When we arrived at the meeting place, the tourist bus parking lot, we found that almost all the tour buses had the GOGODAY flag displayed. We searched for our bus, but there was none to be found. While we were standing there, a foreign guide approached us, and just when we thought we could finally board, we were told that the bus wasn't parked in the lot. Instead, we had to walk about 200 meters to a convenience store parking lot, where we found not a bus, but a 10-seater Hiace wagon. We ended up being exactly 10 passengers. As expected, the interior was so cramped that we could barely move. During the ride to our first destination, the uncomfortable vehicle made me feel unwell, and I decided that I couldn't take it anymore, so I canceled the tour. After that, I returned to Kyoto Station using public transportation.

集合場所、観光バス駐車場でGOGODAYの旗の下に集合ということで行ってみると ほとんどのツアーバスがGOGODAYの旗が掲げられてて、私達が乗るバスを探し回るが該当するバスは無く、その場で佇んでいたら、外国人のガイドさんから声がかかり、やっと乗れると思いきや、バスは駐車場内には止めて無いと言う事で200ｍ程歩かされたコンビニの駐車場で、そこに待機してたのはバスで無く10名乗りのハイエースワゴンに私達乗って丁度10名の客が乗りました、案の定車内は身動きもできないほどのキツキツな状態で最初の目的地までの道中、快適とは言えない車に揺られながらいると気分がすぐれなくなり、これ以上無理だと思い このツアーをあきらめてキャンセルしました。その後 公共交通機関で京都駅までもどりました。

Thank you for guiding me through Shirakawa-go in the heavy snow. The gassho-zukuri looked even more beautiful in the blanket of white. Maybe it was snowing a bit too much!

I had seen pictures, so I thought I knew what to expect, but when I actually visited, I was moved by the beauty of the old Japanese houses in the snow. I felt that going during the snowy season was the right choice.

写真は見ていたので知っているつもりになっていたけど、実際に行ってみて、雪の中の古い日本家屋の美しさに感動しました。雪のある時期に行くのは正解だと感じました。

I participated with some anxiety, thinking the main languages would be Chinese and English, but the guide was fluent in three languages and explained everything in Japanese just for us. The driver was also very considerate, and we had a wonderful and comfortable day, creating great travel memories! Thank you so much! ✨

メイン言語が中国語、英語の外国人向けツアーとのことで少し不安に思いながら参加しましたが、ガイドさんは３言語に堪能で、私たちだけのために日本語でも説明してくれました。運転手さんもいろいろと気遣ってくださり、１日楽しく快適に過ごせて素晴らしい旅の思い出ができました！本当にありがとうございました✨

This is a day trip bus tour departing from Hakata Station. The bus ride takes about two hours each way. However, even with the travel time, the mystical scenery and solemn shrines are worth seeing. There seem to be several locations that are said to be "the place of the Amano Iwato," and Amano Iwato Shrine is one of them. It is said that members of the imperial family also visit, so I was grateful to pay my respects there.

しかし時間を費やしても神秘的な景観と厳かな神社は一見の価値あり
「ここが天岩戸である」とする場所や関連する場所が何箇所か存在するようですが
天岩戸神社もそのひとつ、皇族もお参りされているそうなので有難く参拝しました

This was primarily a bus tour in Chinese. Aside from us and another group of Japanese tourists, most of the participants were from Chinese-speaking regions, but it was not a problem. Our guide, Mr. Zhang, provided explanations in Japanese very politely.

One particularly impressive site was the Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine, which is said to have a landscape like an "entrance to another world." After passing through the shrine and climbing further up the slope, we enjoyed a solemn view at a wind hole.

When I visited before, I had to give up on Aso Nakadake because it was off-limits, but this time we were able to visit it somehow. It was lucky that we boarded the bus just before it was closed due to volcanic gas.

特に印象的だったのは上色見熊野座神社、「異世界への入口」のような風景で話題らしいです
神殿を抜け、さらに坂を登ると風穴があって厳かな景色が楽しめました
以前行ったときは立ち入り禁止で断念した阿蘇中岳も、なんとか見学できました
バスに乗り込むと、火山ガスのため閉鎖されたのでラッキーでした

It was amazing. It was my first experience with a bus tour, but the driver's skills made for a comfortable ride. The tour guide's talk was witty and engaging, and after learning some interesting facts, the sightseeing became even more enjoyable. The weather was also on our side, making it a perfect memory. 最高でした。バスツアー初体験でしたが、バスの運転手さんの運転が上手で、快適でした。添乗員さんのトークも軽妙で、メリハリがあり、「なるほど！」な知識を教えてもらってから見学すると、深みが増して楽しめました。お天気も味方してくれて、最高の思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

I think it's possible to go by rental car or other means, but in winter, the conditions in the mountains can be uncertain, so I decided to go with a tour, and I'm glad I did. Additionally, thanks to the guide, I was satisfied with the photo spots and how to enjoy the surroundings. For lunch, we were able to eat smoothly at a place that would usually be crowded because it was part of the tour. Overall, I am very satisfied!

レンタカーなどの手段で行くことも可能かと思いますが、冬ですと山の方の状況がわからないこともありますのでその点でまずツアーに決めようと思いましたしよかったと思いました。加えてガイドさんのおかげで写真スポット、周りかたを教えてもらえて満足でした。昼食も通常であれば混むところをツアーですのでスムーズにいただくことができました。総合してとても満足です！

I was able to feel the wind and enjoy a very powerful and beautiful view from a different height than usual. I would love to ride again.

The weather was great, making it the perfect day. Our tour guide, Mr. Chou, was a wonderful guide who was very attentive. I've visited Kumamoto Castle and Mount Aso several times, and while they are easily accessible by car, I decided to join the tour for a more relaxed experience. It was my first time visiting the shrine, and it was a lovely place. Mr. Chou also shared the history of Kumamoto Castle, as well as highlights and local specialties from other sites. Although it was a mixed tour with international tourists, everything went smoothly, and I was able to end the day on a high note.

お天気も良くて、最高の1日となりました。
ツアーガイドのチョウさんは、とても気配りの出来る素敵なガイドさんでした。
何度も訪れている熊本城と阿蘇山
車でも簡単に行くことの出来る場所ですが、気楽に行ってみようと参加しました。
神社は、初めて行きましたが、とても良い場所でした。
チョウさんは、熊本城の歴史、他の各所の見所や名物、美味しい物の紹介もしてくださいました。
海外からの観光客との混載ツアーでしたが、
何の問題もなく、最高の1日を終えることが出来ました。

The weather was great! Takachiho Gorge was just as beautiful as the photos in the guidebook. The food was delicious. What I found concerning was the meeting place. There were many similar tours, mostly Chinese tourists speaking Chinese. There were also many flags for "EasyGo," so I couldn't tell which tour was which. I think the destination should be clearly stated.

似たようなツアー多数で、ほぼ中国人、中国語
『EasyGo』の旗も多数…どのツアーかわからなかった。行き先も明記すべきだと思う。

The weather was favorable,
the lunch was delicious,
there was just the right amount of snow left,
and I had plenty of time to stroll around.
I was more satisfied and enjoyed it more than I expected.

It's recommended for visiting various places in a short stay. Yufuin had more traffic than I expected, but I was able to enjoy food walking and other activities. The visit to Kamado Jigoku was a bit rushed, so I wished I could have taken my time to see it more leisurely.

短い滞在でいろいろなところを周るにはおすすめです。湯布院は思った以上に渋滞していましたが，食べ歩きなどを満喫できました。かまど地獄が少し駆け足の観光だったので，もう少しゆっくり見たかったです。

More than half of the tour was made up of international guests. Since there were English speakers during meals, I was able to enjoy conversing in English. The scenery in Shirakawa-go and Takayama was so charming and reminiscent of the settings in old tales and period dramas, which left me deeply moved.

海外の方が半分以上のツアーでした。英語圏の方が食事の際となりだったので、英会話を楽しめました。
景色は白川郷も高山も昔話や時代劇の舞台になりそうなゆったりとした風情に感動しました。

I visit Takayama every year, but this is my first time in Shirakawa-go. I wish I could have walked around a bit longer. It's such a lovely place, and I would like to visit again. The tour guide was a wonderful person, and I understood everything they said. I think it would have been nice to have a slightly longer time at the café. Please introduce me to another tour.

I was mostly surrounded by foreigners, but thanks to the guide's thorough explanations on the bus, I was able to have an enjoyable time. Despite the unfortunate rain, I believe it's a place worth visiting.

This was my first time using the service. I was a bit anxious, but the reservation and payment process went smoothly. When I actually experienced it, there were few Japanese people, but everyone, including the overseas guests, gathered on time. The guide and the customer service were perfect, and I had a great time. I recommended it to my friends as well.

I love Mount Fuji! It's so beautiful. However, the sightseeing time is short, the matcha experience is brief, and there is only one hour for shopping. I don't think the satisfaction level is high, but I hope for improvements. I plan to introduce this to my friends.

I think it would have been a waste of time for individuals to try to see everything on their own. We were fortunate with the weather and were able to tour efficiently. I expected it, but Saturday was very crowded. About 70% of the tour guests were from China, and the places we visited felt similar. It felt almost like traveling in China. The guide explained in Chinese, Japanese, and English. I couldn't understand the Chinese, but I consider that part of the fun of the tour.

When we took the Beppu Ropeway to the summit, there was still a lot of snow remaining. I might not have been able to go there on my own. The two guides were cheerful, and we had a very enjoyable time. I hope to meet them again somewhere next time, and I would love to participate again. Thank you very much.

個人では時間の無駄が出て回りきれなかったと思います。
天候にも恵まれ効率良く観光出来ました。
予想はしていましたが、土曜日は人がいっぱい。ツアー客の7割が中国からのお客様で、行った先もそんな感じ。まるで中国に旅行したような気になりました。ガイドさんが中国語、日本語、英語で説明して下さいました。中国語はちんぷんかんぷんでしたが、これもツアーの楽しみと思います。
別府ロープウェイで山頂に登るとたくさんの雪が残っていました。
ここも個人だったら行けなかったかも。
2人のガイドさんが朗らかな方で、とても楽しい時間を過ごせました。次回どこかでお会い出来たらな、また参加させて頂きます。ありがとうございました。

I wanted to see the snowy Shirakawa-go, but I was a bit anxious about driving a rental car due to the possibility of snow on the roads, so I decided to join this tour. It was a great tour, just as I had hoped.

雪の白川郷を見たいと思っていましたが、道路に積雪がある可能性がありレンタカーで行くのには運転等に多少不安があったので、このツアーに参加しました。
期待通りの良いツアーでした。

The weather on the day was favorable, and the scenery was beautiful. The guide was very skilled, as they could quickly switch between Japanese and Chinese depending on the audience.

当日は天候にも恵まれ、景色もよかった。
ガイドさんは相手に応じて日本語、中国語どちらもすぐに使い分けられていたので、
非常に優秀だった。

I participated on a clear day after heavy snowfall. I didn't need a scarf or gloves; in fact, I felt like using a parasol. However, I held back since no one else was using one.
The tour guide was enjoyable to talk with, and I could see the Tateyama mountain range from the window. They recommended cafes and photo spots, and one of my pictures is from that location.
Since I was participating alone, I was worried about how to spend the more than two hours, but I was able to enjoy food sampling and purchase souvenirs recommended by the tour guide, making it a meaningful time.

大雪の後の快晴の日に参加させていただきました。マフラーや手袋も不要で、むしろ日傘をさしたいほどでした。しかし、日傘をさしている方が一人もいなくて我慢しました。
添乗員さんは、社内で楽しくお話してくださり、車窓からは立山連峰も観る事ができました。お薦めのカフェや撮影スポットを教えていただき、写真の１枚はその場所です。
一人参加でしたので、2時間あまりをどう過ごすか心配でしたかが、食べ歩きしたり、添乗員さんお薦めのお土産も購入でき、有意義な時間が過ごせました。

I had to make a last-minute reservation for a long-distance bus that was fully booked, but it turned out to be great. The guide's extensive knowledge and recommendations for shops were very helpful, and it was nice to be taken to various places without having to check the travel itinerary. There were fewer Japanese people, but I highly recommend it.

事前予約が必要な長距離バスが満席だったため急遽予約しましたが、とても良かったです。ガイドさんの豊富な知識やおすすめのお店の紹介などが役立ちましたし、旅行工程を確認せずに次々連れて行ってもらえるのはありがたいです。
日本人は少なめでしたが、おすすめです。

Hello, I want to recommend Veltra because everything was always very professional with the people who organize it. Amy, super good, gave me a thousand recommendations.
The super patient guide and driver recommended that my children go to places that he knew they would like because of their age.
What I didn't like very much was that the food was very long, it was good that they had the experience but it was too long which we wasted time there.

The guide explained in both Japanese and English, so my friend who doesn't understand Japanese was able to gain a lot of knowledge. The bus to Shirakawa-go can enter areas where other buses are restricted, which is very convenient. Once you get off, you can immediately line up for the bus to the observation deck. Lunch at a gassho-zukuri farmhouse in Shirakawa-go will be a great memory.

ガイドさんは日本語と英語両方とも説明するから、一緒に行った日本語をわからない友達も色々知識を得ました。白川郷にバスは別のバスが通行止めになってるエリアに入ることがてきるので、すごく便利です。降りたら、すぐに展望台行くバスに並べることがてきる。昼食は白川郷の合掌作り民家に、いい思い出になります。

Overall, the time spent at each sightseeing spot was often too long. The winter tour truly felt like a "cold endurance tour," and I was the first to return to the bus.

At Dazaifu Tenmangu, I entered the museum to escape the cold. Despite being famous, Yufuin had few things to see, so I took my time enjoying a meal to pass the time. It was snowing at the top of the ropeway, so I wished I had worn winter boots. Finally, I was able to warm up by soaking my feet in the foot bath at Kamado Jigoku.

I was disillusioned by the warm image of Kyushu, and strengthening my cold weather preparations was a point of reflection.

全体的に各観光地での見学時間が長すぎる事が多かったです。真冬の観光で本当に「寒さに耐えるツアー」となり、真っ先にバスに戻ってしまいました。

太宰府天満宮では博物館に入って寒さをしのぎました。
湯布院は有名な割に見る物は少なく、ゆっくり食事をして時間を持たせました。
ロープウェイで上った先は雪が降っていたので、冬靴で行けば良かったです。
最後のかまど地獄で足湯につかり、ようやく温まることができました。

九州の温暖なイメージを打ち砕かれ、防寒対策強化が反省点でした。

The guide's extensive knowledge and hospitality towards customers, along with the driver's safe driving, made for a thoroughly satisfying day trip. I will definitely use this service again when visiting another location.

I have long wanted to visit Takachiho someday. Since it was a difficult place to visit on my own, I decided to use this tour. I was aware from the reviews that there were many foreign travelers, and indeed, most of the customers were foreigners. However, the guide was multilingual and provided guidance in several languages, and everyone I toured with, as well as the staff, were kind, so I didn't encounter any particular difficulties. Although it was a tour in bad weather, we departed and arrived almost on time, and I believe I had a very good trip. Thank you!

高千穂への旅いつか行ってみたいと長年思い続けていました。
個人で伺うには大変な場所だったので今回こちらのツアーを利用しました。
口コミを確認して外国人旅行者が多いことは把握しておりましたが、本当に外国人のお客様ばかりでした。
ですが、ガイドの方が語学堪能で多国語でガイドされたり、ご一緒にツアーに回られた方々は皆様もスタッフの方も親切で特段困ることもありませんでした。
悪天候の中のツアーでしたが、
出発も到着もほぼ定刻で無事に終わり、とてもいい旅ができたと思っております。

Meeting at Kanazawa Station at 8 AM.

I thought it was early, but this allowed us to avoid traffic jams and crowds even on a holiday, making for a comfortable tour. The guide explained everything slowly and clearly in both Japanese and English, which was very reassuring. I was impressed by the experience and skill of the guide.

Although it was a tour after a heavy snow warning, the contrast between the high snow piles and the blue sky was stunning, truly a perfect day for photography. I was able to fully enjoy it.

The lunch might have been a bit small for younger people, but it was sufficient for middle-aged and older guests. However, it may have been a bit salty for foreign visitors overall.

Even though I knew about the Karakuri Pass and the making of "Hōshō," seeing it in person was completely different. Just confirming that there are still so many interesting and educational domestic tourism options made participating in this tour worthwhile.

It was a content-rich experience that I can recommend to many people.

金沢駅朝8時集合。
早いなと思ったが、このことで休日であっても、交通渋滞や混雑を避けられて快適なツアーになった。
ガイドさんは日本語と英語を使って、ゆっくりと分かりやすく説明され、とても安心できた。さすが経験豊かな方は違うな、と感心した。

豪雪警報後のツアーだったが、高く積もった雪と青い空のコントラストが見事で、まさに撮影日より。しっかり堪能することができた。

昼食は若い人には少なかったかもしれないが、中高年にはこの程度で十分。
ただ外国の方には全体として塩辛かったかもしれない。

からくり峠や「焔硝」づくりの話は知っていても、実際に見てみるのとは大違いだ。
まだまだこんなに面白くてためになる国内観光があることを確認できただけでもこのツアーに参加できてよかった。

I chose this tour for my solo trip to Hakata. I was a bit anxious when I later found out that this tour was aimed at foreigners. However, when I mentioned at the meeting point that I only understood Japanese, they assured me it would be fine. The female guide, Lee, was very kind and attentive to me, the only Japanese participant, while explaining in Korean and Chinese. The tour included all the places I wanted to visit, and I was extremely satisfied with my trip. It’s a very warm-hearted tour company.

後で知った事で焦りましたが、このツアーは外国人向け。しかも申し込み時に英語での説明を希望していたらしく、集合場所で日本語しか分からない事を伝えると、大丈夫と受けてくださいました。
女性ガイドのリーさんが、韓国語、中国語で説明をする中、日本人1人の私に丁寧に接して頂きました。
ツアーの内容が私が行きたい所ばかりで大満足な旅でした。
とても暖かいツアー会社です。
