This tour had 90% foreign participants, but everyone showed great respect for Japanese culture and had good manners, so I had no concerns. (Participants were from Australia, Italy, America, Singapore, etc.) For children, this environment provided a valuable experience.
The guide explained in Japanese first and then in English, and I was amazed by the variety of topics covered, from geography and history I studied in school to interesting trivia.
Winter in Shirakawa-go can be tricky with the weather, so I think it's best to have an umbrella and snow boots (rain boots) regardless of the forecast. If you have children, ski gloves will make playing in the snow more enjoyable!
Also, the viewpoint in Shirakawa-go can be reached by walking or by bus, but the buses only come every 20 minutes and are small, so if other tours overlap, you might have to wait for the next bus due to congestion. I think it's better to go early once you arrive.
On the bus, we received a sightseeing map of Shirakawa-go and Takayama (in Japanese or English), which allowed us to explore efficiently in a short amount of time.
If anyone is interested in Shirakawa-go, I highly recommend it, and I hope to visit again in another season. Thank you for your hospitality!
外国人が9割のツアーですが、みんな日本文化にリスペクトがある方ばかりでマナーも良く心配な点はありませんでした。（オーストラリア、イタリア、アメリカ、シンガポールなど）子どもにとってはその環境も貴重な体験になりました。
ガイドさんが日本語→英語の順に説明をしてくれて、内容も学生時代に勉強した地理や歴史から雑学的なものまでトピックの引き出しの多さに驚きました。
冬の白川郷は天気が難しく、予報にかかわらず、傘とスノーブーツ（長靴）はあった方がいいと思いました。お子様はスキー用の手袋があると雪遊びもできて楽しいです！
また、白川郷の展望台は徒歩かバスで行くのですが、バスは20分おきでしかも小さいバスなので、他のツアーの方などが重なると混雑で次のバスを見送らなくてはならない状況になりました。到着したら早めに行くのがいいと思いました。
バスの中では、白川郷と高山の観光マップ（日本語or英語）がもらえて、短時間で効率よく散策できました。
白川郷に興味がある方がいたら、おすすめしたいですし、また別のシーズンに再訪できたらいいなと思います。お世話になりありがとうございました。

Since I didn't have a car, I really appreciated being able to visit three locations. I was able to spend a rich amount of time there. It was a lot of fun. I liked that I could choose between free time and going around with the guide each time.
However, there is one area I would like to see improved. Since both the website and the email mentioned "Veltra," I ended up looking for a flag with the Veltra logo at the meeting point. It might just be my oversight, but it would have been better if "World Tour" was prominently displayed on the website and in the email as well.
Alternatively, it would be helpful if you could attach an image of the flag in the email before the event.
Other than that, everything was very good. If I have the opportunity again, I would like to use your services.

とても楽しかったです。
フリータイムや、ガイドさんと一緒に周る。かは、都度選べるので、良かったです。
ただ、一つ改善して欲しいところがございます。
サイトもメールも【ベルトラ】と書いてあったので、集合場所もベルトラの旗を探してしまいました。
自分が見落としてるだけかもしれませんが、サイトやメールにもワールドツアーと大きく書いて頂けると良かったです。
もしくは、旗の画像を参加前のメールにも画像添付して頂けると助かります。
それ以外はとても良かったです。

I wanted to hike a bit longer at Takachiho Gorge. I knew it would be a long travel time for the tour, but I still wished I could have walked more to refresh myself and burn some calories.
高千穂峡はもう少し長めにハイキングしたかった。
分かってはいたけど、やはり移動時間が長いツアーなので、もっとたくさん歩いてリフレッシュ＆カロリー消費 したかったな、と思いました。

This was my first time participating! Unfortunately, due to New Year's traffic and unexpected snowy weather, we couldn't visit Dazaifu and the Beppu Ropeway, which was disappointing. I did enjoy Yufuin and Hell Valley Onsen, but everywhere was packed with tourists! In Yufuin, during lunchtime, all the restaurants had long lines, and we couldn't get in (（ ; ; ）). The guide was very kind, and the bus driver was excellent! I think I might avoid bus tours during New Year's in the future, but this was a good experience overall.
初めての参加でした！正月の渋滞と予想外の雪の天候で、コースに含まれてた太宰府と、別府ロープウェイが行けなくなり残念。

I was able to manage my time well at each location. For the last hell tour, I wish I had about 5 more minutes. But overall, I was very satisfied.
About 80% of the participants were from China, and everyone was very well-mannered and kept to the schedule. The guide provided explanations in Chinese, which made it feel like I was traveling in China, and it was quite interesting. Of course, they also kindly informed us about the meeting times and local specialties in Japanese, which was very helpful.
いずれの場所もいい時間配分で行けます。最後の地獄めぐりだけ、あと5分ほど時間あれば良かったかな。でも、とても満足しました。
中国の方が約8割でしたが、皆さんとてもマナーが良く、時間もしっかり守っていました。
ガイドさんも中国語で説明ですが、なんだか中国に旅行している気分にもなって面白かったです。もちろん日本語でもしっかり集合時間や、行き先地の名物なども教えてくれ、とても親切でした。

As a Japanese mother and child, we were looking for a tour and found that there weren't any Japanese-language tours that fit our needs, so we decided to join this tour with an English/Chinese-speaking guide. Our guide, Diffany, spoke Japanese, English, and Chinese. While the primary language in the vehicle was English, she kindly spoke to us in Japanese about various topics, and she was a friendly and wonderful person.
At each destination, she shared many interesting stories and helped us find inexpensive and delicious places to eat without any commercial intent. I was a bit concerned that the itinerary might be too busy and whether my always-hungry son would have time to eat, but the schedule was perfectly arranged.
I highly recommend this tour.
日本人の母子ですが、ツアーを探してたら富士山の日本語ツアーで希望にあったツアーがなかったので、こちらの英語/中国語ガイド同行のツアーに参加しました。

Traveling from Kanto to Fukuoka.
To enjoy Kyushu, I participated in this tour.
It was a small group tour with a few groups from Taiwan and just us, a single Japanese group, traveling in a minibus.
Our guide, Mr. Zhang, provided us with a thorough and fluent explanation in Japanese for our small group.
We were able to leisurely explore Kumamoto Castle.
Although we couldn't visit the crater of Mount Aso due to restrictions, he did his best and never gave up until the end.
He also shared many recommendations for shops and souvenirs in Fukuoka, making for a very enjoyable trip.
I would love to request him as a guide for other tours as well.

The participation rate of foreigners is about 90%, but there were no issues at all as they explained everything politely in both Japanese and English. I was able to learn information that I wouldn't have known through individual actions, and there were also things that could only be done as a group, so I was able to spend a meaningful time.
外国の方の参加率が90%程度と多いですが、日本語、英語で丁寧に説明して下さるので全く問題なしでした。
個人行動では知り得ない情報を教えて頂け、また団体でないと出来ない事もあるので、有意義な時間を過ごす事が出来ました。
There may be some foreigners who have allergies, but everyone is nice, and I think it’s quite an interesting experience to encounter the cultural and behavioral differences with Japanese people.
外国の方にアレルギーがある方もいるかもしれませんが、みなさん良い方々ですし、日本人との文化、習性の違いに触れられ、なかなか面白い経験かと思います。

This was my first time participating in this tour. The tour guide and the driver were very friendly, and I was able to spend a meaningful time. Thank you very much. Since it was a multinational group, there was a bit of a relaxed attitude towards time; I heard that habitual latecomers might be left behind. It made me laugh. Despite the rain, we were able to explore the two World Heritage sites of Shirakawa-go and Gokayama. Since my parents, who joined me, are elderly, they got tired from walking in the rain, so we were able to take a break on the bus earlier than planned, which was a great help. There were many participants from overseas, and the explanations on the bus were given in both Japanese and English, which also helped me with my English studies. The lunch was delicious, and it was a satisfying tour overall. The guide and the driver were both very pleasant, and it seemed that my parents had a great time as well.

I traveled at a time when there were just a few Chinese tourists, and about 80% of the group was from English-speaking countries. Everyone acted on time and had very good manners.
We visited Gujo Hachiman, Hida Takayama, and Shirakawa-go in that order. The bus rides between each location took about an hour and a half, and we moved along at a good pace, stopping for breaks. The foreign guide was fluent in Japanese, Chinese, and English, and provided the same explanations in each language. The speed, volume, and tone of their voice were very easy to understand, which was great. My Chinese partner, who has been living in Japan since this year and understands Japanese, found it challenging to grasp difficult Japanese, so they appreciated the Chinese announcements.
The guide also provided detailed information about recommended souvenirs, the Gujo Odori dance in Gujo Hachiman, and the closing times of the pudding shop. After getting off the bus, they used a local map to explain the route, making for a wonderful guiding experience. The bus was parked in an easy-to-find location, and the driver also made efforts to drive safely. When the sun set, they dimmed the lights inside the bus, which was a nice touch.
Since it was during the middle of a three-day weekend, Takayama was crowded with people, but Gujo Hachiman and Shirakawa-go were quieter than I expected, allowing us to experience the peaceful countryside. Although our sightseeing was a bit rushed, it left me wanting to return, so I definitely hope to visit again.
ちょうど中国旅行者が少ないタイミングで、8割英語圏の方でしたが、皆さん時間通りに行動しマナーもとてもよかったです。
郡上八幡、飛騨高山、白川郷の順に行きました。それぞれの箇所のバス移動は1時間半くらいで、休憩をしたら着くという感じでテンポよく進みました。外国人のガイドさんは日本語、中国語、英語が堪能で、それぞれの言語で同じ説明を繰り返しアナウンスしてくださいました。とても聞き取りやすい速さ・音量・声質ですごく良かったです。一緒に行った中国人のパートナーは今年から日本に住んでおり日本語もわかりますが、難しい日本語は理解するのに大変なので、中国語アナウンスがあって良かったとの事でした。
ガイドさんはおすすめのお土産や、郡上八幡の郡上おどりのこと、プリンのお店が閉まる時間など細かくいろいろアナウンスしてくださいました。降りてからも、現地の地図を使いルートの説明もあり、素晴らしいガイドでした。
バスの駐車場もわかりやすい所に停めてくださり、また、運転手さんも安全運転に努めてくださいました。日が落ちると、車内の照明を暗くしてくださり気配りが良かったです。
三連休の中日の昼時ということもあり、高山の街並みは人で混雑していましたが、郡上八幡や白川郷は思ったより人が少なく静かな田舎を体験できました。
各箇所は急足での観光になりましたが、また行きたいなという余韻を残す程度に観光できたので、またぜひ観光したいなと思いました。

We had two hours of free time in both Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go, but it felt a bit tight. Given the travel time, it might have been unavoidable, but I think having two and a half hours would have given us a little more leeway. Most of the tour participants were foreign tourists, and the tour guide was also from China (I found it a bit difficult to understand their Japanese). It was a cold day for the ride, but I felt that experiencing the cold was one of its charms. The guide was cheerful and had a pleasant demeanor. I think it must have been challenging for them to speak in three languages continuously, but they didn't seem overwhelmed and spoke earnestly until the end, for which I am grateful. They were likely a native Chinese speaker, but they spoke beautiful Japanese and English. Although I don't understand Chinese, they repeated the exact same content in both Japanese and English. It was great that they presented two options that could be completed within the time frame and asked us to choose one.
There were participants who arrived about five minutes late to the meeting point, but there were no significant delays, and we were able to efficiently visit three locations. However, it was indeed a bit rushed, so I felt it was more of a trial this time, and I would like to take my time on the next visit.

During a 10-day trip to Kyushu from Gunma, we participated in a tour where we had the pleasure of meeting our guide, Mr. Zhang, for the second time, as we had previously been on another tour with him! Mr. Zhang is very friendly, and my husband and I grew to love him so much that we hope to see him again on our next trip to Kyushu.
The tour took us to sightseeing spots in Kumamoto and Miyazaki, and although we walked a lot, the amazing views at the end of our efforts were worth it. Mr. Zhang was very kind, taking photos for us at scenic spots and recommending delicious meals.
