I was supposed to meet at the location, but I couldn't rent a car, so I requested a pickup. Thank you for accommodating me over the phone.

During the tour, you were always considerate, allowing us to enjoy the activities without any inconvenience. The stand-up paddleboarding at Kabira Bay was in a spot where there was no one else from our group, so we were able to take various photos.

I brought a waterproof camera, but the guide took photos for us, so I don't think it's necessary to bring a camera. It was great that we only needed to bring drinks and towels, as everything else was included in the rental.

現地集合だったのですが、レンタカーを借りることが出来ず、お迎えをお願いしました。お電話で快く受け入れてくださり、ありがとうございます。
ツアー中もずっと気遣っていただいたので、何不自由なくアクティビティを楽しむことができました。川平湾のsupも私たちのグループ以外誰もいない場所だったので、いろんな写真を撮れました。
私は防水カメラを持ち込んでいたのですが、ガイドの方が撮ってくださったので、おそらくカメラを持って行く必要はないと思います。

I participated separately with my friends!
Kawahirabay, the Blue Cave, and Arakawa Falls—each one was an amazing memory!
The tour content was wonderful, but the instructor was incredibly kind!
I received a lot of photos and was able to post them on Instagram right away!
It was a perfect tour, 100 out of 100!

I have participated in various tours, but I highly recommend this one. Here are the highlights:

1. The guides are kind.
→ They gently taught me how to paddle on the SUP even when I was struggling at the beginning, and their smiles during the activities were wonderful.

2. There were multiple guides, so I was able to hear a lot about Ishigaki Island. They shared insights that only locals would know.

3. I could choose between SUP and canoeing.
→ I initially joined with SUP, but I was able to switch to canoeing with another participant. It was quite flexible in that regard (laughs).

4. They took a lot of photos.
→ It was a full-day tour, and they took tons of pictures (laughs). Not only did I receive them for free, but I also got them on the same day, which I thought was fantastic!

I signed up and participated with my friend. Since it was a rare opportunity to be in Ishigaki Island, I decided to fully enjoy myself and signed up for this plan. It was a windy day, but with the guidance of the instructor, I was able to have fun safely. I also made friends with other participants, and we ended up drinking together at an izakaya that night, which became a memorable experience.
Kabira Bay was truly beautiful, and the Blue Cave was really blue!
Next, I want to visit the sister store on Iriomote Island.

I was moved by the incredibly clear and transparent sea. I think this is the most beautiful ocean I have ever seen in my life. Both of us were inexperienced with SUP, so we were quite nervous, but once we got on, it was surprisingly stable, and we were able to ride smoothly (there's a briefing on how to ride and paddle at the beginning of the tour). It was an activity I had always wanted to try, so I was very satisfied to have such a valuable experience in the beautiful sea (since our bottoms and feet got wet, I think it's a good idea to wear quick-drying sportswear). The snorkeling was also conducted carefully, allowing us to enjoy it with peace of mind (there was a free rental for wetsuits). It was my first time seeing so many fish at once, and it was truly moving. Additionally, the guide was attentive and checked on us frequently to see if we were tired, which left a strong impression. Since it was my first time in Ishigaki Island, I joined without knowing much, but the staff taught me various things, which made me feel at ease. I had no problems with SUP for the first time, and snorkeling was refreshing and comfortable. At the end, we received photos, some of which I couldn't remember when they were taken, and it was nice to see my genuine self enjoying the experience. I highly recommend this tour.

The weather was great, making it the perfect day!
In the morning, I went snorkeling. There were lots of fish around the Blue Cave, and they were so friendly, coming close to me, which was adorable!
I also saw a clownfish for the first time.
After a break, I had a SUP experience at Kabira Bay. The SUP experience was easier than I expected, and by the end, I was able to maneuver it freely!
The guide took beautiful photos throughout, and at the end, they gifted them to us, so I was happy to have those memories captured!
Next time, I want to join the Iriomote Island store of Pipi!

I heard that February often has bad weather, so I was worried, but on the day of the tour, it was beautifully sunny!
Our guide was a young man who spoke very politely and shared various information and fun stories about Ishigaki Island during the car ride, so we arrived at our destination in no time!
The tour itself was fantastic. It was my first time snorkeling, but they taught us how to do it from the very beginning, and we saw so many fish!

We were scheduled to try stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) for the first time on December 24th, as my 10-year-old daughter wished, but due to bad weather, we received a call the afternoon before suggesting a reschedule. When I informed them that we would be heading home by 2 PM the next day, they kindly arranged for us to combine SUP with snorkeling to fit our schedule.

Thanks to their early communication, we were also able to visit the Churaumi Aquarium during our free time! The instructor had a wealth of knowledge about the fish. Our family of three had a wonderful Christmas together. Next time, I would like my daughter and husband to obtain their scuba diving licenses. The drone footage and photos were great as well.

12/24に10歳の娘が希望するSUPに初挑戦する予定でしたが…悪天候の為、前日の午後に連絡が入り日程変更の提案をいただきました。
翌日の14時には帰路へと伝えたところ、時間に間に合うように、SUPとシュノーケリングを組んでいただけるとのことでしたので、予定を変更しました。
早めに連絡を頂いたので空いた時間で美ら海水族館へも行くことが出来ました！
イントラの方は、魚の知識も豊富でした(^.^)
家族３人でとても楽しいクリスマスを過ごせました。
次回は、娘と旦那にスキューバのライセンスを取得させたいです。
ドローンの映像や写真も良かったです。

I had reserved a snorkeling and SUP set. Due to the weather on the day, we only did snorkeling. We were able to see rays, clownfish, and baby clownfish, and the instructor's attentive support and cheerful conversation made it a lot of fun!

After snorkeling, I really wanted to try SUP, and when I consulted with them, they suggested a day when the weather would calm down and it would be possible during my stay. We were able to do SUP at 7 AM on the last day!

SUP while basking in the morning sun was absolutely amazing! The location felt like a private beach, and it was great to have it all to ourselves! They even flew a drone for us, making it an unforgettable trip!

Thank you to all the instructors! I will contact you again next time I visit Okinawa!

シュノーケリングSUPのセットを予約していました。当日天候の関係でシュノーケリングのみになりました。エイやクマノミ、クマノミの赤ちゃんに会えたり、インストラクターさんの丁寧な対応と人柄、軽快なトークで楽しませてくださいました！
シュノーケリング後、どうしてもSUPをやりたくなり、相談したところ、天候が落ち着き滞在中に出来そうな日を提案してくださり、最終日の朝7時からSUPが叶いました！
朝日を浴びながらのSUPとっても最高でした！

It was my first time paddleboarding, but the instructor taught us in a friendly and enjoyable manner. While strengthening my core, I was able to leisurely experience the ocean!

Although the Blue Cave was closed for snorkeling, our veteran instructor took us to a great spot where we even encountered a cute pufferfish!

I would love to do this again! Thank you very much!

I participated with friends, and it was everyone's first time doing SUP. On the day, the wind was strong and there were waves, and the instructor mentioned from the start, "If you can stand, that's great," and "Falling and getting wet is a given." Naturally, everyone fell quite a bit, but with careful guidance, by the end, everyone was able to stand. Even the friend who struggled the most said, "It was fun, I want to do it again."

Given the conditions, it seemed they prioritized safety, as I thought we were paddling quite a distance following the guidance, but it was shallow enough to stand no matter where we fell. Additionally, they provided life jackets and wetsuits, which gave us a lot of reassurance.

What was unfortunate was that I was so focused on watching the waves that I didn't have the leisure to enjoy the sunset. I'm sure if the conditions were calmer, it would have been more enjoyable. However, since we all enjoyed the SUP itself, no one complained. For the same reason, even though I brought a camera, I didn't have the opportunity to take photos. After some hesitation, I decided to request the separate 2500 yen photography option, and I think that was the right choice. If you want photos in similar bad conditions, it's safer to arrange for that in advance.

Despite the poor conditions, everyone expressed a desire to do SUP again. It became a great memory.

当日は風が強めで波もあり、インストラクターの方も初めから「立てれば上出来」「落ちて濡れるのは確実」とおっしゃるコンディションでした。当然、全員が落ちまくりでしたが、丁寧にご指導いただいて最終的にはみんな立つことができていました。一番立つのに苦労していた友人さえ、「楽しかった、またやりたい」とのことでした。
そんなコンディションなので安全面を重視していただいたのか、誘導に従ってかなりの範囲を漕いでるつもりだったのですが、どこで落ちても足がつく深さでした。その上、ライフジャケットやウェットスーツも貸していただけるので、とても安心感がありました。

惜しかったのは波を見るのに必死で、夕日を楽しむ余裕はとてもなかったことです。きっと穏やかなコンディションなら、楽しめるのかもしれません。SUP自体を楽しめたので、誰も文句は言っていませんでしたが。
同じ理由で、カメラを持っていっても撮る余裕はありませんでした。迷った末に、別途2500円の撮影オプションをお願いしていたのですが、これは正解だったと思います。同じような悪コンディションで写真がほしい場合は、お願いしておいた方が無難です。
悪コンディションにもかかわらず、全員がSUPをまたやりたいという感想です。いい思い出になりました。

The weather was unstable on the day, but I received contact early on and was able to change the time slot. Thanks to that, we were able to fly a drone during the SUP session and capture beautiful images of ourselves floating on the ocean from above. It was something we couldn't experience on our own, so it was really great. The guide for the SUP and snorkeling was kind and provided clear explanations, which was very helpful. During snorkeling, they explained the marine life in detail, leading to many discoveries. ☆Thank you very much☆

当日天候不安定でしたが早い段階で連絡頂き時間帯変更してもらいました。
おかげでＳＵＰの時にドローンを飛ばしてもらい上空から綺麗な海に浮かぶ姿を撮影してもらいました。自分達では体験出来ないことだったのでとても良かったです。
ＳＵＰ＆シュノーケルのガイドも優しく解かりやすい説明でとても良かったです。シュノーケルでは海の中の生物を細かに説明して頂いたので色々な発見ありました。

I felt bad leaving my dog at home, so I decided to take him along and thought I could walk him by the lake if I had time... But when I left him waiting by the lakeside, he unexpectedly jumped in! The lake was calm with no waves, and the board was wide, so it felt stable... Moving leisurely across the water felt like walking on water, and my first experience ended in no time. The instructor, Ami, was very thorough in her teaching, and we had a lot of fun! Since we were the only ones there, we had her all to ourselves! It's totally fine for beginners! We learned about Okinawa's marine life and even tried yoga on the board! (laughs) I couldn't balance at all, but I enjoyed the muscle soreness the next day! We also took a lot of photos! It really became a wonderful memory! Thank you so much! I want to do it again!

It was my first time doing SUP, and they taught me carefully. I was nervous at first, but even with a sudden downpour, I was able to enjoy it casually! The sea was warm, and as long as I just worried about my balance, I think everything else was fine! Also, we didn't know where the parking was at first, but if you check properly, you can park smoothly. They also took beautiful photos for us!

The weather was nice, and the waves were calm, which made it enjoyable. If we could have extended the time and distance to visit various places, it would have felt like a true adventure. Also, I requested some photos, but there was a bias in who was captured, so I thought it would have been better if everyone had been included more evenly. I would love to do it again if the opportunity arises.
