野生の動物に遭遇し、写真撮影に忙しく 漕ぐのはほとんどガイドさん任せになってしまいました。
カヌーが終わった後は 二本松展望台に案内して頂きました 現地の人が行く展望台と言う感じで 階段はなかったと思います。小さい山で山肌を滑りそうになりながら昇るといった感じで やや必死でした。昇りきって振り替えると 壮大な湿原が遠くまで見渡せて素晴らしい眺めでした。
どちらもとても素晴らしかったのですが 蚊が大量発生していて 虫除けと長袖服は必須で 二本松展望台に行くときも ガイドさんが用意してくれた長靴にはきかえて 首にタオルを巻き完全防備で行きました。帰りは塘路駅まで送って頂き終了となりました。
とても気さくなガイドさんで 話す内容も面白く楽しい時間でした。ありがとうございました。

I was worried about kayaking for the first time, but I was able to paddle happily thanks to the guide's lecture. They took a lot of photos in various situations, which became wonderful memories. Although it was a bit disappointing that the changing area was a tent and there was no shower, the fun experience was more than enough thanks to Tommy (the guide).
初めてのカヤックで心配でしたが、ガイドさんのレクチャーの元楽しく漕ぐ事ができました。
写真も色んなシュチュエーションで沢山撮ってくださり、凄くいい思い出になりました。

The mangrove cruise was a highly satisfying tour that allowed me to fully enjoy the atmosphere of Iriomote Island. This time I traveled alone, and although many activities require two or more participants, I was able to join as a single participant, which turned out to be my best memory.
First of all, the kindness of the staff was remarkable. Their polite language and concern for whether I was feeling seasick or tired made a big difference.
The kayak was completely transparent, allowing me to see the underwater world clearly while paddling. I could place my smartphone at my feet to capture videos of the fish swimming around.
During the experience, they frequently took photos and videos, and even captured aerial footage with a drone, which they provided after the activity, making for great keepsakes. I was especially happy with the edited video they created.
If I have the opportunity to visit Miyako Island again, I would definitely like to use their services once more.
**For those planning to participate:**
- They provide free waterproof cases for smartphones, so I didn't have to prepare one myself.
- Even if it's your first time kayaking, they explain the tips at the beginning, so there's no need to worry.
- Sun protection is essential, and it's a good idea to have sunglasses.
- If you're using an iPhone, they will transfer the shooting data via AirDrop.
- The location is determined considering the weather, and you will be contacted the evening before. In my case, it was held at Imugya Marine Garden.
今回は一人旅で、多くのアクティビティが2名以上の参加の中、1人でも参加できるということで申し込みましたが、この度一番の思い出になりました。
まずはスタッフの皆さんの優しさあふれる接客態度。言葉遣いも丁寧で、船酔いしていないか、疲れていないかも気にかけてくれました。
カヤックは全面透明なので、漕ぎながら海中を鮮明に見ることができ、足下にスマホをおいて動画撮影すると魚なども動きながら撮影することが出来ます。
また体験中はこまめに写真や動画、さらにドローンで上空からの動画も撮影していただき、終了後にデータをいただけるので、記念になります。
特に1本に編集された動画データは非常にうれしかったです。
また宮古島に行く機会があれば次も利用したいと思いました。
※これから参加を予定されている方への参考に
・スマホの防水ケースを無料で貸し出ししてくれるので、自分で準備しなくてよかったです。
・カヤックは初めてでもコツを最初に説明してくれるので心配不要です。
・日焼け対策必須です。サングラスもあった方がいいです。
・撮影データはiPhoneの場合AirDropで転送してくれます。
・開催場所は天候等考慮され、前日の夕方に連絡されます。私の場合はイムギャーマリンガーデンで実施されました。

Sadly, the ocean condition didn't allow us to do snorkeling in the famous blue cave. They called us in the morning to let us know if the condition was okay or not. They let us choose either snorkeling in another spot or just do kayaking in the mangrove area. Since we had done scuba diving in the alternative spot previously, we decided to do only kayaking.
It was a very relaxing and fun kayaking tour along the mangroves! We could choose either kayak or stand-up paddleboard (SUP). My friend chose SUP instead. The instructor had good knowledge about nature (of course including mangroves) and he taught us details all along. I appreciate that he took pictures of us during the tour and gave them (more than 100 pics!) to us.

I participated in the 2-hour course. It was fun, as others have commented, but I found it to be harder than I expected. For a beginner in my 50s, it was quite tough, and I ended up with muscle soreness the next day. The detailed lectures were very helpful. I heard that the river conditions change depending on the season, so I would like to participate again if I have the opportunity.

I was pregnant, but I thought it would be a shame not to enjoy the sea of Miyako Island, so I requested to participate.
Before the tour, I received considerate messages regarding my pregnancy, and on the day of the tour, there were many staff members who kindly checked in on me, allowing me to participate in the tour with peace of mind!
All the staff were very kind, and I truly felt the warmth of people's kindness; I think it was the best tour ever.
Also, in the clear kayak, I was able to fully enjoy the high transparency of the sea in Miyako Island, and I was extremely satisfied!
Additionally, the many photos and drone shots taken were amazing, and at the end, they edited the videos and photos into one video as a gift, which was incredibly touching!
